"As a Killer, your goal is to sacrifice as many Survivors as possible". "As a Survivor, your goal is to escape and avoid being caught and killed."
First of all I respect all your opinions on this topic but I'm going to share my reasoning on why people shouldn't worry about pipping as a "win" condition. The two quotes I just stated above are my first reasoning as to why pipping is not a win condition. Nowhere does it say that you have to gain "pips" to win. It says that your goal is to sacrifice or escape. Nothing more. All pips really are stated to do in game are to make sure you are ranked within a certain skill group of players. To separate the noobs from the red ranks mainly. My second argument is that if your a survivor/killer and everyone is equally skilled then you can still win and get a black pip. That doesn't mean you lost or tied. You still won because you completed both your objectives. People who think pipping counts as winning can you please leave your thoughts on why you think so? Feedback is always appreciated.
Piping is just the game showing you that you have done the most for the team, so while rank isn't really important, getting pips is a very good indicator of "win"

im not simply focusing on the doing gens thing. im focused on "how" the gens are done. as i already said, i am not telling anyone to not do gens. it's just the toolbox + add ons + perks for gen rushing is making difficult to enjoy the game from the killer side. and when killers try to slow gen rushing by playing top killers ( just top because of the map pressure, not because of any "special" thing ), survivors complain and want nerfs. like how do you want the only killers who can kinda back off the whole rush thing, nerfed ? what would be the point of playing killer then ?
I dont have any problems like that playing killer, i ve actually found it makes matches easier. The reason for that is to run gen perks they need to give up chase slots, and people like that are more likely to get caught on 3 gen situations.

the topic is already a hot one, still just trying to express my part. i find it ironic and at the same time it amazes me how the same people who bring toolboxes and bnp and use all possible perks to gen rush asap, are the same people who complain about nurse and spirit. like how do you enjoy a game where you do everything asap and then go to the next match ? where do you see the fun and enjoyment in such a hurry ? if you "win" every match then eventually you will get bored and move on to a next game. i myself enjoy when i have "to work" for the win in this game. but still playing against survivors who want to end a round as soon as possible is not in the least fun. yes you dont have other objectives, but you dont have to bring toolboxes, not to mention bnp add on and other stuff. the other killers get bullied. you cannot chase endlessly a survivor by playing wraith or huntress or trapper etc etc. you know ppl who play killer want to have some fun too. and by that i mean not having to play spirit or nurse all the time. at least with these two killers you can breathe a little. with the others you have to try hard. you know the "ease" feeling you have when you play survivor ? you dont really get that by playing most of the killers. i'm not saying be nice to killers, like dont do your objectives or let them free hit/kill you. i'm just saying dont make it unnecessary unfun for killers, the same way you would not want killers to do to you. while tunneling and/or camping happens very often at yellow/green ranks because of lack of skill from the killer's part, at red/purple ranks it mostly happens because its almost impossible sometimes to do the killer's part with players who not only loop the correct way, but gen rush the hell out of the match. do you guys think the same?
Apart from playing the game, i enjoy grinding and getting achievements, and since the game is focused on escaping i will do gens if the killers doesnt chase me, but i will regularly chase the killer for boldness points

Thank you. Clown is even worse to play then Legion. At least Legion is fun.
I takes 80 seconds to complete a gen on your own, and that is without ruin. In that scenario you would patrol one gen, chase one survivor and kill him, and if the survivor stayed on the gen you would have multiple hooks, which is a pretty favorable situation to the killer, so you would sacrifice a gen to win the match, or else no gens would pop and the survivors would be busy healing. Also, perks like Corrupt, Pop goes the weasel, surveillance and tinkerer help you apply pressure on the correct spots of the map, so the only thing holding you back is skill

Things like that are the number 1 stupidest things players who are bad at balance discussions say
And you wonder why people complete gens... Im not going to argue anymore, chase people for 40 seconds and then complain gen rush is a thing, complain why survivors are unbalanced, you are doing a great job.

Do all killers have map pressure? By their natural design, yes. Do all killers have good map pressure? No only a couple like 4, and I guarantee you clown is not on that list. If you got a 3 gen situation you were probably at low ranks and the survivors didn't attempt to prevent that and they suffer the consequences, definitely not because killers have too much map pressure.
As i said, im rank 1. And also, all killers can m1, so just because they dont have extreme movement speed doesnt mean they cant apply map pressure.

But not everyone is. GrootDude is a Bubba main and I'm sure he does really well with him at red ranks, but that doesn't mean an average Bubba will do well against an average red rank team. Simply put, just because one person is god with a low tier killer doesn't mean everyone can, and too say "well I do good with X Killer" is not fair nor an actual argument IMO.
I dont know if you have realised but you just proved my point. All i said was that low tier killers are viable with hours and knowledge

What's the counterplay (in the quoted scenario) for seeing the two people on the gen across the map after hooking someone? Losing the generator?
I'm assuming that part of the counterplay of 'not following them into the other side with an m1 killer' and allowing them to heal involves hoping that there is not a gen there, too @_@
A gen with two people on takes 60 seconds to be finished on average. Supposing they were on the gen before you started chasing, that is your mistake. But if they got on the gen after, it means you will have enough time to go back (you shouldn't chase people for more than 40 seconds)

This is where "COUNTERPLAY" comes in, as you killers like to tell survivors about so much.
Just don't take the bait, don't go too far away from gens and you can play around and counterplay the survivor baiting you into running to the other side of map. Nobody is forcing you to run that far and throwing the game.
Right now you get NOED from throwing the game, wich is bad gameplay, a reward you could say, wich is what NOED Is. A reward for throwing the game and having tunnelvision.
That is why it needs to get removed, rewarding bad gameplay and not countering what survivors are doing is just not good.
And also, devotion and bloodpoints come from playing the game, which is LITERALLY the only thing that has merit in a balance discussion lol

Sure, every killer in the game CAN apply map pressure. Depending on the map. And the survivors. But the fact of the matter is a majority of the killers are very weak when it comes to map pressure and controlling a chase. The maps are designed to give the survivors numerous avenues to extend chases far beyond what they should be able to given the time it takes to do gens. And no, Spirit and Nurse aren't popular and top tier because they're "mindless" or easy to use, they're top tier because they are second to none when it comes to ending chases. That's how you apply map pressure as a killer, you have survivors down or hooked, forcing other survivors to make choices and extend the game. You also have high mobility killers like Billy or Fred with his teleport. Much better at applying map pressure than someone like Trapper or Wraith or Bubba or Plague or Legion etc etc.
The Clown is the killer the person you quoted was mentioning, and he's a great example of how a killer power affects map pressure. His power is worthless for map pressure. All he can do is potentially end chases faster, though it rarely works out that way thanks to the abundance of pallets and vaults survivors have. With good add-ons he can end chases faster and help his map pressure some, but it's still extremely weak. And while you're chasing one survivor through the middle building on Crotus Penn, eating pallets and hopping windows, the other survivors are powering through the gens. "but but, just abandon the chase!" Yeah, and waste time. You aren't applying map pressure that way. You're trading one survivor not on gens for another. And sure, sometimes that survivor is worse, and you can draw the stronger survivor out to make a save, but this all takes a lot of time, time you don't have as killer.
It's not hard at all to knock out give gens as survivor. I hit rank 1 every season on both, as do many others here. The game is not balanced to handle four above average survivors against most of the killers in the game. If you take these killers you don't rely on your skill to win, you rely on survivors making mistakes. There's nothing wrong with taking NOED into these games with these doodoo killers on the off chance all the gens get done and they didn't cleanse all the totems. At that point survivors only have themselves to blame and the killer hasn't even lost the match yet.
And also, the chase end point you made is pretty wrong. The hillbilly has an ever bigger potential to end chases (watch ayrun play him, you will see), but the controls for him are pretty hard and it takes time. Also, huntress is a killer that can end chases instantly, and trapper can kill you without even starting the chase.

While i do agree the game in unbalanced for clown, wraith and bubba, some killer have an advantage for not being good at map pressure. The trapper for example is very good at maintaining a 3 gen, and that applies to the hag and demogorgon as well. But spirit and nurse are pretty mindless to play, and that is definitely what attracts players to them

its still something survivors can do and further MUST do if they want to prevent NOED rather than winge about it.
It counts on the lightbringer emblem because it is a help to the team, but it is more because of hex perks like ruin and devour, since they have a direct impact on the game

@MysterTal said:
I'm a Killer Main with over 1000 hours.
In my opinion, NOED does reward bad gameplay and is OP or at least badly designed.
I'm not a great player, myself, I consider myself to be more of an average player both as Killer and Survivor. I have played the game for a while and have been to Rank 1 as both.
It is my opinion that players who use and defend use of NOED overall are less experienced, with less understanding of the game.
I see a lot of Killers who simply don't know how to chase efficiently and do not understand what it means to apply pressure on a team and how to do it.
I've seen Killers committing to a chase against strong Survivors around strong loops (Coal Tower's main building into a chain of jungle gyms and back again) for 3-4 gens who then complain that gens go too fast.
And there's a lot of tunneling. I've been tunneled for an entire match by a Trapper who outright refused to change targets until he finally caught me (exit gates were powered by then). I've been chased pretty much for an entire match on Wretched Shop by a Killer who simply did not understand that the Hag is not a long-range chaser who can just run after Survivors with zero prep and that there are four Survivors to deal with.
A lot of this comes down to moving inefficiently during chases, not having the game sense to know what chases to take and what chases to just leave, when to slug, when to go back to a hooked Survivor, what gens to patrol and defend and which gens to sacrifice.
Again, I'm not saying I'm a master of any of these skills, but I do understand that becoming aware of them and keeping them in mind makes a huge difference.
I see Killers making huge mistakes all the time. Killers who seem to believe that every chase must end in a hook and who will run after one Survivor to the ends of the earth for minutes upon minutes.
Killers camping or chasing a Survivor to a hook and try to position themselves to hit the unhooked Survivor instead of taking a free hit (or even a down) on the rescuer, getting Borrowed Time'd, then tunneling the unhooked, getting DS'd and still tunneling the unhooked through a strong loop until they just lose.
If I chase someone for more than 15 seconds and the chase does not result in a hit or me getting at least one pallet out of the way, I ######### leave that Survivor and change targets.
If I get a map like Coal Tower, I will sacrifice the tower gen every time. If I chase someone on that map and they so much as glance at the direction of The Tower of Bullshit, I drop the chase.
If I chase someone and realize they're very good Survivors, they are not worth my time and I will try to catch them at another time through altruism.
There are areas on every map where you simply do not want to take a chase. There are some Survivors you simply have to give up on during the early game phase. There are gens on every map that are simply not worth the time to patrol and defend.
Yes, Killers overall are weak or at least disadvantaged compared with Seal Team 6 Survivor squads who know to split pressure and which gens to contest first. That doesn't mean we can't do anything at all against them.
Most Survivors out there are not Seal Team 6, however. Not even most SWFs.
None of this justifies NOED and anyone who compares NOED with Adrenaline simply does not understand the game.
If you think that you are completely powerless to slow down the gens without a Perk or that you cannot apply pressure at all because you are playing a weaker Killer, you are just not a very good Killer yet.
Yes, your ability to apply pressure will be harder and yes, sometimes the Survivors are just too strong - but that's how it should be: if the Survivors band together well, split pressure well and chase well, they fully deserve their win. It's not as fair if they're a 4-player SWF on comms who play the game like it's the Olympics, and those do have an unfair advantage over Killers - but play Survivor in solo queue for a week and by Tuesday you will fully understand why they exist.
It's true that you will probably lose automatically by going against those, but even they are not unbeatable and you can at least play well and get something out of that match - and yes, Seal Team 6 squads can be beaten. With good pathing, rotation and a bit of luck.
Am I personally confident in my ability to do so? No, but do I think that the one Seal Team 6 squad I'll face out of a dozen casuals who run around like headless chickens justifies NOED? Absolutely not.
There are characters like Legion who are simply very weak right now. That said, I have 4k'd as Legion in the purple ranks against good Survivors and on a map that was terrible for me and they didn't get to power the exit gates at all.
Is it because I'm a god? ######### no, I'm a potato. I managed to seize on their mistakes, kept a cool head, changed targets, applied pressure on multiple Survivors and minded my rotation.
I know a lot of you will eat my head now and completely disagree with me, and that's ok. Without sounding conceited, some of you simply have less time in the game. I was just like you when I had 200-400 hours. Just like growing up in real life, there are phases you just go through. When you gain more experience and understanding of the game, you might see things differently - and maybe not, and that's ok too. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and if you think that everything I said is false and NOED is the bomb, then I wish you all the best.
If I can give newer Killer Mains some advice, I would say: Watch experienced streamers, keep playing the game, try to gain a wider understanding of it. Play Survivor for a while to learn the game from our prey's perspective. Don't be afraid to play against strong Survivors and don't sink into a pit of bitterness and despair over a bad match. We all make mistakes and there's always room for improvement.
Consider bad matches a learning experience. Don't lose your head because a Survivor teabags. Think of the game more like a strategic match, like chess. Look back at your own matches and try to analyze them objectively - what have you done that might have been a mistake? How can you improve next time? What should you have done instead of what you did?
And if you feel yourself relying on any one Perk, try playing without it for a while.
And finally, Brothers and Sisters in the Entity, may your feet never know Haddonfield and your hooks always be warm.
Good luck and see you in the Fog.
This comment should be pinned on the foruns, it certainly would help a lot of issues on the forum

No, the survivors weren't bad, i was using a very strong build that made me unstoppable on the situation they were. I had Pop Goes The Weasel to reset the gen every time i hooked a survivor and 8 stacks on save the best. Also, i would just throw bottles on the gens from far away and they would scream, showing me their location. Also, every player has lost a 3 gen situation and it doesn't mean they are bad, it is just a very opressive position for the survivors

@WickedKatz You still didn't really answer me though. Alot of Low Tier Killers don't have "Map Pressure." Such as Clown. Sometimes just cause you want to play Wraith or Clown or Legion or whatever, you are shooting yourself in the leg with trying to effect the match enough even to kill 2. You have to play harder or in ways you don't really like to "win".
Surely you can agree it shouldn't be this way.
The thing is, map control is not a killer power thing. Map control is the hability to prevent gen and chase multiple survivors, injuring/hooking/killing. Every killer in game (except old freddy) has the ability to patrol gens and to hit survivors, so map control is not imbued onto the Spencer's Last Breath or the Yamaoka's Haunting, people just don't understand killers are different. The reason Nurse and Spirit are so "top tier" is simply because they are mindless to play, you see, you blink, you hit, you see, you blink, you kill. And this is bad for the game (both are balanced) since people wont try different playstyles with the other killers. The trapper, the demogorgon and the hag are territorial killers, so playing them and complaining when you cant patrol gens across the map is DUMB, and saying they are weak because you dont 4k 5 gen every time makes no sense. Aside from the 2 incredibly underpowered killers (bubba and Wraith), all killers can play very decent games against decent players.

And you as a survivor main are going to of course, counter with noed being overpowered in a game where the entire survivor objective can get done in literally under 5 minutes with ruin up. Just keep perspective buddy.
The entire survivor objective can be done in less than 3 minutes actually. If the killer doesnt do anything, 4 people do one gen each and the stack on the last one, opening the gate in 20 seconds after. That is about 100 seconds plus 50 seconds plus 30, so yeah, given all survivors are able to hit all great skill checks, and have perfect game sense to find gens, and the killer doesnt patrol ONE SINGLE TIME or enter ONE CHASE, yeah, the objective can be done in under five minutes. Also, quit being childish, i have devotion 4 and have 5 killers p3, just because my opinion is different from yours, it doesn't mean i am a entitled "survivor main" or you are a righteous "killer main", those are stupid terms and there is no relation between thinking noed rewards bad players and only playing survivor

Tru3 is mediocre at best. He doesn't use GF's power to stalk, he uses it to get a free hit, like Wraith. When GF uses his power as it is intended, he is extremely weak. When he doesn't, he gets a free hit like Wraith, but relies on Survivors to make mistakes.
Trapper will ALWAYS get his traps meme'd on by a decent SWF. Solo? Yeah, I could see the argument where he could be good. They cannot tell each other where the traps are. Unfortunately, there are very few solo's, on Xbox at the least, in red ranks.
To call tru3 mediocre, you must have played as much as he did right? I am really anxious to see your profile. Also, trapper is getting memed? You never faced a decent trapper by the looks of it. And ghostface doesnt need the survivors to make mistakes, and he isnt like wraith. He is an undetectable killer, but unlike wraith he can just hit you. And the marked power is very bad, you need a very specific situation to expose a survivor, and once you do he will just loop you. The Hit and Run way of playing ghostface is the best one, and trapper is a skill dependant killer, that is why people think he is weak

Very incorrect. Both Trapper and GhostFace can have their power's rendered useless by Survivors with half a brain.
No, they cant. Ghostface is pretty strong, watch tru3s recent videos. And most of the time, the trapper will just end the powerful loops, so even if you know where the traps are you cant do anything. Also, disarming takes time, and you can reset the traps as trapper

Just a small idea
Breakdown should activate when unhooking allies
Mettle of Man: in addition to its current effect, this perk should get 1 stack per safe unhook.
Would also push these perks more into the "unhook an ally" flavor category, like borrowed time and babysitter, opening up the door for a few more different ally saving builds.
I think mettle would be a pretty balanced perk if it showed on the hud and then reset the count of hits if you got hooked

Believe it or not, I'm actually a rank 5. I'm now a Wraith Main I used to be a Freddy Main. My point is the concept. The Wraith concept is that he cloaks granting him nearly invisibility cloaking doesn't mean invisibility it's kind of like camouflage. I liked Freddy back then because he actually was like Freddy in the movie you can't really hide from your nightmares and I'm arguing that the concept from old Freddy makes sense and I'm also saying Wraith concept is that he cloaks which makes him still spottable it again if you don't like him don't use him no one's pointing a gun at you saying use Wraith.
He is very weak, that is the only truth. I love playing wraith, and while i do 4k with him, he is addon reliant and to say he is balanced is pretty wrong

Some Survivor mains are very cool with teabagging stuff. Interesting. I thought they are against Camping and Tunneling cause those ruin someone's 'experience'. Common double standard.
I mean, teabagging is very annoying, but somethings there is the mental factor of annoying the killer or to make him chase you. It isn't always toxic

You want an argument?
Totems are there for a reason mate, they arent there just for a cosmetic purpose, they are a legit secondary objective that survivors avoid most of the time. You even get 1000 BP for them!
If NOED activates in the end, its your fault because you did not do bones. Heck, I would go as far as to say that cleansing all totems is as important as cleansing a 3 token devour hope totem
You cant just gen blitzkrieg and hope there arent consequences in the end.
Not really the definition of blitzkrieg

You keep saying that it's the killers job to stop gens, when it's more of a priority. Their job is to hook survivors. Right?
It is true that the killers need to hook the survivors, but unlike survivors they are awardes equally for gatekeeping and sacrifice, so yes, preventing gens is as much a priority as killing, but one thing leads to the other

NOED doesnt reward the killer for playing badly, it rewards the killer for the survivosr not completing an objective
How is cleansing totems an objective, it awards boldness points

Well but the perk is still to strong for no requierment, I would like to see a small adrenaline nerf something like, finish yourself 1 complete gen to get the perk activated.
Yeah, i agree. Maybe having some requirements like completing the certain amount of gen charges, heal charges or chase seconds to activate the perk would be awesome

Perks spark controversy all the time, that's why perks that are deserving of change are changed. Perks like Mettle of Mann and Decisive were unfun to play against and were thus changed (thankfully so) however, one of the most controversial killer perks (Noed) has only been buffed since it's creation. It's important to note that the only issue I have with this perk is that it rewards failure. I play both killer and survivor and find that it teaches bad habits to newer killers, brings bad killers to higher ranks, and causes frustration. The goal of this post is to change Noed into a more balanced but competitively viable in the perk meta.
Here's what I find to be a good change for Noed. First, keep it as a dull totem that turns into a hex totem, however, make it turn into a hex totem after the 2nd or 3rd gen is completed, but keep it active for the duration of the match. It no longer increases movement speed and grants one shots down, instead, it's designed to slow down the gens for the duration of the match (at least when it's still active). Now, every time a generator is completed the next generator will repair 8/9/10% slower, up to a maximum of 32/36/40% slower gens when 4 are completed and the totem is still active. Lastly, any gen not being worked on or repaired currently, will lose 1% of progression passively for every 1 second it isn't worked on (if it is damaged by a killer, it has normal gen regression + natural perk regression). All in all, the perk is designed to drastically slow down the game for every gen completed.
Summary: Noed becomes a hex after 3rd gen completion, but is active all match. Every gen completed slows every other gen down by 8/9/10% up to a maximum of 32/36/40% and gens not being worked on regresses 1% for every second it's not being worked on.
I want to hear anyone's thoughts and opinions, and any other possible changes they might have!
That would be very op. That the dying light, this is an effect twice as powerful and requires no hooks, only the survivors working for you. Also, having the gen lose progress with time is very op.

The objective for the killer is to sacrifice all the survivors. Not prevent the gens. That just gets them killed quicker.
Killers have 2 objectives valued equally in game, Gatekeeper and Sacrifice.

I don't know when or how survivors got it in their head that killers have that much map control lmao
Ever experienced a 3gen? I literally clutched a red rank match with pop and a 3 gen, and that was because i got demolished the first few minutes

Really? I've played Legion since they came out and still get stomped at times. Wanna try again?
That means nothing. During all the time the old legion was here, bloodhound was a top tier perk and you weren't supposed to chase. Now, the way you are supposed to play him is so different that it is almost a whole new killer. Put Corrupt Intervention on him, you will see survivors will stack on gens and make your life a whole lot easier. I really like running Pop, Corrupt, Enduring and Spirit Fury in him, the 2 last to help chases

no they didn't require any coordianation, I have been using insta heals lately since they are getting changed and I run bond a lot, I saw someone was gonna go down at a unsafe pallet because they got mindgamed, I just ran near and when he went down I insta healed him to full. NO SKILL NEEDED. yes plague does counter insta heals. STBL is not that great of a perk there is much better ones so it is not ran a lot and even then a insta heal is bad. myers does not counter insta heals UNLESS he is tier 3, hillbilly and buba can counter instaheals IN SOME SITUATIONS not all. still insta heals where broken and it is good they are getting changed, now for keys
Well, Save the Best is top Tier and any good killer that saw you picking up a survivor would just go for you after, it is very easy to hit a person while she is insta healing

I am Killer main and I hate noed aswell^^ And your "solution" with just do totems is the same as "just get gud" you cant always run around the map and find totems 24/7. Especially on maps like, the game, underground complex, swamp etc. If you ever played survivor then you know that you are getting chased, you have to save ppl from hook, heal, do gens to get some pressure to the killer so he has to protect this area and kick the gens sometimes.
I am not saying noed is op, but it is crutch for fact and rewards bad killers in that way because you dont have to do ANYTHING to get that effect, compare that with make your choice.
You have to down a survivor, hook him, AND stay further then 32Meters while this guy gets saved to get for 60 sec ONLY 1 insta kill. And what for noed? Nothing. Same issue with adrenaline, you have to do nothing to get such a powerfull effect.
Except adrenaline literally activates when you do your job, and noed activates when you dont

so lets see.... dead hard one health state decisive strike one health state borrowed time a health state for your teammate adrenaline another health state combine them all and the survivors have 3 health states + the 2 health states that your teammates give you with borrowed time increase that by four and that is 20 health states a game... balanced indeed
Yeah, all the perks give you endurance. They dont have conditions where they are active and they work multiple times. How could i forget, last night i hit a survivor 7 times while playing killer

Saying that BT only activates if the killer is camping and that DS if the killer is tunneling is just being completely blinded to the game current state.
Most of the people running BT will rescue the person hooked right after you hook them
And the DS time is 60 seconds, you could've downed other survivors at that time and still get DS after finding again the DS user
You hook a survivor, and in less than 60 seconds you find a survivor and down him, hook him, find another one and it is the person with ds. I dont believe your games are like this, sorry

You're forgetting one thing. You can run ALL OF THEM.
Dead Hard is absolutely a second chance perk by the way. In a chase where you should've been downed, you were instead able to DH to the pallet and slam it down. That's the same effect as DS am I right? Yes of course I'm right.
You can run all 4 of those perks and constantly extend chases, get healed at the end, get saved by BT, DS the killer and stun them...that's not powerful? Especially when all 4 survivors are running those perks and THEY ALL DO all the time. I think you suffer from Entitled Survivor Syndrome.
Also BT isn't just for camping killers, when survivors literally dive bomb at the hook and rescue their friend 2 seconds after you hook them.
The way you confirm questions is very annoying...
Using Dead Hard as a way to bait a hit is absolutely stupid, and no one with a small amount of skill does that. Also, the way dead hard works is like any other exhaustion perk, it is made to increase chase time. There are no second chances involved, the perk just helps you increasing looping time. Also, all survivors use those perks because they are the most prejudicial to killers, they delay the game more. The way DS works is related to how the killer behaves when chasing survivors, and since tunneling is very effective because you need 4 survivors to have a chance of winning, Ds will forever be a perk. And honestly, survivors hook bombing is good for you, you dont even need to look for survivors or patrol gens, they just give you free kills and you are complaining

I agree that Noed has no right existing. And if the game was actually balanced, I would be demanding it be removed. But the fact is survivors are grossly overpowered compared to all killers but one, and until they're level with all the killers this perk is necessary.
It is not that survivors are overpowered, killers just require a lot more of skill since you have 1 vs 4
