I suggest the next time this situation happens to you that you go and make a delicious sandwich and pray that what happens to me happens to you and you can move on to the next match. Also, there is a cheese spread called Laughing Cow Cheese that many people sleep on. I recommend you try it out on your sandwich, it's delish.

its not showing off but personally id like to know my time invested is worth while... to not want & expect rewards is fine but to me it adds to the overall replayability of a game.

Trust me, some people might say it's scummy and I am giving my survivor 'buddies' a harder game, but I've been getting stupid games.
As a solo-queuer, you are unfortunately at the whim of your teammates with no direct communication to help guide you on what YOU should be doing for the team. It really is absurd especially with their recent push to more 'serious' gaming

after so & so hours people should grasp how and what should be done to win

Different face models though, as per RE tradition. Other than that they're identical, and this is indeed Chris Redfield from 1998 and specifically not from the events of RE5. The face model is not based on any of the face models from the games, maybe the live action one and concept art.

Canonically you are totally wrong. That IS how the character of Chris Redfield should look because Resident Evil 1 and 2 took place in the exact same year of 1998. So no, that is canon Chris, he just looks much more cartoony and unrealistic compared to the proper remake characters from 2 and 3 that were made over a decade after the Resident Evil 1 remake on GameCube.
Resident Evil 5 Chris, that is the only high definition equivalent of Chris in this situation, canonically doesn't exist yet and wouldn't make sense. With Project W they presumably will introduce Sheva and new Chris in this manner.
Also the trailer models don't look significantly better. Jill, Leon, Claire and Nemesis look very correct and accurate to their game counterparts but with much worse animations lol. Balancing Nemesis that way was completely intentional. Freddy Krueger isn't nearly as powerful as he was in the movies either.

I am a huge silent hill fan and I feel like the Silent hill chapter was well done,it could've been better of course but BHVR did great imo.
Yeah Heather's face is weird and her voice doesn't really fit her but it's okay.
They brought the iconic Red Pyramid Thing and did him justice,his music and atmosphere he brings when you're playing against him is so unique.
Unique power where you can literally hit through any obstacles unique torment system where you can perform a final judgement on a survivor no others killers can do that,well Sadako exists but she's garbage.
Pyramid Head is one of the most iconic characters in horror video games history and I thank BHVR for bringing this nightmare to DBD.
James is ugly BHVR pls make my favorite wife murderer handsome :)
my main problem is that this is the representation for alot of younger audiences who havent experienced the originals and it should be handled with love & care...
heather & james need a rework but cybil & lisa are fine (kind of iffy on lisa)
midwich needs to remove the ooze and remove the lights, make it dark or dark enough that you cant see down the halls.
(i dont know if this counts) but locking the SH theme for PS4 behind DBD: Silent Hill edition just boils my blood.
these are my main complaints, im sure i can think of more but its 6am & i havent slept yet :'((
and yes make the wife murderer handsome!!

just look at limited run & how crazy FOMO is there.
its sad because you"re going to force people who come for licenses to spend more cash right away and be invested instead of letting them gradually feel the game out whether they like it or not.
and then theyll be in the trap that I put my money into this game i better play it... and will lead to more money dropping.

getting tbag & flashlight clicked is not as oppressive as face camping or tunneling so dont compare the two.
you can do something about survivors but when a killer decides to just sit there... nothing you can do since its so forced upon and you have to play by them now.

I had a dredge hard tunnel a Feng and by the time it was her 2nd hook I decided to step in and body block.
Killer doesnt care so I go back and take another one ( killer is set on Feng) i end up going down but killer slugs & she still ends up dying like 20 seconds later but by the time she died there was still 4 gens up...
killer decides to leave me while he hunts down the others.. at this time I just want to hop in the next game as this game is pointless & boring.
for me I dont even want to play the game if someone is hard tunneling & camping right off the gate especially if its on one of my nooby teammates... I do everything to take agro, clicky clicking & tbagging but still no theyre just dead set on one person.
I just dont see why or we should expect survivors to be ok with tunneling, camping & slugging especially if it all happens in one game.
REMOVE DC penalty or just let me bleed out faster, sitting there for 4 minutes is just dumb.
edit:im sorry for including tunneling & camping to this post but my last game was that BAAD.

yes I just recently DC due to a spirit hitting me over a pallet even though I dropped it like two seconds ago... i was going to blame/ say hacker but my frames dropped as I got hit...

It really isn’t. This is just my opinion I don’t get why people are complaining about. I don’t have every character prestige even at 1.6k hours. I have 14 survivors and 2 killers at p3 and I was disappointed when they revealed the postgame icon because it didn’t look cool at all. I don’t care about showing off it doesn’t matter that just leads to randoms being toxic. They said they didn’t want to do a cosmetic or charm. What other options do they have? I wanted a bloody version of the portraits and this was the closest we were gonna get so I’m happy. I play on console so I can’t customize anything like pc players. If they promised a cosmetic and this was what we got I would have been pissed but that got ruled out so
The only prestige levels that matter are 1,2,3 for the perks the rest are just if you want to do it. And 50k blood points is nothing. You can get that in one killer match with an offering. The only problem I have is the new shrine of secrets. Making you pay 15k shards for a perk is stupid and they need to change that. You have survivors or killers at even prestige 1, the grind basically got eliminated and they are doing the new catch up mechanic to get you more prestige levels. You don’t lose your perks items and offerings. I don’t see how the grind got worse.

to me its just why though? they just made the reward bad just to do it?? why not make something that people WANT & im not asking for legacy(i find those skins ugly) but its like cmon BHVR... theres no reason why a *reward* should be this bad.
true i wish console could customize portraits since we just get default... hopefully they change it in the future that whatever skin you have equipped will also be displayed on portrait ATLEAST for console.
i did not even know about paying 15k shards for a perk!? they should def walk that one back, theyre foolish if they think people are going to spend shards on perks & not on characters or skins.

Hold on, the grind isn’t worse if you have characters already prestiged and you said the rewards are bad so I’m kind of confused here
i personally dont care for P3 rewards but I feel bad for the countless players that spent so many hours in this event just to get a slap & spit to the face...
& confused on what? the grind is worst with the removal of BP bonues, added prestige level & 50k to prestige.

Blight and Huntress are very strong yes but thats a design thing, if they wanted to they would make all killers viable but choose not to.

i think its because they dont have to split the money with any licenses and keep it for themselves hence why license killers are so bad in this game.
for proof sudoku & dredge are pretty similar but one is original & one is licensed.

Well, I discovered DBD late 2020. I didn't know the game existed before, and it was already four years old.
Not everyone is a gaming journalist knowing every games out of existence. It's not like DBD was as popular as LoL or something with ads on TV/show on Netflix.
I knew about the game since youve always heard the arguments Friday the 13th vs. DBD... they came out relatively the same time so they always drawed comparisons.
the game didnt intrigue me enough until SH came then RE.
i jumped right in because Heather & Pyramid Head was in the game.
this might sound dumb but what is LoL?
also no one needs to be a gaming journalist to know a games existence... i dont know every game that comes out just the ones im interested in :))
