Instead of punishing the killer, why not reward them? Punishing them is not good game design you should add incentives to not tunnel like.
Bonus bloodpoints, more movement speed or higher gen regression on kicks. This way the killer is encouraged to not tunnel and actually get a reward

Here are my thoughts on these ideas which, regardless of opinion, at least brings some interesting changes to each perk.
Corrective Action: I can see this being too strong in relation with other perks such as Hyperfocus. At the same time, the change itself would be better if earnt. So I'd propose a survivor with this perk starts with 0 tokens and can gain 3/4/5 tokens. They gain the tokens by hitting a "true" great skillcheck. That is to say a great skillcheck in the small white bar only. Stake Out does not work with this perk. This may even bring some reason to bring "This is not happening", so opens another avenue for another weak perk.
Inner Focus sounds okay, but maybe too much killer info? Rather than reveal the killer's aura and keeping in line with the perk, perhaps show the injured survivor aura instead. It still gives infornation, but won't show the killer's direction after the hit. Prevents survivors from knowing if it's a hit n' run or not. I'd give a cooldowb for that particular effect also.
Red Herring: I like this a lot. It has a cooldown and could even be used as a distraction technique at the expense of a small loss of progression. This would be a fun change. Nice work!
Self-Preservation: Again, it's a good change to increase the radius and can be used with other perks to quickly go in for a save or protectiin with less of a chance to be noticed. No issue with rhis at all.
Buckle Up: Forgive me, but isn't this like this already? Minus the bit of you being healed? To be honest, I feel Buckle Up is okay for now, so I suppose your change idea is good because it's already been buffed to that.
Poised. Again, another good change which allows a little more control and tactics with this ability.
Overall, some nice changes!
To answer your question about buckle up. No the aura read only procs on healing a dying to injured survivor not healing them to healthy. My buff made it so when you heal someone to full health you both see the killers aura. This is done to make it more versatile and work together to avoid the killer.

If my understanding is correct with the description you are proposing the rework itself.
Poised: How many max tokens would you have? 5 given the available gens? Make it so that in case you get hit you'll lose all you have.
It would be a maximum of 5 tokens since there’s only 5 gens to complete. I wouldn’t add that cause it would kill the perks viability completely.

I accidentally hit the post button so I have to continue editing the post.

I can confirm as other have said: We can still make balance changes & bug fixes as needed.
That said, I don't want to get your hopes up, it's unlikely they'll see any significant changes anytime soon. As far as performance goes, while they aren't the strongest, they also aren't the weakest. There are other Killers that could use that attention more urgently, especially since over time fewer and fewer people will have access to that Chapter's content. With only so much bandwidth for changes in each update, priorities are a major factor.
like the guy said above. Any update on twins? Who is getting changed next?

No more incapacitated status effect, I think they learned from old Eruption that it’s a mistake to deliver it freely. It only makes sense on Victor.
It’s also on pinhead when your bound by chains your incapacitated. It should only be on killer powers.

Lullaby defo needs a buff. How about this- each token also makes the skill check 4% faster.
or, the hex totem doesn’t activate until the first survivor is hooked. So it does long get cleansed early.

Am I really the only one who is PRAYING they dont add alien OR FNAF? I think both options are pretty terrible tbh😭
Alien really? I can understand FNAF but why not alien he’s the most iconic sci-fi horror character?

@ThePolice said:
Also jailer sucks
They could make it so Jailer applies incapacitated for like 15-25 seconds cause it makes sense. He’s a “Jailer” he brands you and puts you in cuffs so you can’t work on anything.

In what realm of the multiverse is Myers considered strong in DBD? Because that's the world I want to live in
Using his tombstone makes him strong. Having to ability to instantly kill anyone without having to hook them once.

@Crowman said:
Give it a bit longer. 6.1.0 had a similar effect where people dropped dead hard and had to adjust to not using dead hard. Though eventually people realized that an on-demand 3rd health state is still pretty good which caused it to get nerfed again.
Difference is though is it can only be used twice. 8 times with all 4 people. Your never going to see it in your first chase.
-
Might be one of the best updates we’ve gotten

@TOFFU said:
Sorry but killers only getting nerfs
So dont expect any buffs to anything
Maximum throwing bones some useless minor buffs like killing pain res then and making 25% damage so that later survs can say that killers got something
Are you going to ignore how COH and DH were nerfed completely? DH can only activate 8 times in one match through all 4 survivors and COH you can’t self heal anymore and that 100% bonus doesn’t stack with medkits.
-
This will be one of the best updates cause of this. They addressed every concern and fixed all the issues we had. The perk changes are excellent and best of all Billy is back!!

You think you can get an M1 without blinking again after going through a fatigue and the Survivor getting a speed boost from hit AND doing that in 15 seconds?
I did it and it worked. Just make sure there’s no god loops plus they won’t expect seeing nurse moving at 115%
-
I’ve done that challenge before. It sounds hard but it’s actually not. Just run the addon that makes you 115% after a lethal blink and you will get the challenge completed.

On top of what you said I would remove overheat, and reduce the stun from bumping into objects to 3 seconds.
Missing a chainsaw is punishment enough for misuse of your power, over-heat is over-kill.
I would honestly keep the overheat but completely change it so it only affects reving and starting.
It should be where as soon as you start sprinting the overheat resets to 0. Then when you rev you gain heat.
-
Welp the numbers are Wrong! Cmon guys give us some compensation. If pain resonance numbers were 15/20/25% then it would be fine.

I don't think any Boon is worth running after this update.
Maybe shadow step

I see absolutely no one complaining about these add ons, so I just don’t understand why BHVR even considers nerfing them.
And the fact that Blight, Spirit and Michael get to keep there overpowered addons show they have a bias against Billy
-
If there going to nerf pain res they can atleast give us more scourge hooks. So 8 hooks spawn
-
Funny in his lore Billy was unloved and uncared. In real life Billy is unloved by the devs.
-
I think they just have a bias with certain killers. They love blight and huntress and shape but hate Billy, Clown and twins
-
Eggcellent
-
It’s gone now the new mid chapter will remove the light burn
-
I don’t know I guess they have a bias with Blight
-
They did buff his chainsaw so now it doesn’t overheat as much. We have to see a comparison video to see how it’s different in live and ptb
-
Don’t worry next update Dead hard and COH are no more.
Dead hard now will only activate when you unhook someone and COH, you can no longer heal yourself without a medkit. Healing got a major nerf. They took the nerf hammer to Healing.

@Shroompy said:
bro where are these changes???
It was banger after banger until we got to the killer changes. I’m happy Billy was buffed but nerfing the engravings is stupid. And the rest are addon changes that will still be #########.
-
Huntress actually has a main menu theme. She doesn’t have a chase theme but she was given a menu theme
-
I’m not crazy after all. I was thinking the same thing too I even posted a comment about it on Twitter.
-
I think it’s an automatic blood point spender button
-
Trapper is the most outdated killer in the entire roster along with Myers
-
@Veroles said:
bro, with all respect, what does oblivious has for a use when they see killer aura nevertheless. It would only debuff at the end against stealth killers.
It counters all terror radius perks and killers. You won’t scream from Doctor and your killer instinct won’t pop up with legion. And perks like Infectious fright, starstruck and other TR perks won’t work if you have oblivious. Its also there for a high risk you won’t hear the radius but you see where the killer is at all times as long as your in the range.
-
Gas heaven might be next. In dbd Twitter they showed a tutorial for survivor and Gas heaven looked completely different.
-
I agree. If they just remove the obsession part of activating the perk then it would actually be pretty good
-
@SunsetSherbet said:
I don't get why this is being called a Pig nerf. A nerf to her perk isn't a direct nerf to her. MYC was not used on her. It's as much a Pig nerf as Eruption is a direct nerf to Nemesis, because it's his perk. This is indeed an unneeded nerf to all scream based perks. Something that no one complained about, and all those perks were already fairly unviable. Now they are genuinely useless.
It’s a running joke in the dbd community cause pig always gets indirectly nerfed.
Her 2 perks were nerfed. Her ambush was made into a special attack, her TR was made 32 meters and her RBT don’t kill anymore unless they were activated
-
@Kalevi said:
It's goofy bruh better to uninstall and play something else until they get their things together
That won’t work you would need atleast 60% of people to uninstall. Think of every single console. They have a lot of players it would take a lot just to dent them.

Heh.
Been playing for 5 years now. First time I'm not impressed. All Kill was shakey, but I liked it.
This is absolutely the worst. Worse that rollerskating Legion update.
I still think Twins and legion were the worst updates. Those broke the game. This didn’t it’s just very bad cause of the killer

Game is going down the drain fast. Wouldn't be surprised if it dies soon. They really have no idea what they are even doing it seems.
You guys said the game was dying 5 years ago, 4 years ago, 3 years ago, 2 years ago and 1 year ago.
This game won’t die any time soon.

Just any of the Stranger Things perks now are reattached to their characters. Like here, Jolt says its a 'very rare Demo perk.'
If you own the character it will still say The Demogorgon perk. If you didn’t buy the character it would say Rare or very rare perk
-
What do you expect them to say we’re sorry and rework the entire killer? Listen this chapter is awful but there a business there not going to push anything back.
To show that this was bad don’t buy it.

Our offices are just desks and conference rooms and a cafeteria, my dude. It's not an evil lair. We don't have even one excessively tall arm chair with an angry looking cat we cat pet while laughing maniacally.
In reality, nobody who spends 8 hours a day working on a game wants people to be upset about something, but things take time. Game devs aren't the super villains you want them to be.
All jokes aside
Can we at least get a update or indication that DH will be looked at? All you have to do is say DH is getting looked at and all of this would stop.

Omg the victimization is so strong here

@sulaiman said:
Its ok with me, if we apply the same logic to survivors. Survivors shoulndt need to think twice about repairing a gen or leaving it if the killer comes, so nerf eruption, ruin, dead mans switch, pain resonance, bbq, call of brime, gear head, merciless storm, surveillance and dragons grip all need to be nerfed too.
Unless you think the game is about decicion making, including whatever or not you hit a survivor, or commit to a gen or better leav it.
Ok but the difference here is that. You can cleanse ruin and it’s gone permanently. You can counter Pain res/DMS by just watching the hook and letting go so you don’t get hit and it only lasts for 30 seconds anyway. BBQ just get in a locker or get close to the killer so he can’t spot you. COB just touch the gen once and it’s gone.
if you seriously compared it to the others you seriously don’t know what your talking about the difference is At least those perks have fair counterplay and some won’t ever last the whole game. DH lasts the whole game and only has a 40 second exhausted timer for a 3rd healthstate. Way to strong to have it the entire game. It should deactivate as soon as you use it so it’s balanced out you get a 3rd healthstate but the perk shuts off.
-
He just needs 3 addons base kit, a rework to his addons and a nerf to his anti loop.
I would just make it so you have to move at least 2 meters to place your guards so you can’t just ######### them out at loops
-
I agree with this. The killers that need a addon pass the most is Freddy, Pyramid head, Nemesis and Knight. There addons suck

Twins were confirmed during a livestream around the time of the Legion/Ghostface rework/add-on pass to be the next in line for a rework and some general TLC.
However, they bumped Nurse ahead of the Twins. Not sure if it was due to community noise regarding nurse, or complications regarding reworking the Twins. My guess is a partial combination of both, plus some other factors we are likely not aware of (nor do I think we need to be).
I am eagerly waiting for the Twins rework/update. I don't feel there is enough available data about which killers should be next (aside from Twins), so I trust BHVR's decision. I just always want the reworks to be more ambitious changes that might make things spicy and require a hotfix, opposed to safety soft number tweak that can sometimes feel unimpactful on an individual's perspective level (opposed to an aggregate of data from 1000s of matches).
I know he is known for having one of the larger reworks, but I would be super interested to see what a reworked Freddy looks like in today's DbD environment.
I did here some things about twins. Peanits said that twins are getting a rework. Not the simple buff the numbers buff but there actually getting completely redone. I’m scared cause I don’t want another Freddy situation to happen

OnePumpWillie is already single handedly preventing Sadako from getting any buffs so that could be bad news for the Skull Merchant getting any reasonable buffs.
Wait? I thought Sadako was the next killer getting changes besides twins?
