Dredge does not need a buff. He's already insanely powerful.

I dont know if bottom 15 killers feels insanely power for you but for me I dont think so.

  • @100PercentBPMain said:

this could be a buff, but I'd like to explore other possibilities... what idk. I just don't know if immediately starting the trial in chase is what Dredge needs exactly

Well he woudnt be alone in this matter would he? Just like other 5 killers who can do the same with info.

  • Idk what you hate that much on c-tier killer despite his mibility in terms of power against avarage 1000 hours survivors he is just big turkey and he is in like bottom 15 killers in terms of power only dredge mains overbuff him.

Im not talking chase at all...which includes talking "anti loop". STRICTLY talking map mobility. His is by far the best. You have to nit pick maps like coldwind so killers like Billy can cross them in a straight line. If Dredge loads in on Coldwind, the chase starts at roughly the same time as it would if he loaded in on any other map. Within 3 seconds of his teleport, he's in a chase.

Still this doesnt change the fact he needs more lockers especialy around/near gens.

Im in no way talking about chase potential. Im not having THAT discussion. When it comes to map mobility, he's the best. His cooldown allows for the initial chase to happen at roughly the same time as other killers with map traversal.

Dredge doesnt really have an RNG factor for that first chase starting. 3 seconds after his power is off cooldown, he's in a chase no matter what map.

Map mobility is good on him but it lacks with rng aspect like coldwind maps with few random lockers away from gens. He is m1 with not that good antiloop just wait and run to other loop if thers no locker in your way then you are fine and nightfall is only good thing on him.

There are different kinds, but here are my definitions:

Hard tunnelling - Triple hooking the same Survivor 3 times in a row, usually straight off the hook and typically occurs from the very beginning of the game. Completely ignoring other Survivors who may be trying to run interference for the tunnelled Survivor. This is the most egregious example and the one I hope BHVR will be trying to address with phase 2.

Strategic tunnelling - Let's say there are 1 or 2 gens remaining. A Survivor just got rescued from the hook and the Killer is still nearby. The Killer decides to capitalise on this error of judgement to chase the recently unhooked Survivor to give themselves a chance to turn the game around. Can be annoying, especially for the unhooked Survivor, but justifiable.

Soft tunnelling / Not tunnelling - The Killer accidentally hooks the same Survivor 3 times in a row because they're all wearing the same cosmetic. The Killer chases other Survivors but they are harder to catch, so they drop chase and eventually find the Survivor they last hooked. The last hooked Survivor is just unlucky and they bump into the Killer before the Killer finds somebody else to chase. Survivor decides to jump on a contested gen or gets in the Killer's face off hook (body blocking with OTR / baiting a DS).

One of few people who doesnt think tunneling is everything but hooking someone else, there are many situations some players are begging to be chased again or tunneled some teammates are farming their teammate and dont think in which sitiation is killer and what he will try to do or some hard strategy with going after one and hitting/slugging others in process to slow down the team and get kill asap to win. Many situations some are justifiable as some survivor plays like bodyblocking, saving teammates even when its not needed, rushing last gen in killers face, being toxic to get killers atention, and many more irritating things what can happen to killer (spliting gens is strong long time no gen pops and then two or three are done and fourth is like half way done and last one is being repaired too).

  • Basicaly another dead perk only to work now with lichs perk butr why for some not that strong info sacrifice two perk slots for one aura info, better to take nowhere to hide, nurses, barbecue or that scorge hook one.

  • Idk devs created killer that exceled in ways they dont want in the game like pincer, zoning, tunneling (knight is one of the best tunnelers in my opinion) and he is still weak as hell. They changed his power for more multitask and to be harraser instead of picer antilooper but they forgot guards need some speed because they need to have chance to hit too or take very long time from survivor atleast 30 seconds to be solid power and not just noob slayer.

Playing with him against good survivors on maps like garden of joy (garden that still many players dont enjoy) with busted main where everybody can solo his guard with ease is just stupid and then they not only nerfing hell out of weak killers like knight but now clown too for some reason. I starting to believe most of dev team got coulrophobia at least they are buffing pig but most buffs to her kit like 24m terror radius are just adjustments for what they took her long time before.

If he stays there yes. But teleporting doesn't make an external sound. At least to my knowledge. When exiting of course there's a sound but no warning that it is there.

Still the sound he hops into locker is loud maybe wall can block it but then his exit is even louder.

Blight and Ghoul can cross a field quickly, but they still have to deal with the map geometry when doing so. Get a map like RPD or something and they'll still have to take abit to get to survivors. Dredge doesnt really have that issue which is why maps like Midwich where you'd NORMALLY have to find stairs are so strong with him. Once that initial timer is up, Dredge is essentially IMMEDIATELY getting into a chase.

Same goes for springtrap and sometimes ghoul, blight, billy, vecna there are many killers that can start chase in first 10 secods of the match, rng is factor true but theres huge difference being in chase against dredge and other killers are mentioned earlier they are far stronger and can get downs faster than dredge he is still c-tier only dredge mains claim he is something more maybe in nightfall but without some addons you get nightfall how many times per game like 2-4 which isnt that game changing and nightsfall is good but only ones that are hurt by this are less experienced players.

  • @Mr_K said:

I believe the Springtrap doors have indicators to alert survivors he's coming. Lockers have no such alerts. This means every locker becomes sus until you know what the killer is.

Dreadge when he teleports to locker theres much louder noice (and if he stays theres visual indicator) than springtraps doors and indicators cant bee usefull if doors arent clouse to you to watch it and it dont just tells you he is coming it means someone is using doors killer or survivor.

  • @LordGlint said:

While I get where you're coming from since I ALSO find it annoying to have to wait while I can SEE the Survivors with Lethal, I get why they dont want him to have it right away. Unlike other killers, he would be in the middle of 4 Survivors in 3 seconds of the match starting before anyone can even THINK of locking a locker. Its similar to why Onryo has to wait too. This is way faster than anyone else that has their power immediately.

Onryo is bit trickier she can kill you with comdem if dredge gets like 6 seconds then its not that op he is still m1 and blight and ghoul can do the same but better. More lockers mean more use of his power and not being so dependent on rng factor (rng factors in dbd are not strong and are big non no,when killer depends too much on rng his power is weak like trapper).

I disagree with that assessment. I don't believe at all that gen regression is required even your alternative example of proxy camping.

I have seen many games against aura reding blight and still he didnt tunnel and survivors werent crazy good loopers, the outcome he lost to gens.

  • @Mr_K said:

the problem is they are still used. When survivors call for nerfs they are calling for it to be useless.

Thing is at this state game cant be played without gen deffence (both regression like pain res,pop or slowdown like dead lock, grim embrace). Yes you can play it but you need solid killer with some build and addons that work togeather and make your chases and slugs fast so you buy yourself time and get survivors off the gens but good team that can loop and mostly knows how to do gens fast will still be able to do gens and rush you all you need is one longer chase and you done. Then there comes killer tactics like tunneling and slugging that are very effective and they hinder survivors more even if you had fast chases and spread hooks. One good proxy camp to slugg savior and then tunnel can win you game more than fast chases without gen deffence.

Connections good. But the heal you expose you…I bet that was it. I was thinking it was some event thing cause it was sporadic. Thanks for the heads up.

I dont think so,this effect will heal all survivors but them they are like for minute instadownable with m1.

  • Slowdowns and refresdion perks got heavy nerfs like year or two ago but they are still best thing that buys you precious time, thats why everybody runs them plus some good info or endgame.

  • This perk is dead again no need to run this over wesker one or bamboozle, uknown perks are all bad exept the one with oblibious thats a good one.

Well, I did manage to get the adept, but overall I am struggling a lot.

Generally speaking I don't like ranged killers. Thought I would try to get over that in order to play Springtrap because I really like FNAF, but it seems I can't do anything with him.

Thats almost with all adepts exept like ghoul, nurse, blight. I struggled a lot too and many toxic survivors calling ez or other like with proxy or tunneling at the end of the game I wont get it and I will be noob. Difference is I did all adepts on all killers I have (every one exept pig) and some like skullmerchant all I did after many failed attempts is just go slug or tunnel, play dirty most times this will get solo q or weaker swf like some duos offguard and they make some mistakes more than you would play normaly with weaker killer with bad basekit perks.

  • I think theres small window when he has not that big collision. It looks easy to block with with his flight but its not. So one of tricks is vault and then vault back.

  • @adam1233467 said:

This is only for obsession and its aura kills you more than help you, complaining about current object is a ragebait.

That perks is ok if killer has aurareds you see him offten and you must count this doesnt come free with 3 seconds reveal you both your auras eveyr 30 seconds, still much healtier then old one that was bane to all set up killers for no reason in super survivor sided version of the game.

  • @Marzipan210 said:

The introduction of killers with 40 meter wide terror radiuses I think also does more to confuse you than actually give you more warning.

Tbh sometimes its more disorienting then against killer with smaler or normal terror radius especialy on indoors or in chase (the distance you hear max sound from terror radius is bigger I think meaning is harder to detect him on loops how far he is when you dont see him with terror radius).

It's not that I'm sleeping on them it's just that I deliberately do not want to integrate them into my gameplay despite their usefulness. And I'm not interested in the killer design being adjusted to force my hand. I don't find that gameplay as enjoyable and I'm expressing myself now. I know the yellow bottles are very powerful, but that's not really the focus of my point with this discussion.

Thats what people forget that yellow bottles arent just buffing clown but survivor too and without purple ones or box of cigar they dont have alone much utility only as some mobility if we call it but 10% speed thats nothing great for mobility other killers have teleport (freddy simular to clown but much better because he has teleport), houndmaster, wraith. But no need to panic this may be same as xeno changes good/neutral on paper and horrible in ptb more horror that DBD has itself with turrets so we have to see what devs cooked this time same as knight banner spawn.

  • @AdamZ said:

As a knight main myself, im not sure abt the standard stuff, might be fine might be not, since we still dunno the numbers, and bhvr said "during double team scenarios" so it could mean that it only works once u are in the 8m radious of a guard.

As for the carnifex buff, im pretty happy abt it, since there are moments where u only have the carnifex and u need to stop the other survivors from finishing a gen or u need to spread the pressure.

"Where's the buff to let him use carnifex to break a pallet without despawning the other guard who's in the middle of a hunt? Where's the buff to let carnifex apply gen perks when kicking a gen, so that using a guard to kick a gen is actually something worth doing?" i also made a suggestion abt this before and it would be awesome if they implement it.

"Where's the buff to let him use carnifex to break a pallet without despawning the other guard who's in the middle of a hunt? This would be great quality of life changes for knight. Thb I dont main him but in my opinion he was strong only in few moments of dbd history, back when 3gen was a thing and second was bug that you coud place guard on to of the lower height loops making him guarantee chase and hit.

  • No they arent knights gameplay was changed with his last rework from antilooper only who spawns guard and then picer them from other side, now he can choose which guard he wants to play but you cant just spawn guard on loop and picer survivors he became harasser. Pincer tactic isnt that good on him because when guard chases someone he has circle around him and when knight is in that circle guards chase goes away 3 times faster so best way is use carnifex for utility and breaks, assasin for long chases, jailor for patrol and pince (he cahses longest 34 seeconds or so).

The banner mechanic isnt longer needed because you dont chase with guard always as back then with knight and now they want to make it easier for survivor to dont run but to stay near banner and get it (getting banner is like free sprint burst plus timed invincibility), this change is kinda meh same as the one for clown I know knight and clown are annoying to face but they are even in top 15 killers maybe even top 25 strongest killers which doesnt makes sence. With knight there are loops (kinda god loops where guard cant get you either ones where you drop palett and you can vaulted on and on this will force guard to go another direction so its impossible for him to get you he cant go trough paletts like he goes trough window vaults, on some 2-3 level structure/buildings pincer tactic is hard as hell because guards circle kinda works like boon are it doesnt matter if you are on different floor when you are in it the chase timer goes still faster).

  • Another blight twin please god.

  • Idk what you think, sure they work same as couch tech isnt supposed to work.

  • @Mr_K said:

If you're sleeping on the yellow bottles then you really should reevaluate.

They arent that good most times is hard to get value from them and cost you mere time on one loop in some instancess survivor can just leave and go to other loop before you set up not to mention you need addons to make them better or his purple so its better to use thats the reason why most clown mains I met didnt even use then. Now they will buff them and nerf the purple ones idk why if its like decrease hindred from 15% to 12% than is kinda ok but more would suck, less reason to bother playing clown he is slow with no mobility and his antiloop is just predrop and hold m1 on gens all that is needed to beat him nothing hard.

  • I dont think they will make them open hatch, when hatch is out survivor can go and get hatch and if killer is faster in finding hatch then survivor has two gates so double 50/50 rng to escape yes sometimes hatch spawns near killer or survivor or gates are close to each other or killer can see at then from one spot and get there like blight, ghoul, singularity but thats still 50/50 rng if they make keys to open hatch then only one who will benefit from this will be the same kind of player who had old didstortion and hid just all game, now they will try do doit with keys not to mention keys give you with some addons just wallhacks on killer which isnt funny way to give them something new good either.

A lot of Killers are quite simple mechanically as well, so I don't think there's some massive gulf.

As usual, the difference really is just knowledge. As a Survivor, you need to have knowledge of all Killers and we have, what, 35 or so now? That's a HUGE amount of knowledge to need to learn and you really have no control over when or how you learn it.

As a Killer, you can choose to play as many or as few Killers as you like. Every Survivor is the same and has the same basic abilities. Learning perks will definitely be a pain, but that's also true of Survivor.

Many killers are easy mechanically but their either weak as hell as you proggress like mayers (stands up only because of tombstone),pig, wraith (at higher mmr he has nothing to offer just m1 with mobility and not as good as others) or killers like bubba the are easy to pick but getting some value with them on loops is very hard and addon dependent (every good bubba is running beast marks for reason he needs some speed).

Knowledge for survivor is key, you need to know what works for which killer and their addons that can make them much oppresive than normal like mayers(tombstone but every one knows it at this point),spirit(daughter ring), billy(iri engravings).

Survivor is one and only just different perks and skins with height, sound but key mechanics are same for killer every killer is different and some just are supper unique with their gameplay like nurse she is just her power you cant play her like dash,range,m1, or regular 115 killer even theres addon that does that but thats meme addon, hag you cant run and cahse just sit in or near your web and then down survivor with teleports, set traps near him and repeat. Only part that is hard on survivor is know how to play against each killer and tricks and techs, every killer have something spicial to deal with and you dont play against every killer very offten like twins, xeno, chucky, hag, artist so you dont have lot experience how to deal with them on avarage like against wesker, blight, huntress, wraith.

Nurse is banned because she’s the strongest killer in the game. She ignores everything — even simple walls. I imagine that in every competitive match or internal scrim you’ve watched, they’re always playing killers who either control multiple generators at once or completely bypass core game mechanics like pallets and windows — just like I mentioned in my previous message.

There’s a clear imbalance. Old killers aren’t weak, they’re just useless in comparison to the newer ones, who are way too overloaded. The issue isn’t with the old killers — it’s with the kits of the recent ones. Just look at the current meta; it speaks for itself. But you can’t claim that killer is the overall easier role just because two or three killers are completely broken.

Fact old killers are outdated as hell look at demogorgan his portals are joke compare to other killers mobility like best comparison is between springtraps doors and domos portals, demo gets 5 seconds undetecteable and springtrap has 15 after teleport, when demo uses portals theres a sound que for every survivor he is teleporting and he is very loud, many m1 killer are outdated.

You seem to only think survivors have restrictions. Killers have restrictions in tournament/comp play as well. What if killers brought in all their red add-ons? Iri head huntress, acidic blood xeno, tombstone Myers, blight with iri or purple add-ons, 3 blink nurse or really any purple or red add-ons, etc... comp play nerfs both sides. Like I already said, slugging is often banned in comp play, unless you want to be disqualified. Tunneling is discouraged, but allowed. You get more points for each new survivor you hook. If you tunnel and 4k, then you get all 4 points, if you tunnel and 2k, then you only got half the points in that category. Camping in comp play usually loses you the game, because comp survivors will let their teammate die on first hook in order to complete 5 gens. And I already stated that nurse is often banned in comp play. A killer is so broken that she is banned in comp play...

Again, like I said, in comp games it comes down to who has the better killer. Most games end with 4ks, but how fast did you get your 4k?

You can say things would be different if there were no restrictions on either side, but every match would be a slugging 3 blink nurse. Every game would most likely end in a tie. Where is the fun in that?

Iri head huntress is long time gone and huntress isnt best killer in tournaments (many players can loop her well even slinger is there stronger with his power being more oppresive in chase), acid blood xeno was nerfed so it isnt that strong maybe now with tunnel spawn fix this addon can do something but its not strong as first version, blight, nurse are strong even without iries and mayers with tomb stone is one of his two adon builds that can have chance against strong teams (mayers is slow killer before he can get his power going survivors can have some gens finished and his stalk cost him too much distance but his endgame around hook is much better than ghostface). From what I have seen every comp game strarts with guesing who isnt running ds,otr, dead hard to be turbo tunneled, camping is weak but if you need second stage than some proxy can be game changing. I mean nurse with full meta against comp swf with full meta is pretty even and the deciding factor will be things like map and first chase, nurse isnt best mobility killer and map like larrys can slow her down with blinks (its very hard to blink without knowing survivor runs this path).

  • @Pit_Bull_Love said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3958027#Comment_3958027

I disagree, killer is the strongest role, even in comp. You frequently see 4ks in tournaments. Points are scored by how many gens were/weren't completed. Escapes/denied. Etc. (Each are a little different) You frequently see everyone die, and it comes down to who has the better killer on their team.

Each tournament has different rules. Offerings tend to always be banned. Perks are banned on both sides, some ban more perks than others. A survivor only restriction is one or two survivors can run the same perk (typically one, but I have seen two). Only common and uncommon add-ons for both sides. I have seen slugging being banned, nurse banned, mori's banned, etc. Point being, survivors aren't the only ones nerfed in comp play. Killers are nerfed too, and they still get 4ks against top mmr survivors.

Killers are very strong and these basekit changes have made them extremely strong. The problem is that a lot of killers today don't know how to play at it's top level. You don't need aura to find survivors. You have crows and scratch marks. OG killers and comp players know this. You don't need to gens to take longer, 4 gen slow down perks, and to tunnel or slug to get a 4k. If you keep survivors in chase, and on the hook, you have natural slow down. Comp players know this, and that is why comp survivors will let a player go second stage or even die on first hook so they can push gens, because if they don't it's game over for the survivors.

First of all it all depends what is players skill and experience then killers very differ in terms of power level offcourse blight/ghoul will do better than huntress, demogorgan against very strong team. Survivors are still underpowerd from point of viev by many people but now they are strongest they ever been (by basekit ofc). Yes killers 4k in tournaments but there are hard restrictions for survivors if everybody could bring like dead hard,ds,unbreakable, wea are gonna live forever (basicaly full meta) and medkit with styptic or instaheal then killer would have hell and survivors would beat tunnel or slugging with ease. Gen deffence is all around hooks you need hooks to get perks and not all killers can do that faster than split swf with full meta and insane skill to slow killers progress down. Another thing is every tournament begins with tunnel and there are all strategies including proxy camping, slugging without them the outcome would be different.

That clearly means that team Invictus was not competent, since competent survivors are unbeatable.

Good survivors have no problem to get at least two people out against legion and that is minimum good survivors can beat legion with ez, legion can only get fast injures and some info while in power but thats all after that he is m1 killer with nothing to offer in antiloop, mobility. If it werent on haddonfield or simular weak map for survivors then they didnt give their best. If you watched otz survivor chalange with hens and another good survivor players when they have to get rank one snd each survivor that died coudnt be used every time they saw legion it was almost free escape ( if I remeber corretly thry have like one/two perks each and only thing that helped them was swf team work), legion is joke for every competent team.

its a killer response to the fact that healing is basically instant (removing the hit and run play style) and the gens are flying, entity forbid killers trying to win their games…

i understand slugging is boring but maybe bring anti slugging perks if u are getting slugged that much, or better yet center the whole build around slugging while the devs find a way to "fix it"

Healing meta is back thats a fact maybe not that strong as before but it still hurts the most the weakest killer because hit and run is their playstyle killers like wrait, ghostface, pig are the ones that can feel that most I think.

There is some rumors that in the chaos shuffle that will be here soon, survivors will have very strong combo unbreakable+tenacity so slugging will be much harder. People who play this game for some years can know how strong and imactfull can be unbreakable when killer is trying to slug, from 4 people downed one unbreakable and whole team can be on their feet in no time this wont effect someone like blight, billy who can slug whole team with little effort, even some strong killers will be much weaker like twins and oni their power is build on slugging, they need to do as much damage as possible if this will go live as antislugging feature than oni and twins will fall from a-tier to low b-tier maybe even lower, this doent looks like big fall but trust me its huge. Its like chucky nerf when he was above spirit and fell to c-tier so noone played him and devs rewerted his last nerf. This antislug chage with new healing meta can make some killers agains certain survivor teams extremely hard and people will tend to play stronger and more reiable killers like blight, dracula, ghoul to have normal fluid game and chance to win. So no matter what will antislug feature will be I hope devs will take in mind this that some killer powers are around slugging and slughing is still neaded agains sabo squads ( without slugging there are very few killers that can counter sabo/flash squads without slugging like pyramidhead), but from whst I hve seen from devs trough years of dbd they sometimes just send some big changes and then it takes them months, years to fix problems these changes made ( not so impactfull but very practical situations fixing three gening, nerf the killer that was best with it to the ground then genkicking perks like och,cob and last giving gens maximum count they can be damaged but forgetting to revert genkicking meta back because now they fixed problem but killed many fresh perks that were viable and still no change to skullmerchant to be playable, reason for skull merchant nerf wasnt just three gening but it was one of the reasons).

    in Slugging Comment by Abbzy
  • Strongest thing is probably comp swf with full meta ( in totnament they have perks and items restrictions, if they didnt have them then even best blights woul sweat more), then are s-tiers and high a-tiers right behind them ( they are the ones who can deal with strong swf or teams, third are kilkers on avarage and last are solo q which isnt surprising they lack team work and coordination which is the whole reason why they loose because you can get sable running whole game with flashlight trying to be jedi master and get saves but dont get them and doesnt do objective which hinders whole team or meg which is the bane of all teams. Problem so dont see basekit features like basekit ds,bt wont bring solo q and swf closer but only makes the gap even bigger, same with killers being able to deal with this features like difference between trapoer and blight ( thats like from bottom of ocean to the top of Everest).

  • @mecca said:

Whatever they do, they'll be game design exploits put in place so killer players can still grief and ruin the game for other players, and hijack their wins.

It'll be just like how borrowed time was the answer to tunneling.

Well they want to give survivors for chaos shuffle borowed time+tenacity basekit which isnt fix for slugging and with random perks and how effective is working as much as you can on gens in chaos shuffle we will see most killers being the stronger ones like ghoul, blight brcause eeaker ones dont have good tools in their kit to dead with some situations or strong perk combinations like this especialy in game mode that is rng and you can get super bad perks on killer like mayers who needs slowdown. I wouldnt call the basekit features like bt after unhook exploits, one of biggest exploits is crouch tech that devs said its feature that shouldnt be in the game, they tried to fix it and it still exists and hurts killer like demogorgon so much more than billy who can dealwith that ( same as some basekit features vs weaker killers, there is no problem giving survivors ds basekit if all weakest killers are with their power level around high b-tier at least).

  • I think answer is hooks instead of kills if you want more fun for both sides but hooking is problematic because in curent situation not all killers can afford to play for hooks (the weak ones offcourse) and another problem is hooking gives survivor much more time for gens and stronger perks that hurt weakest killers much more than stronger ones like dead hard,ds,otr plus gen regression perks like pop, pain res arent that good on weaker killers they cant get downs that fast to keep them going like trapper, mayers. This makes the way to focus game to spreading hooks instead of kills much harder because to do so bhvr will have to fix the huge gab that is betwee s/high a-tiers killers and b/c- tierskillers which I believe isnt easy but not every killer can go and try win by spreading hooks mayers will be always at bottom (tombstone carryers him long years) and blight will be top (for blight is much easier to get more hooks or secure kill which for weaker killers feels like hard chess game).

You must live in a region that has a lot of hackers. I too run into hackers but it is months between them.

I had them rarely but in this event I got 3 games in the row which is annoying as hell and their teammates dont mind them at all.

    You forgot:

Hooking a survivor, downing another survivor, then finding the recently unhooked first survivor hiding somewhere by accident and then downing and hooking him……

according to endgame chat that's tunneling

Some players are strange, I got accused once in endgame chat that I was tunneling and only reason this happened was because I was playing xeno. No some survivors are definition of headless chicken bodyblocking killer from hitting survivor who saved them on five gens with first hook in the game and the they have pikachu face when killer goes after them like they are oneshot with no dead hard or otr saving them only ds and that on five gens is not that good. Sometimes you cant find anyone and then the one survivor who was hooked last shows up, following survivor rule book I shoud ignore him but thats not possible my time in the trial is running out and I need some preasure to keep survivors in the match so I chase him down and then Im dirty tunneler or getting silid team that has dobe 3 gens on 2 hooks and then they are angry I tunnel with b/c -tier killer almost on one gen like what should I do at this part of game there isnt more to do than try to get one out of the game.

  • Yes but I have seen crazy blights or strong killers have fast chases and still lose to the gen preasure from survivors. The killers I speak about dint run any slowdownnor gen regresdion perk mostly just info perks and survivors still beat them by doing gend asap so fast chases without meta wont do much against teams that know hiw to do fast and effectively their objective.

Victor is fun to kick and easy to loop. Its your opinion so sure, but most of us hate ghoul, blight and nurse.

Tbh I believe most hate skullmerchant, ghoul and then trickster but everybody has some opinion. I personaly hate spirit and s-tiers.

Facecamping with Bubba never netted you more than two Kills.

The issue was that there was no way to realistically unhook, ie, normal gameplay.

Problem wasnt 2 kills but what xou could do about it, if bubba dont felk asleep or bump unto something with saw then it was easy kill with little effort which isnt ok. Camping can be still annoying but you have antitunnel with some option to run perks that can help you last longer.

  • This works more as antiface camp, camping is strategy that very few players want to play and is not rewarding because survivors have now 70 second per hook stage. Anticamps work its 16 meter radius I think more the killer is closer bar fills faster for free unhook even on stage two, problem can cause certain teamwork when survivor enters this radius and doesnt matter if he is healty or downed the meter stops. Some killers are uneffected like the ones with high mobility they can be there in few seconds back across the map. Some killers look proxycamping but they either dont have mobility when survivor teammate unhooks you too fast still when killer isnt far or they dont have info where are other survivor this can be problematic for the killer they cant make more preasure on survivors and then they return back to the hook.

  • Twins are probably rarest thing in dbd, victor is strong but good counter is some healing speed perk or we are gonna live forever plus be in pairs, play in pairs so if you are injured your teammate can kick him if you are downed and pick you up before scharlote can come and pick you up this works if she isnt close. Teins are rare and maybe they will need big rework or changes in future after devs do they famos antislugging changes because like oni their power is all around slugging ( I hope devs wont forget about that and react fast but that isnt their strongest side like buffing weak killers so there isnt huge gap between them like blight and ghostface). Still twins are in top 5 strongest killers and only thing that can put them down are antislugging changes or strong healing meta like old og boon circle of healing.

  • No you dont need to but having 5 minutes to try this per game isnt fun either with killer waiting for lobby or you is it for you?

  • Yeah but gens go brr too so its not super strong trade of plus springtrap isnt best with this he is 110% speed and there are killers that can instadown you or catch up much faster than him.

They made it so it takes 2 minutes to get 3 crows by default

Being near the killer reduces the speed at which you gain crows, I assume by half, so it therefore takes 4 minutes to get 3 crows and lose pathing

Then its bhvr moment isnt it. People were mad about getting crows so devs tunned them down.

  • When you get 3 crows then you lost colision like for 10 seconds idk what you were doing to be there for 4 minutes.

I agree, there is more and more hackers, always on survivor side, and as you said they never get banned because other survivors NEVER report them, they just go along with it, and enjoy Tbagging you at exit gates even if they clearly saw their teammates cheating.

There is nothing you can do except take your loss, that will lower your MMR, so you can stomp the next lobby, it may help ;)

    Or uninstall the game, yeah.

EDIT : Just played a game, playing survivor, and got another hacker. He was playing normally until he got hooked twice, then he activated a lot of hacks : speed hack, jump hack, skill check hack, basically everything. I asked people in the end lobby to report him, but got no answer at all, so I don't know if anyone did it.

EDIT 2 : Another game, another hacker. I took a screenshot, I was hooked in the basement, and he hid under the ground to hide from the killer. Asked people to report him, no answer whatsoever.

I have a cheater in almost every game now.

BHVR needs to do something ASAP, it is getting out of hand.

I mean like half year ago getting that flying and scaeming dwight was rare to see and funny, bigger part of cheaters pool the subtle ones tried to hide their cheats but now from fnaf chapter they are on and they dont hide them anymore just speeding and teleporting in your face or doing gens with zero progress in 30 seconds after you checked them no shame.
