Second one is a lot easier for me personally. First one works, but it's close to being hard to see, so someone with complete deuteranopia instead of moderate like myself may struggle with it. I appreciate your willingness to work this out though!
It's no problem mate 👍 when the next tome levels come out you remind me and I'll help change the colours again.

I was planning on just spending the lot as I got them, but will save up and see how I go, getting to P2 by the start of the event! :D
I decided to save my Bloodpoints for the event instead of the chapter. Would rather give my killer more Bloodpoint offerings than just leveled a killer and survivor slightly faster.

It’s still konami’s IP just cause its a original character dosent mean they could do anything. It’s just konami using dbd to milk silent hill even more
I've been told by a few now that it was owned by konami. I just assumed it was the devs idea lol

Blue instead of yellow would make it very clear from a color perspective. Or purple. Or use a darker green for the green so it’s a stark contrast. Not overly fussed either way though.
Are any of these any better?

@LordRegal said:
...I wouldn't have known there were green and yellow circles if not for the legend. I still can't see it, but I can figure it out based on the web at least...stupid colorblindess. Still, good guide!
My apologies mate. Is there any colour that would be better for you to see it?
Thank mate. It wasn't the toughest to find out, just disappointing with the dead end master challenges.

Suppose to be the anniversary event. New flashlights and med kits have been added (you can see these in custom game). They both remind me of Dark Souls but I can't quite remember why.

I'm judging him for that the killer is. It's like saying bubba is A-Tier because of PWYF strat.
You are correct sir Bubba is A tier. Also you want a reason that Pyramid head isn't C tier?!!?!?
I got nothing

PH outfit is also linked or separate?
I believe it is but I haven't checked.

Also like others said already, the Legion skins are from Silent Hill too. But otherwise i agree with everything you said.
I don't normally complain and it isn't my sort of thing to make a rank but I felt I needed to put all the information floating around into one discussion. Also their is apparently a theme but I haven't seen it yet. Obviously no one who owns the game would buy it.
@Dabihwow said:
I hate the links i just sat there saying seriosuly so now I can mix and match as I would like, really game. I understood for legendary skins but for regular skins I'm saying this is bull I hope they only do this rarely because its not fun for me just to get a single piece I want when I have to pay for the whole thing. Plus i'm not a huge fan of the new legion cosmetics, I mean they look fine and cool its just that they are linked and its just ugh.
My biggest worry is that other licences will follow suit. Try and "protect" their licence by making all their skins linked. It's a real shame since they are also quite expensive.

I’d be happier if they ditched the ranged attack all together, and instead made it easier to inflict torment. His only slowdown potential is sending to cages, and creating a healthier experience for the survivors, but if it’s too difficult to do that, then it contradicts his entire purpose for being in the game.
Just got the adept there now. Felt more like luck than anything else.
Personally I've just gotten into the habit of tormenting everyone, never using cages then using final judgement on death hook.
-
@[Deleted User] said:
I gotta say I’m starting to get frustrated and disappointed now too. Glad I got the adept earlier when I did, because for the past few hours it’s been nothing but hardcore SWF that won’t give me a chance to learn PH better. It’s miserable and frustrating, and I’m sick to death of how mostly useless Punishment of The Damned is.
I usually get the adept first try but I can't atm. His ability has such an easy tell and is extremely slow. Extremely frustrating because the killer itself I think looks cool.
Just lost to a team of Neas and Meg. I could tell they were alright but nothing that good. But his chases potential is extremely bad and the fact he has no slowdown is hurting him a lot.

The Legion skin is from Silent Hill 3 so no, Konami wouldn't want their IP running around with just a head and some random other clothes on.
I didn't know that. Still says a lot that bigger companies have allowed the devs to do this but not Konami. Especially when the rumour was that Konami were allowing dbd to create their own new skins. You'd expect them to trust mixing non-legendary skins should still stay true to the character.
Just hope no other licences follow this.

Agree on the Undetectable perk. In my opinion this is even better for survivors than running Premonition. You don't get an area, you get a clear location where the killer is. So you know where he is coming from and where you have to watch out. And even feeling safe when you are far enough away, knowing 16s is not enough to reach you. Also the killer can't really walk around you without LOS to surprise you from behind or something. 16s is not enough for that, especially combined with the clear indication where the killer is. I don't see how you could ever get good advantage out of this perk, unless the survivors just don't pay attention.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1359250#Comment_1359250
I think so, the Legion Bunnies are a reference to Silent Hill when I got that right. Legion is original, but the costumes are not. Correct me if Im wrong
Now i didn't know that. If that's true at least that explains something.
@PlantCollector said:
Honestly the map looks nice and i really like the idea with the easter eggs, but when it comess to gameplay this map is terrible. The game and hawkins are confusing too but they have at least almost empty hallways. This map has so much stuff lying all over the place. As killer its hard to find anyone if they hide and as survivor its hard to find gens or pallets.
Maybe i will get used to it by playing it more but at the moment i don't have fun playing this map at all :/
I'd suggest going to the courtyard and learning the location of the bell tower. If you know what side the bell tower is on you can work out exactly where the stairs are from that. The stairs are guaranteed to spawn diagonally across the map from each other.
I'm personally still finding it tough to locate gens.

As for the linked cosmetics it's 100% due to Konami and the license agreement they have with the characters. Nothing BE can do about this.
Nothing they can do about the Legion skins also? They can't even just say "this was not our decision".

Glad I'm not the only one disappointed by this. I already own some characters from those DLCs + have the game obviously, so the bundle isn't worth it for me. The theme should've been included in the chapter.
Exactly
-
Bubba is an A tier killer.
-
This alongside the theme only being available in the bundle is broken
-
Can someone actually send a link to the look of the theme
-
This is extremely annoying. It's the same with Legion which I don't understand. It almost makes me not want to buy any of her cosmetics.
-
That's really dumb.

These changes are ok but still not great.

Easy 8. I'm not even including if he tries camping or not which is something bad Bubba's do.

Bubba is colour blind? Didnt knew that.
In terms of choosing his victims? Yes lol
-
Ok your taking the piss lol this really isn't that hard to understand.
Azarov's Resting Place: This is the map where the map is split into 2 areas with a lane in the middle. 3 gens usually spawn on each side of the map with maybe 1 or 2 in the middle. It is one of the Autohaven maps.
Ok now I've explained that part I can tell how this works. Let's imagine:
I'm the Killer
Well I choose one side of the map to guard. If I don't let any survivors complete a gen in this area then I will have a 3 gen. This means all the survivors are pushed into one tiny area. This is exactly what you want as killer. If the complete a gen on the side of the map your guarding then it's your fault if the last gens are too far apart.
I'm the survivor
I locate where every single generator is at. I want to have the last few gens on each side of the map, meaning no 3 gen. If we finish every gen except for the 3 closest gems to each other, at one side of the map then it's our fault.
There's no way you can't understand this unless your a rank 20 😂
-
I only use grey add-ons on most of my killers. Only time I don't use add-ons is on Memegion.
-
@PrettyFaceKate said:

The statements below don't compute.
If you give the killer a 3 gen it's 100% your fault. If it isn't a 3 gen it's the killers fault.
They do. If a team of survivors allows a killer to create a 3 gen on that map then it's their fault. If the killer has 2 gens on one side of the map and one on the other then it's his fault they are so far apart.

This ^
Bubba wheres loads of different faces, he doesn't treat them any different except that they're food/ a threat.
Exactly. Bubba doesn't discriminate since he doesn't see colour, he only sees people. Even if we have a Meg and 3 Blendettes who brought a Dead Dawg Saloon offering.. then Bubba will be fair in getting his 4k lol
-
It would be racist for him to not use claudettes face. It would make colour a factor in who's face he chooses to wear which isn't right.
Bubba doesn't discriminate.
-
I've never seen anyone say being toxic as survivor is a good thing.
-
I love this map tbh as killer and survivor. If you give the killer a 3 gen it's 100% your fault. If it isn't a 3 gen it's the killers fault. Other maps like suffocation pit have a similar thing.
Compared to maps likes Disturbed Ward, Shelter Woods, Mount Ormond and Haddonfield need attention far sooner than those maps.
-
Urban + Self Care. Easy stuff lol

Probably Bo3 zombies. Stick with what you know

Clown has finite bottles, Freddy don't. Freddy will not stop to recharge his blood tank. It changes everything in my opinion.
Solo queue. Not planning to SWF until crossplay is a thing.
I am not always well positioned, neither loop perfectly, so yeah, sometimes I get hits. I'm still trying to improve :3
Don't worry, I wasn't looking for empathy. All I wanted to say was: "It's saturday night and you killer guys are playing in a way that makes the game not fun for both survivors and yourselves" (((At least I don't like playing this way when I play killer...))) But who cares about everybody's fun, am I right? Just get the ez 4k and smile <3
Infinite snares means nothing. Just treat him like clown with infinite bottles. As much as I hate to say it drop pallets a bit earlier to since the snares shorten loops.
Well enjoy crossplay lad 👍 I'm hoping I can get my pc mates to play this game once crossplay happens.
I think when you get better with looping you'll understand why someone like Freddy isn't as op as people think.
I wouldn't play moris unless someone brings a key but as killer you need to play a certain way. You don't know till the match starts how good the survivors are so running anything less than an optimal build can lose you games. Then again I did play a lot of games as Legion with only BBQ and Lightborn and have 4k every game at red ranks 😂

No good killer play pallet Freddy and I don't think he is loopable with snares.
Stridor is the counter to Iron Will, not the other way.
Iridescent head counterable? Isn't you logic freestyle going too far?
Freddy is loopable. Treat him like you would clown and it's fine.
Spirit yes Strider may be the counter to Iron Will but generally good spirits don't run Strider. I admit I also find Spirit annoying but she can beaten as long as you have a good team.
Iridescent head Huntress is definitely tough. A great huntress will definitely beat you but not all huntresses are great. Against huntress you shouldn't get hit with the hatchet once if your playing loops correctly, now she has two less hatchets.
My point overall is don't judge the game off "I'm playing solo, perkless against OP killers". Imagine if a killer playing perkless, add-onless came on here complaining about the swf teams that are "OP" and saying they are giving up. Don't think anyone would give them any sympathy.

I don't want ez gen rushes with swf. I decided to play perkless because I wanted to improve as survivor. I wasn't complaining about dying, I was complaining about OP killers playing the most sweaty way making matches completely unfair. It's not necessary to use all mories and ultra rare addons on a saturday night. Everybody wants to have fun, not just the killer (if he really thinks playing this way is fun).
Who said all swfs were sweaty. Me and my swf will always have a meme night (usually with drinks) where we play silly builds. Last weekend I got moried 4 times on the Saturday night and I just laughed it off. We had 3 Pigs in a row with Crate Of Gears and 2 with Jigsaw Sketch.
In terms of the "OP" killers they are all counterable. Freddy is a good killer but if you have a good team who knows how to loop he is pretty easy (especially with fake pallets).
Strider Spirit? Bring Iron Will.
Iridescent Head Huntress? It's annoying but she is still counterable.
Moris? They usually dc before they get their first hook. Don't go down, don't get moried.
Swf is just reliable teammates. Even meming is ok since you know each person can hold their own in a chase.
-
I remember getting to rank 1 extremely quickly as survivor (this was after they fixed the glitch where you were reset back to 20 everytime you log off the game). I never understood how Billy was a 115% killer. Other killers who can cross the map quick like nurse and hag were only 110%. So since I was a "rank 1 survivor" I thought "why is it fair him being so fast and having this much map pressure".
The other thing it took me time to understand was that Nurse was the best killer in the game. When I played it was only P3 Billy and P3 Doctors at rank 1. I assumed Billy was the best and since I hardly saw Nurse she wasn't that good.
-
This is too true.
-
The UK around 4. There's a download around then so be ready to start it.
-
Play normally and check if their live after. Normally the bad ttv players camp, tunnel or lag switch when they aren't live. I don't see the point of having ttv in your name if your not live everytime you play dbd.
-
Being fully honest. I think I'm a very good survivor and a pretty good killer.
As survivor I can have those days where I make boosted mistakes but then I can also have a 5 gen chase while hungover the next day. I'd say it's more who I see the game (I.e what gens to pressure and other things I can't think of right now) that makes me a very good player.
As killer I'll beat any average team easy. Know exactly how a survivor team thinks and how to outsmart them. I can be a little lunge happy at times since I don't play killer more than a few times a day. Also against really good survivors I can be beaten pretty well if I'm not playing a good killer.
I don't mean this to sound cocky. This is just me being honest about how I am at this game. I'm devotion 8 level 70 so I know this game inside out. Am I the best survivor or killer? Absolutely not. However can i hold my own consistently at rank 1 on both sides? Absolutely yes.

Ik man, he Is not that bad but needs some little changes and he can be almost top tier in right hands..
It's why I created the gameplay guide. People need to know exactly know he works in order to get the best out of him. I would say he'll ever be close to spirit and nurse but he can definitely be a solid A tier killer with some changes.

I also think he doesnt need complete rework, just some small buffs, yeah ik him too, little mistakes can cost you games against good survivors when playing Bubba
The best survivors on a bad map is how you beat him normally. You can lose games (like I nearly did last night on haddonfield) because of the issues I mentioned. The only other way you should lose is if you play bad which is the only reason I lost 1 game as Bubba.
Genuinely people need to give Bubba a proper chance. They won't be complaining about buffs if they play him properly.

We'll see. I'm a big advocate that he doesn't need a complete rework and doesn't need a massive buff. However if my main is getting a buff then I won't complain lol just don't ruin him that's all I ask.
The two main issues are the only things that bother me while playing him. When your high ranks little mistakes can lose games and those issues I said have nearly lost me games.
-
No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
I love playing Bubba right now but if she somehow got buffed.. then bad things will happen with a particular build that Bubba is know for. And it will happen everyday for a month.
-
Non toxic swf are good. They don't bm the killer if the lose and are respectful that it was probably a tough game for them.
Though I will say pallet saves, flashlight saves and head-on saves aren't toxic. That's just being a good player.

Myb increase movement speed and just myb how fast he rew the chainsaw, i think he would be in a great spot
Increasing movement speed would be too strong in my opinion. Though I'm welcome to buffing the charge speed but weakening the add-ons to compensate.
My biggest problem though is the rev cuck (this is where the bar is full but the game decides to not let you chainsaw and instead cancels the chainsaw). The hitbox for the chainsaw is a lot wider than it looks which can lead to some stupid wall hits. They are the only changes he needs tbh alongside the add-ons.
-
He doesn't need massive buffs. Add-on rework and some slight changes. Once the chainsaw is fully revved release it so the chainsaw cuck will stop. Also don't make his chainsaw hitbox so wide since turning corners is horrible.
-
Old DS stronger was stronger. The new DS has coutnerplay. The problem is the killer doesn't know when ds ends.
People struggle to get downs against "sweaty swfs teams" so imagine if they couldn't even get the hook for the down they earned.
