Maybe the whole twist with Pennywise is that whilst fear is what makes him stronger, to deplete his 'fear power' you have to display certain types of bravery. But by doing so, you put yourself at more risk of being attacked but with less force.
Running from Pennywise would be seen as fear. Hiding from Pennywise would be seen as fear. Failing skill checks and running away would be seen as fear.
Unhooking survivors would be seen as bravery. Staying on a generator after a missed skill check would be seen as bravery. Performing tasks whilst in Pennywise's terror radius would seen as bravery.
The higher survivors' fear levels are, the stronger Pennywise's power is.
Pennywise could use certain items to increase survivors' fear levels. He could leave blood filled red balloons around the map which explode at close proximity .
As Pennywise's power gets higher, the more supernatural traps and visions appear around the map. This could make survivors overall efficiency decrease and have them cry out for help. It could also effect generators, vault windows and lockers.

We were all sure wed get a summer event....because ya know...it was summer. And they, and damn near every other game DO summer events.
But nope. So I'm not holding my breath for Halloween event.
But I think if they have to do one event based on an annual 'holiday season' it would be on Halloween. I doubt it would just be ignored.
-
Maybe chuck in Elvira, the Mistress of the Dark, as a survivor
-
I like the faulty hook idea. Kind of like a brand new part for the hooks. That would be cool.
-
Pumpkins should be on all maps and Haddonfield should look extra special. Maybe with Halloween decorations and lights etc.
Would also be fantastic if they dropped 2018 versions of Michael and Laurie.

Its a pitty we got no summer event this year. I hope we will get another Halloween Blight event. I still got offerings stocked for it!
It would be very cool if they all still worked.
I am pretty sure we will get a Halloween event because...it's Halloween. Probably will get some cool cosmetics too and maybe an extension of the lore.
-
Could be interesting...could mean absolutely nothing.
Maybe it'll just be Pennywise stand-alone.
-
I agree Halloween Blight was great. I hope we get it again but improved.
-
Michael's add-ons make him better. The ability to kill without a mori is also a dangerous talent.

What is booping snoots?
Sounds like someone with a penchant for toxic mischief.

Prayer Beads served with Nurse's Call. With a side-order of Surveillance with a topping of BBQ & Chilli. And a sprinkling of No One Escapes Death. A real treat.
-
NOED. Change = Activates at the start of the match. All 5 totems need to be cleansed in order to break the hex. ๐คญ

Getting the Wounded Healer trophy on PS4 ๐ง

Prayer Beads + Nurse's Call = Two Tickets To Paradise.

Imagine this with Ruin whilst playing with complete potatoes. ๐ค

It'll be above that.
Standard 2 character chapters are around that. 6.50 is normal chapter price in uk.
10-11 is likely the range.
I would be really surprised if it's more than ยฃ7.99.
-
Have you updated Claudette since the event?
I still have some of the Blood Moon event items.
-
UK should be around ยฃ7.
-
I like Stake Out.
-
The only survivor adept that could possibly cause some players difficulty in obtaining is David King. With 'No Mither', you are forced to play broken, making you an easy target for a killer.
-
The game in general can be.
It can be extremely frustrating.
Friday 13th was much better. Way more fun.
I'm a long-time player of both games and enjoy DBD, but F13 will always be my no1 online horror game.
-
Well aside from the volume of grunts and cries, the survivors are pretty much skins as their own perks can be assigned to other survivors.
So based on 'their own' perks that come with that particular survivor, I would say Claudette. Self-Heal is pretty much essential and Empathy is a great perk too.
-
All depends how well hidden it is ๐
-
Yeah I think offline would be a good way or helping new players break in and hone their skills.
-
Rank Reset is good for getting remaining killer adapts.
-
I would of much rather had Hopper and Joyce.
-
It's actually not that hard, I got it on my third attempt (first time the last survivor got the hatch, second time the last survivor disconnected).
It's even easier with the a ability to close the hatch now.
First of all you can NOT get this with a Mori trophy.
You need to get the two red add-ons Fragrant Tuft Of Hair (Infinite Tier 3 Evil Within) and Judith's Tombstone (Ability to kill anyone by hand).
Now for perks:
Monitor & Abuse: You can get more Evil acquired with less chance of being noticed.
Nurse's Call: Will greatly help find survivors after they've been injured.
Ruin: As long as it lasts, it will at least somewhat slow down the survivors' gen rush and give you more chance to stalk.
Surveillance: Great for tracking survivors and creeping up for a sneaky stalk.
When you eventually get the Tier 3 Evil Within go hunting and when you find a survivor just tap that attack button, don't hold it.
You really have to get it done before all generators are completed. When it comes down to yourself and the last survivor, search for the hatch and close it. Now patrol those exit gates and get your last victim.
You'll get it eventually.
-
I actually think the Clown has the best backstory.
-
Chapter 14 is gonna be BIG DAAAAAAAADDY COOL, DIESEL!
-
Usually recover. If you waste time crawling they usually find you with or without deerstalker. If you recover until 'find help' another survivor usually jogs by and gives the that last bit of recovery to get you back in to an injured state.
-
Now I am F13 vet who knows all about the lawsuit blah blah etc etc, but imagine if they EVENTUALLY, maybe in some kind of fantasy land, after all the rulings, some kind of agreement happened and DBD got 'Jason'. With no mention of 'Voorhees' or 'Friday 13th' or 'Crystal Lake', basically nothing that Victor Miller created in the original film: just the hockey masked serial killer called 'Jason'. Basically he wouldn't have any real 'lore' in connection to his mother, the camp etc. But he could have the likeness via Horror Inc. But...this would never happen. Not to mention that Jason without his storyline , surname and iconic stomping group would be incredibly lame. *awakes*

BBQ&C is very popular because of it's aura reading and BP bonus.
Franklin's Demise is a laugh for messing up buffoons' flashlight game. Also gets rid of those troubling tool boxes and insta-heal medkits.
Ruin is worth running as Leatherface has no real map pressure so it could slow down gen rush...unless the survivors cleanse the hex totem in the first 30 seconds of the match.
And if you're feeling in the mood for some proper mischief...Insidious ๐คญ
-
Keep survivors how they are, make killers simply 4k with their 3 perks. Happy days.
Imagine trying to get a double pip with David using No Mither. Would be a right laugh...
-
I like it.
But:
- If a survivor is in a chase with the pig or even if she able to see them, the timer will stop.ย
This would effectively have the Pig be forced to stay away the RBT survivor, giving them the opportunity to remove the trap. Also, unless the survivor attempts to exit via the gates, the Pig could not be able to watch the survivor's head go pop.
I think just stopping the timer during chase is enough or maybe have the timer slow down if the survivor is in the Pig's terror radius/line of vision.
-
'all killers' ? Nope.
I use BBQ&C to find my next potential victim. It's also very handy for finding that last remaining survivor.
-
As soon as you select to perform a Mori it should count regardless of if the survivor DCs. Same with 3rd hooking. You were already dead.
-
If we get Alien and Hellraiser chapters I'd be happy as far as licensed chapters go.
I understand Jason is pretty untouchable at the moment and unlikely to ever come to DBD unfortunately.
-
Never understood rage quitting on the hook (or any time for that matter). Messes it up for the whole team.
-
Stake Out. Small Game. Diversion. Windows Of Opportunity.
-
I'm always face camping arch-muppets for acts of teabaggery, body blockery and clicky flashlightery. Do I feel guilty? Nope. They deserved it. Trying to move about on the floor near a window so the option switches between 'vault' and 'pick up' is also seen as a crime in my book and any intentional irritation won't go down well. Love that sweet salt...when it comes from a pest.
-
Nah. It's the easter bunny from Bill & Ted.

More general and not at all practical, but:
Get chased, point at a locker, wait for the killer to check the locker, thinking someone's inside. Then Quick & Quiet into the locker when you turn around.
Alternatively, quietly enter a locker, fast vault out, then sneak in after they check it. Only works if they're a decent distance away and can't hear the locker sound itself. Nobody checks the same locker twice.
Oi don't give the new guys ideas! ๐๐๐

Just had some clever clogs 'messing with me'. Chasing this joker as Huntress...pallet marathon, tea bag fever etc. Didn't feel quite as ice cool with two hatchets in his back and a hook-up in the basement for his troubles...with two of his potato friends joining him shortly afterward. Closed the hatch, got the 4th guy. A totally unexpected but hugely satisfying 4k.

Would like to see a werewolf character.
-
I like the idea of having the survivors hide in the boot (trunk) of the car.

I saw Steve hooked in the Stranger Things ptb...he just hang there with a calm, bored look on his face.

Hag could be a version of the Blair Witch.
