SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Going down to conviction timer while holding pinheads box does not reset the box. The player will continue to hold it while down on the ground, preventing chain hunt from starting for other players.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Conviction
  2. Pick up box
  3. Go down to conviction timer
  4. profit?

    I'm pretty sure that's intentional as that's consistent with how it's worked with Plot Twist ever since they fixed the old bug where using Plot Twist with the box would just dispose of the box entirely.

    In this situation, if the killer picks up the survivor, then that will count the same as the killer downing them with the box and the chain hunt will start. But it isn't an automatic thing.

    Chain Hunt always starts, it wont target anyone but the person holding the box.
