  Now before we all go crazy about the new twins rework remember that its the ptr and I think they over buffed them to see how they can adjust everything. Obviously victor having almost no cooldown after hitting someone is crazy but I think they will either stager him for a longer duration post ptb or maybe they will slow him down a touch so he can catch a survivor right away after a hit since the

  If a killer can get double blood points for tunneling they will. Survivor and killer BPS should not stack. Either stop the cross BPS or make it where the killer loses points when tunneling.

  Change my mind. I think cheating has become more rampant even though I know there was always cheating I understand that, people cheat now more then ever because they know it trolls people who lose in an mmr based environment. If there was less of a reason to sweat it would make people troll sweaty players less.
