I don't know who this is or what makes him interesting
-
It's a good idea, but I'd rather see incentives for whichever role is not being played atm.
I'd take this too, though. Anything to ameliorate the grind.
-
I run surge with pop. Any time you get surge on top of a gen you just popped it's sublime. 33%+ regression? Unnnfff
-
I tried to give a killer a mercy 1k twice this last weekend. They just carried me back to the exit gate.
Tricksters both times, incidentally.
-
Good. Go get on killer duty. I'll take your spot as a survivor
-
Those perks have interesting synergy with ones that already exist. I like it. Very creative.
-
Well, it's certainly thinking outside the box.

It's explicitly stated in section 230 that online mediums have to regulate and prevent illegal speech if they don't want to be held liable.
This is the opposite of what that law says, friend. You have been lied to.
-
Overwhelming presence exists, friend.
-
Ironically, the word "rude" is censored in the chat filter.

Scott would probably be the breath of life this game needs if he was hired by BHVR, he actually knows what the balance of DBD should be.
Apparently he was on the dev team for WC3 dota. That's a pretty good thing to have on a resume, imo
-
When I play with my green and purple rank friends I see him quite a lot. Fun killer to vs.

Yes and no I expected twins to be awful and saw no potential in them trickster has potential and yet they basically nerfed him despite feedback
Yeah it's definitely a bummer that Trickster's power level doesn't match his aesthetics/coolness. He had a lot of potential.
But at least they didn't ship a perk that just does not work and didn't have to patch in basic functionality into the killer later. I think you're forgetting just how sad that chapter was.

Most people love him I do as well but holy ######### I've never been more mad at a chapter than this one
The twins one was way worse
-
As a Dr/clown main I'm pretty sure I've 3-4ked every single game I've had on the reworked Game.
Of course, I don't run meta perks. I favor Brutal and Enduring/spirit fury. Maybe that's the difference.
-
Managing madness levels is part of what separates a good doctor from a bad one. I try to keep survivors at tier 2.5 precisely so that I can shock and prevent a gen being completed in my face.
Ofc the new ui was actually a sideways nerf to him. It's much harder to discern madness tiers now.
-
It's always been in the gamepass version. It's insanely restrictive and I hate it. The word "rude" is censored.
It's a game about murdering people. Arbitrarily restricting the language used is just stupid in the extreme.

Grabs seem to never work right for me. I’m on PS4 and it either freezes me till they get away, lags till they get away, or they just get away.
I'm on pc and I've gotten locker grabs like a handful of times.... Ever. It just doesn't work. The animation always bugs out and the survivors are just gone. Gen grabs are a little more consistent, but not by much.
-
It could spawn a really really cool map, if nothing else
-
During the mori animation two gens pop. No thank you.
-
Eh. Better than dealing with dead hard. At least you can do stuff about smash hit.

@TheClownIsKing Otzdarva did a 50win-streak with clown. Did he use the bottles correctly or not? If you could confirm it, i could use his video to learn it.
That otz video talks up the antidote a lot at the beginning, but he only gets meaningful use out of it a couple times. Whiffs the activation time more often than not.
I am a former clown main who switched to doctor. Picked him up and got to rank one with him after the rework. My assertion is that the antidote is mostly worthless. Hardly ever use it, it's honestly not worth the trouble most of the time. The activation requirement makes it feel very clunky. Typically in a loop when survivors see the white cloud they just leave. Every once in a while you can use it to get a hit you wouldn't have gotten otherwise, but those moments are few and far between.
-
I would love love to be able to learn the layout of maps and be able to spawn survivors in order to learn audio cues and stuff.
-
Smart survivors just drop their items somewhere if they know they're going against franklin's. It's really not a terribly effective perk vs. people that know what they're doing or on comms.
-
I do think survivors need more bp. The grind is horrendous.
-
Dead hard is the best perk in the game. Hands down.

There is 22 killers, you dont know when you will get Spirit. But use this perfect build. And then you can say "Spirit has counterplay"
Lol
Well yeah. When someone has a killer they particularly don't like they build vs. that killer.
I personally hate hex perks in general, so I build to get rid of totems. Sometimes I play vs. killers that don't b run any hex perks and I get rid of all the totems for no reason. That's alright. When it pays off it's very good.
-
The best feeling in the game is cleansing every single totem on the map, getting to endgame and watching the spirit's bafflement when she hits you and noed doesn't go off. Incredibly cathartic.
-
Pretty sure revoking or witholding digital goods is illegal in some countries.
-
A win for me is a 2k or better. I'm simply not willing to slug for the 4k. It is boring.
As survivor? I feel pretty good if I get a couple gens, couple saves. Mostly it's just nice being stress free.
-
Same as I do anybody else. I dont care about keys. They don't matter. I've had survivors escape with them only a handful of times.
-
Eh. At least the perks work this time around.
-
It's not even salt. I respect a good flashlight save.
Putting the saver on the hook though ensures that future saves are riskier though. So I'll usually try to get em just so I can pick up teammates with no risk.
-
Oni and Billy exist?
-
Crotus prenn, the one with the chapel is insanely survivor sided. I don't mind haddonfield, but this map is absurd. If you lose the middle gen the whole match is an uphill battle.
-
But if you run spirit fury and enduring then you're dealing with what is essentially a normal sprint burst. Which you still can't catch. So if anything smash hit counters spirit fury and enduring.
-
I'll miss being running enduring/spirit fury on clown
-
I'm not looking forward to having to buy the game on gamepass when it's about to leave in order to preserve all my progress. Gamepass/steam cross progression should be possible.
-
Blight. That little bastard screaming straight at me from across the map induces panic.
-
I love this post.
-
Play survivor for a while. Take a lil break onto the easy side of the game.
-
I'll park myself in a corner if it's a swf with all flashlights AND they have bad manners. If they're tbagging after pallet drops and constantly clicking that's fine- I don't have to play with you. Enjoy your dead match and fifteen minute queue while I make a sandwich and browse on my phone. I'll be in a new game soon enough.
A swf that is respectful however I will give my absolute best. Probably won't win, but we're going to have fun. The manners is the difference.
-
If you hide survivor names you've gotta add some indication that they're grouped.
-
Learning how to play a new game is part of the fun of picking up a new game.
-
I think there's more interesting ways to buff him.

It's not on though.
Before I saw that video I had the same thought though. I've been maining doctor at rank 1 for a couple of months and shortly before gilded stampede I started seeing the quality of survivors I was going against increase dramatically. I play incredibly nice; I do not slug, I do not tunnel and if I think there's a baby survivor I'll go very easy on them. I do not use meta perks. This is not an option lately. It's very good survivors all the time, ones that can link strong tiles together and have very good game sense as to when they can loop and when to leave a tile. This knowledge is critical vs. a doctor.
However the other night I played a few rounds as clown(my old main) and just stomped. Effortless 4ks every game and I was incredibly impaired. Like couldn't walk. I'm pretty sure mmr is on.
-
Being slugged as survivor. It's very boring to not be able to play the game.
As killer? Not a whole lot. People that just sit at the exit gates, I guess. Ushering a set of survivors out of one gate just to have to trudge to the other to get the other set out is fairly tedious.
-
@DBD78 said:
Total waste if killer messing around. Camp, tunnel, slug do whatever you want just play to win.
That's interesting because as a killer, I find that very boring. I like to give everyone a chance to play the game. Searching for slugged survivors is tedious.
-
Certainly beats the pants off the twins.
-
Good God I wish this was a map. The bare earth juxtaposed with the neon is such cool scenery. It really gives off vibes of the entity just stitching different realities together.
