Okay so the event is on the 16, use everything the dredge has until all the bp offerings are done and his addons. When everything is done prestige just after the event starts so you can get a lot of Flans.

can't believe people think you can reasonably cleanse 5 totems per game in solo q lmao
I run counterforce and always focus on totems first. You have to take control if you want something done in solo q.
-
Awesome job, solo q is very annoying to do this but man it feels good to get a ton of bp. Especially now with the event starting on the 16th so you can splurge on anniversary flans.

You know this is a bug that is on every pc and I'm smirking because I'm on switch which allows me to see surviors hiding where a pc player would never spot. But yeah it's that dark due to a bug.
-
People are still trying to learn how to play as and against the dredge. Pinhead has built in slowdown and has great synergy with many perks. Artist and Dredge(and any killer even nurse and blight really) is counter by holding W.

Fire Up buff 🙏
Fire up is horrible in its current state. I'd love to see that buff...
-
People wanted to try him out, go back to their mains and then test him again.
-
Killers would be overjoyed and most of the survivors wouldn't play during that time since they don't know how to survive with only 2 health states.
-
Nightfall is fun. This killer has brought in a new mechanic that hasn't been seen since moonlight offerings. You can still win chases with a dredge even in nightfall. I don't go against him every game but the first day after his release I learned how to counter him within 2 games. I know which lockers to lock and when. He hasn't been out for a week so give him a chance.
-
Dead hard needs to die.
-
During a loop the dredge can place a smoke cloud down they can teleport back too to get a hit. That helps in chase as long as the survivors don't hold w. And if they do hold w you can teleport ahead to a locker.
-
To be perfectly honest I hate twins so I farmed matches with their challenges. Thankfully the survivors knew what I was doing and stayed still for me as I went maximum frog mode. I got that one in my first game so try to farm maybe something will change also with this update today.
-
I have left over cells that I plan on only buying the killer with. Haddie just isn't interesting to me.

Good job!

It’s getting nerfed because many killers don’t know how to deal with dead hard. I wish more people would evaluate their own plays and realize it’s their own mistakes that lost them a match, not dead hard.
Also dead hard is necessary because of many killers, killer add ons and flawed map design.
So how do you outplay a dead hard for distance to a pallet or window which will extend a chase? You didnt earn that extra time, you hit a button. In fact you have to be injured for the perk to work which rewards you for playing badly.
Dead hard is a pathetic crutch perk and rewards bad gameplay. Also without dead hard you would have died which means you got outplayed but you got a free escape because you equipped the most powerful perk in the game.
-
I would log in at least everyday to get the free shards and blood points.
-
I have some cells leftover from buying some cosmetics so I'll just use those. The shards I'm saving I will use during the anniversary event.
-
Twins are increased due to the current tome.
-
Plauge is great for the healing meta currently as she hard counters boon circle of healing and iron will users. Her mechanics have also improved since her quality of life update.
Legion is also very good as they have built in slow down, decent map pressure and traversal and many cool outfits.
Finally...clown because I love clown.
-
3 times you could have done bones. Ain't a better feeling than seeing a killer have noed that had never been lit up because no bones were on the map.
Also dead hard rewards failure so does unbreakable and Ds. Along with many others.
NOED can be hard countered and you didn't want to do that. Killers lose games due to dead hard and other second chance perks that reward failure. NOED is the only perk like that on killer side.
Just run small game, counter force, detectives hunch, learn bone placements or bring a map. Do all 5 bones and you know you're safer at endgame. Plus we all love BP.
-
I've had dead dawg 8 times today 4 of them were back to back. Someone had a map offering even sending us there. I'm wondering why they be wasting those maps.

Astronomically high ping does wacky things in this game.

How does a survivor get grabbed out of a locker when healthy and suddenly be heavily wounded if they escape the killer’s grasp?
If it's a trapper those spikes are not comfortable. But for any killer image the slight bit of choking isn't nice and maybe their grasp squeezes them really hard which is why it takes some time to wiggle out.
-
People have pride. I have pride, you have pride and all that jazz. Some killers will meme around and hit people on the hook with 8 stacks of save the best for last because it's funny. Survivors teabag behind pallets waiting for you to break it so they can blind you because it's funny. Survivors head on stun over and over as a team because it's funny.
A nurse who acts this way isn't doing that because they are a nurse. It's because they are human. Closing hatch in someone's face is funny to see their reaction.
Am I saying this is wrong? No I'm just saying this sort of stuff can be fun in someone else's eyes.
-
Cheater medkitinto flashlight? David's don't do magic tricks. That's a hack.
-
Its probably gonna be like the removal of the hawkins map offering for every mori you have you'll be refunded those blood points.
-
Basement protector is just another way to play. Try not to do it every game just to be safe.
Btw I do basement trapper with Franklin's so I can trap items.
-
Her spine chill so strong she didn't even need a tree to climb.
-
Hopefully the blood rush helped you but with the anniversary you'll be able to gather and use cakes for massive blood point gains. My suggestion is to go one by one on characters with the best perks or ones you use more than anything first.
-
Mikaela and Johan. Bad lore, bad voice, bad outfits (except for the pjs).
-
No mither and deliverance so you can kobe in front of the survivor who wanted to come and save you. Since you're broken they'll never know the truth until the end screen hahaha.
-
Huntress, Bubba and Artist. I face at least 1 every 3 games and to never face them again would be utterly delightful. All of them are very noisy and their gameplay is just dull as watching paint dry.
-
So let's say you get hooked and the only other survivor has no borrowed time. You still run to the exit gate and both you you are injured. The killer downs the first survivor who saved you and decides to try for the 4k. You go down just outside the exit gate. They pick you up and boom his 4k is gone and you are butt dancing at the exit thinking you're better when the killer wasn't out played they were out perked. Btw you leave your teammate to die.
-
Brown rarity blood party streamers...
-
Pretty sure you've just been unlucky. If I get all 4 bbq stacks VERY early in a match I play way less stressed. If I'm still getting easy downs and kills I'll feel merciful and give the cuter survivor a free escape or if I am given a gift. Freedom isnt cheap ya know?
-
I'm a Joey main and want more on what made Frank and Joey bond. How well does Joey get along with the girls? What do the legion do during school? Do they meet up behind the school or prepare plans during math or science?
-
You're not alone in your feelings. I took a very long break from killer. The reason I started back though was because I saw how much I was missing out. The grind was even slower, I had done all the survivor challenges in the tomes and I loved the skins for killers that I wasn't playing from the rifts.
When I restarted killer I used Trapper and Wraith first and legion (before his most recent buff). Trapper helped me remember how to plan things and think ahead, wraith helped me sneak up and figure out where survivors could go and legion to help track through match and case better.
I stank for at least 2 weeks and would only play a max of 4 games a night as killers with a survivor game in between. I limited myself until I felt comfortable enough to try other killers like plauge or clown or ghostface.
Ease yourself and tell yourself you don't care don't go to the exit gates at the end of a match when they are open, look for a good song to listen too or reward yourself with a drink or snack or pet your pet. Focus on what you did right in the match and ask yourself what did I learn from this?
How much value did I get from my perks? Was the map the map my weakness or survivors? It's okay you'll get better just baby steps to calm yourself.

I just wanted to inform everyone that Felix´s teachable also counts towards the goal of fully depleting a toolbox.
4/5 from using your toolbox plus the perks refills.
Yeah it's very nice and if you get lucky you find another tool box in a chest. I love cheesing challenges.

The double bp should be standard. At least playing survivor and dying with ~15k points feels a lil bit less miserable if you get 30k.
What if the devs also made the blood webs smaller? Maybe by 10 items at least. I've never really heard anyone saying make blood webs smaller.

Yeah, I think so too. I just hope the reward isn't "unique" in a way, it would suck to get shafted out of a unique reward for a character you like just because you haven't prestiged.
It's not a clothing or charm so it might be something special like a mini blood rush for the characters p3. Or it could be shards 3k for p3 a piece. That's my guess.
-
So since the devs has stated they are going to have a prestige catch up mechanic put in place I've decided to not prestige my main killers (14) and survivors (4) who already have all the perks unlocked while never being prestiged. This will save me a TON on bp and time. I've gotten some characters p3 already so I know I'll get the reward but if you have EVERYTHING on someone my suggestion is to not prestige and just get grandfathered in for the p3. Saves time and points and you don't lose anything like old cakes or event addons or offerings.
-
I think it got bugged for me because I went into a locker on swamp that was right next to a killer being blinded. And I mean RIGHT next to them. I even timed myself and stayed in that locker until crows formed. Apparently I didn't do the challenge... this challenge doesn't even suit David King! He's a fighter not a hider!
-
Lol troll post. Had me at the first half not gonna lie haha!
-
I agree having the 4 atack flashlight is annoying and all I can really say is, close the game while the lobby is loading so you don't get the DC timer. Or you AFK from the start looking up if you load in. In all honesty I would just have survivors be locked into whatever they are bringing at 10 or 15 seconds rather than 6 that way there is more time to back out.
I never hit the ready button anymore always waiting for those hangs to change or full bodies to change.
This is a party game, you can play with friends you make in the game or have known before. If you limit who you play with it immediately gets less fun. Imagine playing mario cart with only 2 controllers at one time when you have 3 friends over and you don't wanna get off the game at all. That means those who are not driving around on the race track are gonna go play something else.

Survivors can't hold a game hostage. They can only hide until you eventually find them. Matches like this are why there is constant tension between survivors and killers.
Have you tried to find survivors when they wear the darkest clothes and hide in the most random spots or switch lockers just before a crow comes? On RPD it is hard to find a stealthy survivor because as soon as they hear the heart beat they can hide or scurry off to the other side of the map.
I've had a match where 2 survivors were left alive at 4 gens on swamp. Both of them were p3 claudette and they were NOT doing gens. One got found hiding under the docks in a corner and I saw her barely for a second as she tried to vault a window quietly. I chased her and thanks to bbq I found the other one before hatch even spawned. However, that wasted 20 minutes of my life.
20 minutes of not doing gens so I had to stroll around hoping my clown's gas bottles can smoke them out. Yes a survivor can hold the game hostage if they refuse to do gens because a killer can't repair them.
-
Alright so in addition to bringing cakes, bloody party streamers, survivor puddings or a hollowed shell I will also run bbq and chilli. By doing both you'll be constantly getting even more blood points than without bbq.
If you cant catch the 3rd or 4th survivor you need for the last stacks don't throw the game to get them. Go after the first survivors you hooked. You'll get more bloodpoints that way and feel more rewarded, especially if you sacrifice them.
This will be a time of a bit more stress when playing killer as other survivors will want to try to last as long as possible so just try to understand it's a game, they want bp too and see who is the weak link or if you can swing the match in your favor.
Example: go after only 2 survivors only over and over (if you can get an easy down on the 3rd or 4th one great) but also run no way out and dead lock to help ensure they are not going to do gens and leave asap. Even 2 stacks of no way out is better than nothing. During this time if the first 2 survivors are dead you can get the 3rd one and maybe the 4th will come for a rescue and if not that's okay because you got a 3k.

Aesthetically raccoon city because it really is amazing how cool it looks (hate playing on it) however I love the corn maps (more so before the rework but they still look nice)
Thompson house is my favorite farm.
Sheltered woods is my favorite Macmillan estate.
Azerovs resting place for autohaven maps.

I've seen that there are lots of killers that the killer mains apparently refuse to play. Here is my Top 5 list of Killers who I haven't seen in a long, LONG time in my matches as a survivor:
- Hag
- Billy
- Demogorgon
- Twins
- Plague
I've seen more twins but that is just due to the tome. Before the tome I never saw them (and I loved it) but your list is my list.

Yup.
This isn't far from my build.
I generally go Lithe, Kindred/WGLF, Empathy and BT.
The problem with PTS is that there are a lot of Legions right now, and they all run Discordance.
I tend to do okay in altruism. Where I struggle is that either Lightborn gets maxed while Evader sucks, or vice versa - because if I'm doing gens I'm not being chased, and if I'm being chased/hooked/slugged, I'm not doing gens and you don't really get much credit.
The other big issue is how you can be completely denied a pip by things outside of your control? AFK killer, likely smurfing down their MMR? No pip, depip at higher grades. Get camped? Depip. Get slugged out? Depip. Get walled in and forced to DC? Depip.
I would run soul guard unbreakable for the slugs which helps a ton with noed. For one AFK killers try and work on gens but only 99 them to get as much points. Bones help with boldness. Some AFK killers will constantly swing which will allow you and your teammates to constantly heal. If they are not swinging standing in their terror radius will help slowly gain points or better yet running around them. If a killer is camping I can only hope you did good chases. Maybe run Steve's perk that allows extra time when a killer is to close to a hook. Some games are gonna just be bad but if your MMR constantly drop you'll get matched with different killers or easier ones to help regain those pips.
