Just because a robot is able beat a Killer fairly well, does not mean the Killer needs buff.
Surely Legion performs fine atm?
Legion does not perform fine what so ever. An M1 killer with a power that can only ignore one health state and not help end chases quick? At least Trapper has basement and Sadako has condemned. Legion have nothing to fall back on.

How long until BHVR burns our crops and poisons our water supply?

I go around breaking any walls or pallets I missed. They only do that to be s h i t t y humans. They are probably the same people who kick dogs in real life.
Ive said it a million times
killer does something 'toxic" because it helps them win and everyone cries
survivors do something toxic for NO REASON EXCEPT PURE TOXICITY and no one understands why its infuriating
If I tunnel someone or camp them as killer it's because the survivors are playing in a way that forces me to. No it's not fun but it furthers the objective
Survivors being toxic (in this case waiting in gate but really any example works) do it PURELY to make the game unenjoyable for the killer and to make the community worse.
Those surivvors hanging in the gate (and tea bagging, and clicking before the nerd, and all the other ######### they do_ are literally why the game keeps getting worse, can't be balanced
devs can't balance around ######### because them doing that ######### doesn't affect gameplay, its just to be #########.
My friend welcome to seeing why camping and tunneling are encouraged by so many killers. The survivors actively WANT to ruin the game for the otherside so ruin it for them first.
Who pissed on your cereal today? It's just a game, no one wants harm for the other side.
I myself stay at the exit gates to occupy the killer incase my teammates need more time to open the other gate.

thats what they want, protection hits, tbag etc
OK? So what? Just hit em and force them out so that they stop wasting your time.

The last 10 Blight games I played were only one Macmillan and the rest were Lery's, RPD and Sanctum. Incredibly strange.
Also matchmaking goes wack mode depending on how many killers and survivors are online. It prioritizes getting players together over keeping everyone in their MMR. It's probably just coincidental that your map RNG was unlucky at the same time.
-
Usually Mins are OK hiders but their "oooooh ahuh ahuh" injured noises give her away.
-
From the perspective of a new player, I'm having tons of fun at both roles. I do see the issues with the game but blaming the recent changes isn't the correct reaction.
I'll argue that BHVR need to do more of what they did in the meta shakeup.
Perks with low pick rate need to be buffed or reworked, weaker killers need to be buffed or reworked, and strong killers need to be nerfed or reworked. No blanket changes, case by case depending on how relatively strong the killer is and what part of their kit isn't healthy for the game.
Finally, solo q must receive something that can let people coordinate or at least communicate what they're doing. Without that, balancing killers would be much harder.

Did you use Windows Xbox controls to record the video? This used to happen all the time when I would use the built-in one for Microsoft. If you switch to OBS, you can make the screen larger to fill the whole screen. That's what I changed to; the only issue I have with OBS is the file sizes.
I did. I'll try your recommendation but I'm afraid my device can't handle it. I'm already getting 30 fps at RPD lol.

So if i would have a high ping, i wouldn't even notice it in the lobby. What a great system.
I noticed a red bar on top of the "ready" prompt. I think that's what indicates your ping is high.

Increase the regression penalty and make it apply even if the skill check was successful.

It's always allowed, and it's always a viable strategy. Just don't forget them on the ground.

but where this problem comes from? its clearly from bad game design, people are frustrated xd, I can't even check killers perk, I have to wait for match to end, what a time waster
Why have a need to see killer perks? That takes a full factor out of each match, which is guessing the killer's perks and outplaying them.
If survivors DC or suicide on hook, that's their problem. I don't care if they're facing SupaAlf and he has the most busted nurse build on Midwich, quitters are cowards.
@Crisbrain said:
This game will be no fun at all as survivors, the basic game mode, using pallet and windows to get rid of killer broke down.
Firstly, every new killer now has ability to ignore or reduce the function of pallets or windows,as a soloq survivor you only can do nothing but fixing boring gens,be found then run few seconds before getting down. even you dropping a pallet, you still get a hit as most of pallet are not safe enough, killers just press w/s to hide the red light then left click, no surprise 80% you already down.
Secondly, your perks have been nerfed to the ground which deeply narrow survivors‘ skilled space. For example, without iron will, there is one-side mindgame only allowing killer to locate survivor who have no way to locate killer but guess. Not to mention killer with bloodlust and their ability. Furthermore DCs, kill themselves on hook,Camp, tunnel and 3 gens have expelled lots of player already out of this game, you can easily check the statistics of players now compare with last year.
People keep asking what the point of fun is as a soloq survivor? Press left click to gens to waste time? Or be the toys of killer?
As for OP, skill issue. I really don't know what else to tell you other than learn the killers' powers and mindgame better. I'm not ignoring that solo q has a lot of issues, but killers are not the majority of those issues.
-
"The game is dying." They say as the player count is doing its best outside of summer.
"The devs don't care." While each update looks better and better for the game's health.
"Nothing changed for killer." Right after they mention an overhaul that turned the killer experience from something miserable into the best it has ever been.
-
What makes this game feel bad at its worse is RNG. I already suffer enough by getting Garden of Joy and Grim Pantry as Blight back to back, but now RNG can also give me a weak killer with weak perks and add-ons on top? Yeah no thanks.
-
I love Artist's sounds. Probably a very rare opinion but I just love the screech she does when she sends the birds.
-
You used to in your first 10-20 matches, but as your killer MMR went up, new and/or selfish players became less and less common.
Since survivor MMR is much harder to increase, you'll keep getting stuck with useless survivors until you somehow increase your MMR by escaping.

I have the lunge distance quite memorized except on Sadako. Girl is so short my depth perception is thrown off so hard, I'll lose entire games thinking i can hit things i actually cant.
I play a variety of killers and the difference in height and perspective messes me up quite a lot. If I switch to a killer I haven't played in a few days I'll miss a few attacks before getting the hang of it.

Skill issue. If killers can't win a game after 6.1 then that is on you. The killers I see in games have no trouble winning and it shows in the stats too. I do enjoy seeing killers crying about SWFs on the forums though.
Use the broken over powered S and A tier killers since they can go on 50+ win streaks so often. You all have it easy enough already! Guess survivors should just start out on hooks, stay injured permanently, and also have their auras revealed the whole game too right?
And what about the broken and underpowered killers in C and D tier? Nurse and Blight aren't the only killers in the game.

The design flaw is Blight. When BHVR raised his camera view, they accidentally raised the minimum height he can bounce off of.
The Blight dev repeatedly told people that the issue was with Blight’s collision detection, so this isn’t up for debate.
Oh so that's why objects that meet his feet first don't cause a bounce? That makes sense.
-
The design flaw isn't Blight, like most other issues that plague killers, it's the maps. A lot of maps need to be reworked, including the maps that have awful collision for Blight and any other collision-sensitive killer.

Where did I say survivors should be punished for waiting at the exit gate?
I just said people shouldn't defend one form of bm and dislike the other form of bm. If you dislike people wasting your time, then you should dislike both survivors who wait at the exit gate solely to bm and killers who slug out the last survivor for 4 minutes.
Otherwise if you think that survivors waiting at the exit gate soley to bm is fine, then there's absolutely wrong if a killer slugs you out. Both will end once the timer is finishes so there's no actual problem.
Sorry I think mistook you for the OP.
Still, why are you upholding that false equivelancy that both types of BMs are comparable? Survivors by no means can hold you hostage. The killer, however, can. Survivors standing at the exit gate T-bagging can be stopped by approaching them. Survivors can't do the same for being bled out.
You can absolutely complain about one and not the other, because only one of them can actually hold you hostage for more than 30 seconds.

Doesn't really matter if killers can force survivors out of the exit gate. The fact there's a double standard where survivors extending the game longer than it needs to is "acceptable" whereas if the killer doesn't it's "wrong" is a problem.
As long as survivors defend waiting in exit gate just to teabag the killer before leaving, I don't want to see them complain about being slugged for 4 minutes.
These two scenarios are incomparable because the killer can literally walk forward and force them out. Survivors can do NOTHING about being bled out. Stop being entitled and demanding everyone to be punished for harmlessly scratching your ego.
-
Twins is awful on every regard. Trickster's counter play is as brain dead as playing him. Plague is fine but solo q LOVES giving her red juice the entire match.
The rest can at least be countered normally. Oh and Nurse is Nurse, not much to say.
-
The sale should last until Nov 1, right? I might get something when I get AC for GF and the Rift.
-
I can see why they'd have these challenges. You're supposed to do them when there's an opportunity for it to be benifitial, like preventing a scourge hook.
Problem is nothing stops a survivor from completing the challenge in one trial without it being helpful to escaping.
-
The perk feels fine on high mobility killers like Blight but it definitely won't do well on low mobility killers.
The current gen kicking meta is erupt + CoB so I don't see why they wouldn't shake it up by making a 3rd equally powerful perk. If killers want to stack 4 slowdown, they'll do so anyway.
-
Sounds a little too much like what Ghostface has currently. I think the live one fits Oni better.
-
Recently started learning Blight. That map feels as bad as Garden and Eyrie on him. Everything is covered in butter and my rushes end after sliding off of 3 different objects without a bump.
-
Yes of course! What would I do if I use them, get accustomed to them, and then just run out? I can't let that happen.
-
A small basekit leader effect for Dwight, slightly faster healing speed for Claud, make dead hard hit speed boost last slightly faster for David, etc. I can get behind something like that.
We don't want people to pick survivors based on who has the best upgrade to meta perks. It has to be a small effect so that Davids, Zarinas and Megs don't become even more common. Survivors with weaker perks should have even better effects.
-
I didn't notice anything, only started early September.
-
BHVR confirmed that their kill rate statistics don't count DCs, so people who DC against Nurse skew the results away from reality.
-
Since everyone is giving their outlandish idea, I'll give mine as well.
I really want to see a Dark Souls licensed chapter. I want Artorias as a killer, with special skins that turn him into Gael or an Abyss Watchers. The survivor could be one of the fire keepers I guess. The map could be any location from the series, maybe Oolacile, Anor Londo or even Ringed city.
-
Kinda surprising that a killer whom DLC is discontinued has a higher pickrate than a killer that is available with shards at the moment.
I still haven't seen a single game with a demodog, and I probably won't until the DLC somehow comes back.
-
The DCs do suggest a dissatisfaction with the game but the cases where people DC are inconclusive as to why. I've seen people DC for the tiniest inconveniences. Downed quickly with hatchets? DC. Swarmed with birds from the other side of the map? DC. Map they don't like (that isn't RPD, fair DC)? DC.

It's October, and Myers is probably the biggest horror icon that's associated with the upcoming holiday, and his tombstone add-on is his most powerful one.

- boo hoo
- same as above
- let me play the smallest violin in the world for you
-
Within the last 10 hours of gameplay I've seen more DCs than my entire 200 hours. Solo q is miserable and I can't bring myself to finish a game normally as a killer since any game against solo q is always 1v3 or worse.
-
No? Even if they gave me 500BP for DCs I still won't since I'm not a coward. Even in the most difficult situation I'll still fight. 2 left alive at 5 gens? They won't be 5 gens when I die.

Every time BHVR fixes a bug, two more are born from the fog.
Also that Yui drip is amazing.
-
It's irrelevant what that person thinks of you taking their flashlight. Instead, let's talk about how hot Micheal is.
-
75/25 between Killer and Survivor. If my friends played dbd I might play both roles evenly.
-
If it's a relatively weak M1 killer like Wraith or Trapper, they probably have NOED.
Sometimes I'm surprised at killers like Bubba, Slinger and Trickster having NOED. You already have a chase oriented power, why would you need your M1 to be stronger in the endgame?

It’s not pointless. In fact the screen is so dark, I literally cannot see anything. So I don’t think he needs to be completely silent as well.
From what I’ve heard, PC players just adjust the lighting so they don’t have to suffer, blindly through the darkness…but others of us, are not so fortunate.
I like Dredge's design but going against him feels a bit miserable since I always run into deadzones during nightfall.
-
I'd be in favor of anything that incentivizes survivors to complete gens. Anything else would be a bad idea.
-
I've had some DCs at very suspicious times, but chalked it off to my poor network. I thought I was going insane but turns out my gut was right, they can do that.
-
No. They're too boring.
