there are actually some people saying it is the best perk for survivors. The way it works is just wrong imo. I play Spirit a lot and i would be fine if it enables survivors breathing like they're healthy. Survivors with IW are actually easier to track for me when they're healthy than injured, and this is just ridiculous. Don't want to start a debate about realism in Dbd but making no noises at all is just absurd...

Just because a single (or two, tops) killer out of 20+ killers in the roster is affected by IW doesn't mean it needs nerfs.

Just like how killers who ignore pallets i.e. Nemesis, Artist, PH doesn't need nerfs.

Annoyance has nothing to do with balance.

IW is annoying on many killers but especially on Nurse for me (against Spirit too of course, even more).

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2877369#Comment_2877369

it was unhealthy and unfun AF and literally made playing Wraith (my main) impossible for a while.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2877283#Comment_2877283

i haven't seen a Spirit in ages and the few times i did it was usually a baby with Cherry Blossom and Mother Daughter Ring. The few only good Spirits i've seen were in comp scrims, all the others either quiited or switched to other killers.

So just because you find smth "annoying" you think people should say it should get nerfed? I'll assume you disagree with that.

I can list a hundred things I feel "annoyed" about killers, but I don't ask for nerfs knowing it has nothing to do with actual balance, but rather my personal entitlement.

I'm fine if you feel annoyed about Iron Will, but it doesn't justify any logic behind a nerf.

Stop it with your Dead Hard complains.. Jeez every week it’s the same ######### again again.. NERF DEAD HARD NERF DEAD HARD NERF DEAD HARD. I promise if Dead Hard ever gets nerfed, I will make every other exhaustion perk more annoying then Dead Hard!

You mean just using footsteps? I’m sorry but footsteps really aren’t that reliable and if you actually played killer then you’d understand.

I've not played Spirit so no, you're right. I don't understand.

But I'm not going to use Spirit as a token killer to produce an argument to nerf a rather harmless perk.

I'd rather see DH, Boons and other more detrimental perks be nerfed than see IW be nerfed.

Thank you for twisting things about me. Did I ever say I wanted chases “spoon fed” to me?

Sorry, but that's what I'm getting at with the way you're iterating yourself.

You dislike having to mind game by solely relying on 2 of the 3 trackable sources and can't fathom why IW isn't nerfed. You also say that it needs to be nerfed since "IW got no nerf for years."

    Terrible logic, terrible conclusion.

I need more for you to explain if you want me to draw up a different conclusion.

  • @GannTM said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2877276#Comment_2877276

I complain about the perk while playing other killers too. You are at a tall loop and can’t hear the survivor to try and make a mind game. You have to purely guess where they are most of the time. Obviously it’s more problematic on Spirit but it’s got its issue against other killers too.

So... you want the chase spoon fed to you?

I mean, Tinkerer does the same and it's more detrimental for survivors if the killer happens to be Hillbilly, Blight or Nurse, but do you see us complaining?

Seriously, if you want to see blood pools, scratch marks AND groans at all time, why play an online game that permits perks? Just play killer simulator.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2877239#Comment_2877239

Why should a perk completely take away a whole gameplay mechanic with no downsides? At least with COH survivors have to use a brain and game sense on where a totem is.

Are you seriously complaining about a perk that no other killer has a problem with except for Spirit?

That's like saying Stridor is OP, when nobody used stridor except for Spirits.

IW only counters Spirits and that's fine. In fact, it's a good thing since I was sick and tired of giving free information to Spirits who didn't even bother to mind game. When that was the entire thing going for her.

  • @GannTM said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2877205#Comment_2877205

IW got no nerf for years. The devs won’t acknowledge how problematic it is and honestly I couldn’t care less about COH.

The only reason IW isn't nerfed because it doesn't need to. Certain characters have loud as voices, i.e. Jeff, Yun-Jin, David, etc.

If all the characters had Dwignt, Ace, Kate level of volume we wouldn't even use IW.

The perk is fine. It's not overly powerful nor is it deemed nerf-worthy.

  • @Leachy_Jr said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2877204#Comment_2877204

People are confusing the added speed on CoH and the reduced speed on Self care.

New CoH heal time is as if you had self care + some perks that increased self heal speed by 50%.

Ohhhhh okay. I took the "+" in a different meaning.

Yes, now it's just an AOE self care, lol.

  • Hopefully killers can stop crying and bitching over it now. 😄

  • Wait what?

Self Care doesn't boost any healing as far as I know. You mean Botany Knowledge?

  • As much as I despise DH (DS is fine now) I think comparing a set of perks and a player's strategy in winning is quite misleading.

DH does not lead to camping. It shouldn't and doesn't.

What it does create is salty killers who get mad at it and decide to retaliate by forcing one player to not interact with anything for the next two minutes or so.

Do I agree with it? No. But then again, their role itself is what permits them the ability to camp so if I feel that salty about it, I wouldn't do it during my time playing killer knowing how tilting it is.

Camping doesn't = to trying hard IMHO though. Real good, capable killers don't camp.

Because if there was a 0 percent chance of getting a 4k, even when the killer has made no mistakes and the survivors made a bunch, that's not balanced. Every killer should have a chance to 4k. Since killers shouldn't be getting 4ks for playing well, then you're saying they should get 3ks for playing well. That's moving the goal post of a "fair result" for killers. Why not move it to a 2k? Oh wait, people already ask for the game to be balanced around that. Why not a 1k? Why not a 0k? That's what "playing for fun" already gets killers. Killers are second class players. They don't deserve anything. Just entertain the survivors and be happy with the result.

Because if there was a 0 percent chance of getting a 4k, even when the killer has made no mistakes and the survivors made a bunch, that's not balanced.

That's so farfetched that it's not worth even discussing.

No killer has 0 percent chance of getting 4K. That's just pure exaggeration.

A whole bunch of whatabouitsms with no actual substance.

Look, I get that you think killers deserve to get a 4K if they're good. But that goes both ways. If the survivor is better than you, then they have a higher chance of escaping. If all 4 players beat you at everything, then you're just worse than them, period. Same goes to survivors. If no one managed to escape, they didn't play as a team and the killer was better than them. It takes time to be a good survivor as it takes to be a good killer and vice versa.

Killers are second class players. They don't deserve anything. Just entertain the survivors and be happy with the result.

Another semantics to add on to the killers' pity party agenda.

It makes you pretty pathetic to claim a bunch of whataboutisms, claim that what killers find "fun" should dictate a game's state of balance and that killers are "second class players" without actually providing any evidence to back those claims.

You guys are NOT second class players. the devs DO listen to ya'll (hence why the most recent updates are ALL buffs to killers) and yet you STILL complain.

God, this is why we can't take killers seriously anymore. The people behind them are such whiners that they make all killers not even threatening.

Grow up and face reality will you?

  • You know what? As a survivor main, I think this logic is stupid.

So just because you don't get 4K and that there's ever the chance of all the survivors escaping, you make the game harder for all survivors?

Why do every killer buff suggestions have to preface an argument that killers NEED a 4K to consider a "win"?

I don't assume I'm going to let all my teammates out in a match and therefore do not even consider a 4 escape a win. To me, a 2 escape is great a win as a 2K.

Some games you get 4K, some games you get none. MOST games you'll get 1~3K. The game is fine.

    Just lower your standards. Sheeh.

On the other hand - isn’t that kinda one-dimensional to have only this one thing about Yun-Jin? Something personal other than her relation to the Trickster and wish for revenge wouldn’t hurt and actually help in story telling. Not saying it should have been her - but having a char be LGBTQ+ and mention it while telling a different story isn’t the worst.

we have for example David and the mentioning of his girlfriend - as far as I remember that was completely unnecessary and no one had a problem with it? Could have been just mentioned as a partner instead of a girlfriend as well. But being more explicit makes it way more natural and believable.

    Lol, that's just bad writing.

I just think regardless of one's sexuality, a story needs to focus on the main subject of the story which is: why and what happened before they came to the realm. If they are able to incorporate the two into one, that would be the perfect inclusion of a gay character in DBD.

Comparing Felix and David's stories, I can clearly tell one was given a lot of thought and the other was just made on the spot.

  • @Mooks said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2873347#Comment_2873347

Still - new people or those not having heard of the statement are still free to request it. Also, I think criticism shouldn’t just be held back to please some people that supposedly don’t care? They could just act like that and don’t care and let other people request what they want.

at this point they have failed their promise in the eyes of some people. That’s of course subjective and you (and I) don’t agree - but it’s not like our opinion here is the one and only truth.

    True.

No point in arguing about BHVR's ineptitude in delivering promises.

  • @GannTM said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2873335#Comment_2873335

That really doesn’t make sense I’m sorry. One of them being a part of LGBTQ+ doesn’t negatively impact the story in any way. You really make a big deal out of nothing there.

It has nothing to do with each of the characters, that's what I'm pointing out.

Felix's girlfriend + baby at least gives Felix agency and a motivation to fight for his life in the realm.

Yun-Jin is literally there to have revenge on the Trickster and he's there to satisfy is thirst for blood.

Having a cheap line for the sake of appeasing the LGBT community would've been so out of place, just sayin'.

  • @Mooks said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2873292#Comment_2873292

To be fair, them just saying they will add such a character but not delivering for over two years is something worth to be pointed out because at this point it seems like they just said it to silence the community. And there are many people that don’t see any mention about it or never even heard about that statement from 2 years ago

They never announced a specific date.

They could introduce a gay character next chapter for all we know. It could be another 2 years from now.

I think we can save our criticisms until they fail to keep their promise when the time comes.

  • @GannTM said:

We all thought the Trickster chapter was going to have an LGBTQ+ character but there’s no actual evidence on what his or Yun-Jin’s sexualities were. It’s kind of disappointing because it would’ve been really cool to have a confirmed LGBTQ+ character in the game.

That would've been so out of place though in hindsight.

All-Kill was considered to be brilliantly written not because of Yun-Jin & Trickster's sexuality, but because of their tumultuous relationship. I would've hated to see Yun-Jin or Ji-Woon have a sentence or two with their girlfriend/boyfriend for the sake of hinting they're gay.

In regards to your last statement. It's been I think 2 years since they said the LGBT character is coming. What exactly takes that long to make? If they spend so much on the lore, then it could be a red flag that their story is just about them being queer, which would just feel forced.

I'd honestly prefer someone that is confirmed to be LGBT and have a bit of story on that, but not have EVERYTHING based on that.

I would like to think it in a more positive manner.

Maybe they're not just ready yet.

Give it time and forget about it. They never respond to these topics anyway. No good in bickering amongst ourselves.

I propose we just forget about it. It'll be healthier for all of us in the long run.

I'm too busy with real life things than to ponder about the possibilities of an inclusion of a gay character in an indie horror game.

Any place where you interact with people like you makes you feel better. At school, I had a friend who was also pan, and it felt amazing to know you're not alone. While most of my friends know my sexual orientation and are completely accepting (thankfully, as 90% of my country's population publicly declared they are against LGBT), not knowing anyone with your condition can be disheartening.

Same with people that have rare disorders or different conditions. They often like meeting each other. No one, and I repeat, NO ONE, can understand your situation better than someone who faces the same issue.

Well, I wish the best for your physical and mental health. Know that I support people like you in every way shape and form.

If your point is "do not demand representation for the sake of representation", then yes I understand your point. However, just because they've said it's coming, doesn't mean that we shouldn't ask about it. Representation- and I mean valid, good representation, for the record- is incredibly important in media for a multitude of reasons, and so asking companies that produce media for valid representation doesn't seem too horrible, imho. They've said it's coming, and so asking for updates on it really doesn't seem like a demand for representation. Especially when it could be done quite simply, imho, by just changing pronouns ("his ex girlfriend doesn't want to see his face anymore" could easily have become "his ex boyfriend doesn't want to see his face anymore", or just "his ex doesn't want to see his face anymore" to have the exact same effect, and either kept their stance on not confirming either way or confirm a homosexual relationship in canon, for example)

Okay, it's good to know that you get my point and I get yours.

But why bother asking them time and time again knowing you've gotten an answer already?

That seems a little too zealous for me and that doesn't look healthy for our community.

We don't need to be their alarm clock, constantly reminding BHVR "in case" they forget that they promised us a gay character. SMH

You don't understand my point. I am mostly ok with what I am, but when no one you know is in the same situation, you start feeling out of place nevertheless.

Seeing other people you know are the same can really boost your confidence.

I remember when I met a trans girl on Overwatch who was also pansexual. It felt so great to have a friend (even if an e-friend) that is like you.

But saying that you're "mostly okay" with who you are and that you "feel out of place" and need to see others to "boost your confidence".

That is a little worrisome in my opinion.

Pansexual, Bisexual, Homosexual, whatever, it's more important for us to acknowledge who we are completely without being "mostly okay" about ourselves.

I genuinely feel like you need more reassurance from other people. DBD Forums is not it though...

A lived experience is not conjecture. Just look up the countless articles and videos of people taking issue whenever there is queer representation in media. If you're in the US why do you think Florida just passed the "Don't say gay" bill. Because there are a lot of people out there that want us to be invisible (and a lot worse). They don't want us represented or seen. This isn't my perceived reality nor is it an opinion.

Just to avoided confusion, because you keep going back to it, I'm in no way accusing BHVR of doing this.

Anyway, I'm out. Said all I can on the subject. It's too exhausting.

Just because I disagree on asking for a gay character/representation doesn't mean I don't sympathize with your hardships.

I hope you have a great day.

    1) GBK, please.

    2) Wanting to feel included and asking about it is... unnecessary? Wanting to be part of media and represented, to be reassured you're normal not just through words but through actions, wanting to be able to see yourself and project yourself the way everyone else can, is unnecessary? It's unnecessary to ask about not being left out because of how you were born.

    Sick good to know.

You are speaking to a bisexual person here, you realize that right? How stereotypical for someone to assume they're straight simply becuz I have an opposing opinion 😅

Also, if I was in front of you in person, I would tell you to read my lips:

We said demanding one for the sake of inclusion is quite frankly, unnecessary.

So I expect to see you campaigning for the removal of Nurse, since she was confirmed to have a husband since August 2016. And Legion, too, since Julie and Frank have been dating since release. And Felix, since he's got a pregnant GF. David has a canon ex-gf so I guess we should axe his tome too.

If you do not care about something, do not speak about something. Because all that happens when you say "I don't care, but-" is you tell everyone that you do, in fact, care quite a bit ✨

Take it down a notch, Karu.

Speaking as a pansexual man with more attraction towards males, I can tell you why representation is important.

See, when you tell me "there are other people like you!", only one thing passes my mind – yeah, there are, but I never met them and no one I know is. Is it really that I am normal? Are there ACTUALLY people out there like that?

This is where I'm thankful to the forums. Whenever I feel wrong in my skin, I remember that a fellow forum member I somehow grew attached to, @GoodBoyKaru , is part of LGBT. The thought of someone you know being in the same situation can really bring you back on tracks.

It's great to tell someone they are not alone, but it's more convincing to prove them they are not AND make them feel not alone.

I am glad to hear you identify yourself as a part of the LGBT community.

But if you feel insecure about yourself, that is not a problem regarding your sexuality, that's something to do with your mentality since personal insecurities include so much more than just sexual preference (i.e. appearance, characteristics, career, etc).

And if you are seeking assurance from a gaming forum, then you are at the wrong place my friend...

  • @GamerEzra said:

Okay, maybe it's just me but can we please not force the devs to make a LGBT character. I have nothing against LGBT but this makes no sense to me. There are so many important things to do.

    . The Cheater Pandemic

    . The (terrible) SBMM system

These things are way more important to me. I just want these things to be fixed before they focus on new content.

No, they can release one right now if they think it's ready.

The problem is, this community is so riled up to the point they are throwing hissyfits cuz they don't have a gay character NOW even though BHVR literally promised one in the past.

Regardless of your sexual orientation, people need to grow up a little.

  • Yes. I repeat.

Or you could let people enjoy what they enjoy. That's always an option for you. Why does it bother you if people want different things out of video games than you?

Because that enforces bad writing for the sake of pandering to the audience.

I would rather want a well thought out character without having to focus heavily on their sexual orientation and I think the reason why most of the characters have not disclosed their sexual preference is because of this very reason.

The Trickster has a great story for him. He has agency of being a killer in the Entity's realm. If he ever came out as a gay character, that would not bother me one bit since that's not the main priority for his existence in DBD.

Now, if a character is released under the one-dimensional pretense that he/she is "gay" then that is like I said, selling out to the gay community for the sake of inclusion.

Inclusion should come natural, not because people want it right now.

  • @[Deleted User] said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2873138#Comment_2873138

Once again, you reply just shows how little understand you have on the subject.

Look, I'm not the best at writing but I suggest you actually read up on why representation is so important to people. It's not about what you have written.

"If that's the case, 99+% of the racial minorities in the world are being made "invisible" by BHVR simply because they're not "represented" in DBD."

See the thing is, if BHVR did that more I wouldn't have an issue with it. I would be on here writing how it's forced and people just just wait for their time.

You also skirted my comment to this. "The fact that having forced gay characters for the sake of it brings more animosity than acceptance from the community, you know that right?" No. People who have an issue representation will claim it's "forced" no matter how you introduce it. It's the whole "well, if you just acted normal maybe you wouldn't get so much hate", "Well, if you just didn't talk about it" etc, etc...

read up on why representation is so important to people. It's not about what you have written.

And once again, that's just pure semantics.

Representation is a way that people came up with to spread awareness of a specific agenda that they feel personally invested in. This includes: LGBT, BLM, Anit-bullying movement, feminism, etc.

Now, yes. All of the movements that ask for more representation is good, but that doesn't mean a company should be obligated to tick every checkbox regarding the requirements that these movements "request" for in the nearest future.

BHVR literally stated that they ARE going to include a gay character eventually. Now, remember that a character's agency in being in DBD has nothing to do with their sexuality. Felix having a pregnant girlfriend doesn't emphasize he's straight, but rather that he has a new family he must get back to. If a character is created under the pretense that he/she is gay without having an acceptable story then it will create more rejection than acceptance from the community NOT because they're gay, but because they are completely out of the blue and are there for simply needing a gay character in the roster.

No. People who have an issue representation will claim it's "forced" no matter how you introduce it. It's the whole "well, if you just acted normal maybe you wouldn't get so much hate", "Well, if you just didn't talk about it" etc, etc...

    That is your conjecture.

Most people do not want a character that is so one-dimensional that the only thing going for them is their sexual orientation. THAT'S what people dislike.

And if you really think people don't like gay characters, check out Kung-Jin from Mortal Kombat X and see how welcoming the community was when he was first introduced as a gay character. But the difference is, Kung-Jin just happened to be gay and that had nothing to do with the storyline or the gameplay.

  • @[Deleted User] said:

If you need to ask that question it shows you have little to no understanding.

Oh yes, let's make the queer community invisible, because if we don't they will just be victimized even further. Seriously?. What do you consider "forced" btw?

Just because you're not represented, it doesn't mean you're being ignored, dismissed, discriminated, looked down on or any other adjective that people like to use in this situation.

If that's the case, 99+% of the racial minorities in the world are being made "invisible" by BHVR simply because they're not "represented" in DBD.

The answer is no, they're not.

Like how being gay is natural, you need to let things happen naturally too.

If DBD's writing team is not yet ready to implement a chapter that includes a gay character that could be deemed forced, then you need to give them time.

Just because they're not hurrying in putting a gay character doesn't mean that they're putting them under the rug.

It's been a year or two since they've said that so i'm pretty sure that was just another lie. I'm tired of the devs pretending they care about the gay community, it's insulting.

If they actually cared about gay representation, there wuold be at least 2-3 gay characters by now.

Why does representation matter so much in a video game? Sheesh.

Talk about semantics. "Representation" lost its true meaning long ago. The fact that having forced gay characters for the sake of it brings more animosity than acceptance from the community, you know that right?

Enough with the "gimme gay" schtick and just play the damn horror game. If the next character happens to be gay, then good. If not, too bad.

They basically didn't. That nerf was to give white knights amunition to defend them. Everyone knows the problem with it and it isn't 1 second extra healing.

Whether or not you thought the nerf was enough is your OPINION, which holds no factual evidence nor statistical numbers.

A mere conjecture should not be the focus of balance in a game like DBD. If I feel like Call of Brine is as much oppressive as CoH for survivors, that's just my opinion.

  • @Zozzy said:

    It's simple.

Oi dev's! Circle of healing is op and has destroyed the game. Please change it.

"dev's" Here.. we increased the healing time by practically nothing now shut up about the real issues with COH.

Repeat that interaction for every other issue on both sides and here we are.

You do realize COH was nerfed not so long ago right?

You say as if the devs never touched upon balancing the perk.

but wasn't the ranking system an actual thing back then?

like i still remember it actually working back when ghostface was released, or am i crazy

Ranks were and still is working the same. The only difference is back then, we didn't have an MMR. Now we do.

no im just used to every game using ranks as actually mmr not just icons for bloodpoints lol

So there's goes my point... you're unfamiliar with the game's ranking system...

  • The lower the rank... the lower the standards... If that's the case for killers, it's the same for survivors.

You probably started with Ash, which means even doing the bare bone (no pun intended) minimum, you'll receive a pip.

I can F around with survivors as Ash killer and it'll be the same.

I think you're just unfamiliar with the game's mechanics regarding ranks...

  • If 4K is the standard of what's "fun" for killers then there's no point in discussing. That's a personal issue that has no basis whatsoever logically regarding balance. All killers are doing is throwing hissyfits.

If I go in a match as survivor, I don't consider making every single teammate escaping. Sure, it will be great if they do, but most likely, one or two are going to die and hopefully I don't get to be one of them.

No #########, if I have my standards of "4 escape = fun" mindset, every game will be not fun. Lower your standards.

You gotta understand , Ringu is not a major thing out of japan. im surprised it even got added to dbd. He sounded very excited about it.

The ONLY reason why I think Ringu was added to DBD is to capitalize DBD's popularity in Japan. They did it with before with Spirit, Yui, Oni and they want more with Ringu.

DBD is super popular in Japan. It's popular in Korea too but they only got one chapter out of it due having a smaller scale than Japan. DBD is illegal in China so...

Like you said, Ringu is popular in Japan, DBD is popular in Japan, Popularity = money so that's how I think things went.

Problem is, they did such a terrible job that the chapter seems really rushed and unfinished. To the point where other terrible chapters seem redeemable.

On top of that, if DBD Ringu is canon, then the Japanese and DBD are far too blind for hype and money than dignity.

From what the creators have said, Dbd is now cannon to ringu

And that's so stupid. Yeah, I know that the RIng franchise is kind of a joke as in 2022 like the Hellraiser series, but making DBD's Ringu canon?

    That's ridiculous.

How low did the franchise fall to the point where an indie video game can dictate the design decisions of the story's characters? Shame Suzuki. For shame.

Yoichi isn't original, the ring that's used ingame is the original manga one and he's a child in that iirc. DbD takes place a bit into their futures, and odd kind of sequel ig

There is no "manga" line for Ringu. It's just a novel and a couple of movies (which Yoichi was first introduced).

Yoichi is basically DBD's take on Yoichi Asakawa from the movies (1 & 2) but way in the future.

Meaning, everything that happened beyond Ringu 2 is what DBD came up with, which makes him more original than anybody in this game that's licensed.

  • Sadako:

    • Isn't scary due to her height + goofy movements.
    • Has one of the weakest powers in the game surpassing Trickster.
    • Terrible design + modelling (yes including her Outfit).
    • Okay perks, but every killer has one redeemable perk.
    • Boring as gameplay.
    • Was hyped WAY too early.

    Yoichi:

    • Completely original despite being in a licensed chapter (yes BHVR scammed people for this).
    • Very bland design with not a single aspect representing his Japanese heritage (unlike Yui).
    • A mishmash of previous perks for his kit that doesn't do too much.
    • REALLY bland backstory. Not even worth reading.

So yeah, this chapter is on the same level of A Binding of Kin in my books. I would've added All-Kill, but at least All-Kill had great writing.

This chapter just sucks in all aspects.

  • No. Tiles as in the actual single piece of the maps. Those are rectangular.

  • Because the maps are designed using tiles and tiles happen to be of rectangular shape.

Circular maps or any maps with excessive corners will not only cause balancing issues, but also coding issues that would make things much more difficult for the devs.

So cynical, many of them have a very human side. Bubba's not even evil. Demo's essentially an animal.

You're right about Pinhead, Nemesis, Freddy, maybe a bunch.

Wait what? I'm not being cynical. I'm just being real.

Bubba may not be evil, but he is in fact deranged. But that includes so many other killers such as Clown, Huntress, Shape, Artist and etc that are deranged but not necessarily evil. I can't imagine them being able to make a relationship with one another, hence why killers are always seem to be alone in menus.

With survivors, it's true that only people with a shared language would interact. People who speak non-English will have a hard time. Hence why the game has no interacting voices and everything is done by body movements.

  • One of the best written killer to this very day that reflects a psychopath's internal emotions on what's "right" and "wrong". A killer who's not the typical Western "BOO! scared ya" cliche monster with a goofy mask. A killer who is a great reflection on modern pop culture and his craving for fame. A killer who not only had a serious business career but also had a public social life which not many DBD killers had.

And you have the audacity to call him a mistake? Just because he's too "modern" and too "K-Pop"?

    I'm out.
