I main Legion for the wall hacks and the lore, but that's it. Power is 85% useless and punishes you for using it.

Play as Spirit and Discordance with Sloppy Butcher, this seems to be most effective to me :)

Survivor main here, I enjoyed to play against Nurse and play as her. Only addon rework though, don't worry :)

The OP may be a newer player, than it´s quite reasonable to think, Legion is really strong. The only defense u have is a pally, and he can vault them. When i started with DBD, every killer appeared quite strong ^^
Old Legion was absolute trash, annoying af, no wonder, most people dc´ed against him.
Now Legion is basically trash too but no more exploits and annoying to both sides >:(

Balanced Landing is also meta in the Game and Haddonfield, it has also helped me juke Nurses before :)

I am more encouraged to play killer because of the high amounts of tunnels and me losing rank as a survivor, so I just spend time doing outside stuff. Or forums and reddit of Dead by Daylight ;)

I always do generators, especially towards endgame or beginning of the game. I only accidently killed one person in basement when I didn't know someone else was almost done with a generator. If only she had kindred :/

Legion is OP?! Legion was demolished. For one thing, in his power, you can easily lose track of survivors now that blood is gone. Another thing is that when you get the 4 second stun punishment just for using your power or missing, then survivors can get enough distance to discourage you to chase. The power barely lasts, and with the decreased vaults and speeds, it is so easy to get away from Legion. The power can't even down you, most Legions do chain attacks, so if you aren't being followed, just mend and move on. Wish you could down survivor's mend time if you hit all remaining survivors with feral frenzy. (keep the missed attack, even though I hate it so much, make the stun shorter).
He/she isn't even OP to the slightest, the power doesn't even give them distance, not even half the map!

You are also dead when everyone else is on a generator :( (Happened to me twice, I even had Kindred. Once, my swf teammate one game almost saved me but got hooked, this Ace did a generator above me as I died first hook and Meg sandbagged my teammate and said that no one saved me. So why not you save?)

Holy cow this is long. I feel like nurse is easily counterable though, and she is fun to play against for me :) Basekit is really fine, addons do need rework.

Update:
Hillybully, Hag, Trapper are worst killers to me, so much pressure with these guys! Leatheface is fun now when I can juke him. Hillybilly is also pretty fun now.
So any trap type of killers are hardest for me, though not really Freddy yet. :)

Well, actually would be a nice idea, though hex totems are supposed to be powerful but fragile, so a passive effect wouldn't make sense.

Plus, chances of full team swf is very rare, so many risks too. Most teams are either new people getting in or teams like mine who play just for fun and guarantee no death on first or second hook. :)

Nurse is really fun, so I hope basekit will never be changed. Her addons do seem a little overwhelming to me though.

I would personally love for the next killers to be based on Urban Legends. Bloody Mary, La Llorona, or a Wendigo would all be possible and are my top picks. As for the versions I would love to see, well, anyone here ever been to Halloween Horror Nights? I remember we here at the Orlando Universal location got houses of Bloody Mary and La Llorona in previous years. The way those characters were depicted was so ######### cool and scary. I know it's unlikely, but I would love to see something similar-looking to those versions here. Would make the game scarier.

As for the Wendigo, honestly any of the conventional looks would be fine imo. Maybe for the PS4 version use the Wendigos from Until Dawn?

@Aven_Fallen this depends how the killer/survivor disconnects. Yes you can depip as killer if too many disconnect as well.
So killer and survivors should all get the blood point and safe pip bonus guarantee :)
