What a 🤡
-
Not completely accurate. I should be in the top 60, I don't show up.
-
Rank 1 doesn’t depict skill. It shows time invested during that months reset.
-
The original was a lot better.
-
Yikes
-
Wear legacy, private profile, trigger survivors in lobby. They call you a hacker. You laugh. Profit.

Because they caved in to the survivor-meme know as "kILLeRz EaRn MoRe BloOoOOdPoiNtZ!11!!!11!!!"
Literally equip the second most popular killer perk (BBQ) and points come so easily.
You can equip WGLF as Survivor, but the chance of acquiring 4 stacks is slim in comparison.
You can do all the generators, hide all game, and escape through a gate. You literally miss out on two categories or 16k total in points because you didn’t go for saves, and avoided the killer.

@altruistic next time you try to summon me, use the @ with my name.
I'm on the same page as @DocOctober and @DarkGGhost here.
Devs stated a long time ago that the amount per hour is roughly the same. We already explained how it works.
Killers had no queue issues before GF was released. It's simply the combination of new killer + event + survivors getting firecrackers instead of cakes + free weekend.
Most of us supposed killer mains have been playing survivor during the event. No issue here.
@Peanits correct me, if I'm wrong. But I think the last time the devs tried to give in to the survivor claims of getting less BP, you introduced WGLF. Which in turn broke lobbies for survivors. What makes you think, that this time will be any different?
Who are you? Am I supposed to remember you?
-
Where are all the great forum users who claim survivors and killers get the same amount of blood-points? I’ve been waiting for them to arrive to this discussion.
-
Spine Chill and Small Game.
Killer.. Probably Shadowborn. It’s really convenient.
-
Too bad the player base is too small to split.
If I could play a not ranked mode to get away from all the sweaty DBD professionals, I might actually play again.
DC'ing lets you avoid ranking up, at the least. But to be honest, you can just get the killers attention and stand at the hook.
It's completely legitimate from a game rules point of view.
-
In before all the down-votes.
Killer is definitely very fun to play now in comparison with DBD's past.
I always preferred Survivor, but I played a lot of Killer too.
I don't really find enjoyment in the game anymore. So I rarely play nowadays.
-
Then run Small Game.
-
🌝🌝
-
Sidney Prescott is a pretty obvious one.
-
4-5 hours to get 1 million BP as killer.
10 hours for 1 million as Survivor.
Why do people want to play killer more? 🤪😂
-
I’m Rank 10. I barely play anymore.
If I ask my R1 friend to play that means he is cheating the matchmaking?
lol.
We both have 5k hours each.
Playing with friends isn’t cheating. Sorry To break it to you.

OK.
You don't make sense. How can you say to prove my claim, even though it's just been revealed to be inaccurate? When you yourself were talking about the same data I'm talking about?
So you know what numbers I'm referring to, regardless if they're accurate or not. So then what do you want, there's the so called "evidence".
And regardless if it's been explained to be accurate data or not, idc.
Get off my areola.
You actually made me lose brain cells.
If YOU play Survivor and YOU claim to escape 90% of your matches, please provide proof of YOUR 90% escape rate.
We are not talking about skewed data.
We are talking about YOUR claim that YOU made regarding your OWN matches.

Tbh, Idc stop getting mad over my opinion regardless if the stats were accurate or not, you can't dictate what's fun or not to me. If I feel Survivors kind of boring that's fine, but you're trying to make a side argument over semantics based on some fraudulent data when you can't argue with one thing. You might disagree with me, but the original post about Survivors gameplay being boring is my opinion and frankly I'm not wrong on that as there are some who feel the same and want something different. Good Lord, mad just to be mad I see.
I asked you to prove your claim.
You claimed to escape 90% of the time.
I asked you to show us. Videos, streams, anything.
I am not mad. You made a very outrageous claim without any evidence.
I have played about 60 hours since December, I agree the game is overall Boring now.
But you’re trying to avoid providing evidence to your outrageous claim by saying I am mad? Lol. No. I am not mad in the slightest.

I don't have anything to prove when the escape rate has been revealed 80% at rank 1 in data by the devs. How much proof do you need, get out your feelings and stop taking it so personal when I just literally said this was my opinion in the Original Post. Begone.
Those stats have been explained numerous times 🤦🏻♀️.
Peanits has explained it countless times on this forum. To be rank 1 when those stats were taken you pretty much HAD to escape. It skewed the results.
Ive been playing since beta. No solo player escapes 80% of the time, period. You're full of it.

HAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHA I'm not even gonna take you seriously xD
You're funny though, I'll give you a vote up
You say you can escape 90% of your matches. Prove it.
-
I would love to see you escape 90% of your matches.
Please post videos for us all to see this amazing skill of yours 🌝. Or better yet, why not stream it? We could all learn from these superior skills.
-
Stop buying DLC.
This isn’t the first time.
Nobody in this community ever learns. Instead they keep buying DLC for it to be changed and/or nerfed.
I don’t own Ashley, but I haven’t bought DLC myself since LF.
-
Why take accountability when you can just blame your struggles on something else?
I suck at the game now, but I also have played around 60 hours since December.
I am a casual these days, and that’s fine. I don’t want to play with pseudo esport DBD gamers.

"Because this group of people did something bad, I'm going to do something bad to a different group that may or may not overlap with the first."
Imagine shooting the mailman because your dog bit you.
Imagine comparing a video game to actually harming someone in real life.

Remember when most people would queue up as Nurse or Michael Myers with a chainsaw? They didn’t have any remorse.
Play with it if you want, until the developers tell you otherwise.
Don’t Listen to people here trying to shame you.
-
Which Killer do you play better? That's the one who is stronger.
-
Guess you weren't around when Killers could queue up any Killer with a chainsaw.
Where Survivors could use an Ebony Mori offering and the Killer could take advantage of it.
Watching Survivors run around the map with a chainsaw or traps in their hand.
Ability to P3-50 their character instantly with an in game exploit.
Killers using Bond and Empathy.
These bugs seem pretty minimal in comparison.
-
I haven’t played much at all this year.
I did play yesterday, I can tell you one thing.
Sounds are completely broken at the moment.
-
@jeyers said:
And come back to what ? Nurse and Spirit will still be the most broken killers unless someone stronger is released (lol).
if you’re not having fun, stop playing.
i have maybe 60 hours in the Game this year. It’s not very fun for me anymore, so i found other games to enjoy.
-
Take a break.

As far as i´m aware, the survivor equivalent of NOED has been untouched for a long time: Adrenaline.
Adrenaline rewards you for doing your objective. Surviving, at least until all gens are powered.
NOED rewards you for not completing your objective, sacrificing. At least up until the gates are powered.
Pretty subpar comparison, but I don’t care about NOED.
If most Survivor players ran Small Game NOED would be extinct.
-
Survivors need to..
Be chased, do gens, rescue off hook and survive.
Killers need to..
Chase, Hit, Hook and Sacrifice.
You can’t do gens while you’re being chased. You also go against 2 others to rescue one survivor off the hook.
Killer point categories all flow together, while Survivors get pulled in many different directions.
Killer point gain has always been more, that isn’t a secret. Especially when one of the most used perks is BBQ and Chili

@altruistic So the mistakes of the past shouldn't be corrected for the future? I'm not denying the game was way worse back then for Killers, but does it still need to be that way?
The game in comparison to back then is 10x better. That doesn't mean problems from the old days still don't exist, and shouldn't be ignored because of "Back in MY DAY" argument.
I have about 1500 hours at most as a Killer since launch. I always played Survivor more, but I’ve played Killer since August 2016.
I can tell you right now, it’s never been easier to play as a killer. SWF can make the Game so challenging it feels impossible. But I never was great at Killer.
I pretty much stopped playing the game. From a friend of mine who mostly plays Killer, and also since launch. He says MoM is bs. Which I trust his judgment. Otherwise, the game is fine for a Killer. I just don’t enjoy playing Survivor anymore. It lost its fun for me.
People would rather complain than learn and take responsibility for their lack of game knowledge. That’s the problem I have.
They are changing loops, again by the way. This was a big talking point during their 3 year anniversary stream. MoM is also being changed. I never even bought Ashley so I never had the chance to use it.
-
Feel free to download 1.1/1.2 DBD and join me in a match.
The game has never been more balanced than it is now.
20 Second Sprint Bursts, 300% We’ll Make It (ability to heal at a pallet before the killer animation finished), 20 second heals, no gen regression, no ruin, no entity blockers, no bloodlust. Not so many bloodpoints earned so a lot less strong add one were able to be used. Double pallets everywhere, legit jungle gyms with 2 pallet and 2 windows, Cold Wind tree with 2 vaults and a pallet. The list goes on and on.
Anyone really complaining about DBD now truly baffles me.

Quoting him: "I though I blocked this piece of #########". This was said regarding the game I did gift the hatch since I killed all of the other survivors which were in the same group.
Okay.. That doesn't put him into the right. But what does steam blocking someone do?

If you block someone for beating you in a game, you are an entitled little #########. Period, and the end. Grow some ######### balls and learn sportsmanship.
Blocking someone on steam does one thing, it doesn't let the blocked person add you as a friend. That's it.
The person didn't want you adding them as a friend. It doesn't mean you won't match with them again. It means nothing.
-
So the streamer is entitled because they blocked you on stream, and you were permanently banned from their channel?
It was nice of you to give them the hatch. That is something almost never seen anymore.
I really don’t play the game much at all anymore, but wearing legacy and a Twitch shirt generally puts a target on your back.
It goes both ways. It isn’t just streamers. A lot of people in this community are not fun to play or interact with.
Edit: I assume the streamer had twitch in their name. I never understood this. I only wear the purple shirt because I like it, not for anyone else. I usually will change my name and make my profile private. I don’t want people knowing who I am. But then I get harassed by survivors calling me a cheater 😊.
-
Thanks for the announcement 🤨

This is still enough to remove her from competitive play.
i CaNt PlAy NuRsE wItHoUt 5 bLiNkS oR oMeGa BLiNk 😒.
Get real. She breaks the game, but I still hate Legion more. If a Nurse has figured out how to hold M2 at least the game is over quickly.
-
I was watching a Fog Whisperer after ghostface came out on PTB.
He put it best. The devs don’t care about what you think. They care about your wallet. They care about pumping out skins and as much as possible. Because people will buy and then complain about the game afterwards.
Everyone talking about how bad Ghostface is, but guarantee most will still buy him. That’s a problem.
-
I would trade all my Skeleton Keys to delete Mori’s.
That is an easy argument.
-
It’s really not fair that the ranking system is so easy to still move up. My last post i said I had 15 hours in 2 weeks, but it’s actually almost 20.
I play this game casually now, after taking almost 6 months off. I don’t want to play super sweaty competitive games with survivors and killers all using the exact same perks every single match.
It is boring and unfun for me. I started at Rank 18 when I came back two weeks ago. That was obviously unfair, because I was playing with literally new people. I quickly moved up though, and with casually playing almost Rank 4.
Now I am waiting for the reset I think to play again. I will wait for all the professional DBD players to sweat their way to rank 5-1, then I’ll try to log back in.
-
Don’t play the game as much. Still too easy to rank up.
I have played 15 hours in two weeks, after not playing since December pretty much. Almost Rank 4 again. It’s a joke.
I used to be that person grinding out 8+ hours of DBD almost every day. I can’t do it anymore. I want to play relaxed and casually. High rank players are way too serious about this party game for my taste.
I will probably wait until the 13th to play again.
-
Worst perk in the game, quite easily.
-
I guess it is a matter of perspective.
I haven’t played Killer since I returned to DBD the past couple weeks (15 hours in 2 weeks, after 6 months off.)
I’m sorry you’re not having fun, but are any high rank Survivors having fun?
I am only Rank 5 Survivor, and it feels so tedious playing at this rank. Almost every Survivor and Killer run the same exact perks every game. Usually some of the killers best add ons are used.
I have almost 5k hours in this game, so I am glad it’s taken the 15 hours to get to this rank. I wish they made ranking even harder. I don’t want to play with all these sweaty Survivors and Killers. I just wanna break some totems and hide behind rocks.
-
@Andreyu44 said:
90% of survivor perks are underrated.
This because majority of survivors cannot play the game without a crutch *shrugs*
I mean. I am still playing with Adrenaline, but I’ve used it since the game launched.
I was using SG, Adrenaline, Iron Will and mixed up the last one with Wake Up, We’ll Make It and I tried out the new Prove Thyself.
Pretty wild to see how often these two perks are used now. I remember Ruin always being a staple, but NOED so frequently is shocking.
-
Can you also give me the winning lottery numbers in Germany? Since you're all knowing and everything :)
-
I like that I don’t rank up quickly. They’ve definitely done something with the PIP system since I last played consistently.
I play this game very casually now after taking about 6 months off.
I have 11 hours in the past two weeks. Started Rank 18 Survivor, now Rank 10. It’s nice. I don’t want to play with high rank try hard gamers.
