There is no big deal. Her strongest aspects aren't nerfed at all.
People will still hate facing her because she is almost no different, and then people will say 'WOW SHE GOT NERFED AND STILL SURVIVORS COMPLAIN XD'
-
Wraith, because his lore is easily the worst and most rushed in the entire game lmao.

You’re right, he definitely needs some buffs, mainly to his Shred.
- Add Shred charge time and range increase modifiers to its add-ons. I find it puzzling that Demo doesn’t have anything to mess with Shred’s charge time and range when the rest of the Killers do.
- Lower the footstep sounds. This makes using the Undetectable effect nearly impossible.
- Make hitting a successful Shred apply a slight Mangled or Hindered effect. You’re having an 8-9 foot tall supernaturally powered monster throw itself into you at incredibly high speeds. Having to deal with slower movement speed or a larger wound wouldn’t be that surprising.
- Lower the base Shred charge time to 50% from 65%. I think having to charge up to 65% takes a little too long. 50% sounds like it would be just right.
- Fix the add-on numbers. For being Rare or Very Rare add-ons, their numbers are PATHETIC. Most of the Very Rare and the Rare Undetectable add-ons seem like they should be Common or Uncommon.
Even though Shred addons would be more fun than portal addons, I really don't think he needs them. Shred is just really well balanced as it is imo.
I think his balance is pretty much spot on right now.

Why in god's name has anyone picked 'buff him a bit'.

@AAAAA I ######### love how much depth you went into. You're amazing.

Yup. High risk for low reward.
I'd say downing people where other killers couldn't by cutting loops short is a pretty high reward.

It's ok. Just missing that "something". Could never quite put my finger on why I was bored.
I felt the same. Was enjoying its revamped version, then I got bored and never had any inclination of wanting to return.
Just didn't quite have that hook I suppose.
And not to be negative, but they must have lost a ######### ton of money trying to make this game work for so long and failing?
-
I tried him briefly, he feels way nicer to play. The speed increase feels very nice and smoother, and the vaults are SO much better. Outweighs the nerfs by a long shot if you ask me.

True to some extent, but his animations give such a big tell and have a similar hitbox. I watched Odzvarda's/True/Monto's videos for some clarity on it. Oni does have a prolonged animation for his attack. If they are gonna nerf anything it would be to narrow his hitbox closer to Demogorgons, or give a prolonged animation to his missed attacks, or increase the base charge rate of his ability. Considering BHVR it's probably gonna be all 3 and nerfing his add ons since survivors don't know how to loop or hide from a 7 foot demon with anime hair.
His dash is too fast and controllable for animation tells to matter. If you're talking about his M1 attack whilst in Fury then yeah I agree, that doesn't need to be touched at all.
Like his Fury SHOULD be better than Billy, because you need to gain it first and it's temporary, but even so I think the dash is just too strong as it is. Needs some sort of punishment for missing or a reduction on his flick.
-
He transforms into a WAAAAAY better Hillbilly. Extremely manoeuvrable, can't collide with walls, has almost no cooldown for missing, and can almost 180° flick around corners with a lunge.
-
Uhhh I don't really dislike any of this. The Legion buffs outweigh the nerfs, but people like to be negative.
-
It's hard to fight my sweaty killer main instincts.
-
His shred is amazing, and his portals are just the cherry on top.
He's in a really good spot imo.
-
I've never missed a great skill check and I never will.
It's true, I swear.
-
I'll vote for Bubba, but I think Legion needs an addon pass too. Idk what they were thinking with them when they reworked him but they gave him 90% garbage.
-
I play the video game.
-
Trapper is super hit or miss, he has the potential to be the worst killer vs coordinated SWF - especially with OoO.
In general though I think Doctor and Clown are pretty bottom tier.
-
Used to, but not anymore I don't believe.
-
MoM at release was insanely busted lol. Was such an unfair perk.
-
After playing him a bunch I think it's his mainly his dash that needs nerf tweaks, his M1 has enough downsides and counterplay.
Give it a short cooldown if you miss or something, like Billy. It's extremely manoeuvrable and has like 0 penalty for missing.
-
Not at all, he's dope.
-
Why
he's gucci
-
Ye don't get why it's nowhere else.

Or you could just.....not be lazy and cleanse that dull totem you ran past 20 times this match? Whats the point of having dull totem cleansing if survivors aren't gonna do it or come up with some excuse as to why not to do it? I look at it this way. A killer gets punished if you don't hook anyone you're likely to lose that match. If a killer doesn't kick gens, you're likely to have that gen go off. If you don't heal yourself as a survivor you're likely 1 tapped and downed. Its almost as if there's consequences for not playing the game optimally. If you refuse to cleanse dull totems or hexes you have to deal with the consequence of those actions should the killer have perks that punish your ignorance of play. It really is that simple.
It's not me that's being lazy, I almost exclusively play killer nowadays.
Just my opinion on the perk, don't respect it at all. I think it's one of the cheapest ways to get kills as killer.

the opposite is the case.
it "rewards the killer with cheap downs", because the survors FAILED at their objective of cleansing totems.
its not a reward for the killer, its a punishment for the survivors.
I just don't count totems as objectives, unless they're lit.
They achieve absolutely nothing (except waste survivor time) unless every single one is cleansed, if the killer has 1 specific perk out of many.
Just in the same vein as old DS and MoM for me, rewarding someone too much for too little (or no) effort.
-
It's simply a badly designed perk in my opinion. Rewards killers with cheap downs because... ????
the survivors completed their objective?
Makes no sense to me, never liked it.
-
He's alright. Could use some tweaks to improve him, but it's not super desperate.
Tiny pp though, which is unfortunate.
-
Spirit.
Duh.
-
I would like the actual statistics instead.
I'm not 100% sure of their reasons for hiding them at this point.
-
Hmm okay, here's my personal list:
- Ivory + Ebony Moris
- Instaheals
- NOED
- Nurse's Range + extra blink addons
- Nurse
- Keys
- Billy's charge time addons
- Iridescent Heads
- Haddonfield
- Ormond
- Lots of super safe windows on map structures, too many to list
- Spirit's Prayer Beads
- Spirit's Amulet
- Spirit's Wakizashi
- Object of Obsession
Aaaand I think that's it, at least all I can think of right now.

Small victories mate.
Baby steps 3 years down the line :)
-
Still not convinced that breaking the mechanics at base as a power is balanced, or healthy for the game's balance in general.
But hey, at least most can agree her addons need serious changes.
-
I don't think snares need a buff. Z Block should be something else, but apart from that I don't really think anything's wrong with him or his addons.
-
No, you're a cutie.
-
I thought Trapper was a really strong killer.
I thought NOED was a fair perk and gave me kills I deserved lmaooo.
-
It's the most broken map in the game. I promise you you do not have to worry about it.
-
Ok
-
I have taken many breaks from this game, some for many months in a row. If you feel this badly about the game right now I suggest you try it. It made it super refreshing when I came back.
Ily <3 :)
-
Their dead expressions make me laugh though.
-
I'll be honest I was wondering if I was the only one who noticed this.
Would be stupid if they intentionally removed this.
-
Lol I'm curious. What is this?
-
Old Legion was wrong in so many ways. Doesn't even matter how strong they were, the lack of counterplay was ridiculous and pathetic. New Legion may be weak or underwhelming, but I'll take that anyday over too strong or oppressive. Killers NEED counterplay.
I play new Legion with decent results overall, this is way healthier than whatever the hell old Legion was supposed to be.

It's actually hard to rank up as Hillbilly due how chaser emblem works with chainsaw. It's actually one of the many reasons I like Billy cuz most games are safety or - pip.
Yeah, all of the killers I mentioned interact badly with the Chaser emblem specifically.
-
Rank's not a huge deal.
But if you do enjoy ranking up, you should know some killers are very bad at getting emblems. These include: Trapper, Plague, Leatherface and Hillbilly.
-
Where is my Vote Down option when I need it.
