Age shaming isnt anybetter tbh.
There are 12 year olds more grown up then 30 year olds.
Age doesnt say anything there.
It's not shaming im just generalizing on the general demographic that probably does this behaviour.

i haven't played her alot and only versed her a few times, but i feel that she requires a high skill cap in order to counter her power.
Most killers you can "dodge" a power, and the same is true with nurse, but you have to be able to outhink something that you can't always predict where she is coming from.
Most Killers require survs to run away from them, and yes to nurse it's the same but then you might have to come back towards her to have her blink past you, so that wall you think is safe is rally no better than being running through the grass.

No, but is 15 matches not enough to get condemned at least once? If that mechanic never comes into play, why is it even a thing?
i'd say that's about the same as a bear trap going off.
Very rarely it happens, it designed for pressure, were as Mop girls condemn gives very little pressure and very little kills.
-
Boons are fine, CoH is ok, its a good idea it just needs a lifespan. "X" Amount of charges per pile of bones, then it turns to dust.
-
Same reason why Streamers can broadcast racist behaviours and they're not at fault.
Just about money.
-
Clicky clicky is how i know you're between the ages of 15-25 and you're a tool.

Killers can easily tunnel throght bt ds and unbreakable so yeah tell me more how is that fair if a killer fully commits to you for literally no reason!
I wasn't denying they can, again im stating from a killer point of view, that the best way to create pressure and therefore win is to hook survivors.
If you're the poor bugger who is tunnelled from 1 min into the game till death it's crap i agree, but the reality is it is the "best" way for a killer to win.
Yes newbies do it because its a easy way to get kills, like noed.
Not always but some of the time you're tunnelled because they can't find the person who did the unhooking, you're weak you're making noise.
Again im not saying it great, but it's the state of the game.
Try a game when there is 2 CoH's up it's hell its pointless to try to stomp then as one is up when you move to the other another is up.
Why bother trying to deal with it when i can just remove you from the game, You can't heal when you're on a hook or dead. You can't do gens when you're on a hook or dead.
That's just the current nature of dbd.
-
Tunneling and camping is about pressure and value.
Kicking gens is pointless as survs cant take 0.1 sec to stop the regression.
CoH gives you endless free heals so is little point in chasing someone wounded, or snuffing when they can endlessly free heal.
If you want pressure and value from time invested as a killer you go for the tunnel.
The best way to stop gens and stop healing is to have people on hooks.
-
I think it's just gaming in general now days to be honest.
Kids taking pride in being knobs well maintaining anonymity.
-
With healing being so op, you don't have to facecamp, tunnel and proxy sure, but face camping is just boring and gives you not many points.
You're more likely to catch more fish if you make it less obvious you're fishing.
Who are you playing Killer as? If looping is giving you issues try a different killer, Im a Huntress main and although im slow on loops, windows and pallets give me payback on loops.
If you've played her and struggle with hatchets get yourself a crosshair. Is plenty of programmes that allow you customise your pc desktop to give you a logo on it, i just have my logo as a crosshair.
-
They spoke abit about it in the last Q and A.
If you don't want survs to spawn near totems, they will spawn near gens, if you dont want them near gens they may spawn on the killer.
On bigger maps it maybe easier, on smaller maps which help alot of killers later on there are limited spawning locations. If you put all the gens together it makes for easy 3 gens and survs get butchered.
https://youtu.be/wIocxDbQ-9g?t=2354 -
Everyone has different killers they enjoy.
Im not fussed on random charge about killers, i prefer control so im a Huntress main, i dont play much else, But i find Oni pretty fun, his dash has more control than the others so i don't mind him and that Kanabo is just godlike.
But i play 95% Huntress, ill barely even do a daily for other killers.

Yeah that's true. I can understand that fact that 4 survivors benefit from one perk from one survivor, and can heal themselves or others efficiently in one area of the map without each other sacrificing much resources to do so - would be apart of the problem. But hey, at least my idea stops the issue with them being able to do it as quickly.
One step at a time.
The speed isnt the issue with Killers, the issue is it's endless. I agree with the idea of CoH i like it makes games go longer, which is good, but Killers need some way of countering both CoH and the game time being increased.
I'd like coh either to have a cooldown so you cant use it constantly and an limited amount of charges. Or the abilty to perma stomp the bones. Those 2 things will give CoH a lifespam, either its exhausted uses or it is stomped.
I won't go looking for CoH if i find it ill stomp it but i don't search for it.
Secondly because games are going longer due to CoH giving heals, gen regression needs to be improved, a kick should do more damage and survs need to spend more than 0.1 sec repairing to stop it.
-
Add it to the soon department.
To much busted stuff happening from last patch that probably needs the bandwidth.
-
PIngu.
Much better than Ringu.
Serious, Gremlins. Survivor: Gizmo. Killer: Stripe.
-
Separate queues for solo and swfs.
Better gen regression, "fixing" of CoH
-
I think the issue is getting hooked.
No hook, no camping, therefore addon is useless.
Please Buff Pinky.
-
I'd rather they lose the free hit.
Hatchets don't care you ran to a window.
-
@sizzlingmario4 said:
yeah idk why they haven't disabled it tbh.
Because it's not detrimental to survivors.
-
I'd like to see a killer that could make itself look like Survivors.
Sort of among us, you have to perform certain survivor actions before you can attack them. Then you can reskin to look like another.
Swfs might make it hard but still a fun concept.
-
All of the above.
But people just get tired of playing certain games.
I may have 50+ games in my library i probably only play 3 at a time.
And with the learning curve of dbd, ie perks etc to be "competitive" it's pretty unnewbie friendly. Who wants to play your first games as a killer into players with 500+ hours. It's pretty demoralising.
-
Getting ranks is about games played do a 100 a month and you'll get 1. Unless you're basically face camping the first surv you see and doing nothing else.
-
It needs either a limit to the amount of times it can be applied and or the amount of times it can be used 1 bones 3 charges etc
and they need to be stompable.

CoH is NOT unlimited, its limited by the killers ability to snuff it out
If it has infinite uses then it would be described as unlimited.
-
You're new to survive by daylight?
-
Purposefully missing hatchet shots so they think im bad. Then bang.
-
@danielmaster87 said:
Reward killers for going for chases, against multiple survivors and not just 1 or 2 in a row, and not just camping. I don't know how we're gonna do it, but that's what we should do.
Make kicking gens worth while, make CoH not be unlimited.
As of now there is little reason to do both when you've got a surv ready to die.
-
Flashlights are used for making annoying clicking sounds, blinding a killer is a bonus.
-
It's disabled unless your name is Little Susie.
-
Nice, very much overkill though, the 2 Kanabo hits would just mash that body. A 3rd into the head would have been just wow.
-
One of my last games i managed to %4 escape a hook that would have killed me, the hatch spawned under the hook i was on, not that i seen it as someone else was still alive on hook, and i had a beartrap on so went to remove it.
The nice Pig was standing at it and let me live because i was just lucky that day.
-
The addon was nerfed back in May 2021, from 3 hatchets to 1.
It is working as the devs intended. Your ability to deal with it is what is lacking, Nothing more.
Iridescent Head is an Ultra Rare Hunting Hatchets Add-on . Descriptions may vary from their in-game version for reasons explained here.Wiki Descriptions support Mouse-over in Desktop View: hover your mouse cursor over the modifier words (or highlight them) to have a tool-tip reveal their values.Mobile View displays the values in small print after the modifier words. Nerf: capped Hatchet Carrying capacity at 1 Hatchet. -
i just see it as childish, if you want me to know you're between the ages of 15-25 that's what you do.
-
Most of the perks are crapola these days, for both "sides"
Hence why meta is used unless you cant be bothered and just want to do a challenge a daily or die alot.
As a Huntress main i really only have 1 free slot i can play with anyway and that slot is normally only 3 different perks.
-
Huntress has slow movement and a lullaby. If you're letting her get close enough to hatchet you where she can't miss as you put it then its your fault.
If you do let her get close then: Stay behind high walls, and tight corners, don't drop pallets in front of her, duck, dodge and dive.
-
-
It's a great idea, but it would never happen because i can't zug gens when im cleansing hexes.
-
If survivors are abusing you after a game, then you've done well.

From watching tournament play it's literally camp a hook with Charlotte, well chasing with Victor.

Keys and hatches were definitely more complex than the one number tweak of Moris, so more time more planning/design and actual testing is logical.
CoH I agree with, they did give a small speed nerf however and stated it will be monitored further.
also I have stated in my very first post that I think they are way too slow with almost anything…
I wasn't having a crack just showing the perceived perception of how the game is to a killer a main.
I lost all faith in the management of this game when the director told a person who asked a question about killers to "go play civilization"
That speaks volumes. Rather than sugar coating any answer, even a lie they tell you to go spend your money elsewhere.

OoO rework, DS nerf, Hatch and key reworks.
also there have been plenty of killer nerfs AND buffs
if you actually think they don’t listen at all then no matter what they do you won’t ever acknowledge anything they would do because there would be something you can complain about.
they are slow on getting changes and feedback done, that’s for sure. But saying they are ignoring killer complaints is just not true at all and you are leaving to room for discussion or constructive feedback.
Not to mention the fact that doing a generator nowadays has become literally pressing a single button and being able to make a coffee if you want since anyone can hit the skillchecks even blindfolded as it's ridiculously easy.
They literally didn’t change how gens are done at all, I think they even made is slightly longer with multiple survs and toolbox nerfs. Also remember that BNP used to instantly power a gen.
Keys and hatches were done a year after Mori changes. Yes it was needed, but Mori was a ghost nerf it just appeared.
Where as Keys were given plenty of time and notice, to use them.
Now You've got CoH, an endless free heal. If i could re apply my ruin endlessly the complaints would be endless.

Lol, Saloon is a small terrible map with terrible loops.
But great for CoH which covers 3/4 of the gens and hooks.
-
Because the amount of abuse after games or the amount of people i see rage d/c makes me think reporting people is useless.
-
Just add more damage to kicking a gen and time to stop regression would be better for game health anyway.
Want killers to stop tunneling? give them something meaningful to create pressure other than removing someone before 3 gens are done.
CoH and lack of gen regression has made anything other than tunnelling and camping sub optimum for getting wins.
-
Should base matchups based upon hours played.
If you've 500 hours and you're a potato you deserve to get stomped.
-
It needs a limit on uses per totems then it dissolves.
also killers need the option to stomp if they don't want to snuff.
-
You lost me at Oreo.

Everyone improves to an extent just by playing. My issue is the game should not be a constant skill improvement to enjoy it. Everyone should not be forced to play like the few who can run killers for days with ease. Its unreasonable. I never said I don't want to improve. I said I don't want a video game to turn into a job just to be better at it. You can't expect everyone to improve to the skill level of elite players. Its just not going to happen.
So basically you want an option to play casually with randoms or friends? Can i interest you in Kill your friends?
-
It's the only time i really feel insulted in the game, if you can stand at my feet and then leave me spinning like a top, you get props. That's far more insulting than any clicking, bagging or trash talk.
