Definitely an issue again on console. The majority of Huntress matches are almost unplayable.
Not throwing shade at all, but console always has FPS issues, this isn't a surprise...

You don't have FPS drops on loading screens?
Which loading screens are you talking about, the logo one that loads? Or the intro cut-scene that happens before the match starts?

The changes I've listed are what would make Legion seem more like himself, and not like an m1 killer with an injure ability. If people really don't like that then I think it's time to lay off the skins and new chapters and start reworking legion completely.
See here's the thing, the reason I countered those points is BECAUSE of the exact reason they were created.
I have no idea if you were on the forums at the time of the riots that took over the forums, but people hated Legion with a passion if they faced him as Survivor. Even Killers hated him. (Aka the majority, because the minority actually had no issue 4king with him)
The Killer was flawed from the start, and I feel like the devs knew that but they didn't really know what to do to fix him... They couldn't just rework him before the release, that wouldn't make any sense. I feel their only hope was to release him right there, and than fix the issue as he progressed.
If this ISN'T what was on their mind, than they probably thought the Killer was fine until literally EVERYONE AND THEIR MOM pointed out every flaw about him when facing him... You can't make how he is right now balanced you just can't, unless they reworked his power its not possible to do anything with his current one. (That I know of)
Here's some of the points Survivors hated about him.
- Mending and healing takes too long
- Its too easy to get hit by his FF
- Its not fun mending and healing every time when FF hits you
- He vaults WAY TOO FAST, its impossible to get away from him
- Franks mixtape is TOO OP!!!!!!
Now here's some points why Killers (Majority) hated him.
- Its too hard to 4k
- its too hard to down anyone in-general
- Games take WAY TOO LONG!
- No perk combos can be done on him! (Disproved right at the start of his inception but people still pressed on this point regardless.)
And what the heck, here was some bugs people abused that made facing him literal hell. (All are nerfed and or fixed, so no i'm not giving out bug info to people.)
- Ruin because you didn't actually need Ruin if you just used Thanatophobia
- The moonwalking and looking down at where scratch marks were to run the mend timer out "bug"
- Franks mixtape, because getting instantly downed with two or three FF hits was annoying...
- Double knife add-on combo would make the mend timer increase every time a new FF hit was given to you, this lead to the point where some FFs took 10 minutes...
- Stab wound study also made it annoying but not as much as Franks mixtape did
- His speed add-ons made running from his FF almost impossible...
- He couldn't lose FF when missing a hit, so people just spammed the hit till they hit the Survivor.
This is just some of why people despised him, and literally people were QUITTING THE GAME because of him...

OP never said "everyone". Just that "other people" experience the issue too, which is true, as other people have also complained about the issue.
I too have an issue with this patch, though it's fairly minor, FPS at lower settings isn't as stable as it was before, but there's less frame drop-age I had when increasing my settings than before, too, so it's kind of a double-edged sword for me.
That isn't entirely true, the start leads it on to believe that its happening to everyone, here's a quote. "The path has seriously broke the game in terms of optimization;" Tbh, the post never really said it was happening to everyone, but it never said it was happening to specific people either. Yes, while he does say hes not the only player to experience this, he also doesn't say that its specific people either.
Regardless to this because who honestly cares, I never had issues with this patch since its been out. So its safe to say that it has something to do with either the game internally, select people because of their hardware, the game ITSELF in certain areas, or just bad optimization in-general that doesn't reveal itself all the time.
Either way, OP isn't entirely wrong with his statement, so I do agree with what he says. I just don't agree that everyone has this issue, and whether he actually said that or not is up to him to decide.

@PolarBear said:
How about we don't bring back a killer that made players literally want to quit the game because of how unfun he was.
The forums never stopped whining till the devs finally caved and nerfed him into the ground.
Honestly, I miss how unique he was, and that's what made him fun in the first place. I tried to be as fair as possible in each match with him despite knowing how unfun he was to face, but it didn't help that other Legions were also abusing his bugs, making mend/healing times incredible long, using RUIN WITH HIM WHICH MADE IT WORSE!, etc.
Nothing could've really been done for him besides that nerf tbh, so I can see where the devs were going with him. But overall, if that was the case... why make him in the first place if THAT was their best option?

Then just delete legion and give people back the money they spent in form of auric cells, if all my ideas suck then Legion was just a hopeless project from the start and should be gone asap.
That wasn't the point of my post, the point was these ideas are not going to fix the main issue that is The Legion.
He was flawed at the start because of his add-ons and various bugs that I am STILL surprised they didn't catch before his release... What he used to be was actually one of the most unique Killers DBD ever had, and that's what made him fun.
For context, he was nerfed into the ground because everyone was demanding it day by day by day by day. And either the devs couldn't handle the whining anymore, or they just didn't know what to do with him after people started disliking him "Aka, mostly Survivors and Killers that didn't know how to utilize him..."
In the future, i'll probably make a huge in-depth post on this issue, and see what can be done about him for the future. But as of right now, the points you listed are some of the points that people were complaining for days about in the first place...

It's not just me it's happening to, so it's definitely not just me.
Again, if my PC is fine than its not everyone as this posts leads people to believe.
Its either YOUR PC, because it isn't up to par to handle it (As well as others with PCs that're akin to 1999 windows xp laptops), OR its something thats only an issue for certain people.
-
Here's a counter to all these points except the last one.
- Having that be the case would have Legions easily catch up to Survivors after a hit, and it also allows them to just FF everyone in sight who was close to that hit, and nobody I know here likes to mend, heal, mend, heal, mend heal...
- You can still frenzy people despite the decrease in speed, the only thing that's changed is HOW easy it was TO frenzy people... And people hated that...
- If they added that people would be so mad everytime a Legion FFs the entire team, you'd never have a solid get away, he'd know everywhere you're at all times... And also, nobody liked mending for a long time back then, and they still don't now...
- That'd make the blades another add-on to get redone, and ultimately they'd just make it some add-on that increases hemorrhaging again for the 500th time... It'd make them useless is what i'm saying.
- I'll agree with this because the pin add-ons are useless anyways... This isn't anything to really be against.
-
Try comboing it with Thrilling Tremors, it actually makes it much better as the Survivors can't stop the harsh regression on nearby generators.
-
Game is fine for me on PC, I see nothing wrong. Maybe its just your PC? Or console?
-
As of right now, no I don't believe anyone has a screenshot at this time who would possible see this post.
But as @Atrushan88 has linked above, you can kinda easily put two and two together with what it would look like with his bloody face.
It'd basically be his regular face with blood, with the rest of the scoops outfit below minus the hat. Does anyone have a picture of this combo at this time? No, not at the moment.
-
No they're most likely not adding that because of how certain perks are built around that mechanic. It would make them ultimately useless in the grand scheme of things.
Now, if they in the future did announce this, it would be posted under an official statement. But to answer your question as someone who isn't a developer that would know this 100% for sure, I can safely say they will not be adding this.
Sorry.
-
Usually when this happens they will compensate you for it through BPs or on the rare occasion you'll get the cosmetics back if you have screen shots, video, any proof.
They don't compensate Legacy Skins unless you have a proof that shows without a shadow of a doubt that you indeed had the skins originally.
Use the link below to submit a ticket to the support team, and give a detailed description a long with proof (if you have any) in said ticket. This will help the support team figure out if what you say and show is indeed true, and whatever they do after is up to them.
-
Explaining it on text would take hours to compile, pictures, tips and tricks, etc. And while i'd love to do that for you, its not something I can and or want to do at this time. But I can leave you with this guide that did help me out when I first tried getting into playing Nurse back around the first few months I bought DBD.
The video is a little dated, but it should help you with what you're after.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfnmZvK4l88All credit goes to the the posters guide of course, so I do hope this helps out despite it being almost a year old. The guide really does go in-depth on add-ons, builds, tips, etc.
Hope this helps.

@YaiPa said:
Yes and no. The original starting characters are Dwight, Jake, Claudette and Meg. David and Nea are free. Feng and Ace are included in the Ps4 edition, along with the Hag and the Doctor. On Pc tho, these last 4 characters need to be bought.
@ShadowSWE As YaiPa has stated, the starting characters are considered to be the original cast, that means we're talking about Dwight, Claudette, Jake, and Meg for Survivors, and Trapper, Wraith, and Hill-Billy for Killers.
Its argued Nurse is also one of the originals, but she didn't come out til later on in 2016 as a free DLC.
As for "in-general" what the first free Killers/Survivors are, it depends on the platform because of certain copy-right issues, and such. Previously Bill was only supposed to be on PC because of the contract that Steam had on him, but I did hear recently they were going to add him in (Or they already did) but don't quote me on that.
As for console, I believe I heard Doctor is free because of something with how there wasn't enough free starter characters or something? I'm not 100% on that one either.
The answer to this question
Looking past all that was said above, the starting characters differ between platforms so that its more "fair" with how many there are. By this I mean, they probably had Doctor free on PS4 with Feng because of how some Killers and Survivors are not on there like Bill, etc.
For PC, they're not free because those characters ARE on PC. All characters for DBD are on PC, while other platforms are mixed with what they got.
It has to do with the copyrights of these characters, other issues, etc for who's on what platform and or whats on each platform.

Sometimes you can't do anything to win the game. But you don't have to accept that. Keep the devs pressured to balance the game instead of accepting a unbalanced state. That's my point.
I accept an unbalanced state BECAUSE ik alot of the issues in this game won't be fixed with the snap of two fingers.
You make the best of each situation, nothings perfect, and hounding the devs to fix the issues gets you nowhere. Demanding change will only waste your time.

The difference between 80 and 90 sounds super significant, but really isn't I just wanted it to be a bit later since you still have to attempt the mind game part with her actual dash. I agree 80 or 85 would probably be more reasonable though.

I do like the fact that it was introduced with Legion, because boy does it work, especially with Susie's mask.
Exactly, it helps a lot with grabbing Survivors out of lockers, and in-general FF chain-stabbing. Without it, it'd be really hard to chain-stab Survivors.

These are the changes I would like to see happen to her. It's funny how much I like her when I prefer more aggressive killers like Nurse, Spirit, Huntress, and Hag. Even though Nurse dropped from my Mains long ago replaced by Spirit then later Pig was added.
I agree with all these points, especially Rules set #2. It should be base kit honestly, since the add-on is terrible WHEN it takes up a slot. If it was base-kit the ability to not see the boxes auras would be far better for Pig.
And the rest of the points would be great for her, the roar should honestly be at 80% though, because I feel people would get hit easily if you did it crouch attacks daily. 80% is a fair time to have the sound effect happen, while still having room to hit them.

It's misleading to categorize it as an aura because it doesn't work like one, that's all.
Calling it a notification would be a good description.
I just call it heartbeat, since it acts like it.
I'll fix it above, since you're right that its not technically a aura.

It's technically not an aura. If it were an aura, you wouldn't see them in lockers.
Its a type of aura, a sub-aura. Tbh, it could be a notification honestly. Like how people fail skill-checks or fast vault, etc.
It's really a unique thing that only Legion has. I call it, the "Spider web aura effect" but saying that above is a mouthful lmao.

Pig is probably my favorite stealth killer. Shes unique AF for this game. Sadly shes had some serious nerfs that no one has asked for.

I wasn’t looking for “congrats” just the fact that rank reset was close to DLC drop date. If you’re confused please search my other post of red rank gameplay.
I don't think you realize that I couldn't care less what rank you are... As far as i'm concerned, rank really doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things.
People are just pointing out things from what you said and your screenshots, and its being pieced together to have a case against you. The evidence looks solid enough, so that's why people are doubting you.
Whether people are saying that you de-ranked to bully low ranks is true or not, it really doesn't matter in the end. All it really does is make you look bad if its true or not, and i'm pretty sure that's not what you were looking for in the first place... Hopefully this thread will be closed soon though, because all this post has done is cause fights with you and others for a few hours now... Its beginning to become really toxic.

Honestly I doubt it from his reactions, but hey if people continue like this then in the end DBD will die. This is the sole reason I wish that anyone who didnt have at least a single devotion level won't be paired with people who do have devotion. Anyone who hasn't reached that milestone is in my book still new to the game. Not because they cant be good, but because I feel that milestone is the gap for people who have like devotion 7 lvl 80 clearly playing with someone who might be devotion 0 lvl 10.
Don't worry, they're fixing the match making and overall who you're paired with in the new system. It will prevent this toxic behavior from ever happening again... Hopefully its soon...
Its funny though that this was posted to get some sort of "congrats" from people, but all it got was negativity lmao... Kinda sad.

I love stealth Killers, its fun to get a reaction out of Survivors when you grab them off generators.
Especially when its a streamer, I see their reaction on stream and its priceless. Stealth Killers overall are fun, and can even be dangerous... I'm always paranoid when i'm a Survivor facing a Myers or Ghostface, I haven't been pulled of a generator yet though!

(reposted, idk what happened)
Hi! This might be super long, I have a few issues and/or troubles about my personal overall gameplay and situations for both survivor and killer in game. Note, I am a PS4 player who is currently a rank 3 survivor player, and green/purple rank killer. I mostly play Nurse, Hag, and Spirit on console. I would like to receive some feedback and suggestions for certain situations that happen in game.
First up: Survivor
I seem mostly find myself in a sort of altruistic, team player while I have a comprehensive(ish) understanding of how the game works. I have at least 1,000 hours, as I have been playing dead by daylight since 2017. I mainly solo queue, and try my best to not BM or be disrespectful to killers. I have difficulty dealing with a couple of certain things though...
1. Being Downed/Found First
Personally, I feel like I end up in a situation where the killer manages to head my direction. Recently, I have tried to head somewhere else and preferably work on secondary objectives, such as finding and cleansing hex/dull totems or opening chests. This seems to give me something to do while remaining away from survivor spawn points (where some killers tend to beeline for) but I could spend my time working on generators. Which leads me to another point,
2. Working on Gens with Ruin, Safe and Unsafe Generators
Personally, ruin is something I DO NOT struggle with. I know how to work through ruin, and will personally do so and might look for the totem after getting a generator finished, or if I happen to find the totem while going around the map. I find that I like to work on unsafe generators like ones in the corn as I like to run Sprint Burst to reposition myself in situations as such.
However, once I max out my Lightbringer Category points is it wrong to focus elsewhere?? I feel bad wasting time towards my progression, but I don't mind doing a couple generators to help my team out. However, most of my teammates work on the objective and don't do much else, or really carry the team.
3. Alrtuism, Teammates, and getting possibly killed
I like to tend on saving the team and making sure someone else escapes if I don't. I do focus on myself when necessary though. I don't really see some efficient plays though, as sometimes another survivor or myself end up on the hook while 3 other people focus on generators until I reach Struggle phase on hook. Even if another teammate gets in chase or downed, they commit to generators, which can result in a harder endgame in my opinion.
I understand there are situations like camping or slugging that can stop me or other survivors from being altruistic, but sometimes I don't know the correct play during that situation. Do I risk my life and go heal that person crawling? Or do I look for hatch and play cautiously?
3. Being Chased, Tunneled/Camped, and Looping
Usually looping can be very tricky as predicting how a killer will act varies throughout each match as every killer you play against plays differently. Running loops like T and L walls really mess me up, as I do not know how to run them properly most of the time. Granted, I can do it like once or twice but I usually make a mistake and it costs me my life, a health state, or distance at the least. I don't know how to avoid these mistakes, I believe how the killer plays and mindgames me on certain tiles leads to these outcomes.
I feel totally helpless if I'm being Tunneled right after an unsafe unhook from a teammate, and I have no clue on what to do. Even by trying to run to a safe tile, I usually get downed and hooked again before making it. Yes, I could run Decisive Strike but that perk doesn't match my playstyle and current go-to perk build. However, even though I get kind of salty, I try my best not to disconnect as it harms myself more and my teammates as it gets rid of free time that other survivors could be using to complete generators/hex totems with. I get there sometimes just are those games, but I think I need to improve as a survivor to prevent that from happening.
If I can, I try the be very efficient while looping, even if that means occasionally taking hits just to extend the loop and get another run or two around it before I have to move tiles, although I might just play safe and use the pallet before rotating. Also, I try to avoid using pallets in the same areas as the previous one, as I will try to go from one pallet to a further one past a good pallet if possible. (bad language :/ ) However, still mess up and end up getting punished for it (obviously) and I wish I had some helpful advice upon that note.
Killer Section:
I have definitely played more survivor than killer, but I enjoy playing killer to take a break and learn how killers think and play to overall improve at both killer and survivor in general. However, I feel like I make a lot of mistakes against good survivors.
1. Finding Survivors
Usually when the match first starts, I'll head to a far corner on the adjacent side of the map where either generators are, or map structures like the killers shack, coal tower, and etc. I tend to not head straight for my Ruin totem, as that's how most survivors find it (if I'm running it of course) as I find it easier to check on it occasionally while patrolling generators.
2. Chasing Survivors
Usually, I'll see how the survivor I'm chasing plays, and whether or not they are susceptible to stain mind games or possible Jukes. Dealing with 360's is kind of difficult on console, but I try my best to bait them by getting up close and letting them spin before hitting/lunging on them. If I feel like the chase is taking too long, is it wrong that I leave the survivor and go patrol generators until I find others? Even if I am running ruin, as some survivors work through it anyways.
3. okay, wig? (NURSE)
I really have a prestiege 3 nurse on console, and I have success with her although I'm still learning the blink ranges..ish. I mostly use Omega-Blink, but I feel like it is fair (in my opinion anyway) as adding extra blinks provides a way to fix your mistakes :/
Honestly, she isn't so hard on console. Mostly though, I feel as if a very good SWF will overwhelm me and I end up getting punished. I usually run Nurses Calling, BBQ, Ruin, and Remember Me on my nurse but some other builds would be cool if you had some suggestions.
I have alot of trouble when survivors start to hide around when I'm playing nurse/spirit, as once they get super immersed i find it very hard to find survivors unless I manage to predict their positions.
4. Very Altruistic Survivors
When survivors are too Altruistic and are always following me while I'm chasing someone, I find it easier to switch targets and maybe slug if things get really bad. I just kind of feel bad though, I shouldn't as it's some sort of counterplay, right?
Final thoughts:
I wanted to say thank you for reading through all of this crap, as I would like to improve in a healthy way and have more fun playing this game. And yes, it does have some problems (not gonna lie, for both sides) I think it's reasonably balanced (to a degree) and if you could leave some criticism, or advice, maybe even coach me or teach me stuff, that would be very appreciated.
Have fun in your games, everybody :)
Your points on Killer are good ideas to do indeed, its good to always start off by going to the farthest generator from you, it wont always help you find the first Survivor, but it brings you to the area that they spawn and that's a good thing.
It can reduce time they could be doing on other gens if they're hiding from you in the area, and overall its a good idea to monitor other gens if you somehow don't find someone by doing this.
Chases are another thing, you have the right idea to break chases that last WAY TOO LONG, its not a good idea to waste time on things that're going nowhere. In this game, every second counts ESPECIALLY as a Killer.
Some tips in chases, its a good idea when in a loop to always try adding "moonwalking" into the mix. If you're chasing a Survivor around a loop that has a wall, you should try chasing them until they go around a corner out of sight, than when they can't see you, they'll be relying on your red light to see if you're coming around the corner.
When they do this, try moonwalking into that direction while facing the other way. They'll think you doubled back on them and that's when you can nail them with a hit! Use the red light or "red stain" to your advantage, its always a good idea to do this because a lot of Survivors, new or old, rely on it to know where you are around corners.
At loops without walls or not high enough walls, you should try doubling back around it to fool them into getting closer on the other end. You'll know if its a good idea judging from the distance around said loop, and the overall length your lunge can reach when doing this.
You can also try some Killers out to get good out, I recommend Myers because of his Tier lll, you can also try Hill Billy since he can insta-down people with his chainsaw and travel distances very fast to apply heavy pressure, or if you're looking for a challenge, you can try Killers like Spirit to also travel long distances, and close gaps on loops, as well as fooling Survivors into thinking where you'll go around said loops.
This is the best I can give without going into a full guide, hope it helps!

I dislike people who do this even if we can believe this was a bug he is clearly a rank 1 who is bringing ebony moris. We have enough toxicity in this game. Why add to this with a new influx of players who could potentially give this game more life and variety. This is truely some horrendous behavior picking on new players who clearly can't play well.
True, its very disgusting behavior...
The evidence that backs this up leads me to believe this is true, and unfortunately i'm also disgusted with said behavior... Maybe the overwhelming negativity will help him realize that it isn't just you who has to have fun in the game, it can also be fun to get a challenge in a Trial and overall make the experience equal for anyone, new or old...

Thing is both are good for the same thing, but for different reasons. Like I said it's like the difference between MYC and Haunted Grounds.
XD I just realized who u were in the other thread.
I can agree with that, both have their own rolls, but they're both fun to play overall!
And yeah, that other thread... oh man... jeez...

Honestly, I like Dead by Daylight for the community and overall role as Killer.
This game has come a long way from how it was in 2016, and though its fostered some toxic behavior, and toxic people... I think the game is overall one of my favorites and brings me back to play a match or two even when I don't have time to play as often anymore.
The community can also be nice, collective, and great to talk to, especially on the forums. Despite the constant demands for changes, its nice to discuss with people on why they want a certain Perk, Killer, Objective, etc, changed. Its interesting to see why people want something changed, and overall their experiences with said perks. Its also great to give my insight on things they might hate or like and its great when it can help them or give them a new perspective on something.
Its also amazing to help people with their issues, or inform them on subjects they don't know about yet. Like, someone could need help with a build, or a Killer, or Survivor, and its great to help them out so they keep enjoying the game and may also help others in the future. It also feels good to help noobies who're just getting into the game. People that just pick up the game and have no idea what to do or even start with, I can suggest some things they can try out, and if it helps them in anyway its a win in my book!
Its also incredible the type of art, guides, overall feedback people can give on DLC and the game in-general. Its amazing what people can create for art contests, the guides people make to help new players, and the overall feedback that people share with others to improve their experience. Its truly touching, and this is the side of the community that I always come back to whenever I'm around.
I also love playing as Killer, the overall rolls and 17 different Killers really does keep each map fresh, and challenges me each time. I really do enjoy facing against strong, and coordinated Survivors that really can give a good chase on any Killer you choose. Its fun to catch them, and overall face them. It helps me improve my skills, find errors in my approach, and overall gives me an idea of what to do next time EVEN in the trial.
I always strive for a fair and fun match for both parties, and try to avoid anything such as tunneling or camping so the experience is fun for the both of us. I also love talking to people in post-chat who actually had a fun game with me. Its great to know I can make someones Trial a fun and challenging one indeed!
Overall, Dead by Daylight can be so diverse in many ways, multi-culturally and overall artistically. This game is very unique with how it approached an asymmetrical 4 Vs 1 horror game and i'm very glad it was created... I'm thankful for the friends I've made playing this game, the help I was able to give to people who needed it, and the overall support when discussing about topics that I may have created, or others have created.
No matter what people say about this game, I truly am thankful for its creation, and will always be apart of its community until the end.
Thanks for reading my post,
See you in the fog.

It isn't survivors can wait behind a pallet for few seconds and they get thier perk back.
Than its worthless, why would I use it lmao.
It should have a hindred effect if anything, not a exhaustion effect...

Lmao learn your game before ya start bluffing. Judging from your devotion and player level. You either deranked prior to rank reset or let the reset happen and then deranked. Either way knowing this DLC was dropping and bringing newer players into the game your actions are actually really scummy regardless and you are well aware of this.
This is me currently as of a few minutes ago.

Oof, digging in on him!

Its just useful against DH, BL, etc.
Its honestly worthless if Survivors can play without their exhaustion perks...
-
No, its not. It could be considered camping, or proxy camping I suppose.
But no, its not toxic.

So you listed a few things cool story problem is.
- A good Ghostface wont get broken out except rarely if at all. I'm not talking about the mediocre ones either that get broken out constantly.
- Ghostface can 99 everyone and unlike Myers even if he's looped and loses exposed he can apply it infinite times. He can even apply it faster. Also from a survivor perspective having not seen Myers all game then get instadowned is honestly the worst experience. Can you blame them?
- Ghostface can also chain downs. He's just not as efficient at this. Yet he can knock people down faster as he snowballs not chains.
- Monitor and Abuse is cool, but Ghostface does not need to use a perk slot to get the same effect. So he can further compliment his build with a free slot which is well worth the investment.
- Ghostface can't compete with the fast and longer lunge, but he does have the ability to hide better then Myers ever could thanks to his character model being shorter and being able to crouch.
Need I say more? Ghostface is more like "Make your Choice" while Myers is more like "Hex: Haunted Grounds" the difference between them is minimal yet to me because Myers has less chance to proc his instadown and takes longer. He's inferior to Ghostface.
A counter to thine statement.
- He doesn't need M&A, the point was it helps increase his stealth. Hes still pretty hard to detect at 16 Meters, and the distance between that is very small.
- Ghostface can 99 people yes, but if they intentionally block hits on someone you're chasing than 99ing them is pointless. Even if you take the time to than put the exposed on the blocker, how would you know they're about to block the hit if its literally out of nowhere...
- He won't get broken out if you know what to do yeah, but the fact you can be broken out of it at all is worse than Myers constant stealth.
- The ability to turn the tide of the match by downing 3 people at once for example, its huge...
- And yeah, his lunge is really scary, and the faster vault speeds make it worse to run from. I'll agree though that Ghostface can hide better because of his character model.
I can agree though, that depending on the player, they can be better than Myers or vice versa. Its ultimately on the players skill honestly to make that happen. If we're talking basekit vs basekit, I have to say Myers has a bit more pros than Ghostface, but not many.
Overall, they're both scary to face and that's why I love using them lmao.

This thread in-general is becoming toxic, so i'm gonna agree with @Gorgonia and notify the mods to have it possible closed.
@MandyTalk @Gcarrara @Gay Myers (Luzi) @Rizzo90 This thread has derailed, and in-general is starting to cause arguments. Can it be closed please?

I asked my friends (who also play red rank) one of them was reset to 12 and the other to 11. I’m not sure what happened to mine, I’m really not surprised though. I’ve been around long enough to see just about every bug this game has to offer.

I was rank 5-6, can’t really remember, before reset and I got to 12.
It could be a bug, who knows. Its just highly doubtful because a bug like this was never reported at the start of the ranking system, and till now.
The list Gorgonia posted is how it usually works for rank reset.

Fixated is a pretty good perk in the right build.
For me though, I think Surge is my favorite, due to how it can help regression and gen protection builds. Pair Surge with Thrilling Tremors, and that's pretty good tbh...

I’m not 100% sure here but I don’t think seven can put you at 12, possibly with enough pips but op said they got de-ranked to 14.

So if 7 deranks you to 12, than most likely 8-9 brings you to 14, it might even be 10 to 14 honestly.
Actually the first image has him at 15, so we're both wrong... Its most likely 11 than if he was at 15 after the reset.

Can we get this thread deleted? We don’t really want this type of discussion if we are aiming at having a less toxic game. Clearly, the OP is toxic and think it’s cool to brag about it. Let it rot.
That's up to a mod to ultimately do that, you can @ one if you really think it should be deleted, and than they can decide.
