I dont think most killers need reworks, just some number buffs/nerfs here and there and maybe add a secondary action on some of them, that's really It, it's not that hard to do.

Leatherface is the LGTB character, he is a transvestite, which is part of the LGTB community. Just my thought tho.

Ambush could use some work, yes. It feels a bit clunky/disjointed and the Undetectable status and TR are a bit unintuitive in when/how they apply from a Killers perspective.
The key is placed randomly across between all boxes upon trap placement. https://deadbydaylight.fandom.com/wiki/Jigsaw_Boxes, so from our perspective it's just RNG, and not accidentally giving the Survivor a party hat next to the 'correct' one.
Making inactive Traps allow Survivors to exit is IMO kinda a good move. Otherwise most gameplay will see Pig placing towards the end of match, banking on forcing Survivors to go to a box where you will be able to check their position during the EGC and quite literally making hook saves on trapped survivors pointless.
Making RBTs more of an active threat during the match certainly could be looked at, given for the most part Survivors will just do objectives 'till they have to worry about it (being active), unless you're using something like slow-release toxic or the facemask.
Addon's could be looked at, but IMO I'm just biased in that I don't think that the Gears/Wires actually do all that much.
Even when RBT used to kill survivors, most people would still use It mid game because It is way better to do so.
It wasnt efficient to play endgame, It could get you some kills but the main reason why people played It was fun. People, including myself, made a lot of noise when the devs nerfed her because they killed a fun endgame build for no reason at all.

She could use some mild buffs but she's far from useless.
#########? Who said she's useless? And why does someone has to have a bad match in order to speak some truth? I havent played the game in like 2 weeks. It's sad how almost everyone in this community has so much sense of superiority that when someone has actual reasons to make a point they go with the clitche "oh you made a post because you had a bad match."
I made the post because SOME DEVS, who Im not gonna name here... think Pig is just ok the way she is right now...

"No information given to the survivor limits how much of the survivor's skill can be used, often leading to random guesses."
You can hear her footsteps and you can even use a flashlight to check her position when phasing. Also it's easy to come back in the direction you were running when she is phasing just to 360° when she comes out.
"No indication of when she is phasing creates unfair "mindgame" with little to no risk for the Spirit and forces survivor to make a guess on what to do."
Funny how you point out unfair mindgame, isnt that what Killers have to deal with in almost every loop? You know, things like cars, those Mcmillan little loops, rocks, new Autoheaven makes It really unfair for tall killers, the list goes on and on... Maybe Spirit players are tired of that sh*t and want to be on the other side of the coin.
"Feels hopeless to versus when injured, as you cannot hide from her nor see her."
Maybe you should start bringing other perks like Quick and Quiet or Iron Will, you should also try to get inside lockers, or even use your grunts to your advantage, throw down pallets earlier, go for windows or even fake them, I dont know use your imagination, it's the Spirit the one who is blind and chasing you, she is the one who has to guess, maybe the problem is you guya re so limited to regular windows and pallets plays that It makes you predictible.
And just to let you know

Then why was Legion changed? Fun should be a primary concern in reworking, not just whether the killer is too weak or too strong.
Legion wasnt reworked because he wasnt fun to play against, he was reworked because he was ######### broken, and unlike Spirit, he didnt have any counters even if a survivor was like top tier IQ. In fact he is still boring to play against, mending all the time and being forced to heal all the time doesnt really seem fun to me.
The "fun" factor is not taken into account when balancing a killers.
The "fun" factor is taken into account when designing the base idea of the killers power, not the level of it's strenght.

- That would be op as ######### as the best strategy for survivor is to spread out.
- Freddy's snare and fake pallet doesn't prevent looping unlike Trapper's trap.
- 2 based trap would be good for him, heck I wouldn't mind 3 based trap but his stronger add-on would make him really strong.
Trapper only need quality of life treatment for setup like starting with more trap or having better trap placement at the start of the game; forcing him to waste time just to pick up 1 trap doesn't help him.
I'd like to see what it would do if Trapper had 2-3 based trap and his add-on would put the survivor into Blindness effect, Broken/Deep Wound or Oblivious. I think that would make it interesting to play against him.
For getting out of his trap one of my friend had a good idea; The first try you have a really low chance of getting out and the more you try the more chance you have to escape. Escaping at the first few try is bullshit for Trapper while not getting out after 6-7 try is bullshit for the survivor. Obviously you'd have to tweek it with the time to escape.
eg: 10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50% chance of escaping the trap with 1.5sec for each try would give his trap more utility if he leave the "trap web".
Yh I might have gone too far with point 3, and I like your friends Idea, tho it's been proposed for years with Pigs RBT and devs havent done anything.
But I dont see why point 1 would be OP, It would force survivors to play together, since he doesnt have any teleports or speed buffs this would be a good way to eliminate genrush or It would allow him to get a down if the survivor is injured, It would force survivors to heal, which is allways good for all killers.
And about Freddy, he doesnt down you mid loop but he does make them useless once he gets control of the pallet, It doesnt work the same way as trapper, but it's the same purpose.

Aah ok. Speaking of Hillbilly I've been trying to practice curving the past few days but honestly just fail like everytime. How do you perform curves consistently without crashing into everything? Does the heavy clutch help with curving around loops?
I havent tested that add-on, I use both boots just to be able to get more mobility middle curve.
You dont have to be attached to the wall to curve, if you stand like half survivor away from it you will still be able to hit the survivor and not bump into anything, even if they try to juke you they wont have enough time get their body out of your way.
But the biggest advise I can give you is this: Dont focus on how you have to move your camera, focus on how much time you have to move your camera. What I mean by this is; lets say you have your E key to turn right and your Q key to turn left, and you gotta curve to your right, what most people do is they start to curve and press a little E, and again a little E and again a little, or they press too much E so then they press a little Q. Just dont do that, if you gotta go right, hold that ######### E key like your life depends on it and just measure the time. You have like 2 seconds to curve, try to allways start at the same distance from the corner, that way you only have to focus on how much time you have to press the key in order to get to the survivors options, pallets or windows, that way it'll be easier for you to not bump into anything because you only have one thing to worry about, timing.
The boots help you change a little your direction if you see the survivor is trying to juke you, but if you moonwalk they wont expect the curve and they'll go to their savest option, which makes them very predicable.
-
I think the things he needs are:
1: Injured survivors go into dying state when they break free from a bear trap on their own. Meaning that if someone helps them escape they keep the health state.
2: Be able to carry all of his traps from start of the game. It's a no brainer, Freddy has all his Dream Snares from the start of the game which are waaaaaay better as you can place them faster and you dont lose mobility or speed when doing it which means being able to do It mid chase.
3: Rework his add-ons; Add-ons like those that allow you to carry more traps wouldnt be necessary so they could be change to something like "survivors that step on traps get blinded for X seconds/until healed" it's seriously not that hard.
Trapper is the face of this game and he is a ######### joke compared to someone like Spirit or Nurse. Im not saying he should become S++++ tier just because of that, but he should be above B+ tier at least.

Yh ok i guess you mean no bloodlust. But how long need a chase to last til you would say you "won" as survivor?
You win a chase when you break LoS and lose the killer, period.
But I asume you meant "how much time do I have to run the killer in order to feel like I've beat him". Depends on you, do you care if you pip or not? Do you care if your teammates make It out alive or not? Do you care if you get out alive? I personally feel good if I get a black pip just from 1 chase in those games which you get tunneled from the very start of the to your last breath.
I dont care if my teammates make It out alive or not when Im in a chase because I have no control over what they are doing.bI dont know if they are doing gens, totems, chests or just crouching and messing around so I just focus on my pip, if I get tunneled for enough time to get a black pip that's a win for me, maybe there are no gens left or maybe there are still all 5 of them, I dont really care anymore, that's how you have to think when you play solo, otherwise you'll get crazy.

Never felt threatened by a billy not even a Bamboozle billy he is decent but I feel like you're overestimating him a bit too much
Yh and I can say that about all the killers in this game. Just because you know how to loop doesnt make him less than what he is.
Billy has great mobility, can use curving in any loop except VERY small loops which at that point are unsafe and has an instadown.
If we are talking about best 1.6m/s killer without taking perks or add-ons into the mix, Billy is your boy.

The way he is meant to be played which is marking people isn't the most efficient way. It's more sneaking up with no terror radius to hit them and using the ability to mindgame.
Wrong.
If you can stalk a guy enough to 99% and pop It right when you're in his face he goes down.
If you play the way you described you'll hit that guy and he'll just get a speed boost and will make It to a loop, now you are left with a killer that has 0 chase potential.
+ Why would you use stealth mid chase when you can moonwalk?
-
Billy is still the best 1.6m/s killer in the game, yh he doesnt have insta-saw anymore but the cooldown is not that bad, and even tho the curving mechanic is kind of ######### up because of the insta-saw add-ons you can still use his power in strong loops like Jungle Gyms and Shack.
He has great mobility and an instadown, what more do you want?

I feel you, I also feel like the term "toxic" is VERY misunderstood in this community.
Just because you like to run DS or NOED doesnt make you toxic.
Just because you like to tunnel or camp doesnt make you toxic.
Just because you like to stun the killer and flashlight save your teammates doesnt mean you are toxic.
Being toxic doesnt have anything to do with the perk you bring, your add-ons, the killer you play or a particular playstyle. People shouldnt call you toxic just because you are ussing legit strategies in a game.
A toxic player is someone who likes to bash players in game.
If you insult people after the game, if you leave a game because it's not going your way, if you try to sandbag your teammates constantly, if you hold the game hostage, if you abuse glitches or bugs in the game because they make you gain advantage over the other players, that's toxic.
So stop It with the "oh you're such a toxic player because you stun me 5 billion times, you are such a toxic player because you killed all 4 of us thanks to NOED".
-
I seriously dont see the point on applying Broken Status to survivors. I mean... If they're not healing they're just gonna rush the gens, why would you want that? I like Sloppy more, doesnt have such specific restriction and it makes survivors waste more time + it's also good for tracking injured people.
-
That's game over for survivors.
I mean... Why the ######### would a killer leave the hook if there's 2 people trying to get someone out as soon as you hook that person? The same reason why a survivor would stay on a gen for the hole match if the killer is not chasing them, to win the game.
And even if there was 5 gens left I would still go for option 1 as long as I had enough points to pip.

I guess I never saw it that way. Good points.
But... thanata sloppy forces heals, and when you can just expose them and 1 hit, all time spent healing is time wasted.
My point on not having Thanatophobia is that most of the times I have like 3-4 people injured with a killer that has 0 TR, so the survivors are gonna heal even if I dont use that perk because otherwise it's a free down. And if they're healing no matter what, whats the point on running the perk if no one is touching any gens? Therefore I make them waste more time doing the one thing I know they'll allways do, healing.
I allways take good care on my builds, after so many time playing on red ranks, I know which perks are best for specific killers.
Ifeel like the builds should be like an extension of your Killers power, Freddy = Tinkerer+BBQ, Oni = Infectious Fright+M&A, Billy = Enduring+Spirit Fury, etc.

I can’t take it anymore, and it’s exactly why I persist with Clown the way I do, because this nonsense doesn’t work against him because of his AoE.
I get the impression that when designing a killer, that how it will be played on console takes very little consideration at all. Perhaps even none.
It’s been a concerning trend since Stranger Things (with the exception of Oni), that all a survivor needs to do to avoid 5 of the most recent killers main offensive power that can injure/down is to simply zig zag or side step. Twins has been the worst offender yet of this problem, because of how exacerbated this issue is with the heavy punishment for a single miss.
Mouse & keyboard killers may have less issues landing hits with Shred, The Redeemer, PoTD, Lethal Rush, or Pounce, but even when jacking the turn sensitivity all the way up for a controller, keeping visual track of the survivor in conjunction with following those movements and predicting those movements with an analogue stick is infuriating.
I’ve literally had matches against red rank survivors today where it was impossible to land any pounce at all. None. This isn’t a frame rate or performance issue as I’m playing this on PS5 at a glorious, consistent 60 FPS. I’d HATE to think how miserable PS4 and XBONE players are having trying to play as Twins.
The other concerning thing about the trend with these powers is that the survivors aren’t having to learn to do anything new at all. Just spin, or zig zag, erratically, or side step last moment. Survivors have done it to death, and it is also far FAR too easy for survivors to do.
Please, there needs to be way WAY more consideration, and testing for how killers like these are played on console, against EXPERIENCED, COMPETENT survivors as part of their design. Or survivor agility needs a genuine, serious look at. We’ve (mostly) all been open to Bloodlust being removed. Surely it’s reasonable to gather data on whether survivor agility needs review?!
For some stupid reason the devs wont add the option to play with mouse and keyboard on console, even tho they perfectly know there's people on PC playing with controller. What a ######### joke we are for them...

I'd wonder if thanataphobia would be better than corrupt intervention? Ruin/undying is a strong combo and sloppy thanata is also strong combo.
Just my opinion. Otherwise I'd run discordance or surveillance instead of sloppy.
As I've already said before, he isnt meant to chase survivors, so I discard all chase perks, all aura reading as well because he doesnt have speed when in stealth like Wraith, if you play survivor as I do, you know where the survivors will be so things like BBQ Surveillance, Infectious Fright, Whispers and stuff like that is not needed.
Corrupt buys you soooo much time to stalk people... I rarely get less than 3 hooks before the perk ends, it's just too good. And Sloppy does the exact same, it buys you time to stalk and if they dont heal they are just a free down. Survivors are not facing a ######### Legion that lets them know is coming from 32 m away, you are facing a killer with 0 TR and no problems with hitting you as soon as he sees you, unlike someone like Wraith or Pig who both have a sound que to let survivors know they're coming.

Nurse main trying out a stealth killer that reaches his full potential with specific perks like Infectious Fright and M&A and very different playstyle than most killers...
Myers is VERY strong when used properly and also very easy to get points with him, there are better killers to pip with but The Shape can get the job done as well.
-
I gotta say Ghostface is one of the most fun killers to play as and he is VERY strong once you know how to truly play as him.
I run Ruin+Undying cuz why the ######### not? Sloppy and Corrupt Intervention.
As someone who has played A LOT as him, I suggest you stalk people as much as you can.
People will allways tell you is not good to stalk, but that's just because they dont know how to play him. This killer is not meant to chase survivors, he is meant to down them before the chase starts. The time you'd spend chasing someone, spend it trying to figure out an angle from which you can stalk them, 99% them and then aproach, finish the stalk and down them.
I also recomend you activate your power whenever you see a survivor is just running away trying to lose you in a chase, find a good object to lean and 99% him, the good thing about this is the next time you see him you'll down him instantly.
I almost never chase survivors, only if my power is already on cooldown and there are more than one survivor on the same place or if I see it's gonna be an easy chase.
My point with all this is that he is not like all the other killers, he doesnt get anything good from chases, play him as he is meant to be played, stealthy.
-
People just wont stop the bait...

Charge your lunge a little before landing your blink.

No seriously, tell me. What's wrong with that kind of representation. When Jane Romero (Latin American), Zarina Kassir (Lebanese), Yui Kimura (Japanese), Felix Richter (German) and Élodie Rakoto (French Madagassian) were added to the game, everyone was just all fine and dandy, like any person with a brain would be. Representation is nice, it's important to us. As soon, however, as a hypothetical LGBTQ+ person even begins to be discussed, all I see are angry casual homophobes complaining about it.
"Muh horror, no relationships"
So should we just absolutely void and remove the pre-existing straight relationships that are already in the game like Felix and Nurse? Or are gays exclusively not allowed?
And before you start typing "I don't care, as long as they don't rub it in our face" and as much as I HATE that kind of response, I think that goes for just about everyone. Behaviour has to remember to make them an actual character.
Wait, Felix Richter had a relationship with the Nurse? #########?
I stopped reading the lore after the Legion chapter, I guess it's time to read everything I've missed since then lol.
-
Moris were an easy win before this patch, honestly I dont have any problems with the changes cause I've never used them before unless I wanted to just play a meme build on a weak killer or just mess around... In fact, I think I've been killed more times than I've killed with It, and I usually play more killer.
You can tunnel the last hook if you want and also avoid things like flashlight/pallet saves or bodyblocks. It's still a very useful offering, it's just not broken anymore, and people wont dodge lobbies as much anymore.
That being said, I would've liked a key rework to go along side it but we all know how this game works in terms of balance...
-
I still remember that patch in which the devs added a minimum distance of 24m between pallets... Lol
-
The only problem Freddy has is his slowdown add-ons, take that away and he is balanced.
-
The only thing I see is super broken on him is the fact that he has free bloodhound, makes tracking injured survivors stupidly easy and honestly, for a character that can move that fast, it's just unfair.

They actually ######### up the angle.
-
The only problem I have with DS is that It last for 1 min, even if you hook someone else.
If you have downded another survivor and then you happen to chainsaw the same guy that has DS, why the hell do I get punished for It? I already went after another person but I still get punished for It?
Imo DS would be totally ok if It was active for as long as the killer hasnt downded anyone else after you got unhooked, that means you'd have DS the hole trial if the killer was actually chasing just you.
-
Because, as allways, people will give you the excuse of "oh, it's just not worth running Detective or Small Game".
Even a map can do the job, but no, they just want easy games with meta perks, how else are you gonna loop a killer if you dont have Dead Hard, DS, etc?
They wont switch playstyles and try stealth to find the totems, they want chases. Too bad killers have adapted and some infinites are not a thing anymore, I bet if things like old pallet Heaven was still a thing people wouldnt be complaining about Ruin+Undying.

They nerfed him into the ground and then made him significantly better lmao. Did it take time? Yes. Is he significantly better than before? Certainly.
It seems to me like your second point was that the devs don't care about the balance of the game. Which is not true. They may not be very good at balancing, but they certainly try. Meaning they have to care. At least a little bit. For some reason you keep bringing up Freddy like he isn't a top tier killer right now. Again, it took a while but they got him to where he is today.
I'm just gonna point out the obvious killer bias but continuing on to your next point about how all survivors wanna be able to escape *insert killer here*. Uh, do you know how chases work in this game? There's supposed to be interaction between survivors and killers, that's the point of chases. Chases are about outplaying your opponent and when your opponent has no realistic way of being outplayed then it's just stupid. Which is why killers complain about DS + Unbreakable.
Nurse has the counter of breaking LoS and her power being difficult to use and punished harshly on failures. Spirit has, again, no realistic counter. Every "counter" you just mentioned is completely void if injured. You keep bringing up Iron Will and as I've said, that's countered by Stridor so that's again, not a reasonable counter.
Im gonna pretend like you dont mean that you are ok if we have to wait 2 years and a half to get Spirit to be good again if they ######### her up, which they will.
With that out of the way, we can agree that all the counters I've specified are at the same time countered by the Spirit player, that's curious, you know how a killer counters some loops? By moonwalking, so the survivor can expect that moonwalk and counter It, right? That's survivor skill, but when Spirit gets you down by countering your counters to her power, "oh that's so broken" you guys just cant accept when someone is better than you, can you?
And btw, yh Im sooooo killer bias... Why dont you go around my profile and see how many times I've defended survivors and how many times I've gone against killers? Im one of the first people who wanted the Legion reworked when he was released because that really didnt have counterplays, I've been defending BT since I've been around, I've complained and bitched about dead zones in maps like Autoheaven and some Mcmillan variants, I've allways said gen speeds are good as they are now, but yh, Im sooo killer bias... I defend that the Spirit doesnt need any more "counterplay" as you guys call It when you clearly want a nerf, because she doesnt need It. That's It. I play both roles unlike many other people around these forum, Im red ranks on both sides and Im sure what Im talking about because I see both sides.
But anyway, I honestly dont give a ######### if you or anyone else changes their mind here, Im just writing all this so that somehow the devs see all the pros and cons regarding these conversation and somehow understand that it's not good for them to start nerfing a killer that is already at a good spot on the tier list.
We are allways gonna have strong and weak killers, why should we get them all to be mediocre at best? Yes the Spirit is strong. Does she have counterplay? Yes she does. Does she need anymore? No she doesnt.
Is the Legion strong? No. Does he have counterplay? Yes he does. Does he need anymore? No he doesnt. But no one is complaining about Legion counterplay right? Because he is easy to counter. People just complain about Spirit because she is a little harder to counter. That's It.

######### happened to Freddy? Aside from making him one of the easiest killers to play and being extremely rewarding?
They (rightfully) nerfed his "forever" addons but aside from that he's still as brainless and easy as ever.
You still have yet to name a counterplay for Spirit that isn't completely stupid or completely countered by something else.
Bamboozle is a perk, that you specifically called a counter, and it does not have a counter to it. You know what does though? Iron WIll.
You forget people thought Freddy was "too strong" at launch, so the devs nerfed him to the ground and he stayed a useless killer for about 2 years and a half.
This is what'll happen to Spirit if the devs ever nerf her, they wont give 2 shits if she ends up like Freddy, you know why? Because they already got their money from that chapter, they dont need to sell more Spirit DLC, they need to sell cosmetics and the next killer and the next survivor, and they have to work on the next battlepass, they dont have to balance the Spirit, they dont have to care about her the same way they didnt care about Freddy, the same way they dont care about how boring It is to sit on a gen for 80+ seconds, they dont have to fix any of that because that doesnt make money.
So instead of just asking for nerfs that'll eventually make the devs gutter another killer, why dont you guys just adapt, bring other perks and stop complaining?
But no, some people just want everything, right? They want to be able to escape against Freddy, Doc, Billy, Myers, Nurse, Spirit and all the killers, all with the same build, with the same playstyle, just because they are "good survivors" and they think they should be able to counter EVERYTHING a killer does.
MAYBE you are not as good as you guys think you are, MAYBE that Spirit guy is way better than you. I mean, you can go for a pallet and then switch directions, you can drop the pallet as soon as you get there and then vault It, you can bait a window, you can run at her whenever you think she is phasing, you can stop running and start walking to another side, all of those are counters to her power, and you can bring, as I've said, Iron Will and Quick and Quiet which makes It even harder for the Spirit guy, but MAYBE that Spirit guy has faced those counters so many times that he's just predicting what you're gonna do, but you want to nerf the killer because those people are better than you? That's the most disgusting kind of players you can find on any game.

Then why do most killers have to bring Ruin+Undying to have a chill game? Or Bamboozle to counter the never ending loop of Crotus Pren, Autoheaven and ######### like that?
The game is all about bringing perks to counter unbalanced ######### on both sides, so until all the bs the killers have to face everyday gets fixed I dont see why a strong killer, that still has counterplays, has to get nerfed.
Because we all know what happened to Freddy, we all know what happened to The Pig, Billy is nowhere near as strong as he used to as well. All because the devs still listen to people who just complain about things they dont even understand.

Did you even read the thread? Like at all?
Yes I did, It says and I quote "Would genuinely like to know when she's gonna get counterplay, currently shes absolutely disgusting."
The counterplay is to bring perks like Quick and Quiet because she cant see you vault windows so she needs to hear you, Iron Will so she cant hear you when you are injured and things like Lightweight and Spine Chill are also good against her.
If you are not willing to change your build to face a killer you have problems with, then you cant ask for nerfs.
She already has strong counters with certain perks, so stop bitching about killers that dont need changes just because you dont want to run a specific build to counter them.

Just being Iron Will and Quick and Quiet, change your meta build and you'll ser she's not that strong

Because it's the only game that lets me play as Michael Myers, Amanda Young, Pyramid Head and many other known killers.
+ Killer gameplay, despite not being balanced at all, it's still fin.

Proud, it was his choice not to let go.
As a killer he forgot his most important objective, protect the gens.
-
As long as they see how broken some loops are without Bloodlust (Im looking at you, double window with double pallet on Crotus Asylum) so they can finally nerf that bs, Im ok with this experiment.
-
He's the easiest killer to loop honestly... I dont get why anyone would get mad at him.

I suppose the Early Game thing is not going to happen as long as we got slowdown builds like Ruin/Undying and Corrupt/Pop/BBQ unless all the slowdown stuff got reworked or nerfed into oblivion.
Honestly, I would be chearing if those perks would get nerfed to oblivion, that'd mean killers wouldnt have to need those in order to play a calmed game

The only thing she needs is to make It so that survivors cant leave the trial with a jigsaw box on their head. Which is not hard to do for the devs considering Victors power allows the Twins to have that advantage.
-
Now I want to see E.T running away from Michael Myers
-
Leatherface is transgender.
Also, do I have to remind you that the devs announced a Freddy and a DS rework and It took them around 2 years to get there? I can see taking a little longer with a character but, 2 ######### years for a perk? Which btw they didnt even get right.
-
It really sucks, but as you said, it's because the devs think It gives you an unfair advantage over other people.
Even tho third party voice chats give way more advantage that being able to change your brightness lvls... Ahhh the hypocrisy... We all know where the money comes from.
Dont get me wrong, I dont care about voice chats, but I'd like to be able to change my brightness lvls. Till that's a thing, I have my monitor on max brightness and full gamma as well.

You can choose to not use Exhaustion perks, that way they wont have any effect on you.
