Reach rank 1 as killer and then see who is really "op".....
-
instant crouch and increased crouch movement speed
-
it's even funnier cause on paper Oni is actually one of the worst killers in the game
a good SWF can go a whole game without facing an Oni with his power activated. the only way he can hit someone is with a basic M1 attack, so just pre drop every pallet and loop jungle gyms and killer shark extremely safe and its nothing he can do
I have played game like those where me and my team actually made it happen so he never got his power once
-
better nerf pig
-
It got nerfed, DS disable whenever you do a certain action
Do action = no tunnel = DS gets disabled
-
Its intended not a bug
Mclean words :)
-
cold dirt basekit,
double his feral duration
increase the time it takes to mend from 12 to 15 seconds
-
yes, that could be a nice change for Doc
Would help him a lot in high MMR level
but it should be on a timer and not the entire tier 3 duration. maybe 30 seconds or so?
-
not exactly sure but he need to be closer to GF level, more consistent stealth, better exposed ability.
He just need to be faster, Myer is so slow and boring to play as and against cause his ability do not fit the current fast-paced state of the game
-
I went from rank 1 survivor and killer to rank 9
its prob bugged
-
why would a seal team waste perk slots on self care and kindred??
-
yes but luckily you can unlock it, sadly only to 120
-
This will backfire when you verse a team who all are good loopers, yes they are rare but exist. If you play against better players you will improve if you only focus on weak links you will have no clue what to do against strong teams.

Kinda odd how our friends already use the terms camp and tunnel.
New survivors experience is normally more centered on the horror aspect rather then the mechanics aspect. I know my first survivors games were mostly the thrill of evading the killer or the jumpscare from the killer not being where you thought he was. Escaping wasen't even on my mind in the first few dozen hours
I do agree that dbd has quite a punishing learning curve. I wouldn't really say steep but mistakes do cost you quite a lot.
honestly updating the tooltips would be a good first step to make this game more beginner friendly. Stuff like.
- The Killer can only be at one place at a time. If they stay at the hook they aren't protecting gens
- Don't focus on a single survivor too long, there are 3 others working to escape!
- A hooked survivor is more valuable then a dead survivor. Taking one for the team could increase your survival chances.
- Survivors see a red light in the direction your looking, looking away can decieve them.
- Killers are furocious, Not everyone will always make it out.
- The entity feeds of hope. In order for there to be hope to feed on, survival is a real possibility. Some will escape.
OP for sure misinformed his friends what those terms actually meant and now they are misusing it too.

4 console players. I like to have some interaction in post-game chat
-
I am just gonna put this here.....
-
Blight has more counterplay and can be looped around shack and pallets. so no
-
Its gone but we got something else now, something that might even be stronger...... and intended
-
claudette with self care, worst killer imo cost so many games
-
I only have one issue with her, if every survivor cleanses from every fountain the corrupt purge will be forced on you.
This needs to be fixed, I don't understand why survivors have this kind of control over the purge.
-
indoor maps do not belong to DBD or at least crowded ones. When ever devs make an indoor map they suddenly forget killers like Huntress, Billy and Slinger exist.
-
hillbilly and auto haven, new auto haven is fine but not as good as the other graphical reworks.
-
this tier list is bait right?

When I started playing not long ago, I really liked Billy a lot. Dashing all across the map with a chainsaw is great. He's really fun to play... in the easy ranks that is.
In higher level play you definitely see the shortcomings of his character more. He's kind of tricky to use his loops. And sadly, his addons are of no help for problematic situations. Barring the Lopro Chain and the addons that improve his steering, I wonder if the person who designed his add-ons even played the character at all.
Make the chainsaw cool better when Flashlighted? Gaining Undetectable during a Chainsaw dash? Making your Terror radius smaller when your Chainsaw is unusable? Or make your chainsaw charge slightly faster... after being stunned by a pallet?!? Not sure how this is supposed to help me?
It feels as if the more interesting killers can be taken in many different play styles with add-ons, but most of Billy's are unusable or require you to put yourself in detrimental situations as the Killer to use them. Normally, you'd use add-ons to avoid bad situations, not to create bad situations for you to be in.
they really made the addons look like a parody version of his perks..... same with Nurse
-
I agree. Spirit got insane addons, lethal chase power, dumb mechanics, and requires low effort to win?
BETTER NERF PIG

If by avoiding cheating we need to avoid having an advantage over all other players those on pc should only use controllers and cap our FPS at 20 in case we go against a switch player on lerys if we're keeping crossplay on
does this mean using headsets is cheating as well cause you get a huge advantage on audio cause technically headsets are not part of the game?
does this mean SWF that is in a voice chat feeding each other info on what they are doing/what the killer is up to non-stop as cheating? When BHVR has made a dead by daylight discord server where you can find groups and play while on comms?
-
Nah it's a training wheel for new huntress players, tbh it should have been made as an addon like Nurse plaid flannel
-
Ascend and become a Jeff main, those are chads
-
most of us bing bong mains do hit n run tactics, it mean you just try to ambush and out position survivors as much as possible who are doing gens, I had games where no pallets would get dropped cause I never chased but still 4Kd
His actually dangerously strong when played correctly
-
preach
Billy deserves justice after what did they did to him especially double engraving aka flickbilly
-
I play a lot of hit n run wraith consider it's probably his best way to win. You just need to pay a lot of your attention to what's going on and try to get a glimpse of his position. Check where gens are and work on those who are close to windows, pallets, any strong tile like shack.
-
wow.... everything you said was incorrect, when I face blight I have no issues with his cooldown or jflick, he's one of the most balanced killers in the game atm, his ability is easy to counter. His add-ons are fine and besides they already nerfed compound 21
Also Ascension made a amazing video regarding jflick and Blight counters: https://youtu.be/7VxUABkDRdA I recommend watching it
-
if you get looped as hag you are playing her incorrectly, you shouldn't chase survivors they should come to you. Hag is all about being rewarded for the waiting game, predicting where the survivors will move, create a web of traps.
DONT. CHASE. AS. HAG unless they are pretty much dead zoned and its a free hit
Put your traps close to gens and choke points where you think survivors will go to
-
4k, I don't wanna drag out my games to 10 mins+.
Fast games and Fast BP pls
-
Billy is a very, very strong and dangerous pub stomper like pre-nerf Freddy. But by a good SWF he might struggle a bit, not much, however.
But against a very high skilled and coordinated team, you wont be able to do much like you could do with old billy sadly
-
Billy, Nurse, Doctor, Pig, No stridor Spirit, Oni, Demo
-
4 very strong toolboxes with stacked gen perks and maybe brand new parts.
otherwise nothing really
killers throw the word "gen rush" a lot when it's just survivors being efficient on their objective.
-
devs already said they won't make every killer S tier level
next
-
Lerys already got reworked
Hawkins is already using the graphics BHVR is trying to push out on all the old maps.
So its just Haddonfield, backwater and red forest left now
-
My playstyle has always been revolved around creating pressure on survivors outside gen pressure. The Twins just fit my slugging and "heal or it will backfire later" playstyle perfectly like The Nurse and The Oni who are also my mains.
-
I do it every day pretty much
No need to have empathy to any survivors, you don't know what they have done in the past. Maybe they tunneled a baby Dweet with mother-daughter ring Spirit, or spammed clicked their flashlights on an obvious new killer.
(:
-
Play for tags, don't commit on any long chases, pressure, pressure, pressure, pressure.
-
This gotta be the best post you done so far sluzzy
-
you have 3-4 perks to deal with slugging, like you have perks dealing with camping, stacked gen slow down and tunneling.
Use them
-
psychological warfare goes brrrr.... and you lost the battle. evidence: this forum post
-
ok so let's combine a lot of horror franchises and mix them into a giant cat n mouse game.
Where 4 survivors need to repair 5 generators while one takes the role of the killer and tries to hook them 3 times as a sacrifice to a demi-god feeding on souls and hope. sounds like your typical edgy Tumblr fanfic I know but still, a fun game 10/10 would spend another 5000+ hours on it again.
-
its something you can do with blight:
you move your entire arm and mouse from your room to the neighbor and do a 180-degree flick on survivors or you use a dpi shifter
-
just remove the husk when she starts to phase so no more stand still to win mind games and make one of her brown addons basekit to compensate it.
-
gonna crash the whole game and go double doctor lol
-
She is fine as long as she doesn't run stridor.
