Wasn’t insulting you and why do you assume in a killer main? Lol. Just lol.
judging by your activity in the forums you seem pretty defensive of the killer role

Easy for you does not mean objectively easy. The topic at hand is the inarguably fact that the killer role is more difficult than the survivor one. At least it should be obvious to anyone with good experience in both roles and the capacity for simple math.
ooo im so insulted! i just think killers always like to spout about entitled survivors and for you killer mains to expect people especially neutral players who play the game well on both roles should have to suffer because you are lazy and ENTITLED just like a lot of survivors and have to have everything nerfed like crazy just so you can be good at the game when others play the game just fine is stupid and requires nothing but basic effort....

Running, looping, falling off 100 feet in heels?
Kitten heels though, that's a different story, they should at least have kitten heels.
Heels aren’t realistic but a warping levitating killer is....

At ranks 4-1 killer is not easy. Not even remotely. If survivors know what they’re doing no amount of multi tasking is going to win you a match. You key much have to rely on them making mistakes. That’s the reality of how the game is right now: killers can play perfectly and still lose.
im rank 1 on both and have the same amount of survives and sacrifices. killer is really easy for me and i play fair.

You didnt need to DC as Legion cause the game would have ended normally thus you being stuck. As survivor the game should have also ended due to EGC. If you dont want to take the tiny 5 min ensure it. There is nearly no Bug that needs you to DC to end the game.

I'll take the occasional bug over the Cryhard Epidemic. It was so bad, someone not DCing on their first down was a surprise.
then if they continue to have a dc penalty they need to implement a disconnect survey where it asked you post disconnect why you disconnected and then upon answering said survey it asks if youd like to automatically clip and upload the last 30 secs before your disconnect to a bug report server or something so dbd can access and hop on these issues quickly without relying on bug reports on the forum

Use things like DS and if nothing else just run the killer for the entire game you won't get out but your teamates surely will and that should be a win in your book. Or you could also try playing more immersive so you don't get caught first if that's the problem. Also they aren't "scrubby" because they tunneled you. They are just playing the game the way they want to play it. I assume you wouldn't let anyone tell you how to play the game either. There are counters to being tunneled.
I don’t want to have to rely on a crutch perk like ds that doesn’t even get used bc they’ll just slug you. So I run unbreakable and to me I don’t like to play like that. It is scrubby that’s my opinion. I wouldn’t let anyone influence how I play because I know I play the game well. Just seems like on nights like this I can’t get a decent game in at all. You can’t win them all though. I just don’t understand why it’s happening back to back.

I just had a rank 1 hag who had level 3 no Ed, ruin, third seal, and devour with ebony mori mint rag and rusty shackles and when I said gg they said they were doing a daily ritual. I was like dang you did all that for a daily? Lol.

Multiple People- Will there be any QOL changes for solo players?
"Yeah, kinda?" (Patrick)
The performance of SWF groups isn't that much higher than solo survivors when looking at stats, despite how it may feel. It's a concern, but not enough to be panicking. WIth the upcoming changes to matchmaking (moving to an MMR rating), it will be able to show a performance increase with SWF groups and change matchmaking ratings accordingly. They'll also be able to change matchmaking depending on your group, for a more balanced match. It's not directly targeted towards SWF vs Solo, but it will have that effect. (Patrick)
Could this answer be misleading...
"isn't that much", "looking at stats", "how it may feel", "concern, but not enough to be panicking"
and vague...
"it will be able to show a performance increase with SWF groups and change matchmaking ratings accordingly. They'll also be able to change matchmaking depending on your group, for a more balanced match. It's not directly targeted towards SWF vs Solo, but it will have that effect."
Obviously Patrick plays a chilled SWF as the killer Clown but gets a draw with two one hooks so a draw with a de-pip.
Theres a reason why BHVR want to hide information and it's to manage those statistics rather than show end game SWFs or rankings.
its due to the idea that they can communicate and the killer is alone but youre right its not that much more of a detriment to be up against a red rank swf as killer. survivors are a little more than half a percent slower than killers and they get faster every 15 seconds. theyre going to catch up to you quickly whether they bloodlust or not. not every game is going to be a 4k its unrealistic to expect that from groups or solo queue

Now I have a feeling this is going to be a controversial opinion, but just tapping a gen to stop it's regression is so idiotic. I don't think it's a game breaking issue by any means, but its definitely annoying from a killer perspective. As a killer, you have to undergo a kick animation of a few seconds in order to make a gen begin regressing. All of that can instantly be undone by a survivor simply just tapping M1 on a gen. I've seen plenty of times where the survivor doesn't even go into their gen fixing animation & it still counts as stopping regression. Not only does that not make much sense logically, its honestly so cheap that a survivor can easily undo something the killer took time to do.
Now if I were to propose my idea on how to prevent tapping gens to stop regression, it would be to force the survivor to work on the gen for a set amount of time before regression can be stopped. The timing would not be much, being anywhere from 1 second to at most the amount of time it takes for a killer to kick a gen (though I personally think that's bit much). The survivor should at least have to get into their gen fixing animation. Maybe they also have to make a charge's worth of progress on the generator in order for it stop regression. I'm just throwing out my own solutions to this since I'm bringing it up. It's really annoying how if you kick a gen that's on a loop & begin chasing the survivor around it that they can tap it as they are looping. Generally, it doesn't have much of an effect on their looping & still rewards them by undoing a killer's work. And this is not just a me being a killer complaining for a survivor nerf. I just don't find it fair that a survivor can so easily undo the killer's work, & in front of the killer's face too. I play both killer & survivor equally, & as a survivor I still think it's a bit cheap.
smh give me a damn break

If you have at least a small distance between you and the killer you have the time to unhook, take a hit and deadhard the next one so your mate can take the second one
sometimes i or the person unhooked will eat the hit entirely saving the BT hit even so they end up getting two extra hits, not always the case though but most of the time youre caught in the animation and cant move by the time they hit you the second time.

I love how you think Killers have to play badly because winning quickly is 'unskilled'.
The Killers role is to kill you. To STOP YOU. It's amazing how Survivors seem to think it's somehow mean for a Killer to do his role too fast.
Oh sorry, Mr Survivor! I'll just stand in the corner until you tell me enough time has passed for me to attack you! Sorry again I nearly ruined your game by playing my objective, Mr Sruvivor!
Meanwhile, Survivors sit there with meta perks, and SWF with voice chat (cough using a 3rd party program for an advantage; the definition of cheating cough) and say THAT's fine. It's KILLERS who are being toxic by winning.
The entitlement is strong.
i just played a ghostface with thrill, devour, knockout and barbecue and chili and ended the game with 3 gens left without camping or tunneling because they kept going for totems, they all messaged me saying gg *shrugs*

Because that does not take into account when Survivors some to try unhooking.
If you're hiding near a hooked Survivor, I don't have to walk away just because I'm going to lose points. You're basically making excuses as to why you deserve free unhooks and to play the game longer, because you want easier games.
Not fair games. Easier games. There's a reason all these made up rules and 'Buh the points!' arguments target Killers.
'See! You lose points if you don't let me unhook freely!'
It's a good thing none of it means jack crap in game. The end goal of any match is to win or lose. I don't have to let you win simply because your throwing a toddler-level tantrum on these forums and snivling about 'toxic camping' and 'tunneling is meeeaaaannn!'

- -3 points: deducted each second you are within moderate proximity (16 metres) to a hooked Survivor (only applied after 10 seconds)
- -7.5 points: deducted each second you are within extreme proximity (8 metres) to a hooked Survivor (only applied after 10 seconds)

If you're so entitled that hearing 'THE KILLER'S GOAL IS TO KILL YOU AS QUICK AS FREAKING POSSIBLE' still makes you think 'Buh I duhsurv to plae duh match!' then maybe a mod putting down what is and is not accepted will finally get it through that rock you call a head.
if the goal of the killer is to kill the survivors as quickly as possible then why does the point system punish a game that ends quickly?

You missed my point completely. I'mma say it loud, for the people in the back:
THE KILLER IS IN NO WAY OBLIGATED TO LET YOU LIVE FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME! HE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO LET YOU GET A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF POINTS! HIS GOAL IS TO GODS DAMNED KILL EVERYONE! TO CLAIM HE IS 'TOXIC' BECAUSE YOU GOT ELIMINATED FIRST IS ENTITLEMENT.
@Peanits Can you PLEASE put this debate to rest? It's clear these people aren't going to accept that demanding they get to 'play longer' is not a valid argument, and I'm bloody SICK of being called 'toxic', both here and in game, simply because they were too hellbent on making a save and decided I was 'camping' instead of them getting out played.
lmao youre reaching for the mod because merely mentioning toxicity or a valid issue in game threatens your fragile opinion okay...

'I was only playing with one other person and they would always run into one random person I wasn’t playing with and get hooked or me or my friend would get hooked and none of the other people would save us bc they were self caring in a corner with sloppy or thanataphobia with dying light'
So what you're saying is..You got hooked, and no one would save you? And it's the Killer's fault?
'I normally always run borrowed time and what happens when a killer camps hook is that you go in for the save and then as I’m rescuing they either pick me off the hook interrupting the save or hit me while I’m rescuing and by the time I’m done rescuing their basic attack has cooled down and then they down me right at that same hook.'
Or that you would go in for a save while the Killer was camping, and get pulled off or hit..And that's the Killer's fault?
'The killer never hits the person with endurance effect from borrowed time and I know people with borrowed time are supposed to take hits for the rescuer but you can’t even move until the animation is done and you’re completely vulnerable to a camping killer. '
And then you're hooked because you went for a clearly unsafe save & got downed, and the Killer did not hit the Survivor with Borrowed Time..and that's the Killer's fault?
I'm sorry, but that's pure entitlement. You basically just said the Kilelr is toxic for: Survivors not saving you. For hitting you when you're trying to unhook IN FRONT OF HIM. And for NOT hitting the dude with BT.
That's pure entitlement. The Killer does not have to let you win, or survive a set amount of time. This is nothing but entitled complaining.
its not entitlement at all my op was pointing out an issue that a lot of people agree is present but people wont say anything because they know people like you will just invalidate them. and it is the killer's fault for playing like garbage and whether its a safe or unsafe save im not the type to just let a teammate hang there on the hook until they die? that is so stupid

The idea that Survivors deserve free unhooks because 'It's the games mechanics' is ridiculous.
If the Killer hooks someone, and you're NOT working on a gen and instead hiding nearby to save that hooked Survivor, guess what? You don't deserve that unhook because 'muh mechanics!'. The Killer has every right to sit there, because he's getting what he wants, WHAT HIS GODS DAMNED GOAL IS: A dead Survivor, and Survivors NOT working on generators.
Try saying this on Overwatch forums: 'Oh! You have to let us capture the point! Be-because THEN we push the objective, and you're supposed to ALSO stop the objective! Stopping us at the CP is TOXIC!'
You will be laughed off the forums. SO I don't see why Survivors feel 'We have a right to not lose!' is some sort of amazing argument.
It's freaking stupid.
My goal is to kill you. And if I'm not using hacks, cheats, glitches, or 3rd party programs (cough Voice chat cough ), then I'm staying perfectly within the games mechanics. I don't HAVE to let you go because you 'deserve a longer match'.
When you log in, you accept the fact that you may die first. There's no 3 minute rule where Killers cannot kill Survivors for the first 3 minutes because their feelings will be hurt.
Grow up and accept the fact that you may lose, and that you don't get to decide fake little rules or make demands to change core mechanics because you want to win easier.
Because that's all these threads are:
'I lost really fast! But I DESERVE longer matches because I'm a Survivor! That Killer was being TOXIC for killing me so fast! I'm gonna run to the devs and demand camping be made bannable! I DESERVE TO WIN! ...I mean play! I deserve to play!'
Once again: It's all KILLER rules to appease Survivors. Genrush? Fine. Meta perks? Fine. God pallets? Strong loops? 100000% fine!
But camping? Tunneling? Killers WINNING too fast!? Playing <x> Killer? using <x> perks? TOXXXIIIICCCC!
It's nothing but entitled whining.
it would be the same thing if a survivor gen rushed and ended the game quickly, the survivors are wasting everyone's time because theyre only filling up one emblem. IF were doing gens really quickly we will 99 gens and then get in chases in stuff not really giving pity hooks per say just making so that its a fun experience for everyone and no one walks away feeling like they were screwed over, or at least that how my swf group plays. WE dont like doing gens so quickly that we escape and then thats it we won yay! because you lose out on points and emblems same goes to killers moriing off first hook why do it if you know at the results screen youre not going to get a lot.

The other is the Killer doing his objective, which is not okay.
People whining about camping are basically claiming that they should get free unhooks, because they want to WIN.
were not begging for free unhooks were literally confused as to why its wired into the game and the killer's point system to not camp and prevent gens from being done by not camping and patrolling gens? survivors complaining or "whining" about this should ring some bells for you.

You say Killers are more toxic but you give 0 evidence other than the tired excuses 'camping/tunneling is TOXIC!'
Why? Why is it toxic? Because the camped Survivor can't play? Newsflash! If you genrush, the Killer stops being able to play that match!
What? The Killer can go into a new match? SO CAN THE SURVIVOR WHEN HE LOSES!
Again, and I keep saying it, this is a hypocritical double-standard. KILLERS aren't allowed to focus on winning. KILLERS aren't allowed to win fast.
Only SURVIVORS are allowed to use meta perks and strong pallets and genrush. If KILLERS do anything that helps them win, it's 'toxic' or 'unfun' or 'not fair'.
