Whether you think a suggestion is silly, its just a game and silly generally is fun so jusy let it be what it is.
Hag has medusa snake hair which doesn't fit her lore, just let it go and get creative.

I kinda agree, having to wait for the entire sacrifice animation to end is a little frustrating especially since it takes about 10 seconds or something.
If you find the hatch as a crawling survivor I kinda think you deserve it. Killer knew the risk of letting you crawl away.
This is the reason why swf dc to instantly open hatch for remaining survivors.
I don't expect anything to change but a change is due at some point after the next chapter. -
Dead by daylight isn't a game. Dead by daylight is a way of life. That is an insult to all the Feng Mins in this thread.

I would like personal statistics to pop up in menus. Like a side scrolling thingy.
Example - Your survival rate this week is 85%. Or
You have killed more Dwights today than any other day this year.
Maybe there could be a list of pretty unique challenges to complete in reward for shards or blood points.
Example: Denied - In seperate matches pick up a survivor 10 times as they're about to escape via the hatch. -
I can imagine that one glitch that happened which made the clowns face fly across the screen but with trumps face😄.

Headless Horseman. He doesn't need a horse but he could have his own ranch/church themed map. He could have a bladed weapon and a scorpion like get over here hook to pull survivors towards him. Sleepy hollow like except johnny depp survivor I don't see.

I don't think it'll get banned in NA ive seen other games do similar things.
Theu can just call the outfit Presidential suit or something and not make reference to trump.

Anyone ever played remothered tormented fathers. Mr felton - naked old man with an apron and a sickle would be funny, he sounds a lot like the joker.
Having said that SCISSORMAN would be insanely good. They could teleport to lockers and be like the sneaky pig but base speed with a massive pair of scissors snipping louder and louder until you find a survivor. -
Im guessing someone fed these gremlins after midnight. I kinda hate this idea just because of how cute they are as those fluffy things are when they aren't gremlins. Maybe gizmo can be a new survivor.

Do you know those frenzy big headed women from bloodborne, that would be freaky as a killer. Fast moving but can activate her power which opens her eyes and makes you scream and go into deep wound until the bar is depleted or you break line of sight.

I know my idea isn't that good. I wouldn't support it BUT I know changes need to be made to help new player coming into dbd. This self care suggestion is a little drastic but as we speak there are countless (about 30) new players fed up with the brick wall like progression system which newbies face.

@Boss I know that they are inexperienced but not having reasonable access to stuff makes it harder for newbies. This game isn't too new player friendly and that's my problem.

@Boss it's because its a lot harder for new players to get healed than it is for older more experienced players.
They have less opportunities to heal and have to rely on teammates to get healed to healthy.
Tutorials in truth are not so useful.

@Orion You haven't dismissed any of my points on the wendigo thread. You just say I'm wrong because the killer isn't a wendigo.
You cannot say my theory was wrong just because it wasn't used in the game. My theory was sensical and the reason my theory wasn't the right one was because the legion was the killer who too fit the clues.
As for the legion being a clue, it could have meant a legion of wendigos or spirits unleashed from a curse you know something interesting.
I was thinking outside the box hoping for something more creative and people like you label me an idiot who has an obsession with wendigos or whatever.
You are one of the reasons why these discussions are so toxic in that you aren't willing to listen to others ideas and you butt your stubborn opinion there for everyone to see. -
And everyonr else saying self care is a trash perk, This thread isn't about that.
This thread is about how difficult it is for new players coming in to get the things they need.
I'm saying that grinding is bad for new playera because it puts them off playing dbd more.
As for medkits. You might not even find a medkit in a chest. So newbies are forced to find teammates to heal, which is far more difficult than the experience of healing at rank 1.

@Orion For your information my Wendigo theory was a valid theory which every clue supported. This thread isn't about that. You just never want to reason or accept somrone else's opinions.

I think it was a bad idea to make self care a Claudette only perk in the beginning. I think it should at least be one of those you can get on any survivor. Not survivor specific.
I was just making a point, I don't necessarily agree with my op but its a valid argument which is kinda ignored and dismissed because older players think giving new players a hard time is good for the game. -
I would also like to hear a scream or a whailing sound when one is cleansed too.

Well I disagree with a lot of you apparently. It's obvious that a rank 1 can have an easier time healing than a rank 20 yet some of you will still try and tell me otherwise.
As for new players coming in the grind is real and access to a good set of perks is important.
I only suggested this because it would make new players feel more equipped going into matches but I honestly see that some of you don't care about newbies having fun. Plus the amount of toxicity and insults being thrown around is just beyond childish. This is a discussion not an argument.

@Malakir Imagine playing mortal kombat and you had to have had 1 week of playtime to block any damage or to kick your opponent. That's what it is. Exactly like that.

I don't see why this is such a divisive issue. It takes way too long for new players to be able to heal. They shouldn't need to grind med kits just to be able to be healed. It is easier for players able to heal themselves because of having self care.
I am listening Feng min avatar person but I don't see it as fair. Its a barrier to new players which is infuriating and some don't want to play anymore because the early grind is too much.

This isn't a change for us older players, it's for the new players coming in and giving dbd a try out. We need to make sure as a community they can be able to heal reasonably quickly into their dbd lifetime.

Learning the game is different to being able to grind to be able to start learning the game.
It wouldn't be bad on older players because the new players are probably idiot's anyway. They're new and clueless and this would increase the number of players sticking around.
It would hurt new killers a little but the healing takes so long that it shouldn't be too bad. -
You shouldn't be forced to play Claudette if you want to heal. Thats my point. You could bring a med kit but it's a whole lot easier for old players to heal than it is for new players.
I am a complete no life at this game and It irritates me how hard of a time new players have with having access to the actual important survival mechanics this game has. -
With healing being such a widespread mechanic in the game. It is only fair that this mechanic can be done for all survivors across the board.
Other perks are not part of basic survival so they wouldn't be needed for new players.
It seems like in design when this game released. Claudette was meant to be a healing class however each survivor nowadays is just a reskin of another. It doesn't fit anymore this game had changed so much since then. I think this is a balance change needed for new players to be able to get hooked playing dbd. -
@ReneAensland A week just to be able to heal. That is exactly what I mean.
First impressions of a game is important and being slapped acrossed the face being told you will lose horribly as soon as you load into a game is not welcoming to newbies. -
Defend hexes all you like it changes nothing.
If you protect ruin. Survivors can just do gens just like it is now.
There doesn't need to be any color coding as it will cause arguments. But just a little variety in hex totem colour would be nice. -
I wouldn't say it was a buff. It just lets you play with a strategy as killer. It's always a mess when you have all hex perks and 1 gets destroyed and it happens to be your most valuable hex totem.
I really wanted to see some blue fire this winter in dbd. -
Yes LEADERBOARDS so I can actually feel like a god compared to my friends who don't realise how much im into dbd.

I voted meg because a lot of them wait for you to get near then sprint burst away. Claudette is annoying too with her being harder to see but if I pay attention i usually get a free hit on Claudette because they assume they're invisible.

I used to watch one guy on YT called metaljesusrocks he looks exactly like him and has a fitting name too. He reviews games especially older ones and does buying guides for collectors and stuff like that. He's a really nice person and his vids are really good too. I'm glad they are branching out from the generic types of people.

Personally with dbd being certificate 18. Any mori which you can't imagine in Mortal Kombat should be ditched.

Imagine a killer who collects heads as trophys. Not gonna happen with this game but that would be creepy being the last survivor and the other survivors heads are strapped around the killers waist bobbing up and down. All the eyes jiggling with every footstep. Every attack the mouths open. Oooof

My theory was bad? Really compared to the generic background this chapter has.
No offense but I was desperate for something terrifying and groundbreaking. Instead we got a psycho pig reskin who can launch him/herself at survivors and pretty much poke them to death. -
The image of the man with the knife i interpretted as he's a psycho because he's lost his mind and he's killing people because he was turning into a wendigo which is why the reflections signified decay into a wendigo.
To summarise:
I wanted something interesting. Just because I didn't see it doesn't prove my theory to be wrong. It just wasn't the one used.

My theory of a wendigo was not wrong as it was a perfect fit to the clues. It wasn't wrong in terms of it didn't make sense like you are putting it.
I tell you what I will make a bio or whatever for the Wendigo at some time just to prove how well my theory could have worked. -

So your reason why my Wendigo theory is wrong is because it's not the killer.
I know that. What I'm saying is that it was perfectly suited to the chapter pre ptb release.
