You’ll probably be fine. I’m not an expert at this stuff but usually it’s easy to tell if you do cheat or not because they need actual legit video evidence. Also as you said, you can’t cheat on console.
I’ll tag some mods so they can give you a better answer but I don’t think they work on Sundays so it might take a day for you to get a legitimate answer.

The fact people think she’s balanced boggles me. She’s incredibly unhealthy for the game in her current state and she’s the only killer in the game I wouldn’t mind if they completely nerfed to the ground because of how much she’s keeping this game from being balanced.

Maybe you found out already but yes, with Doc only the M1 gives the surv (and probably the killer aswell, but that is only a guess) the cosmetic, the shock just destroys the snowman.
That is not true for other killers though, chainsaw and Tricksters knifes (if they injure you) for example count for the cosmetic.
Someone mentioned that deathslingers spear also doesn't count so it seems like an oversight from BHVR to me (or maybe they just didn't care).
Yeah I did find that out. Honestly I wish that wasn’t the case. I’ve been M1ing the snowmen now that I know.

That would be a boring add on tbh. Spirit’s post phase lunge is one of the things that makes her fun and feel good to play. I wouldn’t want to see an ultra rare negate that.

So this is another one of those videos that tries to blame the game other than blame your own mistakes, which I’m sure we’re all victims of. Map design is a problem but you didn’t exactly play well there.

Anniversary event was terrible. Every douche in the world was on seemed like.
Yeah that was bad. Anyone who says it’s just survivors or just killers, it’s so annoying. People just love making others’ gaming experience miserable for some reason.

I don’t get why people like you act like it’s just one side that has douches. I ran into a couple killers that camped and tunneled hard during the event which makes it unfun for the survivors.

I’ve played the event and it’s really not that crazy. Survivors barely get distance and the snowmen are funny.

Well it looks like we have different experiences, which I understand. In game, the ratio between whiney survivors and killers is like 20:1 in my experience. On the forums, it's a bit split.

Yes I did read the whole comment. Maybe they want to play DBD but if the event isn’t fun for them, they have a right to complain. I haven’t played yet so I don’t know what the event is like yet but even if the OP was overreacting, why don’t you try to give them advice on how to deal with the snowmen instead of telling them to “play the other side.” Telling them to do that honestly proves that you also think it’s unfun for killers even though you don’t wanna to admit it.
