SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: "a fast death and compleate the evolution don't progress as they should be"

PLATFORM: PC (steam)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: me and a friend of mine have tried multiple combination that give haste to survivors but no matter how many times we hit each other the achievement simply doesn't progress, no survivor perks, no killer add-ons, no killer powers, a fast death is still stuck at 0/8

and for some reason "compleate the evolution" achievement works only with the cenobite chains, no clown poison, no add-ons from other killers and not even the perks, just cenobite works
