Got the achievement yesterday: It's 100% the solo fix generator in Eleven's small holding cell room, found upstairs.
I fixed it on my own but came off the gen a couple of times when I heard the killer's heartbeat.
I escaped via HATCH too (used key I found).

HBO - Sharp Objects (Amy Adams, Patricia Clarkson).
Ok that's filled me in. Cheers.

That’s some good tv show
Fill me in. I'm not a big tv person.
-
A lot of edge here. Thread should of had a subtitle reading 'Warning: May Contain Sharp Objects'.
-
Fixated is the best, but Inner Strength is very cool too.
-
No. The truth is the cosmetics in general are too expensive. Demogorgon is a very weak skin. The Ice Cream Steve is good however, like Ashy Slashy it was gonna get brought by a lot of people.
Hands up, I brought both Pig outfits cause I love Saw.
-
I love DBD because it gives me the opportunity to:
-Capture human prey in bear traps.
-Sneak up and attack unsuspecting victims whilst totally invisible.
-Chase people as fast as I can with a chainsaw.
-Strangle nominated patients and caress their lifeless face.
-Throw a hatchet in to the spine of my enemy.
-Stab a foe through the back with a katana blade.
-Stalk my obsession before killing them brutally.
-Terrify others with a mud phantasm of myself.
-Prepare a person to be the meat in BBQ or Chilli.
-Administer electric shock therapy on a damned soul.
-Lacerate a sleeping victim in their most horrific nightmare.
-Fix a homemade piece of headwear on to chosen subject which will tear their face apart.
-Throw intoxicating substances over an individual before slicing their finger off.
-Frantically chase anyone in the nearby area with a dirty knife.
-Vomit over someome and infect them with a cruel condition.
-Mark a group of friends for death and take them out one at a time.
-Move through a mysterious dark hole before eating an unlucky specimen's head.
-Hang all that I find on a hook to be sacrificed to an higher power.
I can do all this on a daily basis...and not feel at all bad about it.
Thanks Dead By Daylight! 😄
-
Yup totally agree. The amount of times I see some fool run past a totem (leaving red scratch marks everywhere) is criminal.

It would have to involve kate and a carrot
🤭
-
It looks very good. A bit sprawling.
-
Agreed. This is my biggest issue with the new update, as trivial as it is.
-
Enjoying it.
Demogorgon is great. The shred is a fun attack and his portals are handy when you master it.
Steve isn't very good in terms of perks, but Nancy has some decent perks.
Hawkins Lab is the best looking map, very faithful to the tv series.
Overall, a really good chapter.
-
Yeah it should be done. Billy and Leatherface can use their saws to break the pallets. See no problem with this. It's cool.

Jack Frost - (not michael keaton or the animated one, but the psychotic serial killer one from) As much fun as i think a killer snowman would be, it just doesnt fit. Except maybe a winter themed event limited time free killer. That might actually be cool.
Jack Frost's mori could be pretty eyebrow raising...
-
Ok just played it. To be honest, it's visually the best map and feels very authentic with some nice touches.
We'll have to see how it goes with tactical play over time.
-
Leave portals around gens. Close to the end of the game place them near exit gates.
Use the 'shred' attack on injured survivors in areas where they can't easily veer off eg narrow corridors and stairs.
Perks: Surge, BBQ&C, Bitter Murmur and Nurse's Call work pretty well. Good for tracking.
-
Well I wouldn't know...had about 10 games since update...no Hawkins for me so far...
-
Hope it happens. I actually thought it was already in and was jumping at pallets for my first match. Absolute muppet.
I love his new jump attack.
-
Yeah I don't like this. Have no idea why it's like it is.
-
Got it. Third time playing as him...the first two times I didn't know how to teleport...😐
Suppose you just get lucky sometimes. Didn't even use the portals really.
One of the players was a level 5. So was rather surprised I got it.
-
Dwight strikes me as the type of guy who would get really excited unboxing overpriced action figures.
-
Didn't know the game was being ported on to PS2. Good show.
-
He's actually pretty scary to play against. Like all the growls and howls.
-
Nope. I haven't played it either.
-
Yeah this is a pain in the bum not having a quick switch.

The only thing close to that which I could definitely see working is a killer inspired by Jack the Ripper. And that's it. Identity V and other games showed that it could work and be liked by the fans.
But the Jack the Ripper case wasn't recent history and more to point we still don't know for definite who did those murders.

Malevolence sounds more like a "killer power" than a perk, tbh.
True actually. The phantasm part.
-
Red Dead 2 and Minecraft.
-
It won't be anything but Pennywise. That is if we do actually get something relating to Stephen King.
Although a Stephen King event for Halloween featuring Pet Sematary demonic animals and other iconic King items would be VERY cool.

Since our Freddy is the remake one we'll just have to use the remake music:
Problem is that's not very intense. Oh well. Guess we'll have to make do with the lullaby.
-
For me personally: IT.
From a money making point of view: IT.
IT is a popular modern franchise and would be a big seller. A logical choice from a business prospective.
-
Add NOED for a really satisfying aftertaste.
-
Well Ebony comes in handy when you have two or more mischief makers. A real special gift for a swf clickybag squad.
It's always comforting to keep it in your back pocket.
I rarely see a killer Ebony a whole team however.
-
I heard it was a limited time object. I have it on PS4 but on my newer PC account it's in the store but has no option to purchase/unlock/equip.
-
I think they're a welcome edition for disposing of toxiods who deserve their game ending eg baggers of the tea, clickers of the flashlight.
Also the killer gets less blood points for Mori against hooking.
And finally, you take away Mori...they're have to rename the 'killers' as 'sacrificers' as only a few select perks and Michael Myers would have the ability to have the killer actually kill.
On the subject, should we also remove Michael Myers' tier 3 Tombstone add-on? He doesn't even have to hook a survivor once in order to end them.
-
A graveyard.
-
Freddy needs 'Run Nancy', but unfortunately it's from the 1984 original.
Also Pig should have the Saw theme incorporated in to her gameplay, either in a chase or for the survivor whilst in a reverse bear trap countdown.
-
It won't happen obviously, but the worst would be any killer based on an ACTUAL killer. And I don't mean influenced like LeatherFace and Ed Gein, I mean things like Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (which whilst had an altered story, was based on Henry Lee Lucas and featured characters based on real-life individuals). But yeah, that's the worst inclusion that thankfully will not happen.
-
Legion is just a chore to play, even though I personally get good results with him. He is my least favourite to play as however.
-
Dwight. He's had some really shoddy jobs, probably on low wages. Now he's being stalked by a hideous killer who wants to sacrifice him on hook. Talk about bad luck.

I agree that the shoulder struggle should be more than just wiggling a stick or bashing a button.
-
Vengeance could be a bit OP (imagine that with Bitter Murmur).
Malevolence sounds pretty good though.
Would make for a creepy killer too.
-
First of all, never disconnect because you get no progression or BP and risk a ban.
Regarding quick hook deaths:
If you are down to 2 survivors and get hooked by a toxic hemorrhoid of a killer, I feel it's fine to die on hook in order for the final survivor to escape.
The last survivor on the hook will also purposely die without a struggle so the killer doesn't get to find and close the hatch for a bonus.
-
I shot him six times! I shot him six times! I shot him in the heart. I shot him six times! This guy, this man, he's... HE'S NOT HUMAN!
Dr Loomis. Halloween 2. 1981.
-
Maybe if the killer face camps the hook with no other survivors close by, the killer could receive Blood Point penalties which transfer to the hooked survivor. The other survivors could gain increased generator repair speed with less skill checks.
-
I would rather have licensed characters...as long as I am familiar with the related franchise. After Stranger Things was annouced for DBD, I sat through all three seasons as I had never watched it.
-
The balancing for Daily Rituals is odd. Another think I don't get is that it's 25000 Blood Points for getting 3 survivors in bear traps with Trapper but you get 30000 by simply shocking a survivor 4 times with Doctor, usually the same one in 10 seconds.
