I mean I hear what you’re saying. Killers don’t necessarily have to go out of their way to get value out of their perks, but these aren’t exactly 2nd chance perks that you named that can shift the outcome of the game. Most of the perk you named are actually perks that grant you something for playing well. They’re the opposites of 2nd chances in a way. Hell if you do see them as 2nd chances then you can’t argue that the killer hasn’t worked for it like for example unbreakable.
Noed is the only exception to this but even then Noed has somewhat of a drawback linked to it in the sense that survivors can get rid of your 2nd chance perk.

The argument I don't like against survivors is that killers complain about BT, and DS.
Two perks that are activated because YOU, ME, as a killer allow them to be activated. Pressuring gens, staying away from the hooked survivor, engaging in different chases essentially make those issues go away on their own.
The survivor basically plays with 2 perks the entire game.

But it is neccessary changes, adding more to the power opens up more design space they were going to change his addons eventually and changing his power opens up new areas to add to it who knows maybe one of the addons will have overheat scale with speed to be extra zoom but that design space can only be opened by adding new aspects to something simple.

- Coulrophobia? Same exact thing, strap it on and play normally.
You literally said, survivor perks have no way to activate, they're just automatically activated and you named 2.
I named you a crap ton that do the same, exact thing. Just strap them on, and play normally for added buffs.
I'm not defending survivors, I'm a killer main, but your post stenches of killer bias, fake, false sense of oppression.

It wasn't my idea, it's an idea that I think was posted either on Reddit or on the Steam forums back when Ruin was nerfed and the "killer rebellion" started and they were being jerks to the survivor community.

Excuse me, you need to be HOOKED and UNHOOKED to activate DS.
Please.....and the only way BT activates if the killer is in the area, now...if you're complaining about BT and DS, and their affecting your game negatively how about you strap on BBQ and GTFOut of the hooked survivor's radius and go patrol some gens.

It's a dick move to use like...Iri head but like....that's the only Universally hated item in the game.
Not toxic though. T-bagging, clicking, it's what you do and how you use these killers that determine that...but it's usually the player spreading the Toxicity, not the items, perks or addons. =]

When a survivor can't do anything because the killer will not let her/him.
Corner body blocking them. Mainly just body blocking in general.

I would agree with you... but PH perks did get a buff after the ptb... so there's that... sometimes we do get good things...🤷
Spirit was nerfed after the PTB.
Plague was nerfed after the PTB.
Nurse wasn't changed, they just left her to rot.
Those are the only 3 I can recall at the moment, I'm sure they've messed with more.

Really bad timing for you to pick Billy now, he is still bugged and the nerf is coming around the corner and you will probably never experience loop mindgame curving for yourself :/
But at least you can watch some montages on youtube from the past, really fun killer and with impressive anti loop potential (skill required).

lol I've been facing Rank 1's and Purple ranked players. I took advice from people on the forums, I Love insta-saw and curving addons. a 180 degree flick on a loop is one of the best feelings besides cross match Hatchets with Huntress.
I'll adjust to the changes, but will not welcome them.

They won't fix anything during the PTB.
The devs have shown us time and time again they're content with the changes they do on paper.
The PTB only shows us what their plan is and almost never changes, if it does, it's for the worse.
Nurse, Ruin, Legion, and now Billy. I'm not a Billy main, I just picked him up 2 weeks ago, but I feel bad for the avid Billy mains out there. =/

No.
It has plenty of counters.
- Get in a locker.
- Behind a gen.
- Get close to the killer when he's about to hook a survivor.
- Use Distortion.
- Run one direction for 4 seconds then double back and run the opposite.
- Run really, really far so the killer won't bother coming after YOU.
Changing BBQ will cause a major uprise in campers. Extremely.

i wonder how survivors would feel having perks and addons to compensate for the lack of Stamina.
Changing your entire kit, and build because of the Red Bar.

we finally had a killer that could fight against the insanely overused perks like DS/BT but right after everyone spent money on him he is ruined (they waited long enough so that we cant get a steam refund )
Back to seeing DS/BT on multiple survivors every game

Yeah honestly most of their cosmetics that I've bought have had AT LEAST one piece that I completely didn't like and wanted to change. I don't think they're that good with clothing styles overall. Literally only one of Legion has actually cool outfits. Although Frank had a really cool mask, but the hood that went with it was stuck to the body, which imo was stupid.
Same, the Meg Crop top.
I have it with my P3 Face and light jeans.

Check your uploads and it should have a progress bar. Your uploads is under your Notifications.
Check your YouTube as well.

Under Help and Tutorials in your game, there's Support.
Then the option to open a ticket. Just type in the address you see in your screen and open a page in your Internet Browser.

So, PS4 has a great recording program.
Did you get it in video? It takes 2 buttons.
If you do, upload it to YouTube, then open a ticket and you have to include it in your Description.
You can't upload it to them.

90% of the time I've already initiated a different chase.

Or go for someone else.

News flash, you can counter DS by going for another survivor. The unhooker. Stop proxy camping, or camping, and get out of your bubble around the hooked survivor and go patrol gens.
