Even if it did get nerfed I bet it'd be an uproar. Did a poll where 90 percent said it was balanced. So not enough people to get it nerfed.
-
For Hag go to the Michi
-
Yeah Hag is very and strong and unique. She's the only killer who doesn't need mobility or chase. Like most other good killers. But big maps can be annoying.
-
I can't stand playing against the stalking bros. Myers is always in a spot I can't see him. And seems to always tier 3 me when it just ends. And Ghostface because taking him out is very CoNsIsTeNt.
-
I hate playing against Myers. It seems like he always have a tier 3 waiting for me. Or I don't see his head above 1 rock.

The aura is still shown to the killer. Too much advantage for one perk as auras are shown throughout the entire match.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2004226#Comment_2004226
That would be constantly avoiding objective to workaround a perk. Way too much. Like I said, a good killer you don't have time to do those things, that's too much advantage for having BBQ equipped, nothing else compares to it. This perk needs balanced with good killers in mind, but also not rewarding bad killers that camps.
While it is not as strong for some killers, it is extremely overpowered on killers like Freddy for sure, Oni, Billy, Spirit, Nurse, Blight, Huntress.
Well gens are your primary objective so it shouldn't be difficult to move to a different side of it. And we shouldn't judge a perk of killers or maps then we might as we say Stridor is OP because it's so great on only Spirit. And old balanced Landing was fine but got nerfed because of Haddonfield.
-
I disagree BBQS aura can't be utilized by most killers. And has various counters.
1. Get in a locker
2. Get behind a gen
3. Be within 40 meters
4. Walk one way 4 seconds then the other way
Those were the Non perk counters which means you don't need a special perk to counter BBQ.
-
Not sure Neas and Fengs are usually super toxic. Steves also give me pain.
-
Enjoy it before he's nerfed.
-
For Survivor I really enjoy Badham. But I really dislike Swamp
For Killer I really enjoy Dead Dawg
But I really dislike Red Forest
-
Overall I'd say Ormond was done well. As well as MacMillan and Autohaven. Though Crotus Prenn and Game are definitely survivor Sided. Badham didn't change. Yamaoka seems good.
-
Neither Plague's puke registration isn't enjoyable. Legions power run around and stab is lame. And I find both their powers too dictated by survivors.
-
According to the statistics, pretty good job so far.
-
Well expect the tunnel and I guess enjoy it before the rework.
-
Perfect balance

That's what I've learnt exactly from this discussion. It helped me alot. And I'll definitely use it more efficiently.
Use Botany Knowledge or Desperate Measures.
-
It use to be great on it's own. But at the moment I'd say it's one of those perks that needs a combo to shine like Dance with Me.
-
Sorry man I'm lucky with my spawns them lasting a while.
-
A trick you can do is walk four seconds one way then turn around mind game the killer. Or simply bewithin 40 meters. Some perks help Kindred the prime and best one.
-
I feel like they should increase the chance to hit a certain realm but not a guarantee.
-
I'd really like The Thing. Imagine you're a fixing a gen and the blenedte comes out for once to help you think oh finally and she starts to transform into one The Thing's forms.
-
Spirit and Freddy. That's it they Ruin my experience.

I still remember everyone saying how bad Deathslinger was going to be before he ended up being super dominant. I don't know if the same thing is going to happen here, but I'm comfortable putting him down as a middle-of-the-road killer once people learn how to use his power a little bit more
As of now?
-
Get good.
-
That's a dumb idea they have to see if the new changes affected the old characters. In case of bugs or such.
-
If it lost the dumb M2 requirement I'd use it more since it regressses gens good while saving time. At the moment I use it on Hag.

Nurse and Spirit. Possibly Freddy.
There's a plethora of A tier killers that are strong against average teams you'll queue up against, but would still get cleaned against good survivors.
Don't think Oni or Blight can?

Strong against players who play bad and make mistakes isn't strong. Strong is being able to make plays that are unreliant on survivor mistakes and you have a decent chance of winning when it's a good killer vs 4 good survivors. Very few killers meet that criteria.
Most killers can be played perfectly with zero mistakes and still lose against equally good survivors.
So which ones that he mentioned you think can compete?
-
Although stealth wise Ghostface is stronger. Myers can be more versatile with the builds I can put around him.
-
Which killers are you talking about?
-
I still think Huntress considering locker reload. They do better at pallets then windows. And both seem to struggle at the same loops. And both are 4.4 meters per second.
-
@GodDamn_Angela said:
No mention of Deathslinger or Pyramid Head? But everyone said they were just like the Huntress. lmao
Anyway, he's nothing like the Huntress besides his reloading. Good try though.
From what I've seen he struggles at loops Huntress does.

You are right. I'm just mainly making this post after seeing all the changes to DS and killers whining it wasn't nerfed more.
I couldn't think of any good examples of survivors whining. Only times i encountered survivors complaints is against spirit and/or NOED.
(Which were also directed at me)
Both sides I've heard the weirdest things.

Nope- not viable against good teams.
Explain?
-
Strong but not OP a well designed killer.
-
Who's the killer?
-
@Dizzy1096 said:
The last time there was a killer that was viable at the highest level it was 2.5 years ago. True story.
Basically don't get your hopes up for anything other than another waste of money if you don't like being a mental chewtoy for a toxic swf gang.
Oni and Blight?

It isn't bad, it can be good in certain combinations. All depend on synergy.
Okay. How gullible does a survivor need to be to keep going in lockers over and over again.

And there are counters to the counters you suggested, for example if you hide in a locker, then killer can bring Iron Maiden. I enjoy paying both sides, I wouldn't really change any killer perk either. But the time will show after that nerf how useful ds will be, and you will see for yourself how often it will be played.
Iron Maiden is bad.

Dont worry I dont take you serioulsy from the begging :D and you call good perks overpowered so I gave you a good comparison, however, you are too rooted in you killer beliefs, but well that's just from my point of view
I've said Spirit and Freddy need nerfs and changes. And face camping is lame. Sorry survivor main.
1. BBQ and Chili has four counters
Go in a locker, Hide behind a generator, be within 40 meters, walk one way then a different direction. It's bad if you can't do one of those.
2. Corrupt Intervention
Play stealthy simple
3. PGTW has 45 seconds can't be used twice in a short amount of time. And don't tap a gen simple.
4. A Nurse's Calling minus a few maps you'll see the killer coming. No worries

Well as well as Barbecue & Chilli is op, and the same goes with Corrupt Intervention, Hex: Ruin, A Nurse's Calling,Pop Goes The Weasel but I wouldn't change them either.
BBQ and Chili is OP? A perk with four counters. Corrupt Intervention depends on the killer's spawn and you can just wait it out. A Nurse's Calling only really good on stealth killers and those with a small terror radius. PGTW already got nerfed. What a joke. I'm sorry can't take you seriously after what you said.

Well the problem is I cant really respond to your defense of ds nerf. In my previous post I mentioned that both sides have something frustrating or irritating to play against, but nerfing a one of a few really good survivors perks because its just...good its ridiculous. In certain conditions, it may seems unfair, for example in the end game, but in the most cases it prevent you from early game elimination. And if that can be canceled by simple touching the gen or doing anything at all then the value of that perk would be insignificant.
You want to use it aggresively where you can sit on a gen and not fear the killer which is abuse of the perk as you addmited. And the devs nerfed Undying and are now going to nerf DS which can be just as infuriating. Undying got nerfed good killer perk and DS is getting nerfed good survivor perk. The devs are making the right call to nerf DS.

Im amazed how you so-called experts assuming my rang, tell me would rang 1 satisfy you since I'm currently in the second rang. So only 1 rang is considered a high right?
Based on your 12 posts it was safe to assume. And please respond to the other stuff I said about how DS is a guaranteed perk in your control unlike Noed.

@LeatherFeather said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1984146#Comment_1984146
It's not guaranteed after a 60 s, and sometimes u can even miss skill check so there are possibilities
Missing a skill check falls to the skill of the player it's not hard to hit it after a few games. And 60 seconds means you know how long you'll have it and choose to use it defensive and aggressive so you're guaranteed Decisive since you'll know when it goes off. And it's more in your control. The suggestion it's hard to hit the DS skill check gives me the idea you're new to the game where Noed is common in low ranks. When you're in higher ranks you'll see it less in exchange for stronger killers
-
Noed is inconsistent it needs a change because of Solo Q potatoes. DS is guaranteed to be there so it should be changed first.

What i tell you i knew one of you tryhards would come sooner or later. Git gud isnt helping it is being an immature dickweed who only spends his entire life in front of a ######### screen (not that i care anyways)
Because it isn't true Doctor is the big mighty unstoppable killer you say he is. You're putting him on the same level as Nurse, Spirt, Hag, Freddy, Huntress, Oni, and Pyramidhead. What is immature is assuming a killer who doesn't fit your playstyle you like is Op change your strategy. Don't camp pallets. Vault early and don't be stealthy it's pointless against a Doctor. Play more before assuming things. And don't assume about someone you don't know very immature.
-
Get good yes I play Doctor a lot. One he's standard speed. He has anti stealth sure but he has to be able to utilize finding your location. And his power can't shut down all loops. From what I've seen people have poor knowledge of how Doctor works. Leading to criticizim I'm assuming you don't. His shock therapy has a range of 10 meters. And if you're shocked you can't do anything for 2.5 seconds.

They changed that to buff killers, because I am certain when they changed auras a while back you can't hide.
No you can still hide behind them. I've lost track of the Bubbas I've lost by simply crouching behind a gen

More graphical updates then the Mid-Chapter will finish them. Then to add more to the anniversary first new map in a while.
