This issue has been in the game since the PTB of TWD. When you are playing the killer, you CAN hear the hook screams. It changes angles each time the camera would have changed in the mori animation. I was then locked into only seeing the map from the skybox for the remainder of the game. The last equipped cosmetic loadout will have been saved, but it will always overwrite loadout 1 and all other cosmetic loadouts will be reset to the character's default.
