Yes. Did the devs ever say what exactly those stats even means? Is that 48% only 4SWF of all high MMR survivors against a high MMR killer (that’s what most seem to assume)? Do these numbers include matches the 4SWFs play against killers below the softcap or even „lesser“ killers when matchmaking screws up or due to backfill?
And does this even mean that this means the SWF was made up of all high MMR survivors or the escape rate of high MMR survivors playing in a 4SWF? In other words, if during the measurement period only a single high MMR survivor would have played a single match in a 4SWF with three mid-MMR friends and escaped as the only survivor of the group, would the „high MMR survivors escaping in 4SWF“ rate been 100%?
I haven’t seen any kill rates against 4SWF by high MMR killers lately but I expect them to be higher than 52%.
Those stats are for a 4man swf at high mmr meaning they are playing against high mmr killers see theres solo dou threes and 4man all for not high mmr and for high mmr lol. Its for all 4 swf players being high mmr they have all the data and they crunch it and this is how people get statistics.
Again even besides all these stats figures and facts the devs have said they want it to be killer sided slightly and adjust things to make sure thats the case. So even if you dont want to believe data THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE GAME want it to be slightly killer sided.
Why is it so hard for you all to belive that the game in its overall state is killer sided. Does the map reworks not make you think it is or the killer reworks? Im so confused on how people can have facts/data and hear the people who literally have all the stats all the data and who say it they want it to be killer sided and theyre just like naw thats not what happens wen i play cant be right so entitled. Please dont quote me in here anymore im done repeating myself facts there evidence is there if you dont beilve it i dont really care ignorance is bliss i guess.

That's a great quote that BHVR have officially stated they want the game killer sided. I'd love to read it.
Its one of the campfire chats sucks they dont save trhe vods but its been said numerous times and thats why the number is 60%. Ima go do something productive cause literally everyone here has no numbers no data im the only one showing anything that's factual and everyone else is like nu uh lol.
here goes a thread about it
@sinkra said:
Something I find interesting about this whole debate is I've seen many killer mains justify the 60% kill rate and say it's good, but not a single survivor main who says it's good. BHVR's reason in their own words is this
We try to keep Killers near a 60% kill rate on average to keep matches relatively even and support the horror theme of the game, where the Killer is a force to be reckoned with and the survival is not guaranteed.
Presumably their intention is to make the game enjoyable for most survivors, because It doesn't make sense that they'd want to make the game fun for killers only who are just 20% of the playerbase at the expense of survivors. So that must mean they believe it's more enjoyable for survivor players to die in most matches "to support the horror theme of the game", and that most survivor players do not want a 50% kill rate.
I want to ask, are there any survivor players here who agree with BHVR that a 60% kill rate makes the game more enjoyable for them than 50%?

Doesn't address my point. That is against the top 5% of killers, who are playing the strongest characters.
There is not enough data here to draw objective conclusions. Everything anyone here is trying claim, is based on subpar information and conjecture. That is the only fact in this thread.
Well guess the devs saying they want it killer sided and a 60% rate which its at isnt enough… The people literally making the game saying they want it slighlty killer sided isntr enough data . OK goodbye lol.

Here it goes found it. Any more questions anyone?

Is that a "I think" or "I know"?
I've read the very pages where those stats were released, and these is nothing I've seen that concretely proves that statement is true.
The new study i cant find but its "i know" they released info with solo dou threes and full swf on high and low mmr and the 4 man swf still only escaped 48% of the time at the 5% mmr

What is top 5% MMR Trapper though?
Is that the top 5% of Trapper players or top 5% of all killers? Cause I very much doubt you are getting any high level Trappers playing the top 5% MMR 4 man SWFs.
Again stats are only as good as the data you choose to ignore.
The best that could be said based on the data available is that the matchmaking is killer sided.
The study is actually based off of all the killers and there individual kill rates that play at that 5% mmr including 4 man swfs.

https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3694314#Comment_3694314
Top 5% survivor MMR escape rate is of course accounting for the fact we're talking about the players facing the top 5% MMR killer players in the game, who are of course gonna be playing the strongest characters in the game yes?
Because in the top 5% of 4 man SWF players I'm pretty damn sure the top 5% of killers playing Myers wouldn't fare so well compared to those playing Blight. So if I were to guess, it's maybe a 10% swing based on the killer you play (and I think I'm low balling that).
So if we split the difference across the 35 killers, and assuming an even distribution of killers across that 48.6% to 58.6%, this would mean only 5 killers would be even or better than a high level SWF escape rate, and 30 killers would have greater than a 50% escape rate?
This would mean that for 85% of the killer roster, the game is survivor sided at the highest levels of play, yes? It's quite easy to bend numbers to your narrative. Statistics are only as good as the data you choose to ignore.
I wouldn't rely on these stats numbers so heavily in your argumentation.
No if you look at the data even trapper at high 5% mmr has a 56% kill rate. 56>50 meaning its a slightly killer sided.

Agreed. Though, I believe, if we discuss this then it's important to keep that in mind. After all, as you said the lowest kill rate on that graph is 52% but it's on Nurse of all killers.
This shifts the issue a bit. Killers with insanely high skill floors will naturally be quite low in terms of kill rate (look at Singularity's stats on Nightlight or Nurse in the stats you posted for reference). I find it hard to rectify drawing conclusions on actual strength from the numbers alone. Freddy is very deceiving in that regard. Though most us would agree that he is pretty terrible, his kill rate is among the best.
This all becomes important when we think about how the game could be adjusted to make it more "fair" (I put fair in quotation marks because in an asymmetrical game I find that pretty hard to define).
Yea of course thats why on the next chart for high mmr shes way higher and trapper is lacking and even less lacking then nurse simply because they have game sense on how to play killer in general. I for one wish it was more fair but they have to many killers and to much to do in order to get everyone to a higher skill level. Thats one reason im so amidite about removing tunneling because i know for a fact it affects the numbers at lower mmrs. At higher mmrs tunneling dosent work well and then killers eventually balance into an mmr where it only works a little more then half of the time. Which also kind of sucks because thets like the casual gamer or maybe someone who is trying a little harder then most which is probably a large portion of the playerbase and thats why its complained about so much.

Yes I agree the escape rate is tied to that number. As I had stated that is for each individual person. Where the kill rate is meant for the entire trial. It’s different data standards. It is easier to showcase specific Killers being at point x where they want them to be, but much more difficult with each individual survivor. 40% is a nice number for a 4 man team.
I totally agree im not arguing that, thats an okay number but im just continuing the conversation on is the game killer sided or not.
-
@Bafugaboo said:
So pure math with no human variable can be wrong? We all aren’t just robots?
Jokes aside the 40% escape is per survivor and it’s an average. So it just showcases how there are either more than intended escaping often with higher or less with lower than.
The killer expectations are still with draws being the highest amount and 3k’s being the second most prevalent. This showcases that a slight edge to the 1 over the 4 but not in a way that they should be dominating.
Its been shown at all leverls of mmr to be less then a 50% escape with swf and solo dou and threes. They posted the kill rates on all and all went toward less then 50% escape rate. No one saying that the killer is dominating what im saying is the game is killer sided and balanced to be killer sided.

I know. My point was, that the game absolutely isn't so horrible in balancing that you are always screwed as a survivor. It might just be that more often than not you go against a killer that is actually good enough to uphold that kill rate, which is a different issue with the same result.
Even if you were to nerf a killer, their kill rate would stay at around that level. The same happens in most cases a killer is buffed. Discrepancies of course happen, when a killer becomes way too easy or way too hard, or survivors kill themselves on hook way more often.
I completely understand that im not saying the killer will always win. I also get that nerfs and buffs dont effect things to drastically its the game overall that adjusts for the 60% kill rate. Even the lowest kill rate though is 52% on a bad day which is still going to the original point that its killer sided. Its the devs game and they want it to be killer sided we still all play it.

To be fair, the top 5% SWFs aren't the opponents for each of the top 5% killers.
I do not recall the actual numbers but to explain it, let's say the absolute max MMR is 3000. Then we would assume that the top 5% survivor players would be pretty close to that, right? However, because the strength among different killers varies quite heavily, it is entirely possible that we have some Nurse and Blight mains out there that are at that max MMR while the best Myers / Freddy / Trapper only has an MMR of 2000. Keep in mind, they can only take the top 5% MMR on each individual killer for their data.
This would however imply that the best Myers / Freddy / Trapper only plays against people that are way below the top 5% survivor range. We don't know the actual MMR numbers and all that but what we do know is that the combination of MMR and balancing puts us at a roughly 60% kill rate. You don't climb much further as a killer, if you can't keep that up but you will fall until you can keep it up. So the actual balancing is quite hard to rate because the matchmaking puts killers against survivors in a way that pushes kill rates to that point.
The results don't change but it's important to remember the influence of MMR on these numbers. Many matches I win as a killer, I absolutely don't struggle in any way because at least 1 survivor is pretty bad. The matches that I lose though, typically feel very different in that regard. 4 survivors that all play decent or good are quite scary.
That just means the mmr is terrible. The numbers that bhvr gets are completely different from what we see in game and they balance the game to be a 60% kill rate and also in the killers favor theres no denying this they have stated themselves plenty of times and it seems like theyre numbers are going right with what they want and that is for the game to favor the killer i.e. be killer sided.

If you are an average/low skill survivor then of course the game seems killer sided.
As for winning 1000+ games, I agree that should not happen in most scenarios but these are top 1% players playing the S tier killers with the sweatiest builds and against public lobbies that are made up of the average low skill survivor.
You know what breaks these stupid win streaks? Survivors who are in the top 1% because the top level of the game is survivor sided.
No what breaks the win streak is survivors stream sniping knowing who they are going against where the killer is what perks they are bringing then bringing the exact counter play builds to beat that killers streak. Which is how momo lost their streak. Not because it was the top tier 1% survivors. Momo stomped 100s of top high mmr survivors before this group cheated to break the streak.

"You won more then 60% of the games as killer so again it proves killer
is the power role and the role that wins more making it killer sided."You are too stuck on "winning". Whether we win or lose is far less important than how we won or lost. Did I win because they made lots of mistakes or because I played well? It matters.
"So at a lower mmr you lose as survivor and at a claimed higher mmr you
win as killer. So where is the point in your vods that its not killer
sided you were even winning with sub optimal killers at "high mmr"
proving my point even more."It's because I'm able to recognize why I lost. If it's because me or my team played bad, that's not a balance issue.
If im stuck on winning? thats what this whole post is about that killer is the winning side what else would we be talking about here it dosent matter how you won its a win.
To your second point exactly and all the data that bhvr collects played good or bad (players at high mmr make much less mistakes) indicates that the game is killer sided and they want it to be killer sided.
You doubled back now and said you dont play dbd at high mmy on survivor and had all these things trying to prove to me you know how it is at high mmr as survivor which is it? Now you went from its not about winning. Cant argue with someone who cant admit when they're wrong 🤷♂️. No point in talking about this anymore since its not about winning anymore even though thats what this whole thing is about.

The game is balanced around bad teammates. Just how it goes. My survivor mmr is definitely far lower than my killer one as well. I'm above average on survivor but not that great, I'll admit that. The games I'm talking about you'll see more when I'm on killer, that's more the "high mmr" I'm talking about. You only get to those levels on survivor by doing swf and I almost strictly solo queue.
Many of those killer games they knew how to loop, it just looks like they don't when a mind game works.
You won more then 60% of the games as killer so again it proves killer is the power role and the role that wins more making it killer sided.
Even from the indications of your videos it shows its killer sided.
So at a lower mmr you lose as survivor and at a claimed higher mmr you win as killer. So where is the point in your vods that its not killer sided you were even winning with sub optimal killers at "high mmr" proving my point even more.

"Thers only 2 videos and neither of them show high level mmr gameplay."
Responds this within 7 minutes of me even telling where to find the vids. RIght…definitely actually watched the vids in legitimacy rofl.
"I also just watched a match where you played against a wraith that didnt even know how to use his bell or the distance to swing."
"There will of course be potatoes thrown in here and there, but we should see a trend overall."
You are just aggressively wanting to be right and not being open to having your mind changed. Confirmation bias.
Im going through the video its almost no survivor gameplay just skull merchant and some twins and plague you losing all youre survivor matches the survivors have no idea to loop in any of your killer matches which you won almost all and your survivor teammates played terrible in all of the survivor matches. I literally saw nothing that indicates high level gameplay ill keep watching just to see if you do any better but from what I can tell none of this says high level mmr.
This is no indication of my mmr either but ive been matched with crush, skerms, jrm, ayrun on survivor and against oh tofu, stalkyboi, spooknjukes, vulpixia multiple times. They're gameplay is much diffrent then what I just saw. I also used to run scrims.Even with all that i wont claim to be high mmr because i have no idea if i am or not.

I win 95% of my killer games at a guess yet I am not claiming that anecdotal claim is representative of the overall reality in the game and why is that? Because the sourcing of my data is flawed - the sample size is too limited and doesn't take into account all possible variables that lead me to winning pretty much every killer game I play. This is what you cant seem to comprehend with regards to the flaw in citing "the data" as a basis of your argument.
Yet you swear by the same data that would 'mathematically' indicate that Nurse is the worst killer in the game and SM is by far the strongest.
"If the game is swf sided why do they lose so easily?" - because the majority of survivors are awful at the game and stacking 4x awful players together doesn't miraculously result in winning matches.
I can't keep repeating the same point over and over in different ways, if you don't get it you don't get it so just move on.
Ahhh so the best top 5% swfs are bad sure got it lol.
The nurse is the worst player in the game now if you go by top mmr she way higher here let me show you an old data since they dont show the new one for top mmr. Even when in all ranks not just topp mmr shes at 52% still means killer is the stronger role. Every set of data has shown the game is killer sided.

I have the proof/data in all my vods if you'd like to rewatch them all.
We can also simply compare times for objectives between the sides to see the skew objectively.
I dont want your vods I want all the peoples games data that play the game (like the devs have) at high mmr you dont even know what mmr you play at also youre only one person you might be terrible at the game for all I know. Thats not data thats one persons experience.
Sure shoot away at why you think its flawed on the kill rate side d/c's letting go on hook? That dosent happen prevently at high mmr making the high mmr swf data the most un-skewed. The problem you have is you go by what you feel and not what the data shows. Close to a hundred thousand people play the game not just you and your vods.
I win 80% of my killer games does that men the killer win rate is 80% now?
Also the fact again that a killer can go on a 1000+ win streak and the top tier comp team in the world can only go on a 200 speaks even more into the game is killer sided. If the game is swf sided why do they lose so easily?

Data is meaningless if the methodology is flawed and it doesn't take all factors into consideration, this is what you seem to be unable to comprehend. I don't know how to make you understand that when your data omits significant variables, the end result is meaningless.
Anyone who plays this game at a high level knows I am right. Facts.
Lol sure good data prove the data at high mmr is flawed. You seem to be missing the point its data at the highest mmr where its the most unflawed. See I know I am right its killer sided at high level the devs made it that way facts 🤣. Prove me wrong with data. You cant, you lose. Check and Mate!!!

You made the argument that the data indicates otherwise (that the game isn't killer sided low/mid level and strongly survivor sided at the top level) but clearly the data doesn't take into account so many contributing factors. So presenting the data as the basis of your refutation is fallacious since the data itself does not tell the full story.
The fact is, the game is killer sided and the low/mid level of player skill and survivor sided at the top level. If you think otherwise, you are just plain wrong and anyone who plays this game at a high level knows this.
Please show me the data you collected to prove your point or admit you have no data and are just going based off of what people say and feel.

You dont even know ifd you play at a high level lol i always love the " I pLaY aT hIgH MmR' argument youre wrong its as simple as that no one cares how you feel the NUMBERS dont lie math dosent lie. If it is a 48% survival rate at the top tier mmr that only 5% of the people playing at with swf where every try hard plays and sweats to death and the killer still has a higher win rate then i dont know what else to tell you but you have no idea what youre talking about. The numbers are much lower indicating like you said at lower mmr killer is even easier.

How is looking at every single different mmr's data flawed data flawed data is not looking at it by every metric like the nurses kill rate for example. If at the highest mmr the escape rate is still under 50% explain to me how that is not an indicator the game is not killer sided? Without telling me what the community thinks(hate to break it to you but those are feelings).
-
@Blueberry said:
I don’t think people are pretending, I think this is more just miscommunication.
Like I think the community at large agrees the game is killer sided at low mmr, balanced on average and survivor sided at high mmr.
The reason people, myself included say it’s survivor sided even though I agree with the above statement, is because we judge objective balance by good vs good. AKA high mmr. Not the average game. This is because we don’t find objective balance when it’s just people playing bad, you need good vs good to remove as many variables altering the data as you can.
So “most” matches or the “average match” is pretty balanced but the game is “objectively” survivor sided. I’d also argue that those coordinated swf try hard groups you’re referencing that make the game extremely unbalanced are very, very common at high mmr. If you don’t believe me the proof is on my streams I do regularly.
Except the devs who have all the input in the game unanimously agree the game is killer sided by all metrics and purposely make it that way. How you feel when your playing means nothing and facts dont have feelings. You can feel its one way or another but the data proves what it really is. Its the same reason a full comp swf can barley get a 200 win streak while those are baby numbers in terms of a killer winstreak.

Yes and Nurse has the lowest kill rate because she is the worst killer, as the data also says so…. right? SMH
The fact is, most of the DBD player base are survivors and most of those are low skill to absolutely useless at the game. Many I suspect only play an hour or two every few weeks but the data would reflect that too, right?
Did you not read I said yes she is the worst killer overall. Most nurse games you will stomp the nurse untill high mmr the numbers dont just look at high mmr but overall.
If they accounted for only high mmr like they did for the high mmr kill rate then you would get a completely different number.
You're literally agreeing with what im saying the fact that some people only play one or two hours a week correlates why she has such a low kill rate over all and skull merchant has a high one skull merchant is much easier to play resulting in higher killrates across the board. Thanks for making my point though.

Do note that this is not a discussion about game balance or if the devs should do this and that. I just want practical ideas to make dbd as frustrating as possible.
Just bring no mither and no other perk if your in a swf tell them to do the same problem solved for survivor.

When i play survivor, matches go like this: tunneled, tunneled, merchant, nurse, merchant, nurse, slugged, teammates DC’d, hacker, camped and tunneled, nurse, teammates dc, merchant, teammates give up, nurse. I can’t try any fun perk builds because i must have anti tunnel perks equipped all the time.
it’s miserable and unenjoyable. And as killer i either get genrushed because im not playing as nurse or any mobility killer(sometimes i wonder how it’s physically possible to do gens that fast) or i win too easily. Sometimes as slinger or even pig survivors just give up on first hook and i dont have many normal matches.
I’d like to hear how do yall manage to have fun in dbd right now? I’m genuinely curious, because i absolutely can’t have one minute of fun as killer nor as survivor
I just play to have fun plays i.e. flashlight saves head on sabo plays. The game isnt fun anymore just being chased since they're gutting the maps and making it more just a drop and run playstyle instead of mind games and good loops. Plus with the kill rate being 60% you should only be escaping like 2 in 5 games. So I just say who cares about escaping and have fun the game is created for survivors not to win in the first place.

Yes because raw numbers in DBD have always told the full story, which is why Skull Merchant is indeed the best killer in the game. After all that is what the data says, right?
She is she has the highest kill rate. Even with what your saying the data may be skewed due to people giving up and killing on hook that data is far less prevalent at high mmr because people know what they're doing and don't quit. So if any number is a decent indicator of what's going on its the raw data from the top mmr. Just because its not aligning with your narrative doesn't mean its not correct. The same can be said about nurse she is not the best killer in the game, most nurses suck so your chances of going against a good one are like 20 percent. Now if they showed the kill rates of top mmr nurses and top mmr skull merchants these kill rates would be completely different. Just as is the kill rate from solo duo 3 and swf man groups mmr and kill rates.

@steamed_hamzzz said:
Realistically the game should always be slightly killer sided, in a 1v4 game the 1 should be the power role
That being said, assuming everyone’s around the same level of skill, the hierarchy of power of DBD goes:
SoloQ survivor - Killer - SWF
If that was true then why do swfs at high mmr only have a 48% escape rate
-
@MaTtRoSiTy said:
DBD is killer sided in the low to mid skill levels and very survivor sided at the top level of play.
Much of what determines a win in pubic matches is RNG and who brings the sweatiest builds.
The majority of the DBD player base are low skill casual survivors and the game mostly balances around this, which makes perfect sense. If the game was actually killer sided at all levels the average player would have no chance
Thats not what the data says.

That isn’t true. The length of the trial has no impact on blood points.
The only thing the length of the trial affects is MMR changes but that is capped at 10 minutes and is for both sides.
Dono what patch they changed it but it used to and most people still think it does for the survival category. If that triggers you as killer though then its probably safe to say you need to take a break from the game you lost its a game people try to win. Just hit them and push them out maybe might even get a backflip. If you take out tea bagging people will just point. Take that out and they will just stand. There's no stopping it so just wait it out and play the next game.

What about the current PTB is "unplayable"?
I wouldnt say unplayable but bugged to the max. DH is bugged Ds is Bugged Moris are bugged vaulting is bugged flashlights are bugged player models are bugged. The maps have multiple new bugs I can go on just lets say the whole game is one huge bug.

I imagine most of this will get ironed out before live, they have been pretty good about fixing buggy PTBs recently. Upating an Engine can come with a ton of random side effects but it will be better for the game in the long run.
Yea i get that but after playing this ptb they just need to scrap it and try again they broke everything vaults flashlights DH DS mori animations player models theres sno much im not even naming right now.

Yup I called it too everyone was freaking out but yet again I am right.
-
They say its not visually noticeable first thing when I loaded in was man everything looks so much better.

If you go to anyone who hasnt seen the ptb and say "hey twins might beat out blight with this ptb" youll more than likely be laughed out of the room. But do people think theres some weight to this seeing the new twins? Like i get noone expects twins of all killers to take blights spot. But their changes combined with some addons (broken for 60 seconds and less cooldown). I wanna see peoples opinions.
Literally top killer in the game not only are the S tier they are now in their own category S+ tier. They make nurse look like the trapper. They got a new add on to make victor faster and they also got one that makes survivor broken you can literally hit every survivor run thana and its like playing a plague nurse.

So then the rubberbanding on PTB tells me dbd isnt suited for this engine.
Almost everything in the game cant handle it everything is pretty scuffed but it does look nicer.

I’ve often asked teammates who do this why they do it because I’m curious.
The most common answers I get are:
- ”I can do what I want, I don’t listen to other people’s advice”
- “To waste their time” (this is the most common one)
- “I’m giving them blood points” (usually the guy leaves before the killer can hit them so this is just a lie)
- “I dunno”
- “Who cares?”
- “######### off I bet you smell like #########”
- “Because EZ”
- “It’s not toxic lmao.”
- “But they are playing [insert killer] or using [insert perk] so it’s fine”
Basically there is no real reason why they do it aside from just being a pathetic #########. Don’t take it personally, they would do this to any killer that doesn’t destroy them. If it does bother you, take a few minutes to rest before starting your next game to clear your head. And there is nothing wrong if it does bother you, just remember that it’s because they are the pathetic one, not you.
You get more blood points the longer you stay in the match for survivor.

- I didn't say I wanted SWF to go anywhere
- Yeah I get it, you're the king. Background Player is still overtuned
- I'm far from the only person asking for a surrender button, that's a survivor complaint
Thanks for calling me the king. A surrender button wont fix anything anyways.

This is my favorite response type "IDK bro can't relate. I'm actually the king and I never camp or tunnel so like maybe that's a you problem"
Here's a few genuine problems influencing the background player meta right now:
1. Wiggle meter never regresses. This is the core issue with fighting a SWF at the moment and it creates a lot of situations where the survivor is unhookable. It often ends up that the only solution is to let that guy die on the floor.2. Background Player is overtuned. This point has been talked about a billion times and it's pretty obvious that 200% is too generous of a movement speed. Flashbang saves can reliably be done every time someone gets downed starting from the very edge of the TR.
3. Survivors have no surrender button. The survivor side of this issue is that it leads to 4-minute bleedouts. Sometimes it's done out of toxicity and others because the killer is wary of flip flop/boil over/power struggle. If a button popped up that just said "[Space] Die" after 45 seconds, people could get on with their day much easier without taking a DC penalty.
- Swf isn't going anywhere and no matter what you do its always going to be stronger. As for the wiggle meter just hook the survivor people play sabo squads all the time and still win.
- Even before the buff I was still doing the exact same amount of saving I am now nerfing it doesn't make it any harder.
- 3.You dont need a surrender button there's perks to counter slugging and playing well counters it also. People already kill themselves on hook imagine the out cry when people do it on the floor.
This is my favorite type of response complaining about things that arent even broken. Im sorry youre struggling in the game but these "issues" wont result in anything changing in the game.

the problem is that if there is a SFW against you, then they simply do not leave you a chance for even one Killm1 the killer simply does not have time to do anything before the game ends, even if suddenly you were able to hook one person and decided to tunnel him, they simply will not allow you to do this, of course, when you knock out one, you can run after the other, but during the chase the first one will be completely restored, and when you finally knock out this one, you have the same problem, only the generators are being repaired all this time
I dont know i dont tunnel and i never have a problem even when im playing scrims with no perk restrictions
-
You could also just go for someone else which makes another survivor get off a gen to go pick someone up unless the person has UB which only works once. Youre probably even going to get a hit if that is the survivors game plan which also means they probably havent been doing gens for the whole chase.

Exactly. I am very curious to see how they pull this off without making him absolutely miserable to play. I am actually kinda terrified they are going to ruin blight.
I know the feeling that's how I felt for my survivor side when 6.1 dropped and rightfully so.

Her basekit ability is just so lame to go against. She can infect anything you interact with, spew and infect you to a broken and injured state while losing almost no mobility during the spew, you gain infection by moving and interacting even without being attacked by her, she negates any healing perks and medkits with her base kit ability, the only way to heal against her is the pools of water which gives her a stupid good ability with lots of range and janky hit boxes that can hit you just about anywhere unless you are lucky or at JUST the right spot. And if you do heal at the pools it's pointless because you get sick again right away from gens and unhooks. So you stay injured the entire game basically with no real way to counter it.
The idea behind her is cool but playing against it is absolutely miserable especially since she can completely negate tons of perks
Shes a strong killer but shes really just an m1 killer for 95% of the game if you dont cleanse. Also she can lose her power by getting pallet stunned and you can also dodge it pretty easily all you have to do is get used to being injured like going against legion.
-
@Reinami said:
This solves the problem i mentioned in my other thread of flashlight saves and pallet saves being something that don't deactivate DS. Since its a bit hard to figure out what the constitutes, and we do a simple:
"When another survivor enters the dying state, DS deactivates"
Because if another survivor is downed, you aren't being tunneled.
Do that, and i'll say you can buff DS to any stun amount you want, hell make it a 10 second stun at that point for all i care.
wouldnt mind this but then you have to give it a little buff

Dear Behavior Interactive,
As a loyal Nemesis player (p15), I very much enjoy this killer and his design. I find him to be very fun and I love the zombies. However, survivors can simply crouch to negate the effects of hitting with the tentacle through pretty much every window/pallet. Please fix this! I love nemesis too much to throw in the towel sad face
Sincerely,
FrogDispenser
So just let it go through walls basically it only actually works were the physics wouldnt hit you under a window or on the larger side of a pallet or a fence ect taking that out would just let it go though any obstacle.

Plus anywhere from 5 - 20 seconds to get to a locker on certain maps, so I would say Iron Maiden doesn't justify the perk slot anymore. Definitely needs haste after reloads.
thats why i ment gotta time the reload sometimes i reload in chase when im near a locker instead of waiting till i have 0 and end up in an area with no locker.

It was nice having to reload less. Trickster/ Huntress are the only killers in the game who have to drop chase and go find lockers which can be far away. IMO Trickster and Huntress should get haste after reloading. Like knight does after using guards.
To be fair its like a .5 sec with iron just gotta time the reload correctly.
