What happened to the Object of obsession change?
It has been a while since the devs have said anything about it, it seemed really cool and everyone was liking it. Can we expect to get it in the mid-chapter patch?

it was a proposed change like DS but they said it was still on the discuss board. it will prob get relased this mid chapter with the map rework
But it was so good and everyone loved it, it was such a perfect change. Why would they not add it in?
Agreed; as often as I fight SWF abusing it, I would rather this one had happened before DS. :) The sooner the better.
They talked about trying to fit in the OoO change into the mid-chapter and we still have a couple of weeks before the mid-chapter ptb. At best we might get a dev blog the week before the ptb going over the upcoming changes, but likely we won't know anything for the mid-chapter til the ptb drops.
I mean same was said about both Clown and DS
Probably not.
They announced ONE POSSIBLE proposed change. They probably haven’t even starting working on it yet. They’ve still got a back log of bugs and other planned changes yet to bring to the live game, AND and Anniversary coming up.
Don’t expect the OoO change soon. It’ll come. Just not soon.
They have to first explore possible problems it could create.
You know it takes time to code things, right?
Well it was presented as a possible change they even stated that it wasn't decided on nor had they even done any coding to see if it would even work or not, so I wouldn't expect it at all until they say something about it.
Well the warning was that the OoO change may not be the exact thing they showed off. They were looking at some early feedback.
2 months seems like plenty of time to change one perk. They changed a bunch of things to trickster since his release sooner than that, and there was a lot more than a few changes.
changing one perk after evaluating feedback, continuing with internal testing, and reworking something from the ground up trying not to cause 50 bugs whilst being of... bhvr's skill level vs changing numbers in a power.
They take ages to do anything, so I honestly don't expect a change to OoO until at least the next chapter.
