Monstrous Shrine: instead of what it currently is, make it so that perks like DS, Babysitter, Camaraderie, and BT no longer proc if a survivor is in the basement. The basement is supposed to be dangerous; this would make the basement a lot more dangerous, but the killer still has to equip a perk to do it rather than just outright buffing the basement.
I really really like this idea.
Also, for buffs.... well yall know what I will say. But I have a huge thread on Feedback about Legion. I think we should work on Buffing the lower end first, then worry about cutting off the top.
@ItWasLitFamJFK said:
Many perks need to be buffed, and many of them can in very simple ways. Survivor perks should be around botany power level or higher. That is to say: useful, but not game-warpingly powerful. If it is game-warpingly powerful, it needs to be a counter to certain "less admirable" strategies such as camping and tunelling. Here's a list of survivor perk buffs I would make that I compiled with a friend. (This doesn't include all bad survivor perks, as some of them we were quite conflicted on.)
-------
SURVIVORS PERKS:
No One Left Behind: Gain 50/75/100% bonus bloodpoints for actions I'm the Altruism category. Gain a token for each completed heal, safe unhook, or protection hit (up to 4 tokens). Each token increases the speed of altruistic actions by 4%. [While increasing altruistic action speed end-game is a cool idea, we felt that having it increase in power the longer the game goes makes it more flexible and useful. And who doesn't love bloodpoints? This also promotes survivors to not sit on gens, as they would be getting points from healing, so this is good for killers as well]
This Is Not Happening: Great Skill Checks are 10/20/30% bigger when injured, exposed, or in the killer's terror-radius. [Having to be injured is cool, but it's too niche. Including the exposed effect and in terror radius as alternative conditions also fits the feel the perk is going for (Which is working on gens while panicked, and in a dangerous situation)]
No Mither: Grunts are reduced by 50/75/100% while injured. You do not spawn pools of blood while injured. Grants the ability to fully recover from the dying state. Upon becomimg injured, you gain the broken status effect. The status effect is hidden from the killer. You gain 50/75/100% bonus points in the survival category. [I think this is honestly a no brainer. Starting in the injured state and showing the broken effect is too much of a give away, to make it viable, and if this is supposed to be a hardmode perk, it absolutely needs to have extra bloodpoint gain of some kind as a reward.]
Deja Vu: All generator auras are shown for 40/50/60 seconds at the start of the trial and after a gen is completed. Generators that are being worked on while Deja Vu is active become highlighted in white. [This makes it like a reverse Better Together, and promotes objective completion, while not directly increasing the speed of repairs.]
Up the Ante: For every injured, downed, hooked, or dead survivor, gain 2/3/4% increased healing, sabotaging, and gate opening speed for all remaining survivors. [This is the counterplay to Thanatophobia that we feel is needed in the game, while not making Thanatophobia useless.]
Open-Handed: Increases range of aura reading for all survivors by 10/20/30 meters. Auras last 5 seconds longer.
Saboteur: Sabotage hooks at 25/50/75% speed without a toolbox. Hooks stay sabotaged for 30 more seconds. 20% increased effeciency at sabotaging with a toolbox.
Buckle-Up: Recovery progress of dying survivors can be determined by the intensity of their auras up to 128 meters. When put in the dying state, all other survivors can see your recovery progress by the intensity of your aura. After healing someone from the dying state or being healed from the dying state, all survivors who participated in the action see the killer's aura for 4 seconds.
Flip-Flop: While in the dying state, 100% of your recovery progress is converted to wiggle progress. This perk deactivates upon stunning the killer by wiggling-off. [Currently, it's an anti-slug perk; however, it's too weak. Making it a much stronger, but 1-time use perk makes it feel more powerful and fun, while still being niche.]
Hope: When a gen is completed, gain a 2/3/4% haste effect for 10 seconds. When exit gates are powered gain a permanent 4/5/6% haste effect. [Don't like NoED but are too lazy to do totems (or playing solo)? Well have we got a perk for you! With this haste effect, you shouldn't be getting hit at all!]
Wake Up: Every 30 seconds the perk will activate, cleansing you of Hemorrhage, Blindness, Mangled, Hindered, Cursed (Cursed = Hex perks. This doesn't affect ruin, as that is reapplied upon every skill check.), and wakes you up. You are immune for 1 second to these affects after being cleansed.[We decided that it would be better to just scrap its old effect as the gate opening speed would either do nothing, or feel bad to play against. We preferred to give it the flavor of waking up from microsleeps like in the movies (those microsleeps being translated into certain status effects).
Vigil: You and all allies within 8 meters recover from the exhaustion and exposed status effects 100% faster. Effect persists for 15 seconds upon exiting the range.
Calm Spirit: You overcome the urge to scream. You do not scare crows. Your breathing and footsteps are 50/75/100% quieter.
Technician: Reduce gen repair noise by 10 meters. Upon failing a skill check, a second skill check appears. If you succeed in hitting the second skill check, the generator does not blow up. [This makes the perk less rng, and more about allowing survivors to get good at skill checks, rather than sometimes not being punished for missing one]
Autodidact: Now works with medkits. Starts at a -15% progress penalty instead of -25%. You have a 15% increased chance of triggering a skillcheck while healing others.[(The description is too long for such small changes, and as such, I didn't write it out.) It shouldn't take 3 skill checks to then finally get a benefit out of this perk. Healing is already time not spent on gens. The downside is too harsh to make the stacking worth it. This also gives a use to all the "increased skill check odds" add-ons for medkits.]
Pharmacy: You search chests 50/75/100% quieter and faster. Every chest searched yields an emergency med-kit. [I don't see why this perk only works once. If this is supposed to be an alternative to perks like self-care and botany knowledge, it needs to be more consistent. Making every chest be a green medkit allows you to always have a medkit at the ready, and because you need to search chests instead of doing gens, it is completely fair.]
Solidarity: Works with medkits. [This is probably the only change the perk needs. You could increase the conversion rate, but that might push it over the edge by shaving off too much time from healing.]
Poised: After a gen is completed, you leave no scratch marks for 6/8/10 seconds. If you completed the generator, you also gain a 2% haste effect (this stacks with the hope haste effect) for 6/8/10 seconds.
Resilience: When injured, exposed, or in terror radius, increase action speed by 3/6/9%. [This honestly might make the perk too strong at red ranks, but the percentage might be too small, and promotes aggressive play rather than hiding.]
Comraderie: While on hook, push the active ability button to pause the hook timer for 20/25/30 seconds. The perk can only be used once.
Kindred: (Make current kindred base.) Upon reuniting with a survivor, see their aura up to 128 meters away for 15/30/45 seconds. The timer does not deplete until you are 16 meters away, and is refreshed upon reuniting once again. [Current Kindred should be added if they ever nerf survivors again, as solo survivors should be buffed to have the same info as SWFs if they wish to balance the game around SWFs. This new idea gives a fun mini-game of refreshing it by regrouping with fellow survivors and promotes cooperative play.
Lightweight: Your scratch marks disappear 1/2/3 seconds faster and you slow vault 20% faster. [This cements the perk something for stealthier survivors while adding another use.]
Breakdown: Upon unhooking yourself or another survivor, or being unhooked, the hook is immediately sabotaged.
Stakeout: Being in terror radius or looking at the killer gives you a token, up to 6/8/10. Upon hitting a good skill check, a token is consumed, and the good skill check becomes a great. [Stakeout is fun to use, but it doesn't have a high enough maximum, and is countered by stealth killers or being on a large map. Adding the "looking at the killer" option allows you to continue to use the perk, but requires more aggressive and dynamic positioning.]
Aftercare: Remove the downside from being hooked. [This would make it a viable alternative to Empathy and Bond, as it's more powerful, but you have to work for it.]
Better Together: Increase generator aura from 32 to 64 meters. [Currently lackluster, but increasing the range to be larger than a terror radius will actually give survivors information.]
Distortion: Increase stacks from 3 to 5. [It's an interesting niche, it just needs to work more often for it to be good.]
Fixated: Remove the uninjured condition. [It's Urban Evasion all over again].
Second Wind: Changed to require completing a heal action rather than getting the equivalent of a heal. Now works with Deliverance. [Deliverance and Second Wind would be a fun combo but not broken at all, as it would require unhooking and completing a heal.]
Inner Strength + Small Game: Adds a totem counter next to your perks. [This either needs to be base, or be on every perk that interacts with totems now and in the future.]

Poised - after completing a generator you leave no scratchmarks and become undetectable for 6/8/10 seconds. Negates rancor, bitter murmer, and any other aura reading perks that may proc at the time
Iron maiden - survivors exiting a locker are exposed for 15 seconds and their aura is visible for 1/2/3 seconds
Overcharge - prompts a difficult skill check after breaking a generator and increases regression by 2/4/6%
Hex ruin - remove the hex part and just remove great skill checks while decreasing skill check zones by 5/10/15%
Some of these other ideas as nice too

As I said, I believe what's being said is that they are linked thematically, not mechanically. So the event, with the petals and such, was a separate release from the Archives, skins, serum, etc. However, looking back at the event announcement, the distinction as to which Halloween features are specifically tied to the 11-day event and which are tied to the patch is extremely murky, particularly in light of this recent tweet. I said what I said because it was the only thing that seemed to make sense, but now it's hard to know what to think.
I think we just shouldnt get all judgmental on the Devs. Not saying you are, but it's been RAMPANT through the forums.

What is dead by daylight? As a resume, I would say quicklyfacing an unknown player who plays a killer with randoms or with friends. Or, playing as a killer against a random team. I don't want to play against my friends I want a new killer every time. This is very basic. Dead by daylight is swf, solo and killer. Custom games are just an extra mostly used to test stuff because that's quickly boring due to the non existence of any kind of leveling up or random challenge.
Nothing you said had to do with what I said. You know SWF wasn't supposed to even be a thing to start with in the first place and remains the hardest thing to balance IN THE GAME?
So, are you gonna read what I said or just strawman so I realize more that you will not listen and move on?

Yeah, I understand that this may take time to implement, but I would rather have a finished product instead of a rushed one where they slap some number buffs and call it a day. D:
Don't get me wrong, number buffs are great, but sometimes that's not always to solution to making a perk better.
Also, not to be rude in any way, what do you mean by:
You realize this would not only be broken in half...
I'm assuming you are saying this is broken? If so, why do you think it's broken? Is there something I missed?
I'm open to discussing if we can talk this out! :P
As I was typing my reply to this, I realized how you balanced it. If you get close to the survivor then the Gen would poof back to where it's supposed to be so they can't just hide and do gens hidden. Something about it still seems off though, might be weird if EVERYONE ran it. I just know that being bale to see things at a glance to see where I need to go is REALLY important as Killer. Maybe it's just cause i'm VERY pragmatic...
I'm always willing to talk things out too as long as people listen to me too.
Also, yes, I too would rather wait for things to be worked on and done right.... (looks at Legion... *sighs and keeps waiting*)
-
This is just a great idea.

I hated the last event. I had people saboing my hooks just so I couldn't progress and I HATED the people that just died on hook cause they have there vials. That's not fun or fair for ANYONE.

SO, you really... really deeply in your soul think it was fair for a rank 15 or lower Killer to get a whole team of Red Ranks to go against? You honestly think that was okay? You don't realize that 4 people working together can overcome a higher ranked Killer, but a Lower ranked Killer (I'm using that for less skilled all you "Rank doesn't matter" people) is all alone against a team of Red ranks? Even without SWF that isn't fair. You are upset cause your friends won't get better and that you can't just stomp allllllll over the lower Killers? Yeah, I don't think I have to tell you what's wrong and biased about your post, and I honestly see others trying and you not listening. IF all you want is to exploit the game to stomp on players lower skilled then you, then good riddance. I can't stand "Smurfing" or anything like that on EITHER side.

Okay, this was a weird match, but it still illustrates my point: I get DS'd after two hooks. The survivor who DS's me stayed in my TR the whole time. They played poorly; I don't exactly play well in this clip, but I was still DS'd for trying to capitalize on their bad play. With only one gen left, this DS was very costly.
(Watching the video, it might seem obvious that I should've expected DS. Don't forget, it feels very different when you're actually playing vs watching a video.)
Considering I play like crap and can have this happen, I can't imagine how it is for better killers than me.
Doing well as killer is precarious. I watch streamers sometimes and see them doing well, doing well, then they make one mistake and lose the match for it (losing the match = one or fewer kills).
"the change would be useless if you can’t down people fast enough to use the benefits."
Personally, I don't see it that way. What I mean is, I'm not looking for a way to benefit killers. Deactivating DS by hooking other survivors isn't a benefit, it's just a way to prevent killers who don't tunnel from being DS'd.
Also, how would a killer know that the survivor's been hanging out in their TR? On The Game map, 90 seconds after being unhooked, the killer downs the survivor, picks them up, and gets DS'd because the survivor was within the killer's TR the entire time. The killer can't predict that and in some situations it's much harder to play around. If a killer comes across a survivor more than a minute after being unhooked, they're not going to be thinking that they may need to slug for 30 seconds to avoid DS.
Plus, if a killer without a TR can take advantage of a shorter DS by going into stealth mode, that doesn't really seem fair on the survivor. Especially when killers like Wraith and Pig are often notorious hook campers/tunnelers; those are situations where you definitely want DS at its full strength.
If you need any more footage to support your point, I have hours of footage where I don't camp, Tunnel, or Slug barely and I still get hit with DS cause of how pragmatic I am with my perks. All of my perks save me time, that adds up to getting DS'ed when i thought there MINUTE was up.
-
Umm, you realize this would not only be broken in half, but very very very hard to program?

It's not actually the patch that was delayed, as far as I can tell. They said that the event had been delayed, and would now be released alongside the patch. That makes it sound like the patch was due to be released later than the 22nd, after the start of the event, and the event has now been pushed back so it will be released alongside the patch.
So the only thing that's been delayed due to unforseen circumstances is the "burn pustula petals to spawn special generators/hooks for bonus bloodpoints" thing. That's all there was to the event. The event and the skins/vials (which are part of the patch) aren't actually connected except thematically.
Um, you realize enough people complained about milking the plants that the serum is on the rift thing now right? So that directly ties the patch and the event together...

If it were just this time, that'd be fine. It's hot on the heels of the summer event getting cancelled because they didn't get dedicated servers done, and then just last year we had the fiasco with the store and 2.0 being delayed as well.
This is BHVR to a T, the way they can "win" is to stop over promising and start actually delivering. Whatever, I guess I will just play other games and let DBD get more dust no skin off of my back.
Hey bud, if you don't like the Devs so much, quit whining on there forums about it and play a different game. All I see out of you is 100% negativity and judgmental hate speech for the devs. Pack it in, realize things happen that can't be controlled, and move on.

First, I want to point out that slugging is not holding the game hostage. Holding the game hostage means the player being held hostage cannot end the game through normal means and is forced to disconnect. The bleedout timer when slugged is four minutes, after which you die. No disconnecting necessary. Holding the game hostage is a bannable offense so the term should be used correctly.
Second, I agree that slugging is not fun for survivors. The game should give survivors the option, after being in the dying state for a certain amount of time, to "concede," leaving behind a husk and exiting the match; they get their points and are able to move on to a new match.
This is the best solution, fair on both sides.
-
I started playing back in 2016-17 cause I loved the idea of playing as a Killer. I love Slasher films and the idea of playing as one of those and hunting down the survivors seemed like a lot of fun! I mained Trapper, got good at figuring out paths and places to put traps. It was fun... It was, for some time till the balance in those days pushed me away...
Then came Legion. I looked at the teasers for Legion and was interested. I am likely one of the few that was happy the trailer lied about there power in a way. I didn't want to hide what I was. I was put off by that till the first time i saw someone use Feral Frenzy. I bought the DLC (the only DLC i've ever bought completely) and haven't looked back. Yall wonder why I am so passionate about getting Legion they help they need? It's right there. Legion brought me back to this game and got me hooked again. They are so much fun with the Rish Down, Blitz attack Playstyle that I can't get enough. There lore got me hooked too, as I grew up in a town like Ormand. I'm a member of The Legion for life now, and will never look back or run away. This is no place for cowards.

okay guys sorry i have not been back for a while, so i'l try and answer everybody here. first of all i did mean boring! maybe i don't understand them as much as i thought then. cos i thought with freddy once you are asleep it always makes things slower, sometimes more slower than usual (that must be the chains your talking about) plus you made a lot more noise when asleep, so yes i always wake myself up. are you saying i don't need to, if so why not? what is the point in being asleep? also with spirit why would i need to use iron will? when i have been killer using that , it really doesn't make a difference whether i can hear them more. is this one of spirits power that she has much better listening skills? i also don't know what fixated is as i don't have it. also i don't use iron will and obviously not going to know when spirit will be next.
Lower Tier Killers honestly need buffs before we tear anyone else down. That being said, Freddy is fine. Don't get him nerfed into a joke again, or like Legion is now. *Cries in Legion main*

It really does say more about the survivor than anything.
The crazy thing is when I've killed three survivors, and the fourth one, knowing they're dead, will just teabag and/or flashlight click at me like crazy. So, I kill them. Meanwhile, in some other match, I kill three survivors, I find the fourth, and the fourth one just surrenders... I let them have the hatch or an exit gate.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/777049#Comment_777049
Some stay behind on purpose and some misjudge the timer. The EGC death animation is so awesome, so while I feel a little bad that a friendly survivor mistimed their exit and died, I also love that I get to watch them get impaled. lol
The best example I have of this is on my youtube, just a clip from stream. Survivors wanted to farm around a bit, so I did. Just playing around. I remember hitting them all with one last double blade mend to play with them, thinking they would just leave. Turns out they all mended till they all died. Remembered right after it happened that the clock was Desynced cause of that bug that was going around... laughed but felt kinda bad.
-
Main Legion.
Naw, my challenge I normally set myself is hitting everyone with DW and having them all in DW. I do that, then in my mind I win. Seriously, If yall see a p3 Frank with a Smeared Smile mask... might wanna just let me FF you all. I'll prolly go easy on you after!
-
It would be way to OP if you got something every time you stunned a Killer. Stunning a Killer already lets you get away (If you arn't stupid and sit there a t-bag like you are the best player EVAR) and blocks the Killer so that they have to break or go around. Maybe something if it had Exhaustion or something, cause there would HAVE TO BE some kind of drawback.

Just like an invisible pallet drops on your head when you missed.
Nope, it's worse and better than that. Worse cause it's longer, better cause you can still KINDA move and see.
Alot of Legion's run Enduring and bait people into dropping pallets on them cause the stun is shorter. That should say how bad that stun is when you miss or your power ends.

I love the rush down play style, but it needed the counterplay. And that counterplay is really far from what happened to them.
To maintain that game style, you need to separate frenzy in 2 parts so it is easier to balance and it doesn't become overpowered/underpowered.
My idea is to make the power have a fixed status/mechanics like it has now ONLY when you tap the button, BALANCED AROUND DOWNING SURVIVORS. Then, when you apply deep wounds on a survivor, those fixed status/mechanics receive a buff or a change that makes chaning hits more easier. This maintains the spreading hits gamestyle and feral frenzy is able to down survivors maintaining the rushdown gamestyle.
EDIT: And give frenzy interactions with injured and exposed survivors.
Oh i see more what you mean now... that's a good idea for balancing it while keeping the playstyle we love.

It's fun as hell to play Ghostface and dance around in the exit gate teabagging with survivors. I'd hate if the game took that away from me.
If I don't want to see survivors gloating, I just don't go near the exit gates. I usually spend my time post-final-gen looking for the hatch in case I get the chance to close it or at least deny it to a greedy survivor. With the EGC, it's not longer necessary to go anywhere near the gates to force them out; the timer takes care of that on its own.
This. I've had dance offs that were so good the survivors forgot to leave!
-
Bit of weird wording, but maybe they realized they hadn't had time to put enough effort into the event and wanted to fix that?
-
*leans in* Hellllo! I really like these changes other than I think The MS and vaulting speed should be increased base, because alot of the time people can easily avoid the FF. That and the "Lose power on miss" thing, but that's cause of auto-aim. Is it cool if I grab this idea for my thread and credit you?
I think they wanted to add blood to help you keep track of the survivor you FF in case they run to friends. Alot of Legions will follow the FF'ed person unless they see someone else close by.

As far as feedback goes, we are watching. We tend not to get involved around PTB/release times because we do not want to influence feedback. At most, we'll step in and clarify if someone got the details wrong, but we want to make sure that whatever feedback we get is from the community, not because we persuaded someone to like something.
We're still here and reading just about everything that gets posted, even if we aren't responding to every thread.
Thank you for clearing that up @Peanits !

Would you rather have 1 overpowered combo and 1 overpowered killer or 5 overpowered combos and 5 killers?
I hope you're getting to what I want to argue with here. I hear a lot of people complain there isnt enough diversity in how people play. They all run the same killers/perks. The same addons/tools.
So rather than make Spirit/Nurse be nerfed to the ground, why don't we buff killers like Trapper and Wraith to make them be able to fight off survivors better?
Why don't we buff/rework perks like No Mither so it isnt just a broken status effect the whole game? I'm sure more people would run perks like Boil Over if it effected the wiggle timer.
Point is, rather than make people just choose from one powerful killer/perk. Make them choose from a variety of them. So that there will be more to see for either side forcing both sides to think on their feet.
ALOT of Lower Tier Killers (Legion please) need alot of help. SO I agree with that AND the perk buffing idea too.
-
Alot of his add-ons are bad though, and there power works against them ALOT. They, and the other lower Tier Killers, need so much help
-
Better question. Which ones dont?

You mean like Leatherface and Billy? Yep both suffer the Legion sickness on high ranks. With the iri mixtape he's good against pallets tho.
Welp... that's the Button, not the mixtape.

Yeah, same here. But they don't listen to what we say. They said that they were changing the add-ons and probably just the pins, no changes made to his power.
I know this can be changed, but i dont think they want to do any changes in the short term which is very sad because there is a very unfun killer to play for 6 months already and this is not subjective.
I love Legion. I love the feeling of that Rush down chase of the survivor... but I don't love that I can be looped in my power easily, that if auto aim messes me up I'm doomed, that I get DS'ed every time My power ends. It's so punishing to even TRY to do the thing that makes Legion fun.... But, I really hope they listen. They need more than just add-ons.... they need help that KEEPS the Rush Down playstyle.

I'm a Legion main and I hate running RUIN and/or NOED. I don't wanna be force to change from the killer that I love playing the most. I've learn to not care too much about the 4k, but how much points I can earn throughout the match. I know if I tunnel or camp than yeah I'll get a 4k, but I don't like playing like that I'm satisfied with playing fairly and everyone having a good time, In fact because I play fairly in some of my games survivors with purposely die by endgame, but I hate those other darn teabag survivors at the gate that think that they are good because I'm playing fair.
Well if you have any rework or buff ideas that keep Legion's playstyle, come by my Thread in Feedback. It's like 8 pages long now! YOu can put them right in there.

From my experience Legion is not that bad. He can keep survivors busy. Many other low tier killers need QoL changes tho. Clown faster reload for example. Or trapper more traps basekit. Could bring em to viability.
Legion does better if you DON'T use his power much. No Killer should have that OR make you feel like that one guy in an anime that takes his weighted clothes off saying "I am sorry Master, I have to go all out this one time." when you pick another Killer.

Exactly, i see a lot of people saying that legion isn't the worst killer atm, but yes clown, wraith or leatherface.
My point of view is: all those killers have a tool to help them to finalize a survivor. Yes, with legion you can have a first hit, if you dont get hit by a pallet, miss a hit, lose the survivor or they loop you in an unloopable pallet/window.
Basically, when you are playing legion, you play as a killer without a power. You pretty much rather play leatherface, doctor, wraith or clown that can somehow help you in chases and they can have very easy first hits too. Yeah, you get information with legion's power, but that doesn't help you at all if you can't down someone and progress the game as killer. They can have stall potential, but they can't progress the game on their side.
I like to put it in these terms. Imagine legion being a killer that his ability is wallhack on the entire map, but can't attack. If you think about it, it's pretty much the same and is ridiculous.
WHy they did what they did to Legion is beyond me. I'm trying my best to give them ideas at least though.

when it comes to game development and community management, it's important to realize that there has to be a balance between information that is given out the community and information that is sitting in the background. you cannot simply bring a community into a discussion literally all the time, because there's going to be plenty of clashing ideas coming along the way, and it'd become an unfair mess to others if they aren't heard or their suggestion was missed. it'll cause severe division and harm the platforms dead by daylight stands on.
transparency is important, yes, but too much transparency can ruin a business since they're constantly bringing forth their plans. plus, if they're planning a certain event, it'd be better to keep the element of surprise for the sake of marketing, otherwise it won't have its sparkles, if this makes sense?
not to mention this community isn't exactly the best, at least with those who are most vocal about their opinions and are strong on what's considered right and wrong to them. there's been multiple cases where certain parts of the dead by daylight community essentially shut down remotely any information that the developers given, despite it being something they asked for. i can understand the distrust, but people are challenging bhvr way too much, and then complain when they decide to leave something alone for the sake of their own heads or business.
it'd be better to think about what may have caused this/why they would do such a thing rather than instantly jumping the "oh it's for the money, oh they don't care, skjdnsknfdjsfds" bandwagon. by purchasing dead by daylight and being a part of the community, you're opening yourself up to these things anyway, so you're bound to see changes or differences regardless on whether you like it or not.
give the devs a break.
-
and before i'm hit with a "but they're constantly making changes we don't want!!" argument, these changes that are not being looked back upon may have been done for a reason. you have to accept that things aren't always going to be sunshine and lollipops. you'll see it across all sorts of game development companies. that's just how games and communities work, unfortunately.
This, Exactly this.

Got sum big brainz here. All killers are viable guys!!!
Well, no. I hate to say it but even my main, Legion, has a power that actively works against them in most situations. Alot of Killers need alot of help, and I know, cause I hate playing the top 3 killers.

Nothing to say? Do you even keep track of how much feedback, questions and concerns are getting posted on daily bases here? Nothing to say huh? There is a lot to say. They simply decided to say nothing (for now). They remain silent on nearly anything besides useless discussions.
Do you keep track of all the random, pointless, and silly posts that get put here by all the people that get annoyed cause they lost to one thing or they think one thing is OP? No? Then stop getting in my face like that.
They arnt ready to make a statement that most of you will twist into the worst way you can. That's all i'm seeing from some of yall.
Besides, this forum isn't even a big part of the player base.
