If I have a Survivor like that i will 100% go after them, because why should I chase the healthy Survivor who needs two hits, when I instead go after the one Survivor where I know no DH and one hit needed.

People were literally complaining about the new killer needing buffs because they weren’t able to get 4Ks immediately when it had only been released for 2 hours and now this. Do y’all actually take the time to LEARN how to play new killers and counter perks, or do you just think you should able to instantly cakewalk to 4K and if you can’t, then everything needs to be nerfed?
Pls show me where I say the new Killer needs a buff I give you 50€ if you find it in my post. READ BEFORE WRITE
Also to couter MFT you need at least two Perkslots to get an very weak counter and even if you bring those you need to get throw on MTF.

the doomsdaying is real.
dh, an instant on command facetank to ANYTHING that can extend chases by upwards of 30s and has unlimited uses.
mft, gives a 3% boost for half the chase.
give up, its not that big a deal.
Read before you judge me.
Ps it is a big deal. And if its not what about a perk that makes survivors 3% slower once they got hit. I thing you would rant about it.

The only things I could think to do is either nerf/remove that haste and make it an endurance perk or the haste only activates when damaged by special attacks so M1 killers aren't suffering against it.
Or leave it be and let a bunch of killers quit I guess. I'm already noticing killer bonuses are more active in my area than before throughout the day.
Both is hard to Balance. Only Endurance and no one would play this perk, but changes in movement speeds for Survivors are hard to Balance.
And your right I dor exaple will not play killer until this Perk gets a rework, because I mostly play weaker Killers and catch a good Survivor with MFT as Pig for example is kinda impossible (depends on maps).

At this point it really doesn't matter if it's op or not! just the sheer amount complaints will be enough to guarantee a nerf very soon so u won't have to deal with it much longer. I haven't seen the forums this flooded over a perk since dh/eruption.
Did you even read or care about my point. My point wasnt about how powerfull the two perks are. My point was its basically unhealthy for the game.

1 blinking is her most efficient way to catch up to survivors, she has to charge her blink up to 20 meters, blink, fatigue, and hold w for a few seconds(at 3.8 m/s, 0.2 m/s slower than survivors) until her blink recharges.
These movement spikes mean that securing your first hit will be the easy part, the hard part is catching up to a survivor holding w while slowly 1 blinking up to them.
Mhm that sucks. Some would argue its the Nurse, but I my oppinion a movment killer should always be able to hit a Survivor, thag shift w, kinda fast by basekit.

If they nerf it, it begs the question - do they even play their own game?
As soon as I saw the perk I thought, that would be OP with hope and resilience. Theres combos you can do where you are as fast as a killer, some faster.
So its becoming a legit question, do they play the game?
I dont think they play there own game. The look at stats and Balance around that, thats why Trapper is still that weak.

Let's follow the train of thought to the end please.
If a survivor stays injured all game, they have only a single healthstate, the later the game goes on and the more resources are used, the deadlier being injured is.
A good killer will constantly apply pressure and force survivors to use resources, if a killer gets to end-game with multiple strong loops still intact. They failed. It isn't a perks fault, but a skill issue, excusing some of the more egregious maps of course.
If a survivor is intentionally staying injured, its because they want to pressure or have perks that alleviate the massive downsides of being loud, easy to track, and one healthstate. That doesn't magically mean that being one healthstate is preferred, nor does it mean perks that offset being injured are overpowered. They aren't.
If you're going to complain about MFT, don't downplay the costs of being injured, and actually be objective in your calling for nerfs.
At this point, the perk will most likely be nerfed because of how loud people are being, but most of the arguments I see against it are terrible and could easily be applied to perks like Adrenaline and Resilience.
Being lound means nothing if you are 3% faster. Also your logic fails to MFT, because the 3% allow you to use less resurses. You can take additional loops and you can make weaker Windows stronger.

How is being one health state lenient?
Is resilience OP too since it gives you a permanent 9% boost to all actions? Thus increasing pressure and punishing killers for dropping chase or playing hit and run?
I wouldnt say overpowert, but verd strong. In my stats Resiliance is on place 7. Means its totally one of the meta perls at the Moment.
-
@WeakestNurseMain said:
I haven't played in a while, but if I had to guess, I'd say MFT also somewhat hurts Nurse, without range and recharge she is now about the same speed at a 115% killer.
But is she able to reach the Survivor after she hit him? I dont know the exakt numbers of her normal range in comaresant to the distance the Survivor makes
-
If you get an open map place your camps high on trees for example
-
@Sharby said:
Unlike any of the other haste effects, this one requires you to be injured. Having one health state is plenty cost for a boost.
Pretending like its unconditional is dishonest.
The other requires way more. Being injured isnt a reson to get a strong effect like haste. At the moment when I play survivor I never let anyone heal me, because I know ones I got injured I am uncatchable.

You can try using your Killer powers or shutting down that build. You'll know if someone's doing Blood Pact stuff if it's the same 2 people staying together.
Not to mention that videos are typically cherrypicked, try getting that same value in a match against Killers who identify that build.
Yes Blood Pact and MFT will not become meta, but can you explain me how I can counter MFT with my power, if I play Pig, Trapper, Billy, Myers, Deathslinger, Huntress, Doctor, Freddy, Ghost Face, Legion, Onrio, Trickstar, Knight, SM. Everyone of this Killers cant rlly counter MFT for differend resons:
- M1 Killer only without a chase power to counter: Pig, Trapper, Myers, Ghost Face, Legion, Onrio, Knight, SM
- Killer uses his power to get a bit of distance to be able to hit befor they reach the pallet or window, that doesnt happen with MFT anymore: Freddy, Doctor, Billy and Pig again
- Killers that are so slow, that MFT makes a Rock to an infinite: Deathslinger, Huntress, Trickstar
Do you know what nearly all of these Killers have in common?
They nerly all are weak!
So MFT NEEDS A REWORK, because it punishes weaker killers and the top killers dont care about the perk.

Infinites don’t exist anymore and Bloodlust was in fact supposed to be removed along with them; it was a temporary measure. So it’s not a compensation anymore, really. Rovend’s point stands.
Thats totally wrong or did you forgot the main in one of the swamp maps (dont know the name at the Moment) where you can run around three times and the Killer cant do #########, if the durv is smart.

it can, specific exhaustion perk only.
I always combine with lithe, after getting injured, loop until killer gonna catch up (which should be easy with this perk active), then use lithe to get more distance. This take a lot of time for killer to down me.
Cons: this build heavy counter by Fearmonger. You wasted 2 perk if killer bring Fearmonger.
no Fearmonger doesnt couter this perk at all. The only way for fearmonger to counter this perk would be 20 seconds not 5

Title says it all really, players are by far the biggest problem. Given the basic mechanics of the game it's possible for both sides to abuse mechanics to make life miserable for the other. Killers can camp tunnel and 3 gen to force wins or use cheap perks like NOED for easy kills. Survs if they have a team of strong players can make life absolutely miserable for most killers.
And people perpetuate it. A killer gets a team of clicky, teabaggy sweats, gets a frustrating 0/1k game, takes it out on the next weakish surv team they come across, hits on hook, nods as they die, the survs then teabag in gate at the next time they manage to survive a game. And round and round. Idk what the purpose of this rant is but maybe next time you dominate a game as killer then let one surv go, or next time you see a killer off in exit gate, drop them a present instead of clicking and bagging.
Sadly enough is, that humans remamber bad things more so I dont think this will do anything, if there are ao many players that do such things, also I dont thing its nessasary to drop your item for the killer for me it would be enough if survivors would just leave if they cant do anything usefull anymore. Also as killer if I tunnel I do not tunnel cause bad masures I just need to tunnel sometimes, if the survivors play a little bit better or bring brocken #########, but if I see I dominate a team I nearly always give hatch.

We have carrots galore in the past year. 6.1 gave 10 seconds to gens, mini pop on kick, tier 1 brutal strength, 2 permanent stacks of stbfl, entirely free as base kit buffs.
Dead Hard got nerfed twice, DS got deleted, circle of healing is all but gone too.
Killers used every single one of those buffs to camp, tunnel, and hold 3 gens for nearly a year.
Carrots don't work without directly making camping and tunneling less efficient in some way, plain and simple.
Yes Dh got nerfed and at the same patch genregression got nuked. Killers got basekit buffes Survivors got base BT and Stackout Hyperfocus were very popular so instead of +10 Seconds there were -40 Seconds. CoH removed Selfheal, but healing numbers got doubled. DS got nerfed while OTR got a massiv buff.
So what was the reson for Tunneling and camping. I think maybe the genrush, the nuked KILLER meta, the bad design of maps and not the "buffes"

Garden of joy is causing PTSD to killer players. The reworked maps are favored towards survivors. I don't trust them reworking the farm maps. I also do not trust their design on the new upcoming sci-fi map.
They need to find new map designers that knows this games ins and outs and that they can balance maps for both killer and survivors instead of favoring 1 side of the coin.
I feel bad for killer players. I watch my friends play killer if I have a 30 minute break at my job and they always suffer. The only time I see them having fun is when they play on maps such as coal tower.
THE NEW FRACTURED COWSHEET:
The best map designers from BHVR started fixing the map so the added 20 more save pallets in the middle, because there were only the Cowtree before. Furthermore they removed the breakeable walls in the main and turned them in windows instead.
So the new escape rate is 80%👍️

Reworking the games hook system is what I mean
Yes maybe but also you need to give the killer something if he hooks everyone. Some kind of slowdown
-
First: The only overpowert Killers are Nurse, Blight (only with good Addons) and Spirit
Pick one of those and you will easly win most of you matches. Do you know how you also win most of your matches?
Play in a 4man SWF with four avarage Players.
Second: If you would read the last update you would see, that the survivor got two perks nerfed. (They are still very strong btw)
While the Killer meta got nuked completly.
Third: In my matches as solo survivor I have like 6 out of 10 where I escape or my team won (min 3 esapes). I dont play with meta perks and also dont bring an Exhaustion Perk. Also in the 4 out of ten matches, where I lose I can clearly see why we lose. So resons why solo que teams mostly lose:
- Do side Objectives to mutch (one of the games I had a 3min chase while my team did 3 totem clenses, one boon totem, two chest oppenings and 1/4 of a gen)
- Not looking where the gens are so they dont three gen themself.
- Of caurse dcing in the first minutes of the game
- Not looking at the actions of the other survivors
- Not splitting up on gens
- And of course hide all the time like this one

But as a killer, I win several games in a row. It’s like bullying a bunch of kids that can’t do anything and have no defense. I really dislike it.

Yes, but for me if I get goj with a weaker killer I dont think This match will be hard for me instead I imediedly think 4 man out I do not have any chances to win. If I get RPD with Survivor I think it will be hard but we can make it.

You are missing the point where the OP and others including yourself, are trying to justify camping and tunnelling because of these tbags though regardless of where they take place in the match, yes? By the way, in which neither of those things are toxic, and tbags aren't either and people should play however they want.
I stand by what I said, this is a generic bait/us vs them post that has been posted to death on these forums, reddit, twitter, etc, and to be honest they are incredibly tiring and repetitive in which the entire premise of any of these posts are based on a strawman and genericized and hyperbolic survivor (or killer, depending on who is making the bait/us vs them threads) behavior that half of the time I can't tell if people actually care or if they are just looking to rile people up or make themselves mad.
true. people should play how they want and true teabags and stuff like that isnt toxic. (the toxic part begins in the engame chat if it get taken out of the game)
I just want to show you, that you cant say I can do this, because he does this. If you want to tunnel feel free to do that if you want to teabag at the exitgate do that, but if you do first dont expect the other side to be nice about it and dont expect theyour next killer/survivors to be nice to you. If you do one thing of these two you just put an other piece to the infinite vicious circle.

"I only waited at the exit gate for the whole 2mins, because I wanted to give you some more BP and a free hit. Pinky promise."
You get yourself more points for that and steal points from the killers ranking, because if he hits and you escape he has lost a chase which maybe results in a minus pip.
-
@KingFieldShipper said:
I know the is bait and generic us vs them but tunneling and camping happen even if theres no tbsgging, bm, etc in a match, so..
You get the point where they teabag AT THE EXITGATE. What means they are save from everything. One the flip side you could say tunneling is the save way to prevent teabags.

Most of us can admit that playing solo queue with 3 potato teammates that either leave you to die on the hook while they haven't been hooked once just sucks. On top of that, those survivors that join the game and are absolutely useless in the fact that they aren't touching gens and instead just running around the map doing NPC activities like cleansing dull totems also suck. I propose that since SWF most of the time have comms through discord or some sort of platform where they can communicate with each other, it would only be fair that could also be done for players who are solo queuing. They should add an ingame survivor voice chat to be able to communicate with your teammates since all survivors in the match have the same objective and can help each other out with comms and maybe even ask one of the team mates to pull up to a side of the map to work on gens or heal instead of having to run around the entire map looking for your teammates to heal you. Feel like this would make the game a lot more enjoyable and fun to queue by yourself as you can also make friends this way easier and queue up with those guys and play a couple of games. Thoughts bois?
Yes this is what solos do, but guess what its a problem where the solos are the source of. So I dont see a reson for more buffes. The activity hud is a very big thing for solo que and if I play solo I can easly tell what I should do in whitch moment. So if solos dont use the information you cant help them.

SM is not an excuse for bringing a Map offering. For this on Killer bring a sacrificial ward. Maps are one of the biggest factors in dbd and for killers they are not many good maps for. So you say you bring map where the gens are away from each other because of skull merchant you dont need to wonder, why killers dc, because only a very litle % of the killers are able to win the game at this point.
If I have a map offering in my killer match 40% of the time I will try to make the round as misrable as possable for the survivors, because map offerings make killers hole missarble to play.
Sry for achivments and stuff, but MO are very bad for the game. The only exeption for me would be throw a map as a mirror myers , because from what I experienced everyone loves him and you only can play him in 1.Lerys 2.RPD 3.Midwitch everywhere else its a four man escape withe 0 hooks.

Anything else? How about a punishment for a killer that hit you. That's pretty rude.
No hits should be removed killers they are to overpowert, if they can hit survivors. The killers should be punished for looking to survivors and if he/she dares to chase someone the killer gets a 20s stun.
-
@GoofyGooberRock said:
I think dbd should add a feature to punish killers if they face camp a hook or camping hook by adding a speed to gens
So let's say the killer is face camping a hook it can be effortless for them to do so and get an easy kill and survivors have a more challenging time well because they lost a teammate
sure the teams can try to do gens but a lot of times they'll try to go for the save which can end the game cause killers could tunnel the person out and now you have 3 people working on gens which makes it harder
so if a killer starts face camping hook the entity would start getting displeased with this gameplay after a certain amount of time maybe 10-20 seconds of being at hook without leaving it the entity makes the rest of the survivor team start speeding up on gens
and to stop gens going faster the killer must leave the hook to get the other survivors off gens I would think it would have to be at a specific range to make the speeding stop
speed could also cancel out if there are 2-3 gens left
Sure lets do this, but if the killer doesnt camp/ tunnel the gens go slower in relation to the hook states. For example if the first down happends when 3 gens are gone gen speed decresse by 30%. It would be fair if the killer get punished for his objective the survivors should also be punished.
For me at the moment my Killer win rate is at 45% and SOLO que is at 60% so at my point of view Killers need buffs not more nurfs.

What exactly are we complaining about now?
These 4 survivors are clearly tired of being camped, tunneled, and slugged. There are zero 'gen rush' perks, no toolboxes, no BNP, not even a prove thyself. The only thing that even affects gen speeds is resilience, and given the medkits, they didn't want to be injured anyway. They even brought 300% extra blood points for everyone, including the killer.
You brought a haphazard build with roughly C-tier add-ons that lean into the M1 part of Myers' kit and have literally nothing to aid in chase.
So you're angry about a single map offering? I mean, I know some people expect to bring a perkless build and still 4k with their monitor turned off, but c'mon.
A single Map offering I have stats over my round incloding Map Offerings, Perks and Items and the survivors throw map offerings in 70% of my matches.
Second Point gen speed perks arent the main factor why gens go fast. Mostly its medikits, because you can have constantly two on gens. So I would say for gens a syringe is even stronger than a BNP and In my Round if you look at my statistiks there are around 50% of the lobby with medkits and the chance the medkit has a syringe is at 64%.
And the 300% BPs are thrown, because the survivors can secure easly the win with all of this together
Would you say that this is maybe a reson to tunnel.

So, with an overall kill rate over 60% you still have a problem with 4 survivors escaping once in a while, do i get that right?
Because the kill rates are facts we know about. How high should the average kill rate be, in your opinion? And what outcome of an even match would you propose?
No I have a problem with the perks and the items, because over the years killer metas wear destroyed constantly, but the survivor meta just get new perks on top and bairly lose some meta perks. I dont care if I have 4 man escapes from time to time, but when a 4 man escape happend because overpowert ######### yes I have a problem with that. Then they blame you for wasting their time... not realizing that's the point of playing video games.
Anyway. If I face you with a SWF, we'll open the chest. I guarantee it. Nobody will leave until that chest gets opened.

Yeah yeah, I know it's generlization and people play differently but cmon, we all know we find some specific killers to play more scummy and some killers are just always there to have fun and chase.
For me it's like this:
Tunnel/camp heavy killers:
- Nemesis
- Wesker
- Wraith
- Trickster
- Sadako.
Play fun killers:
- Billy
- Blight
- Huntress(sometimes).
- Oni.
In this you can see, that if the killer is strong enough you dont need to tunnel (if you are good enough ( Me with Huntress is Just no :D)). The Killers, that are to weak just need buffs. The two outliers her are billy and wesker. Wesker is perfekt and doesnt need changes. Only problem with wesker is, that he can tunnel very well.
The other outlier is billy he needs changes, but I guess because he is so well resived in the survivor comunity (but I still allways get teabagt and harassed in the endgamechat if I play him) you have a better mindset on him.
