I doubt it, he is certainly strong chicken, but he doesn't have anywhere near closer power to sir chickengton III.
He will lose.
-
Lol, 3 genning is pretty much fundamental game design flaw, no perk changes can fix this issue unless something like "instantly repair a generator"
-
I think it would be cleansed within first 5 seconds.

Strawman argument why arent the mods dealing with you trolls in my post?
personally I believe you can't expect "no trolling/baiting" rules to work in this forum, there is no real method to know whether it's the one or not so mods never deal with anything except the one that is obviously and literally against rules, I don't know why that rule is still there even.
-
Why do we need to fix something that is not broken and statistically not problematic, and also doesn't have any big issue gameplay wise?
Yeah I do get it if you want to fix bubba, but nurse/ blight huh?
-
We don't need thematic aspect that hurts the game tbh.
-
Nothing, game stays still at 60% kill rates, majority of players will not be affected.
-
I believe pips are problem too.

What we need is to allow survivors (The whole team) to escape with the "Black Lock" again
But I don't think that DbD Devs are going to remove something they changed... Who would do that..
If you want a really game changing and breaking idea, here is one
Last Man Standing Perk#4 - Loved by the deads
For Each Totem that has a benediction (you can stack all 5)...
A survivor that died that hasn't been hooked is able to comeblack alive as a spirit and can open the "Black Lock" with his powers
(Or he could do anything)
**His aura can't be seen by the last survivor alive
At that point, adds an object that immediately sacrifice other three survivors and let you escape, and allow survivors to attack each other so they can prevent people from activating it.
Would make more interesting matches.
-
Let's test out SWF opt out and killer ban, and then this at same time, it'd be actually funny as pretty much no one can match with people.
-
We don't need any more perks that encourages survivors to practically kill their friend.
-

The funny thing is that if BHVR will give us FoV sliders, most killer players, and maybe most players overall will use maxed fov, and then, forum will be full of threads of how op this is and why this have to be reverted xD
Im not disagree nor agree with fov slider in a game. If it happen i will stop using shadowborn and use additional perk in my Nurse or Wraith since without it i just loose survivors and miss hits.
How can you call it op when people don't even have a way to know if opponent is using it tho?
-
Wish granted, we won't buff him anymore but changes base terror radius of every killers to zero.

I mean what do I do if the killer slugs the 3rd guy? Start doing gens alerting the killer to my location guaranteeing my death? The problem really is killers care far too much about hatch escapes. Killer wins should be viewed as a 3k or more. Virtually ever killer i get slugs the third so the 4th can’t escape. I’ve even seen the killers pick up the 3rd and let them wiggle off so they don’t bleed out until they find the 4th all so one survivor doesn’t get hatch.
Eh, if 3k is a win, you might as well just be dead and accept the loss and give killers 4k too, as both of that is still a killer win..
It's actually survivors that cares too much about hatch escapes, it doesn't really matter from match perspective if killer aim for 4k by slugging or just stop at 3k as that's more or less survivor lost, but it's a big issue for survivors when a player starts hiding just because they want hatches and losing a game that he could've win.

fov is not accessability, its just gives you an advantage. thats why its a perk.
also dbd is a very competitive game so max fov would be a standard for every killer. so you should ask yourself this question:
Is the game better balance wise / better looking / has better immersion with the current fov or with the maxed out fov ?
Since everyone will then play with max fov. And i think that the current is better in every 3 of those aspects.
Then just buff killers? who cares, it's such a small buffs, what kind of survivors gonna complain "they are too strong I can't escape due to FoV buffs".
It doesn't even matter if it's a balance, design or accessibility, it's negligible change and BHVR should stop being so stubborn about something meaningless like this.

I think you're confusing this game with Evil Dead
Even with survivors who genrush and never get hooked you can still usually kill two of them with rancor + game afoot as it's just instakill, especially if you've slugged the obsession beforehand
So do you believe bubba is the best killer just because he can facecamp a survivor to death just by utilizing "unusual strategy", and then use those perk to get two additional kills?
Using completely wacky perks like that doesn't really reflect majority of actual gameplay.
-
@Kirarozu said:
Except fov for killer being limited is an integral part of the game. I guess you just want the game to be unplayable?
Oh is it integral balance part of the game? then change it, just like how they changed any other balance things.
They decided to buff bloodlust, decided to increase gen time, decided to make attack cooldown faster, but CAN NOT increase FoV? that is just illogical.
I'm 100% sure it doesn't even affect kill rates by meaningful number.

it's not my fault that you don't notice the obvious sarcasm
Oh sorry about that, it is your fault if you can't have any good counter-argument instead of that cute "sarcasm" though.
-
How about actually punish suicide/DC more instead so you will tire less lol
-
Would work nicely for conjunction with 3x longer lunge distance I think.

maybe then add a survivor who will blink through the walls? and let's call it "what's the problem of losing to a stronger player, bro"
if you want something like that it doesn't even need to be a blink, just add a survivor who can down killers in two hit.
You are basically saying something like that, not sure if that's a good argument lul

Yes she is problematic. They keep nerfing perks and releasing underwhelming things into the game because of the fact she exists. Every change they make to the game has to take into account she exists. Look at the awakened awareness nerf. They changed that just because she exists. I'm tired of weaker killers suffering just because she exists.
There is no indication or official announcement about it, we still have countless perks that works funnily strong on nurse yet none has been nerfed.

If you lose multiple gens in the first chase then it’s your fault for chasing the looper. Leave that survivor and chase the other 3.
So basically "you will lose if everyone can loop no matter what, accept it" is your answer I guess?

The fact you call her loopable is laughable. Go play against some actually good nurse players then form a opinion that matters.
Lol, some actually good survivors have no problem against actually good nurses, because they are actually good.
What's the problem in losing against better players bruh.
-
Honestly this would be the way to go, as long as the number gets multiplied by two or three, or even have a "regression slot".
-
@Nazzzak said:
Devs have said multiple times that endgame shouldn't favour anyone. It's purely a means to an end. As said above, there are plenty of times when gates spawn close to each other. It's pure RNG. Sometimes they spawn further away from each other, which can end up giving some leeway to a survivor going against a killer with poor map traversal. But other times they're so close any killer can stand in between them and watch both doors.
But end game IS massively survivor favored?
They can, 1, just fix the generator and open the gate 2, just enter the hatch 3,just open the gate right after killer closes the hatch, all while killer has to jump the hoops of gate RNG and hatch RNG or even survivor location RNG.
So yeah, end game MUST be neutral just like they say, if killer find the hatch killer wins, if survivor find the hatch survivor wins, no more 2 arbitrary second chances that survivor has for absolutely no reason.
-
What's the point of this when we have an "anonymous mode"? literally none, nothing, at all.
-
Oh, do you believe we needs counter for excessive hooking too? because that's pretty much slugging alternative and equally oppressive.
-
@ili said:
this is broken, there is already pyramid head mechanics like that.
I mean, if we have a power that literally does this, there wouldn't be anything "broken" about it?
Also honestly, this better be basekit than a perk, it can even encourage not trying for tunnel/camp too.
-
because literally nothing is problematic for them, lol
Just like how 80% of survivors are "not that good", 80% of blights/nurses are also "not that good", so yeah statistically speaking they are fine, and even from gameplay perspective they ARE fine.
-
yeah it doesn't even matter if it is done in "balance purpose" or "intentional design", just test it out and see what happens just like when developers wreck any impactful perks.
It's not hard, nor game breaking, I don't think it will be an issue.
-
Why not just teleport hooks rather than killers lol
-
They do guarantee a kill just like hatches guarantee an escape, game is weirdly meant to be like that, accept it.
-
@Hexan said:
you could also just slug them
Game is not exactly meant to slug every survivors, objective is hooks, not bleed out.
So yeah, "just stop doing objective" is not really a great advice.
-
Hell, just remove hatch.
It has no purpose beside "feels SLIGHTLY better" even then which doesn't always work, I don't see any benefit in having it.
It encourage last two survivors to NOT play the game and just that.
-
Somehow so called anti-tunneling perk discourage people to playing fair, funny.
-
If you play against trapper with no meaningful perks/offering/addons, of course you can very much win.
-
Honestly if this kind of RNG disable maps, more than half the maps would be disabled.
-
Just make survivors respawn in like 60 seconds without any interaction between each other, in random location.
No more tunneling, no more "rescue in face", no more camping, problem fixed, "pressure" can easily be balanced by changing times too.
-
2 killer bans for individual? so to make it "fair" for both sides killers gets like 16 perk ban with 4 map ban or something?
Have you even actually considered how much is that numbers?
-
Just learn the game? it's easy to predict either and counter it, killers realistically can't find obsessions if they are skilled at hiding.
-
Literally nothing here is op or broken, he doesn't deserve any changes because of THIS.
-
Maybe just adds a auto-kobe? any careful killers wouldn't let survs escape anyway, it doesn't matter.
Well kobeing should be removed anyway tbh though, it does no good to game in today.

But this is very similar to the power of a knight
Who cares? there is countless powers that is similar to someone, how many ranged killers, how many acceleration killers, how many trapping killers, how many teleport killers...

15 minutes is too much for someone who dc'd because of an internet blip. The system is designed to take that into account so anyone who legitimately has an issue shouldn't really notice. The tiers are for those who are more persistent.
Still, I read somewhere it resets a tier every 24 hours, so maybe this could be looked into so if someone dc's once every day as a habit is picked up on.
It really isn't, 15 minutes in a week or two is certainly not a big problem.
Also, increasing DC penalty is useless as long as all survivors have a "free rights of disconnection" through hook suicide, we needs to fix that game breaking issue asap.
-
lol, survivors couldn't even bring a cake 24/7 in anniversary timeframe, what are you even asking for.
-
Nope, punishment do jackshit and you should stop asking for it.
Think about how you ACTUALLY fix it, by complete removal, than how you make those people suffer.
-
I'm always wondering why people want to make punishment instead of actually making it impossible, do they want people to suffer rather than actually fixing the game?

Current dbd is currently getting easier to quit so I probably will. Good luck finding matches
Oh yeah thanks for making my que time faster, less survivor is generally feasible in dbd.
-
it can only be used once, at the very least.
-
Hell, something that affects carrying is generally but design anyway.
