AS KILLER: Dead Hard. When it's time right to dodge a hit, fine. When someone uses it to make distance and make it to a god window or a pallet, that's when it rankles me. Sprint Burst annoys me because it has no counter play. And people who use DS as 1 minute of invulnerability make me wanna quit the game. For killer perks, Hexes. Any of them except for NOED and Devour Hope are not worth bringing, which sucks because they're such a cool idea.
AS SURVIVOR: Franklin's Demise. I know why killers run it, I run it myself sometimes. But god is it annoying. On the survivor side, Self Care and No Mither. If you're not doing a challenge, don't run either.

It's Rin's sword being called a katana that got me
Yeah, my guess is that they used katana as a catchall for "Japanese sword" when they created her, figuring the generalization would be fine, but then they made The Oni.
-
It's pretty clearly established that Rin uses the wakazashi (short sword) and Kazan uses the katana (long sword), even though Rin's is called a katana. Since the swords were a set, it would make sense they have matching hilts.

Some of these connections and conclusions seem like leaps. That said, I don't have anything to disprove your theories and I love them a ton, so I'm going to believe them until we learn otherwise.
-
I agree, or else make it so that survivors have to do something to stop the regression, rather than just touch it.

Experienced survivors prefer to not waste time healing themselves. Thana is ok.
For me it depends on the killer. I'm much more comfortable staying injured against a Legion or Leatherface than a Wraith or Ghostface.

They should have fixed matchmaker/ranking before implementing the new DC penalties.
Anyways, yeah I finally stopped playing killer the other day. Even survivor has become somewhat touch and go for me, I wish Evolve servers were still up.....
I'm a green rank killer, most of my survivors are red rank.
-
Don't play survivor a lot, but my most used perk there is probably Kindred, since I usually play solo and don't use coms in SWF.
For killer, PGTW or NOED.

FINANCIAL ASSESSMENT
Treasury Contains: $0.69, one (1) shotgun, three (3) dead spiders.
Other Assets: J's Yacht, various real estate across the realms.
Stuff We Need Money For: R&D, more Demogorgon food, shotgun shells (it's just a bluff right now), more tools, more parts, fancy hats.
Current Sources of Income: pickpocketing Mathieu Cote, swindling Stephen King.
This last category is in serious jeopardy, since Cote has started wearing a fanny pack and King isn't gonna fall for J's tricks again. Please provide any ideas for alternative sources of income!

The dlc was supposed to be IT but I pressured the devs to leave it for 10 years and make oni. All the money for it went to the shotgun, the blankets for moo moo, doctor's music and the yacht.
Money well spent!

Whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE FRANK THE SHOTGUN. DO NOT LET HIM TAKE THE SHOTGUN. IDEALLY, FRANK WON'T EVEN KNOW THE SHOTGUN EXISTS. How'd we even get a shotgun, anyway?

I recall seeing some crazy thread of detective work that put it in Wisconsin in the 80s based on the license plates, car models, species of trees, and other stuff. This would make sense with the IL plate since IL and WI are neighbors.

Imagine being mad about killers advancing in the ranks when ranks are completely broken. As a green rank killer, the majority of my games have at least one red rank survivor, and usually more than one.

I'll assign a punishment depending on what was taken or who took it. Can you answer these questions?
The didn't take anything, the broke in and slipped laxatives in the Demogorgon food. Don't be too lenient or the Department of Sanitation might take matters into their own hands.
-
Probably because of the new chapter in the tome. Give it a few days.

I've wanted a random button for so long! But players can already use liscenced characters with Shards and Splinters and stuff.

No! You have to work for it! Posting someone else’s work doesn’t cut it! (Unless you are the artist).
If baking is out of the option, I want you to draw me a picture of Daddy Meyers vaulting over a window wearing his hospital gown. Feel free to accentuate his muscles.
Drawing a shirtless Dwight wearing Dasiy Dukes is also acceptable.

And I'll use Devour Hope sometimes, but I prefer something that isn't so hit or miss.

Even assuming this isn't bait, rank doesn't matter as killer. You'll get red rank survivors whether you're green or red.

In the right hands, Nurse is still unstoppable, but that's incredibly rare. If you're not a God Teir Nurse, then it's Billy, Freddy, or Rin, depending on your playstyle.

While I have mainly been taking Moo Moo to see their siblings on Coldwind Farm, instead of taking them to Maurice, I've been taking Maurice to see them. I've also been taking Demogorgon to see them, and oddly enough they seem to get along. Maybe once Moo Moo can walk by themself I can take Moo Moo, Maurice, and Demo to see Moo Moo's siblings.

I've looked through the fridge, and yes, some of the Demogorgon food has been tampered with. I'm thinking it's probably the Legion trying to get a good laugh again. I've thrown out what has been tampered with, can someone go tell them off and put child-proof locks on the fridge?
@Masantonio , yelling at the Legion sounds like a job for our trusty Arch-Sheriff. Also, don't bother with kid locks, get a good old fashioned deadbolt. Don't want Cote or his minions getting any ideas.
-
To me these are all okay except Min/Dwight and Ace/Claudette. For the first one, I just don't see the personalities working out. Min would feel smothered, Dwight would feel neglected. For the second, I love both of them but the age gap is just too weird for me.

I have consulted Dr. Carter on both their physical and mental health state. Ms. Smithson is more for day to day care, usually when I run out of Lery's offerings. On a side note, Evan has been having trouble with his traps, Jake has been sabotaging them and I have ordered some new ones, would it be ok if I just left them on the MacMillan Estate? Just wondering, because last time I left them on Coldwind Farm, Max tripped on one and got really mad at me.
Yeah, that should be good. Also, when you have time, please go through the fridge and throw out any Demogorgon food that looks to have been tampered with. Someone seems to think it's funny to slip laxatives in there, and if we don't get that situation sorted out ASAP the Department of Sanitation is either going to shoot me or shoot themselves, and neither of those things is a good outcome.

His backstory in general is proof.
We know that Jeff was around to at least do the Legion tag in Mount Ormond However after that There are clearly multiple events that happened in his life spanning a few years.
The incident with Frank and the others most likely happened a couple of months after the mural was completed.
Meaning the Legion members are between 16 to 19 when they are taken.
And Jeff was taken. Most likely in his early to mid 30s.
No I mean do you have proof he isn't a time traveling wizard?

@VolantConch1719 said:
I actually calculated this in my first ever discussion, because this was a theory I was interested. Such discussion has since been buried (it's over two years old), so I'll just recap the important information here.
Frank came to Ormond at the age of sixteen, since know he was nineteen when the janitor incident happened. In the attempt to keep them as close to being taken at the same time as I could, I went with the assumption that Jeff was a senior, so the rest of his story could take place. The issue was immediately apparent. As soon as Jeff moves to Winkler, the theory falls apart. He became a roadie for a few years, got his eye damaged, took several courses of art school, which usually takes around 4 years, and led a quiet life drawing for micro-breweries. Using a VERY conservative estimate of time for when he was a roadie and completely ignoring the life he led after school, Frank would have been at least twenty-three. And again, that completely ignores everything that happened after art school.
Long story short, Jeff COULDN'T have been taken at the same time as the Legion, unless he was a time traveling wizard.
Do you have proof he isn't?
-
How he goes invisible: he smacc the bell. He bing the bong. I dunno.
Why he has the bell: The Wraith needs a way to go in and out of invisibility that gives a distinct audio cue for survivors, can be held in one hand, and activated while holding Azarov's Skull in the other hand. A bell was the obvious choice.

In my humble opinion, I think it's because they made her harder without making her stronger. This was needed, but it drove away older players because they were used to their method and it was easier for them to just switch to a different killer or survivor. And it keeps away new killers because until you're a really good Nurse, survivors will kick the ######### out of you. New killers would rather play Freddy, and old killers would rather play... also Freddy. Maybe Spirit once sound is consistent. Or Billy.

I just try and survive. I never go out of my way to be mean or toxic.

The Entity is 100% plant, change my mind?
The Entity is a perennial plant which blooms every October. It uses the hope from the survivors like fertilizer, it needs to take beings from different universes so it can keep growing. Spreading its roots throughout every existence to eventually take over, like a weed.
So y’all think The Entity is a sentient god or something? Ok, well what if I told you it’s NOT SENTIENT AT ALL! That’s right guys it’s literally just a plant (with inter-dimensional property’s).
Here is why: So, you know how the Venus-flytrap moves and opens it little mouth thing to trap and dissolve the nutrients in small bugs? But it doesn’t have a brain, yeah? Same thing is happening here, although on a much more advanced plant species.
The Entity opens it little mouth thing when something horrible happens, then yoinks survivors and killers into it, closes its little mouth thing to dissolve their nutrients aka the killers rage and unrest and the survivors hope.
Just because it moves and has purpose doesn’t mean it has a brain. The Entity is just doing its plant thing to get them sweet hope juices, bloom expelling it’s plant waste (like regular plants expel oxygen) in the form of the serum, and then starting it’s yearly life cycle all over again!
This is all I’m gonna write for now but I’ll answer any further questions to prove this idea in the comments. The survivors don’t need a flashlight they need weed killer.
Very interesting idea, but I don't entirely agree for a few reasons.
First, I think The Entity does have some sort of mind, even if it's not the sort we could hope to comprehend. It chooses killers deliberately. The only common denominator is that they can eventually be made to kill for The Entity.
Second, flowers aren't for expelling waste, they're solely for reproduction. They contain the stamen, pistol, and pollen. The Enity seems to be a unique entity, without parents or offspring.
Thirdly, The Entity defies taxonomic classification. It likely doesn't have a common ancestor with anything on Earth so it couldn't be fit into the plant kingdom.
However, I agree that it does have some plant like features; especially the roots and the venus flytrap thing!
