I just find his stiff movements and power somewhat funny. If that's enough to make the character not funny to you, thats completely fine. Then again, I do have killers on here that I don't enjoy playing against that are ranked highly (Ghostface, Bubba).
That said, what you say is still true and I hope he gets a rework soon.
Is there any killer you find particularly funnier than the rest?
Doctor and Pig.
Doctor whole chaotic gameplay is what I really enjoy both as survivor and killer.
Pig got a cute stun noise and the andrenaline rush you get when its like 10 seconds left on the RBT timer and you manage to get rid of it right before its over

Myer is one of the most boring killers in the game.
Average game when I VS Myers goes like this:
Myer goes around Map with his slow movement speed trying to stalk People.
Tier 2 reached and boom there goes the first gen and he still havent started to really interact with the survivors yet.
Now he stalk to tier 3 and boom there goes Another gen or atleast its pretty close to done.
He down someone and let the slug fest begin. 2 survivors slugged. Tier 3 gone. He hook one survivor while the other one remain slugged or someone picked them up. Now if the team is good the 3rd and maybe even 4th gen will pop before he reach tier 3 again. If team is meh you will reach a stalling point where nothing really happnens. Myers try to build back tier 3 while your team are wasting time reseting eachother.
Rise and repeat.
Myers current gameplay isnt really up to date with current DBD. his too slow

Overrated in a low experience player POV
underated against high experience players.
I love playing as and against doc. The whole game will be pure SHOCKING chaos from start to finish. Amazing and intresting details in his kit + addons. I love being chased by doc no matter their skill level.
It mostly come down to breaking LOS and holding W to the next tile when he use his shock. The radius is large but it is possible to also avoid his shock mid-chase.
Conclusion: Doctor is a fun killer
-
He ran niche perks in a rank where People are efficient meta players. This would have been winnable with the right loadout. One of the games current issues is how meta perk reliant low-mid tier killers are if they even wanna compete against decent teams.

She's fine. Without her, all you'd get is Nurse at red ranks.
Just don't be predictable.
you make it sound like that's a bad thing >:)

with the current people who lead the balance team that called her A tier?
HAHAHAHAHAH
no
-
Got a 3k under 2-3 minutes cause of a snowball. Gave the last dude hatch, he dc and said he only escapes if he earns it.
-
yes, yes they are

Thank you.
-Solo survivor
you are welcome
-solo survivor who runs object so I get chased instead of the baby bill
-
It's solo que, killer, SWF sided.
solo survivors are the one who struggles the most if they get a bad team and good killer imo. SWF is pretty much always at the advantage and for killers its pretty much a hit n miss

1) Please don't ever use the phrase "bump box" in reference to anything again
2) It'll take time to get used to, Blight is one of those very memory-heavy killers since your intuition isn't always right.
cage me into one of your bump boxes pig uwu
-
I only see gen rushing as a thing if survivors brought 4 brand new parts, map offering, stacked prove thyself and all that jazz.
otherwise nah
-
hold W and go behind walls a lot, keep Nurse guessing where you are going (forward, left, right, double back into her blink etc)
-
if you can down survivors fast enough, you can snowball a slug fest.
That's pretty much what a lot of huntress players do or players in general who don't run 4 anti gen slowdown perks.
you need to find ways to secure kills and snowballs quickly
-
just give him 2 extra traps to carry in inventory and call it the day. That's all they have to do. Also, make traps spawn closer to him and not in corners of the map cough grandma swamp
-
if your profile is set to public thats on you. There is no difference if 1, 10, or 100 people can see it if it's public.
-
- The first RBT you search will never get rid of the trap
- Increased movement speed on crouch
- Roar sound plays right after the ambush starts and not before
-
blame BHVR for not adding a FOV slider yet. We sure love playing games with a 30 FOV limit lol
-
I too want 1 hour que time as killer
-
object players cant see undetectable. the perk only lights up but shows no aura.
They pretty much just ran a better version of spine chill that game.
-
BHVR would refuse to do anything like this as it would help and encourage blood point farming.
They want players to earn their Bloodpoints rightfully and I sort of get their perspective

Someone who relies on using an exploit to get kills is probably not that good with Nurse because if they were good enough with her to put an entire team on slugging with Infectious Fright why would they be playing Blight in the first place?.
that gotta be the weirdest question.
"why would you play another killer if you are so good with Nurse?"
Maybe cause they want to test something new and different which normal Blight isn't, you might as well just play billy at that point tbh.

So the exploit is the only fun you think there is to blight?
why are you playing blight then
not playing blight that much anymore, I am defending the jflick more from a survivor perspective as I am someone who likes to go against it. There is really nothing fun or enjoyable going against a basic blight. All you do is hug tight corners and go behind obstacles and boom, I clearly outplayed them and the chase gets extended. Against flicks I have to think more carefully about my movements, the way I loop, and try to make reads on where they are gonna try to hit from. You are never truly safe against a jflick blight which actually makes the game more intense and interesting.

No he is not
Blight without J-Flick is perfectly fine and balanced. That's such an irritating and unfounded statement
All the flicks do is add less counterplay and expects survivors to predict a killer is gonna use an exploit. Nobody likes expecting people are gonna exploit. It's not fun, it's not healthy for the game whatsoever
Blight is fine and balanced without jflick...
but also his boring, there is nothing special or new with his concept as a killer compared to most others. You move around the map with a mobility power l and hit people who are out positioned... like wow never seen that before

I really hope so.
Welp when that happened all jflick blight mains I know will probably go back to slugging infect fright Nurse or Stridor Spirit cause those were their old mains. Blight without jflick is such a limited, lame and boring killer. The flicks added some spice into his gameplay
-
jfllick is probably next.
dark days are upon us my friends.... dark days
-
won't work with current queue times:
Solo queue on both game modes
Killer on both game modes
2 man SWF on both game modes etc
Also those who play on crossplay off and crossplay on
-
the counter play is to kill them all before all the gens are done :p
-
my build are often more focused on chases and gen pressure.
I run kindred every now and then and will prob do it a lot more once we get the open handed buff.
-
I would swap calm spirit for Spine chill, and urban evasion for fixated
-
she is good. nothing changed really on her basekit, some addons got changed on PTB today
-
all they have to do is remove her husk so no more "stand still to win" mindgames. thats it, this wont affect good spirit players whatsoever even
Tru3 who is pretty defensive when it comes to Spirit shouldnt be nerfed agrees on this
-
would be nice to have the terror radius fit in with her lullaby
-
I too like to play against killers with 0 counterplay. very fun and interactive, yes, yes.
-
very mechanic focused killer who got an ability to stall games and buy time. I just like her kit
-
head on + sprint burst combo. you stun the killer then speed boost away from him... pretty sure its a reason why its a exhaust perk my guy.
-
then be smart and adapt to the killer behaviour. ofc killer will try to take advantage with how the new DS works. Dont start working on a gen unless you know for a fact its safe to do it

"WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IS NOT FINAL AND MAY NOT MAKE IT INTO THE GAME" i was dissapointed since im a survivor main and i was like "Well, finally i can use Object of Obsession and DS without being an #########"
I mean same was said about both Clown and DS
-
@Yatol said:
they cant, they have tried 2 times already and it dosent seem to work.
it did sort of work the second time, it was just experiments so they could receive some feedback after all
-
it was a proposed change like DS but they said it was still on the discuss board. it will prob get relased this mid chapter with the map rework
-
SWF is easy to beat with the right mindset
-
Everything you said can be applied in similar way to survivors....
-
majority of insta downs can only punish survivors for poor position like bubba and billy chainsaw.
-
I play Huntress cause she is the only killer that can injure survivors from across the whole map. Nothing is more fun then just throwing a high hatchet and 2-3 seconds later hearing the squish sound of someone getting injured
-
Sprint burst, iron will, resilience. last slot is a flex on spine chill, unbreakable, OOO and vigil
-
thanks for the info Sluzzy, I will now report killers who close the hatch
-
Does her kit rely on sound? Its a cool idea? but wait, what's that... we got audio software and perks that make it 10x easier to hear....
let's go xd
Bring back the bug or something similar that gave you slight clues where she is. Like Wraith has his groaning sound and shimmer when cloaked.
Imo Spirit wouldn't be such an issue if she didn't have ######### tons of outside tools to help her in-game and even in-game like stridor.
-
but if you get tunneled....
use DS?
-
you don't even need to edit the files to change res. just change your main display setting and it will apply to DBD aswell
