No it's terrible. It has no real use outside of stealth killers versus Sprint Burst survivors.

No mither, boil over, and self care are overtuned.

SWF gives no advantage over hag, other than the same basic advantage it gives over any killer. The only thing that can hurt hag is maybe a flashlight, which is still not a big problem, because they can only get rid of traps they know about. But SWF doesn't have any special play against hag.
Yes they do. Tell your mates where she places traps.

In "Player Mode" for this post.
I play both, but I prefer Killer. I'm very much looking forward to new Ruin. I find it much more engaging as Killer because I have to be active to get use from it. As Survivor, I like having some control over whether it will affect me or not by deciding to stay on the gen or not at certain points in the gameplay.
Agreed Ruin might see some milage from me now. I couldn't even use it in hex roulette because it makes survivors focus them a bit too much.

I play both. More survivor though. I Think the change to ruin is dumb. Stop being a lazy and work though it. Pretty simple. I also don't use it on my killer so really the change is meh for me as a killer. As survivor the game got uber easy gg devs.
You're saying ruin is easy to work through but game is too easy now that it's gone? What you smoking? How much will you sell it for man?

I love freedy, (even main him) but he ain't the best, not by a long shot.
Move Hillbilly to S, freedy to A, wraith to B, Ghostface to B and thats pretty much it.
Props for putting nurse in B, she isn't strong, not anymore
Nurse is S in the right hands

How many survivors are swf?

Kindred all the way

have them all done :D thats why
Oh I thought you were doing the noed challenge
-
Why didn't you use them to get your archive challenge done? You couldn't ask for better survivors to do it against.
-
Both of these ideas are great, but until maps are fixed it would be nice if he had a mobility option. Maybe he drinks some booze and dashes around with little control.

That's because only second chance perks become meta, and the problem with second chance perks is that when 4 survivors bring enough of them it unbalances the game.

New survivors perks aren't trash. Breakout from yui for example.
Ok they aren't trash but they aren't meta. Happy?
-
@Hag.is.Dtier said:
I'll agree with the exception of thana. That perk is trash and is ruined by people who bring we'll make it and med kits.
Ruined by no one?
-
Just remove the exhaustion and speed boost but keep a cooldown. BL fixed and fun to use again. New BL can be made into a new perk for a new survivor (because all new survivor perks are trash)

Legion is indeed very fun to play, and for me personally, against. Legion also gets loads of bloodpoints.
Legion is not fun to go against when your teammates feel the need to self care against him

This is a literal essay.
But seriously: Hex: Ruin has been seen as mandatory because it slows the game down with no effort required. Pop goes the Weasel slows the game down considerably more (20 secs per hook, around 8 hooks per game will save you 2 min 40 secs). Against survivors who can't hit greats, Ruin will survive for about 2.5 generators, 9 skillchecks per gen, that's 2 min 34 secs if survivors never hit greats, power through gens until Ruin is found, and find Ruin with minimal extra effort. The only difference is that you need not play the game or try to accomplish your objectives to make use of Ruin. In short, Ruin was an easy way to buy time against inexperienced players and is basically Easy mode for killers. I agree the only way they could possibly deal with the map imbalance problem with haste would be to add mobility and pressure options to some killers. I would personally love to see Clown running around in a drunken stupor.

I might have an unpopular opinion but there's no such thing as "gen rushing" it's called "bad gen pressure byt he killer" or "the killer decided not to hurt everyone he could if they were all on the same gen forcing them to loose time healing".
And about the tunneling, it's just dumb, unless he dared to teabag you... Tunneling is counterable btw
I'm both killer and survivor red ranks, xbox
Xbox? You don't happen to play p3 bill with christmas sweater do you?

Could you link the debunk? I'm pretty sure Peanits himself agrees that gen times are not the problem.

He's not badmouthing anyone so it isn't required he hides the gamer tags. I agree it is better to do so by default.

I agree, but if it sounds like nails on chalkboard to someone, they are probably not going to enjoy playing Doctor. Or they are going to hate going against him as survivor.
You could also argue a lot of people will either get used to it or tune it out. Just trying to offer a suggestion that is considerate for the people who find it really grating.
Yea that would be nice but there is no incentive for the devs to do it. I personally think it would be better to give players more options, but the devs are here to make money.
-
Good comparison to Battlefront. DS and BT exist but both do very little against a persistent killer. Although both annoying, neither are a very big problem (save 4 toolbox deathsquad)
-
Agreed. Objectives should be mandatory and being immersed should be punished.
-
I don't think anyone's going to stop paying for DLCs and cosmetics because they didn't like the chase music.

It is if it is a weak Survivor. That's what I usually do, I find the weakest link and get rid of them first. Doesn't matter how good the other three are, a 3v1 is in my favor, no matter what they do.
True

That's camping. Tunneling is much quicker and once their DS is out of the way, or they don't have one in the first place, you can move on to another survivor quickly. However with current gen speeds even tunneling won't be enough to kill everyone or even 2 people before gens are done
Tunneling doesn't work that way. It takes 3 hooks each taking at least a minute if they have DS. Factor in BT and a god loop and it's not that efficient.

They want to gave him new addons some day, and we know what happens to Killers if they need some addon changes.
Cough... Nurse... Cough...
Or cough Spirit or Oni?

Hag

How is tunneling the best way to kill all the survivors? Usually it results in the other 3 "rushing gens" and getting out.
-
I'll still play killer. I never really needed Ruin in the first place.

Why should spine chill counters stealth killer? Just a question
Tis the question

It was annoying to face as a solo because my team likes wandering around looking for it, and as killer I never even tried it. Won't affect me too much but I think it's healthy.
-
Fix reveal and he'd be pretty fun on both sides. The reveal jank on both sides ruins the experience.
-
Individual killer ranks could fix that.

Billy is fun sometimes but on console we pray for nurse.

If by individual killer, you mean the actual killer character implemented in the game. It's not a player issue when someone like Zubat can choose Trapper, Myers or Huntress, and 2 gens are done before the killer can even go in a straight line across the map.
Yes the first one
-
@ReallyBigShoe said:
I don't think it's fair to say "they never learned gen pressure" when with certain killers, it's impossible to apply adequate gen pressure on large maps, because a gen or two can be completed before you even get to the other side of the map to "pressure" it.
That's the individual killer's problem.

If a survivor has DS by endgame and gets unhooked, they're getting out no matter what. No matter what ######### plays they make, theres a little safety net to catch them after they ######### up
Address my point

Except I’m not. I didn’t nerf anything. If you had actually read my post, you would see that all I’m doing is making the add-ons more appealing to use. Look at his add-ons now. You’ll see how worthless a lot of them are. If you don’t want to run add-ons, then don’t! It’s that simple. I’m just trying to make the add-ons actually do something, but I guess reading is hard.
Making his add ons better won't make him better though...I like the ideas but is that really Demo's problem?

No because losing 5 seconds of gen time means nothing it is like freddy faking gen teleports when I am survivor it makes 5 seconds difference barely.
Nobody is gonna keep runing without looking back unless you are rank 20
Why should Demo be different than Freddy? I think the scream is fair, just like bloody gens.

This is wrong that is not the problem cause you don't hear his footsteps till 8 to 12 meters I just tested it with a friend in a custom game and by the time you hear his footsteps it is already too late unless there is a pallet like 2 inches away from you.
People always run away even though they don't hear me or see me cause I know the distance where they can hear my footsteps and portal sounds at this point. So it means people run away from the mapwide screaming which is also what my friend told me he is like I just run when I hear the scream.
Okay that means every time people hear the scream they either lose gen time or risk getting hit...sounds fair to me ngl

He's in a fairly balanced state right now, he just suffers from a few quality of life issues. I think changing him or buffing him too much might throw things out of whack, he is one of the few actually balanced killers in the game.
He just suffers from some lackluster addons, especially his purple and Iri ones. Also yeah, his footsteps are too loud and defeat the purpose of his undetectable status, also he makes gurgle noises that are so loud you can't hear survivor noises a lot of the time.
The shred is a little buggy when it comes to elevated terrain, and his portals are frustrating to place sometimes because of how picky they are about space.
I think if they just addressed those issues that would put him in a very good spot as is, no need to buff his base kit too much as I think he is in a fine spot and improving those things would make him pretty much perfect.
Don't forget frame drops
-
The screaming isn't a problem it's his footsteps.
