It never lagged before, only after the Resident Evil update. 🤷🏻♀️
Neither did I, but when I started playing again, I noticed a lot of lag during different matches

After the latest Resident Evil Update (which btw took ages in PS4) the game is constantly lagging. I kept losing matches because was teleporting from one place to another, or my screen was just freezing, especially during chases. This was never an issue before. I gave up playing cause I kept depipping and couldn’t finish my current tome challenges, which is sad cause I have paid the auric cells to get all skins and cosmetics. I hope the devs will fix the issue soon. Anyone else having this problem?
The reason it takes ages on ps4 is because of the file copying on the ps4 side.
This has nothing to do with bhvr or dead by Daylight.
The lagging was already before this chapter.
I came back after 4 months last Saturday and noticed a massive amount with lag

Why makes killer players more miserable with this patch ? I don't think demo nerf is necessary, also there's much things to do than nerfing killers and nerfing Franklin.
There's a lot of task left such as Spirit Counterplay ,Billy Rework, Dead Hard, Nurse Bugs, and so on
It is very obvious why they do that.
They want to keep the survivors happy as they are the mass majority in this game.
And so they make sure they are happy so they will keep buying cosmetics for their survivors.
Survivors in dbd are being milked and most of them don't even realise that.
But meanwhile more killers switch either to survivor or they just simply quit, and that way create long waiting times for the survivors.
They have no intention in making it more appealing to play both sides.
They just plaster fix that problem by making killer rift challenges trying to get some more people playing killer.
They only fail to realise that most of them just do that challenge by farming and then move back to survivor.
They can better brand the game to dead by plaster fix 😜

Unfair? This Perk wasnt even that strong. What are you complaining about? If you love your items this much u had the chance to pick it up. Like people said before in this discussions, killers lose add ons regardless of how they play and hex totems. But hey lucky break got buffed, a already strong perk. Now its fair. By the way im surv most of the time.
Either that person is a very butthurt survivor main who wants everything to get nerfed from killer or they try to be the next sluzzy.
And judging by the discussions they made and comments they placed, I would say he's a sluzzy wannabe

Is it because of resident evil characters or just in general?
Nah it has nothing to do with the re chapter.
I've just returned from a 4 months break last Saturday and already noticed the increase of lag spikes, and I play on ps5.
I kept held being in place several time, had a survivor just teleport back behind me during a chase, and a lot more like those stuff.

So killer mains truly think it is fair to steal survivors’ items? It is absurd to me that a killer could slap on Franklin’s and take every survivor’s item in the lobby, and suffer no repercussion. Survivors cannot make the killer lose their add-ons so it simply makes no sense that killers can take our items. Survivors’ items give them a MARGINAL advantage against killers. Killers have an abundance of broken regression perks, countless killer-sided maps where survivors hardly stand a chance, and numerous broken add-ons.
The Franklin’s Demise nerf was VERY well-deserved, it will not be reverted.
🤣🤣🤣
Just stop trying to be the next sluzzy, you sluzzy wannabe 🤣🤣

I believe BHVR does their best to stay neutral, they just make changes that doesn't make sense sometimes. Such as removing our only key counterplay before balancing keys.
Yeah I want to believe they stay neutral, but the thing is.
Everytime I hear or see someone saying that, I immediately think back to a certain Q&A stream.
I believe it was the one after the nurse or spirit change/rework.
One of the devs said "after we changed this killer, I was thinking against what killer do I also hate to go against? Well that would be the doctor" (here and there he might have used a different word).
When i heard that, it just showed they don't care of hiding it anymore that they are biased.
And after that there were more instances where they made a similar remark when they were changing things.
So yeah i wanted to believe they stay neutral but they have really proven themselves they can't.
And tbh who can blame them?
Survivor are the ones who bring in the most cash, so why not famour them and make sure they stay happy and buy loads of outfits

That was the only reason to really run Franklin's, you'd see keys load into the lobby and would have the advantage to switch perks in order to even the playing field. However, now killers cannot do anything, literally you minus well let them escape at that point unless you think you're able to hold the majority of your generators to prevent hatch from spawning.
Next Mid-Chapter should be a key update, if not then I'm going to be very disappointed at the developers. I usually always keep an open mind when it comes to changes, give benefit of the doubt and let them have leniency before I begin getting upset. However, we have nothing to combat keys with AND they haven't addressed this since the beginning of the game. 😡
That is why i said, they wonder why there are more survivors than killers and some ers actually switch to survivor because of that.
Any other gaming developers would stay neutral when 2 sides are in play, but not bhvr.
About the key rework, I wouldn't hold my breath, I expect it somewhere in 2022

Insta heals don't exist.
Toolboxes are weak.
Flashlights are easily the weakest item in the game. Look at a wall.
Keys are strong, but if you slug early on and win before they can use them, they aren't a problem.
Franklin's does not help you win, even against keys. If they want to escape by key, they'll just drop the item so Franklin's will do nothing.
Franklin's was just a griefing perk, meant to waste survivors blood points, of which they already don't get enough.
Yeah sorry but I have to disagree with you on that.
Toolboxes are still strong if you know how to use them especially in combi with some perks.
You know what I mean by insta heals, they are still basically the same as the were.
You use it and any hit you take during that time will apply deap wound, so basically you have still a extra health state.
Before it fully health you, now it's heals you over time and during that time a hit will be converted to deep wound.
So yeah you can ignore all you want but insta heals still remain, whether you believe it or not.
Yeah looking at a wall or tree can counter flashlights, but how many times do you actually down them next to a wall or something to counter that?
Yeah exactly not that often.
The keys, yeah sure if a survivor is smart which a lot are not.
They hold the key in their hands the entire game.
So yeah it was a good counter to keys.
That reminds me, I wonder why it takes ages to come up with a key rework? 🤔
Yeah yeah yeah don't come with that bs about it's more than simply changing some numbers.
We all know that is a load of crap, if they really wanted a rework that it would already be in the game by now.
It is only an excuse to try and keep the people quiet, nothing more nothing less.
-
@CoalTower said:
I think it's fine. Franklin's didn't help you win anyways. It was just a toxic perk meant to ruin other people's fun. There is quite literally no purpose in running it outside of ruining other people's fun.
A toxic perk to ruin other people's fun?
Are you joking right now?
Than what are 4 toolboxes, or medkits with those insta heals, keys, flashlights?
It's exactly the same dude

Pop, stbfl, bbq and most important wispers.

I hate the Hag. All she has to do is hook one survivor, place a million traps and then wait for you to unhook, teleport and then down the next survivor until everyone has been death hooked and eventually killed.
Does anyone else feel this same hate? Or does anyone at least have some advice for me to escape this torment? I'm a survivor main (low rank killer and still learning and have only played the game for several months) and I'm still learning and want to get better at the game because I love it. I don't want hate over certain killers (or players poor choices) to make me hate the game.
With hag traps either use a flashlight to destroy her traps or crouch over them.
When crouching the traps won't go off and you can safely unhook.
But be sure that you immediately crouch so the traps won't go off, that goes for both the person who unhook as well as the person who has been unhooked.
If either of you don't crouch than it is bye bye and 1 of you is getting downed

I dont care, increase the timer to 1000 seconds and make it tank 10 hits but fking remove the option to bodyblock the killer so they cant down the rescuer. Its so annoying. And then they proceed to complain i tunnel them.
I dont have anything against the perk itself, its just fking annoying if you REALLY want to hit the rescuer and this guy just tbags and bodyblocks you, knowing there is NOTHING you can do right now.
Do just like I do, just wait out his bt.
Done that yesterday when I tried to go for the rescuer and the guy with bt just bodyblocked really good.
Couldn't go around him so I just waited till I saw him do anything which indicates that his bt was over, and in this case he used dead hard to a pallet.
His only problem is he panicked dead hard and was to early, so down he went and went against the unhooker while the other stayed on the ground.

Yup have had that too.
You start together with them, they can see you're already injured and can see the broken status effect at the survivor icon.
Yet they immediately try to heal you 🤷♂️
So you show them that it is impossible and you move on to work on the gen.
They come stand behind you t-bagging because they want to heal you.
Like how many signs do you need to see that you can't heal me for freak sakes?

Ok, fine. If you’re already basically right there and the killer is distracted, go for it. Revive me.
But it’s such a complete waste of time when I’ve had the opportunity to crawl away because the killer hesitated for 2 or 3 seconds, and can no longer discern where the hell I went, and somebody (sometimes even 2) from the opposite end of the map get off their gen(s) to run all the way over to me. This is especially annoying when the entire reason I’m downed at the opposite end of the map is because I intentionally lead the killer that far away so that YOU can do the damn gens without interference.
“bUt MeR pOiNtS!!!”
Yeah well doing the objective gets you points too. So stop being stupid. If I’m hooked fine. But don’t run the length of the River Nile for a survivor that you clearly know can get themselves up.
Some survivors just aren't that bright.
II even had survivors who, believe it or not, saw that I'm injured at the start and tried to heal me.
And these were red ranks, like take a look at the survivors icons and you see I'm in the broken state.

Not really. Unless you have an absolute ######### game you'll always walk out with at least 20k as killer. Closer to 50 with bp offerings and bbq. Meanwhile I could complete all 5 gens solo and still not max out objective.
Again don't get me wrong here, but that has to do with your playstyle.
I personally have 0 problem getting 20k as a solo survivor.
Only rarely I get below 20k,but that has more to do with either me or the killer going only after only 1 survivor and throwing the game.

I agree. Though I have a lot of fun playing as Killer, since I try to make it fun for both sides. I get that not everybody wants to play that way though. Some want to just win, because that's what is fun to them. Personally, I think the game is more enjoyable when you expect to lose, but just try to have fun in whatever way you can.
Edit: Though, Killer is fun to me because I can play however I like. I can't do that as Survivor, because my team's enjoyment of the game can be ruined if I just fooled around and died. To ME, Survivor is much more stressful.
As killer and survivor i always want to win, but.......
As killer I will always go for fresh hooks and try to get as many as possible, no matter the killer.
Trying to outsmart survivors and forcing them to play my game is what I like, sure not many would like that but then again everyone has their own minds on what they like and what not.
As survivor I will always try to get chased, simply because that is what I love the most of that side.
And I always try to challenge myself.
I barely ever touch items, I have times I run without perks and even play with no mither (iron will not included).
That is what I find funas survivor when I get challenged, whether it is by the killer or by my own hands.
But i will always try to get every single person out, even if it means sacrificing myself to get the others to escape.

You're right, yeah. I guess I just feel that waiting a while for a lobby as a Survivor just to die and get no points from that game is really discouraging sometimes.
I know these games where you are being killed out of the game fast sucks.
Trust me, I don't like these anymore as you do.
But not every game is like that and there are way more better matches than that.
And if more people would play killer that those survivor waiting times will go down a lot.
But that shows how discouraging killer is being made at high ranks, as they are usually pretty stressful which many people don't like.
And thus play survivor only and have some relaxing matches.

Perhaps. But I feel like it would still not be very often. The amount of BP can still be affected by team performance. Maybe I am overthinking things, but they were thoughts I have been having a lot lately. I think, because Survivors can die quickly -- because making mistakes happens sometimes, and is inevitable eventually, not every game is going to be perfect on either side -- but all that I am thinking is that having those games that don't even last 5 minutes is more brutal on Survivors than it is Killer most of the time.
I think you are over thinking stuff tbh.
You're bp are more a show of your individual performance than team.
Sure when you are in a chase and the others complete gens, break (hex) totems, you will get points for it as well.
The rest is more an individual score, the better you do the more you get.
Sure it really suck when your game ends quickly because the killer is camping you or something, but these things happens.
Best is to forget about that one and move on to the next

I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying -- in my experience, after playing Survivor constantly lately, and remaining in rank 1 for a while -- the only way I ever get above 20K BP's as Survivor, I have to either use a perk that helps with BP's, or I have to max out multiple categories throughout the trial.
What I'm gonna say is not meant as toxic or anything.
But once you get much better then you will get almost the same amount as the killer.
I play both sides and I don't consider myself the best or anything whatsoever, but I rarely get scores below 20k as survivor without anything to boost it there.
On a couple of occasions I even menaged to get 32k and almost 32k as a solo survivor.
And if you ask me, I didn't even try hard for it either.
Al I did was a lot of chases (which I enjoy the most), a few gens, unhook and healing, and on some occasions even taking protection hits for others.
But again believe me when I say that you will get better and you will see the increase in BP for survivor.
Edit: don't forget that the killer also have to max out multiple categories for their bp.
And on some killers that can become pretty difficult.

It's fine. It was kind of a rant. But my point was that a Survivor's game can be cut short, and they'll earn a tragic amount of points for it, and it would just result in a gigantic waste of time. A Killer's game is not cut short, and they'll still get more every time, even if they make more mistakes than a Survivor would.
Well honestly, the killers game can be cut short too very easily.
It is possible to get out as a survivor in less than 5 minutes.
Been in those situations as survivor myself as a solo survivor, and as killer almost.
But that was more due to to survivors messing up with the last gen.
And in all honesty, i score on a regular basis between 20 and 25k bp as a survivor.
So i wouldn't say the amount is tragic.
And these are just base numbers as I don't run and perks for extra bp.
As I said a er has to work harder for these bp on his own to keep 4 survivors under controle.
4 survivors (even as solos) can work together and still get almost as much as the killer, and not even escaping
-
@Zet395 said:
As a player that has been around DbD for a long time, there's something that always bugs me. Over the years, I have played mostly Killer. I always thought I wasn't really a great Survivor and didn't really put time into learning how to get better until recently, (say around a couple months ago, when the Bill rift started.) Now I have gotten to rank 1 for both Survivor and Killer multiple times, and can now say that I NEED to say this, because I'm wondering what others think.
In my opinion, Survivors get an abysmal amount of bloodpoints. You could have an absolutely perfect game as Survivor and STILL get less than Killer. Personally, I don't think this is fair. The grind in this game is overkill, and basically, everybody's only reliable source of bloodpoints is in Killer. This comes down to a few things. First, Survivors have to do a LOT in order to even get close to the same amount of bloodpoints as Killer. Unhook survivors, do multiple gens, survive in chase for a long while, cleanse totems AND get out of the trial ALIVE. Does anybody think this is fair?
You COULD argue that Survivors have some perks that help them with bloodpoints, like We're Going to Live Forever, but let's think for a moment. As a Killer, it isn't impossible to get hooks. Getting UNHOOKS however is not guaranteed. All it takes is one camping Killer and that perk won't help you at all. The other scenario is protection hits. So, you get a protection hit, and then the Killer comes for you. Then what? There's no saying that the Killer won't either camp you, or tunnel you down before you get all 4 stacks for that perk. Then you'd STILL get less than Killer.
So, what's holding back Survivors? There's no guarantee that you'll live. You could die within minutes of starting a game, and it just ends up being a complete waste of time. What could help? I had a few ideas. First, bring in more perks that help with bloodpoint gain. Right now, there's only 3 on the Survivor side that helps with bloodpoints, and only 2 of them are really worth using. If there were BETTER conditions for collecting bloodpoints with Survivors, they might actually get a decent amount for once.
My next idea might be a hot take, but here it goes. I think Survivors should naturally get more bloodpoints than Killers. Let me explain why I suggest this, before you disagree. When you play as a Survivor, there is always a possibility that you will die, no matter how well you do. At the end of the day, your survival and the amount of bloodpoints you earn comes down to the performance of your team, and you're playing as perfectly as you can. However, how many times can you say that you often live, without your team making a bunch of mistakes that gets you all killed? Solo queue is the best example of what I mean. This is why hardly ANYBODY solo queue's. Things can be different if your SFW, but is that fair for everyone else?
My point is this: A Survivor does not live every game. And even when they DO live, they can still get LESS than a Killer that failed to 4K. Dying sucks, but waiting a long while to get into a game, dying within a few minutes with earning less than 5K bloodpoints sucks even more. I think Survivors would stick around more/give up less/DC less, if they are REWARDED for toughening it out and continuing to try, until the very end. The system I suggest is RISK-REWARD. If you are playing Survivor, even if you're excellent at running the Killer around, there's no guarantee that you'll live. You could spend a whole game without being able to even TOUCH a gen, which -- alone -- wouldn't give you much bloodpoints at all.
What incentive do Survivors have to stick around if their team is struggling, they are getting camped or they are getting tunneled to death? If you are PUNISHED because of a way your team or the Killer is playing, you have NO incentive to stay, or to keep trying. I think Survivors should be rewarded MORE for sticking to their guns and bearing with the pain of a bad trial, because no matter what anybody says, Survivors always get less than Killer, and I think this system would be fair. Especially for Survivors that have to play without any friends to help them.
What do you all think? Do you think any of my ideas are good? What would YOU do to fix bloodpoints for Survivors?
Don't get me wrong as I didn't read the whole life story 😬😉
But why should a killer not get more than survivors?
I mean it is a 1v4 so the killer has to work hard to get these bloodpoints.
And once you get better at survivor (as you said you think you're not that great), then you will notice that survivors got reasonable easy compared to killer.
So tbh i wouldn't even mind if the increase the amount of BP for killer imo

Oh I never said anything about Victor hooking survivors. I’m also not assuming that Victor couldn’t do it. It’s by design that Charlotte does that for him. Nice try though.
Yup indeed it was before the twins yes and I think they made the twins as a sort of compensation (or however you want to call it) for not able to get Chucky in it.

I still really hate it, the Steam servers went down 3 times on Tuesday so I literally got a 15 minute timeout. I just generally don't like the idea of being forced to stay in a game you aren't having fun in, especially because you can just ######### on hook and achieve the exact same results.
It seemed to have a negative reaction when it came out so I don't know if people have changed their minds now that it's had a long time to settle.
Why would you want to go out of the game early on in the first place?
You don't have to win everything, and even when things look lost, it can still turn around.
I've had games where i didn't enjoy it at first and went down really quick, but i never quit.
Instead I just stayed in the match to do what I can to buy my team time (as a solo), the killer thought I was the weak link so he went straight after me again.
I think he forgot people can adapt to situations, so i bought my team al they needed while getting chased.
So why try and get out of the game and screw your team, only because stuff happened what you didn't like?
Just play out the game and who knows what comes out of it.
As for getting dc'd because of connection lost.
These things happen and are out of your control.
Does this mean they should get rid of the dc penalty?
No definitely not.
Getting rid of the penalty while show an increase of people dc for the stupidis reasons and ruin the game for the others.
Do you have connection issues on your own side, than you have to ask yourself if online is suited for you.

Scrap this garbage system and make it harder for survivors to pip up.
If the original game wasn’t so good these devs would murder their own product through being incompetent.
Best thing against that is give the survivors the same treatment.
You select the survivor you want to play as and then you search and from then on you can't switch character anymore, just like killer.
Sure there is no individual mmr for survivors, but 99% of the times they switch last seconds just to bully etc.
So locking survivors from switching will reduce this a bit imo

The problem with that is outside of 1 or 2 killers every dbd killer plays the same at a base level.
A pro Huntress playing Demo for the first time is still going to know how to win a chase and play tiles. But it'll put them against week 1 baby survivors.
Yeah I know.
I kinda forgot about the title of the post lol.
Just having a bad day, so I'm not that focused today 😅

I think the mmr for killer is for every individual killer.
So the more you play 1 killer the more mmr you get for said killer.
You play with a killer that you don't play much or barely, you get easier prey 😉

Tonight I hopped onto DBD to try and do the protection hits tome challenge. I played Ash so I could use MoM to get more hits. I don't have any of the meta sweat perks on Ash so I was just going to have fun. As soon as I touched a gen I could tunneled and camped out of the game. I got farmed by teammates and I depipped. I was almost to red ranks. Why do I get punished for the killer playing like an #########? Why do I get depipped?
Both sides get punished for stupid things.
A killer gets punished for survivors being healed, which makes no sense.

I started to pick up killer mainly to do the tome challenges and to farm for BP when I'm done playing as survivor. But I have no idea how to let survivors know I wanna farm with them.
I know with ghostface to just teabag a lot and with hag & demo to use their traps/portals as a sign, but what for the other killers?
Any tips are welcome for this! And same goes for as survivor to let the killer know you wanna farm or befriend them.
If on console then just message them and wait to ready up so they can reply or skip the lobby.
What I get a lot is they message me asking to farm and then immediately ready up, as someone who really hate farming I am forced to either farm, rush the gens or try and get me killed.
Whenever I don't get an option then I'm gonna rush the gens ASAP and get out, which usually either ends up being able to get out or the killer quits.

If Undying is cleansed first ok no second Haunted Ground, but if Haunted Ground is cleansed first, Undying will become a second Haunted Ground.
Thats a build I used to play with.
Yeah I can understand that but they nerfed it some time ago.
The scenario you are saying is not possible anymore.
Right now undying will always go first.
Not second, not third, not fourth but always as the first hex that will be cleansed.
Undying will go first 100% of the time, so you will only have 1 time haunted ground.
It used to be possible but not anymore.
Did you never wonder why it was always haunted that they cleansed as first every single time?

I mean, they already said it will be built in. Just like keys.
They want to add a whole new mechanic for those things and thes directly interact with each other then. The only question is how broken or useless it will be.
Can't remember that they said it would be build in, neither with keys.
Might have missed something then I guess

I mean, the next mori rework has to be a buff? Right? Theres no way they can nerf it even more..
My prediction for the new rework of mori is that it will be build in.
So if a survivor is on dead hook, you get the option to mori that person or hook that person.
Or another option will be that you are able to mori the last survivor after a certain amount of hooks.

If they do cleanse haunted totems first (yes, even if undying is present, hexes have specific totems still), it triggers haunted first, then triggers the undying effect.
Sorry but that is old undying mate.
With the new undying you don't have a choice as it will always be undying first that you cleanse, until undying is gone you can't cleanse haunted first.
-
Yup that happens way to many times.
They just need to make sure survivor don't spawn near a hex or next to a totem at all.
But i guess that is something that will never ever happen, or they would have done so during those 5 years

You can still have two Haunted ground in one game with the current Undying
How?
You get 3 lit totems, 1 is undying and the other 2 are haunted.
No matter what hex totem they cleanse, it will and shall always be undying first and the next hex they cleanse will be haunted.
And since undying is gone, haunted won't spwan anymore.
So how do you manage to get haunted ground 2 times then? 😉🤔

In the Anniversary stream, Devs made it clear that Morys were the toxic one. Killing Survivors on death hook is considered toxic that they have to address it again but in the end they mentioned Keys as a problem for like 5 seconds...
I got hit with this just 30 minutes ago and...
I guess I should play better next time.
Euhm I wouldn't hold my breath to see it anytime this year.
I already said it would take at least a year when the first announced the mori and the key would get a rework.
Looking more and more likely to be true it's gonna be a year.

I liked Scott Jund's idea of Killers being able too see in the lobby who are in SWFs. This could give Killers Ideas who ever shares info with who or give a warning to killers to bring a stronger build.
This could make a Clown with no add ons on Cowshed vs 4 SWF who brought a farm offering a less occurrence.
I don't see any bad sides here, any thoughts about this?
It would be a good idea to show it after the match who were and who weren't in a swf, and maybe give the killer some extra points for it or something.
Showing it before the match will just result into lobby skipping to a point where the swf could end up waiting for hours to get into a game

Why are we acting like totems are hard to find without perks?
My thoughts exactly when I see post about finding totems.
But apparently there are still people who have a hard time finding totems in high ranks 😂
The spawns are either to damn obvious or just right in the open.

I understand it as well.
As a student whose university has a zero tolerance policy with stuff like that, it is a bit scary.
Realistically, having one person accuse me of being homophobic shouldn't mean anything, but some people who play this game have issues.
Hahaha oh yeah i know there are people who have some serious issues here in dbd.
Like I had a guy coming to my yt channel to complain that I appearantly was toxic etc for almost a year, because he didn't manage to escape.
Like get a life, accept your defeat and move on.
It's not bad to have a zero tolerance policy about stuff like this, as long as they take in consideration of the proof.
The only thing scary about the situation here in dbd is when someone gets accused of it and he gets annoyed by all those messages and admit that they did that.
Not because they actually did that but just out of being annoyed by all those messages about it.
We all been there once or twice irl and that is the scary part about doing that online because you can't see the emotion behind it.
My advice when getting those kind off messages is to try and ignore them even though it might be difficult at times

Haunted Ground will be reeeaally good with Counterforce, add Retribution to your build and people will think twice before cleansing 😉
Maybe Undying to have a second Haunted Ground 🤔
Doesn't work like that anymore mate.
When running undying, the first hex that is destroyed will always be undying first.
The nerfed it a while back already 😉

Do I really blame OP for having to vent about this? What if they got reported? I don't blame them for getting worried.
Nah nothing would happen if they got reported?
The only way he would get penalised is when he does say he did it because of the pride charm.
If he doesn't react to it than the person claiming it can't do anything about it.
It was stated by a mod in a different post.
If they admit they went after someone intentionally to cause grief or anything because of the pride charm and have a screenshot of them saying that, then yes that is a reportable offence.
But yeah i can understand the OP was worried or annoyed that he was accused of that even though that person was clearly baiting him to say that he was.

So there I am trying to rank up and 'git gud' when I was rudely Interrupted by the camp god himself. Bubba mains clearly have deep seeded issues and must display there unbridled rage upon thine survivors at all times. I know we have all have faced the occasional camp or tunnel, but it happens a little too often. The classic perks to "prevent" these issues doesn't necessarily Help when all the survivors Desperately avoid the insta killing 4k machine that is Bubba. But don't you worry cause I have found a solution. A solution to face camping, a solution to proxy camping. Therefore a solution to Bubba. When a survivor is on a hook and the killer is within a certain radius the hook progression stops completely. Forcing the killer to move elsewhere and actually play the game.
Thankyou for coming to my Ted talk
Not all bubba are like that, sure you have those people who do this all the time with bubba, bit most of them just go of doing their business after they hooked you.
And yes I know in certain ranks it happens more than at other ranks, just bite through it at try not to get caught in the open.
