Is there a way to report a hacker, that is anonym? I have Video prove, but no name because of this.

You don't need a name. You report them in-game then create a support ticket to submit the video proof. Anonymous mode hasn't changed the report system except to remove the requirement of the offending player's name from the support ticket form.
As @TragicSolitude says anonymous mode does not hinder you in the reporting process.
And having a video is great as Behaviour tends to ask for attachments in the support ticket. With a proof this can be properly actioned.
