Howe nice it is to have this Nurse that barely hooked someone, had hard time to hit people in the school, that once the gates powered they went to 99% the gate to be able to humiliate the poor player. There was no risk in anyone getting down or hooked. (btw, she was only running Whispers´ and nothing else) Obviously I opened the gate right away, not buttdance no bullshit. Escaped. It´s way too op and people abuse already with the regular BT. Add Off The Record, like, it feels like Survivors have armours now, every time you hit they have some protection. You can escape to a pallet, stun the killer and you have time to set a boon to heal faster. It is way too long and too strong. So here is this cocky team, killed three by camping two, last guy was waiting for hatch. Which I closed. Since I always run Whispers, I found the last guy near the gate and put her into the dying state. Overall, "and against all odds", the current gameplay favours Survivors (as I predicted). SWF is stronger than ever and getting 12 hooks is harder than ever. When Survivors are not doing stupid achievements or rituals, and focus, you can´t simply win. Noticed so far: Huge amount of Sprint Burst and speed perks. It´s extremely hard to put pressure on generators even on high mobility Killers. Survivor complain about Nightfall but don´t understand how dark is also for Killers often with the vegetation and the corn. Also using the Remnant with Dredge darkens everything, too. I believe I understand why Survivors are so pissed with the new Killer. They are used to run in loops from pallet to pallet without having to think or have map awareness, now with Nightfall they do have to think even if a bit. In solo queue: It is not longer press M1 on a gen or do some totem if you find one lit 2cm from you in. The Dredge brings interesting mechanics to the overall gameplay as it is - without being overwhelming when playing as Survivor. And gets the right atmosphere. ... A t least until they nerf it to the ground. Usually happens with new Killers and then - after a nerf - it´s just another toy for Survivors, unfun M1 avg. Wanted to ask about the new design. What is up with moving the buttons from the bottom? IMHO the options were way better before, bigger and easier to click menu, more satisfying and covering the whole area. Now they are in the side at the top, like... some sort of ugly menu.
