Imo he is a mix with many gameplay: Stealth, teleport, mid-range attack, anti-loop. But all those aspects are either weak or easy to counter.

My suggestion :
Secondary power: Every 30s(?) the trapper can choose and reactivate 1 trap from distance (+16m), The animation take 3s(?) and slow him down a bit.

He should turn into a P3 Claudette with Urbain evasion/SB/Self-care/Spin-Chill + A key.

- 30s of chase without hitting a survivor or a dropped palett = Wast of time.
- You can always catch a survivor later, but losing a generator is definitive.
- If survivors prioritise finhsing finishing a generator instead of unhooking a survivor = Force the next hook state.
- DS/Unbreakable/Styptic are less valuable if wasted in early or mid game.
- Try to remember the hook state of every survivor.
- Rough game ? Try to localize your best 3 generators to protect.

You shouldn't care about looping with Hag.

The problem is comms, not SWF.
-Comms replace: Kindred, Bond, Empathie, maps...
-Comms boost: Keys, Object of obsession, Head on, Adrenaline, DS, sabo save, bodyblock save, palett save, flashlight save...
-Comms counter: Totems, Trapper, Hag, any stealthy killer.
And you don't need to be a godlike player to capitalize on this.
