Can you imagine people using self care and urban evasion in red ranks lmfao
I don't use urban but I have to say... it's obviously working for them if they got into red ranks. I don't know why people think they have the right to judge how other people want to play the game as if their way is superior. They can use whatever they want. Your opinion on it is no better than anyone else's. Not saying that to be rude but yeah. Let people play how they want to, especially if its not really hurting anyone else and those perks aren't hurting anyone else. If your win is determined by another person's perk choice then I'm sad to say it's not them it's you. Generally speaking, of course.
-
Dodge it if that's honestly what you want to do. You don't HAVE to play a game you don't want to. You bought it, it's supposed to be fun, if you know you won't have fun then leave and start another. The survivors will be fine.

Is it just me or is it extremely annoying to play with people that kill themselves on hook. Especially if they’re extremely entitled too.
It's extremely annoying to play with people that leave you unnecessarily on a hook until you almost, or in some cases do, die.
-
I feel like your team can make or break you with a good killer. Sure you can go for solo play and try to get out of the hatch or gate but if the team sucks and screws up in the beginning or even at the end and the killer is actually good... you're probably dead.
Or if your team "farms" you. They can literally be the death of you whether that's by getting you off a hook too early, running to where you are when they're being chased, leaving you on a hook to die, just leaving you if you're downed or hooked at the end of a match, etc.
-
I said yes but only during a mori. I like the idea of there being a series of skill checks for both killer and survivor and each skill check needle moves faster. Whoever misses first loses. If the killer misses, the survivor can get away and the animation can be them hitting/kicking the killer or whatever. If the survivor misses first then the mori carries on as normal.
But in any other situation, no, the survivor should not be able to hit/fight the killers.
-
I'll probably get hate for this but Ghost Face. The only thing I think that needs to be changed about him is the camera mechanic where the survivor can reveal their own location to him by looking at him whether they're aware he's there or not. Other than that, he's perfectly fine.
-
Only if the killer was toxic/bullied me first but that's not an option. Same with survivor, btw.

Are you responding to me? Your comment about the skill seems to indicate so.
Seriously, looping really doesn't take skill. Give control of the game to someone who's never played it before, and give them the instructions of "run around that pile of trash a few times, and make sure to interact with the big wooden board before the other player reaches you".
Again, I said it's on par with face camping regarding skill taken, not the amount of input required.
Survivors can definitely survive without looping. I'm a Survivor main (as stated) and I do it all the time. It's by far not the "only way to outplay the killer".
I've heard breaking line of sight and hiding does wonders.
Clearly you haven't met some of my friends. xD
Looping does take skill. It's about learning timing and experience; knowing when to jump a window or pallet, when to throw a pallet down, when to leave the loop for another, what direction to go in, how to fake out the killer. Those things have to be learned. Sure, there are naturals here and there that pick it up easily but for most people it's not easy, which is why not every survivor is a rank 1.
When I play killer, which is quite often, I down most people pretty easily but every so often there is a pro looper that comes along that will run me for days or I might not even catch. Those people are rare, at least in my games. So, yeah, from my experience and observation... it takes a lot of skill.
Edit: Just to be clear... my friends are garbage at running/looping. They get downed in ten seconds or less.

They should remove Springwood and Haddonfield. Both maps are horrible for killers. I would not be surprised, if the kill count in both maps is the lowest of all maps.
Those maps might be horrible for killers but you have to remember there are maps equally horrible for survivors, which makes it fair.
But anyway, I would say for survivor Red Forest and Yamaoka and for Killer either Backwater Swamp map. It's a guaranteed slaughter-fest for me.
-
They don't need to do anything with SWF. I play mostly solo but it gets super frustrating when playing with randoms that will literally let you die on your first hook or leave you at EGC because you don't mean squat to them. Sometimes its nice to have someone there you can depend on to at least TRY and help you when you get in a tight spot.
Killers are still getting tons of kills according to the stats. Yeah, it sucks when you get wrecked by a hardcore SWF, I've been there many times (assuming they even were in a party chat), but its not constant.
I believe most casual SWFs consist usually of two people. Could be wrong since it is just a guess. That's usually how I do it, too. Just me and my sister play. When I do play with my other friends (making up a 4 SWF) its usually chaos because we get stuck being too altruistic.
Edit: They should make different game modes, though. At the very least Casual and Ranked.
-
Huntress, Nurse, Michael, and Pig in no specific order. Oh, Hillybilly most the time.
-
It's pretty much an end game nightmare for survivor when they have to try to open a gate but aside from that I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
-
Wait until you hit red in either killer or survivor. It only gets worse. xD
-
Go to the dentist but alas... I suck with her.
Sure, sometimes I can hit/hook people but when I'm against a good team they don't hesitate to troll me. And if that happens several times in a row then I'm just done.
-
Spirit hands down.
-
When I first started playing as killer I thought hitting people on the hook made them die faster. xD
-
Just remember that these people don't know you and you don't know them. They can't judge you solely based off of one experience and even if they want to try then you just have to remind yourself that their opinion means nothing. Trust me, halfway through the next game they'll forget all about the match they had with you and I recommend doing the same. It sucks to hear/read such negative talk but it doesn't hold any value unless you let it. Easier said then done but if its too hard to not take it to heart then I would just close chat or block messages. Life will be so much better.
-
Key's give survivors an alternative chance to escape through a hatch. One.
Killers get alternative methods through: Moris (not just for one person but they can kill ALL of them after just one hook. They also have the entity who will kill survivors at EGC if they can't catch/find them, then we can even count bleed-out which will happen if a survivor is slugged and the killer can't find them. That's three "free" kills.
Then... if you want some killers like Michael have special add-ons that allow them to kill survivors that are healthy and have NEVER been hooked and then there's pigs reverse beartraps so...
What are you complaining about exactly?
Edit: Don't even get me started on Exposed Status either and the amount of add-ons/abilities that allow killers to put a survivor into a dying state after hitting them only once. lol Not knocking on killers, just stating facts.
-
I wasn't accused of it but my friend was accused of "almost letting the team die". xD That cracked me up. People got mad at her even though they escaped because they thought she "almost" let the team die even though she did most the gens. It's funny to see winners look for any excuse to get mad. Who wins and still gets upset? It's bizarre but made me laugh.
Edit: She was with a bunch of randos or maybe they were in an SWF. Not sure. But she was solo.
-
It has nothing to do with the vision of the game but everything to do with making an awesome trailer that looks amazing that will make people want to buy the game.
-
I've suggested this before. I think it would be awesome. I hope they do it.
-
I like the idea of different game modes so I don't see a problem with having an option to play against only solos. Some people prefer it that way so it's not like killers would never get anyone. It also allows those who want to play in SWF to still do so. That way no one quits the game. lol
-
Did I do my math wrong?
If we count DC's as kills then only 97 survivors escaped out of 424?
-
Dude, lol, I'm the same but opposite. I play 50/50 but when I play killer I feel very powerful. Sometimes you're good at something and sometimes you're not. There are always going to be people who are better than you (though sometimes its situational and they could be amazing and run circles around you one game and then get wrecked the next). Not all survivors are Gods at this game (not saying you said that btw).
But that's why survivors and killers will always get buffed and nerfed... because of the extremes. There are people who are super bad and people who are super good. The majority will dictate the changes.

"OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY NICE"
Lmfao this bs is so funny to me for some reason. It's called "being bad" not "playing nice"
Stop defending the survivors' fragile egos and accept there is no nice way to play dbd, stop catering to the survivors' enjoyment when you know damn well almost not a single person playing dbd cares about the other players' experience.
There actually is a nice way to play. I've been thanked by survivors and told that my games were some of the most fun they'd had even though I'd killed them all simply because I never camped or tunneled.

@Flarefire_Xx said:
So what does everyone want for balance? Well I will start of the conversation with a few points:
What killers want:
1 They want keys to be changed which is very fair to say and I agree, it’s a free escape.
2 Slower gen times, as a former surv main and now 50-50 I agree even as a surv player, gens go by too fast and need a fix.
3 Equal map sizes, this will benefit either side, making the killers have a base level of viability on every map and not being all over the place on how good they are.
What Survs want:
1 No tunneling and no camping, I agree with both of these tunneling is annoying and needs to be prevented and camping is a terrible strategy but if survivors provoke a killer they will camp.
2 Mori changes, I agree moris have a bit too much power, but I don’t use them but they could be changed to make it a fair playing field
What both sides want:
1 Less crutch perks, I agree each sides has its crutch perks that need major changing, DH, BT aswell as NOED and so on
2 LESS TOXICITY. Agreed this should be obvious
So let’s not make this an argument between each side but I would like to see the opinions and hope the devs see what the ENTIRE community wants.
First off, I want to say I'm just responding. No hostility here. =) I know that text is hard to interpret so sorry if it comes off that way at all. It's not meant to.
Keys shouldn't be changed just because you think they're a free escape. The same could be said (only a free kill instead of escape) for the entity killing survivors at the end of a game, bleeding-out after being slugged and a killer can't find you, Moris, and then some killer add-ons that allow them to kill survivors without even hooking them (such as Michael's and then Pig's headgear), and some would even argue NOED. So if keys are going to be changed then those things need to be addressed, too, otherwise I foresee a lot of complaints.
Gens don't need to be slower but there needs to be something done to prolong the games. But the devs don't want to do that apparently. I've read in multiple places that they want games to be short. I personally prefer longer games but that might just be me. I think they should add more objectives for both killer and survivor. It's not impossible and it doesn't have to be anything crazy.
If maps are made to be a certain size then gate locations really have to be taken into consideration for survivors. They can't be too close or too far. There have been so many times when I play killer that they've been so close that the survivors didn't stand a chance and then also so far apart that I didn't stand a chance. And vice versa when I'm survivor.
I agree camping needs to go. It's usually done out of bitterness or someone just wanting to ruin someone else's experience for their own pleasure/amusement or even just because they want to feel in control and powerful. In any case, it sucks and its boring. There should be a greater penalty or something. As far as tunneling goes, the killer needs greater incentive to go after a different survivor. It can't be that hard to think of something to make them want to do that. But a lot of killers that have trouble getting kills are going to keep tunneling until that's done because its super easy to knock down someone that just got off a hook. Like... super easy. Even with BT the killer just has to chase them a little longer, which is no biggie.
Mori's just need to be more interesting and I think people would stop complaining (survivors I mean) if they had more of a chance. I already wrote this idea in another post but it was: make it so that both killer and survivor have to hit a series of skill checks that speed up gradually. Whoever misses first loses. So, if survivor misses first they get killed and if killer misses first then survivor gets to escape (it can even cause gens to go slower or something while its being played out since I'm sure that would be a concern).
Crutch perks? Yeah, I agree. Both sides have them and their equally annoying. Maybe that'll change when they fix the other perks? -shrug-
Toxicity is horrible. It sucks that everyone is so angry about everything. But I get it, too. Once you experience a good SWF team or Killer multiple times in a row and get your butt handed to you it's hard not to get mad. A weird thing that makes me angry is playing on the same map multiple times in a row. lol I hate that. And as survivor its playing the same killer type multiple times in a row. I just can't stand it. Twice is okay but anymore than that and I realize I start to get mad about things happening in-game easier. I think getting rid of Toxicity will be hard, though, because we all perceive things happening differently and perspective is everything.

Yea and that’s broken; it should never happen. The survivor objective is to finish 5 gens. Not 4.
The survivor objective is to survive. It's why they're called survivors. They are supposed to do gens in order to survive just like killers are supposed to hook (sacrifice) survivors but there are exceptions to both those things.
Survivors get a key to give them a chance to get through a hatch.
Killers get moris to allow them to kill survivors after one hook. Eboni lets them kill every survivor in the game this way. And... killers get the entity at EGC to kill survivors for them. And if we want to we can even say killers get a kill via bleed-out when they can't find a survivor they left down.
So survivors get one alternative to their end goal and killers have three. Hmm.

I'll say this as I know I'm an odd man out here. As a Killer main I go out of my way to not tunnel/camp when possible. Same for slugging, the builds where it works are just as niche and not as common as survivors sitting in exit hallway. I would be perfectly ok with survivors given an ability that doesn't require Unbreakable to get back up. If a killer slugs and refuses to pick up (obviously refusing by being within perimeter of the downed survivor for a length of time) the cap on the self-recovery should be lifted.
I agree with you. 😁
-
I don't know. On small maps he's an absolute beast. On large ones he can be beaten pretty easily. More time is needed to make this call, in my opinion.
-
I don't think you're going to get anything from this considering there's a huge post on slugging and leaving survivors down for 4 minutes and how it is NOT taking the game hostage. So, if killers think its okay to do that, and the majority do if you go read the post, then I think survivors are going to argue that waiting for the end game timer is equally as fair.
-

Keys are the most broken item in the game. 3 people can escape without finishing the gens, which is absolutely busted.
Very specific conditions must be met. For three people to escape that means all but one gen was finished. lol
-
If in your games the survivors are constantly making it to the end where the gates can be powered then yes. And I mean like all of them or three of them. If just two or one is then I would say... maybe? Just to try it. But I would personally use something else if it was just one or two left at the end.
-
What they should really do is make them more interesting.
As in... when the killer initiates the mori the killer and survivor experience a series of skill checks (however many necessary with the needle going faster each time) and first one to miss a skill check is the loser. If its the killer then the survivor escapes (doing some neat animation like kicking the killer in the face xD) and if its the killer then the mori carries on as normal. I would like that and it would give survivors a chance to get away and prolong the game.

When I play survivor this crap annoys me. It happens ALL the time.
When I play killer, I try to make this happen and it's usually pretty easy to do.

prove thyself does nothing? okay, dude. i guess when 3 people are on a gen and it gets done like 30% faster, yeah, no biggie.
dead hard: im bad and made a mistake. E. outplayed.
ds: im bad and got caught 60 seconds after the unhook regardless if the killer is tunneling or not
unbreakable: the killer doesnt wanna pick me up after i played like ass and waved my ds in his face. imma just get back up cause i keep getting downed cause im bad.
noed: gen times suck and hopefully they didnt DISABLE MY PERK by cleansing all the totems and i can get ONE kill cause people tend to run out the gates like its going out of style when noed pops.
I like how you start everything with "I'm bad" because that's not always the case. Most the time it's not the case. It just goes to show how much you don't like survivors when you immediately just say it's because they're bad.
But first off, your Prove Thyself example means that three survivors would have to be using it to go 30% faster. That's basically unheard of unless they're all doing the challenge at the same time. I've almost never seen anyone use Prove Thyself before the rift challenges.
Dead Hard basically prolongs a chase and that's it. The killer already hit them once. They're probably going to just hit them again. I don't even know why anyone complains about it. The only time it's frustrating is during end game when its used to escape. Other than that it bruises the killers ego for a few more seconds. lol
DS is a great perk for preventing players from being tunneled right off the hook but again it's probably a temporary thing because if the killer wants he can literally just keep chasing that person until he downs them again and he probably will since killers move faster than survivors.
Unbreakable? You can only get up once. Once. It's not going to ever break the game. Most people use it right away on the first time they're downed anyway which tends to be in the beginning or middle of a match. Easy solution? Hook the survivor. Hooks are every fifteen feet anyway (I have countless pics to prove this).
NOED I'm not even going to comment on it. But you can knock survivor perks and then make excuses for killer perks. That's so biased its not even funny.
As far as the original post goes? It blows my mind that survivors killed before NOED was even active would comment about it. That just... doesn't make sense and makes them look stupid. Now if they had outplayed you the whole game and were killed because of NOED at the end I can see why they would be salty.

I'm pretty new to the game, only rank 14 or so and I've had a series of really frustrating games in a row. I keep getting paired up against survivors a much higher rank than me. Gens get done within a few minutes no matter what I try to do.
I don't believe I'm playing incorrectly. I end chases pretty quickly and I don't overcommit when they're going long. But no matter what I do, gen after gen pops and the game ends within a few minutes. I look at the survivors and they all have hundreds more hours than I do.
After one particularly rough game one of the survivors told me to think of this experience as training but honestly I'm starting to see this as encouragement to just stop playing. I really liked this game when I first started playing. I would read the forums, post on the subreddit, create fanart, all that. But actually playing it quickly started to feel stressful instead of fun. Games go really quickly and as a killer I don't feel I have enough options to interact with the survivors. When the game ends I see all the survivors are rank 7 or below and half the time they're insulting me.
I read about the ruin changes and they talked about how they were making the change for new survivors but honestly this game is really discouraging as a new player who wanted to play killer.
I'm not making this post just to whine but because I wanted to make my experience known to the devs. I know other people have made similar complaints in more eloquent ways, I just wanted to add my voice to the stack.
I don't think you have to play dirty. I don't camp or tunnel and only ever used ruin on killers I sucked with and that was just a couple (it felt like a waste since it would get busted so quickly). Most the other killers I never used ruin on and I got and still do consistently get 4ks. What I recommend is making sure you have the perks that are right for you. Its like the secret sauce.
I personally love Discordance. It shows you when more than one person is on a gen and allows you a greater chance at catching someone and also separating the survivors by making them scatter. I use this on almost every killer.
If survivors are outrunning you and popping gens fast then Fire Up is a great perk because it increases your speed for every gen done. You should definitely try this if gens getting finished quickly is the issue.
Monitor and Abuse is fantastic if you're using a killer that's not stealth based because it allows you to get close to the survivors.
Bloodhound helps if you're losing survivors easily or getting confused with scratch marks. I used this ALL the time and I could follow survivors forever (sort of like how oni does with orbs but its puddles instead).
If survivors are dodging your swings then I think you should try out Unrelenting. It allows you to recover faster and swing sooner.
If they're stunning you a ton with pallets or just slowing you down with them you can try Spirit Fury and/or Brutal Strength.
Iron Maiden is fantastic for those locker hiders and exposes them which is just wonderful, usually insuring you get to find and hook at least one survivor in the beginning since many hide in lockers when you go near them, especially on certain killers.
If you want to slow down gens then use Thanatophobia but get it to level three to see it really shine. It's a fantastic perk and I bet if you use it with Discordance you'll get to hit a lot of people and slow things down. Coulrophobia is a good perk to combine with this if you do hit multiple people often. It makes them take longer to heal.
I've been using Discordance, Coulrophobia, Distressing, and Fire Up and it's been working really well for me. Switching out Coulrophobia for Remember Me is great, too, since it slows down survivors ability to open gates if that's an issue for you.
I used to use Sloppy Butcher, Bloodhound, Unrelenting, and Discordance. It was amazing and I also got tons of 4ks/3ks while using it. You have to teach yourself when using bloodhound to pay attention to the blood on the ground but also at the same time not forget to look up to acknowledge where the survivor is, too, otherwise you can miss a good shot at hitting them or mind-gaming them.
My slow down build would be: Discordance, Thanatophibia, Overcharge, Fire Up (or whatever for the 4th perk).
Maybe the killer you're playing isn't right for you. I know it sucks but that could be it. I do terrible on some killers and really excel at others.
If survivors are outplaying you, losing you easily on loops/maps, then I very strongly suggest playing one if you've never done it before. There is no greater power than understanding how your opponent thinks and you'll never truly get it until you experience it yourself.
Also, a headset is a must to do well on this game (in my opinion). I've tried playing without one and my games go terrible.
But really, I don't think tunneling and camping are the answer. Definitely not camping, imo. For me, doing that is insanely boring and only overly altruistic survivors will fall for it anyway and I don't even feel like I'm getting to play the game because the challenge, for me, is in the chase.
If anything I would suggest fishing if you're having a hard time and what I mean by fishing is staying in a decent range of a hooked survivor (only if the team is altruistic and not gen rushing but that's where Discordance comes in handy) and going after the person that unhooked them. It's a legit strategy and you're almost guaranteed another hook unless that person is an amazing runner, especially if you hit them as they're getting the other survivor off the hook.
Anyway, I know that was a lot to read. Hope it helps and I hope your games go better. There's nothing worse then something you enjoyed becoming unbearable.

Both perks require totems. Both of them don't require killers to do anything.
Why everyone is fine about Ruin but so hateful towards NOED? Like, I know people say NOED is the crutch perk but noone says the same thing about Ruin.
Because Ruin is independent of the killer. Whereas NOED is not since in order for NOED to work the killer has to hit someone down. What makes NOED more frustrating is that a survivor or survivors can be running circles around the killer the whole game and the killer can be total trash but get lucky at the end of the game due to circumstances that may not even be in the survivors control and down a survivor or all the remaining survivors.
It seriously sucks when you know you've outplayed someone and they (the killer) get lucky at the end because they saw you last second or you just happened to run into them or your aura is revealed or the gates were super close or any other countless possibilities. Usually the gates are super close which is frustrating beyond all belief.
Now before you say "survivors should just destroy totems" realize that most the smart survivors do BUT sometimes the totems are hard as hell to find. In fact, I've even come across an invisible totem once and only knew it was there because of the prompt message at the bottom of the screen saying to cleanse it.
It's unreasonable to think that every totem will be easily found every single time. In teams that aren't SWF survivors can't communicate and can't say "Hey, I got two totems" or however many. So, it's a guessing game and it's very likely that a totem or several will remain in play.
You can be insanely more skilled than the killer and yet the killer can one hit down you or everyone because of a perk, leaving you no chance to even outrun them or mind-game game or anything.
That in short is why NOED is so frustrating.
Edit: And then the chances of other survivors sticking around to help you, look for the totem, and save is next to none and equally as frustrating, especially if it's your first hook.

The killer shouldn't depip if the survivors get out using keys.
But... the circumstances are different.
A killer can spawn next to a survivor, down them in thirty seconds (as someone bragged about in another post and I've done myself) and hook them then mori them right off the hook. That single survivor has thus been denied nearly any points (probably will leave the match with 3/4 thousand points which is garbage).
In order for survivors to get the hatch certain conditions have to be met first:
For all four survivors to escape using a key that means they got all the gens done. That should have provided the killer time to chase, hook, kick gens, etc. Getting all the gens done takes a good minute (not as long as it used to).
For three survivors to escape all but one gen have to be done so again... plenty of time for killer to play the game as normal and get lots of points.
For two survivors to escape there have to be three gens done and two left but at this point the killer could have gotten six hooks and the points the killer got would depend on how they played during the game. (I find this being the most likely scenario where a killer could get the least amount of points.)
For one survivor to escape through the hatch EVERYONE else has to be dead meaning a full game played out and the killer should have gotten ample points.
A better argument would be... neither survivor or killer should depip when someone (or everyone) is mori'd because the killer did their objective but the survivor was denied their ability to do anything and taken out of the game extremely early (if they were the first one caught and hooked and in some instances even the second one caught/hooked and for real potatoes all of them - just the whole team caught early and hooked - it happens xD).

With just a brown toolbox, a clean rag, and socket swivels, you reach +40% repair speed alone. Very easy to do.
That's 57.14 seconds to do a generator alone solo. Factor in great skill checks and it's quite possible for all 4 survivors to spawn separated, you chase 1, and 3 gens pop before the first minute is over.
With a purple toolbox it would be +50% speed, or 53.33 seconds solo, again, not factoring in great skill checks.
Point is, it's very possible. And survivors have been using toolboxes a lot since the patch hit. Even last second switching to them.
Having played a LOT of survivor (and killer too but this isn't about killers) I'll say that all survivors spawning in separate locations is almost unheard of unless the killer uses an offering to make them spawn in separate locations. What usual happens is...
A) Three survivors spawn together and one is off alone somewhere in the cold lonely fog.
or
B) All four spawn together.
I've been playing this game for years and have experienced my fair share of being gen rushed and gen rushing killers and I have never seen three go off in less than a minute. Not saying it can't happen but its never ever happened to me and I've never seen it happen to a killer I've played against (and I've played tons of SWF four man and two).

🤣 That's just funny. I have an amazing come-back for that but I'll get banned if I say it on here.
Edit: It's funny because you know it's impossible and that person is talking out of their butt. I didn't want to seem insensitive so, hence, the edit. I get that hate mail wears on people. I just try to find comedy in them.
Edit #2: If it really bothers you, though, I suggest blocking messages from people you don't know. It will change your gaming experience.

I want a mori where the trapper puts your head in a trap.
That would be pretty sick. In a good way.

Lucky. I don't have time to play during the day because of work, so I can only play during PM and it's taking ages to find a match. Like it always has, but even longer. 10+ minutes wait time every time. Thing is that because it takes forever, it's going to take ages to complete this new rift survivor challenges. :/
Wow, that seriously sucks and that's not fair for you. Sorry you have to deal with that. I wonder if its just because not a ton of people are playing at night or if its some kind of other issue. I wouldn't be surprised if it was an issue and had nothing to do with player numbers.

I haven't experienced this or been able to do this on PS4 yet. You guys should record vids and post them in the Bug Reports section. The more of you that do it the faster it will probably be fixed, I'm guessing.

For killer its almost always instant. For survivor it's been really fast in morning/noon hours since the recent update (I'm talking five minutes max), which I'm loving because before I was waiting forever, but usually super late at night it will take fifteen minutes to a half hour. Then sometimes (still late at night) I'll just give up on waiting because it is taking too long. But again, no problems for me during the day on survivor or killer, solo or in SWF.
Don't even get me started with matchmaking. It makes no sense and is totally broken.

🤣 I've been there.

On PS4, for me anyway, my queue times are faster than they've ever been... but so are the matches. xD
