Of course. The beHaviour Devs don't have any special plans for their player base and are not planning on sacrificing them in any way whatsoever.

With Nurse, you just have to invest time until her blinks are easy to manage. Her low KR comes a lot from the initial hurdle, but you'll be surprised how few games it takes to start feeling more comfortable with how she moves and how long you need to charge for. There's really no "get good quick" advice for her because she ignores so much of the game that knowledge checks with her don't apply much.
Get better at blinking and don't use any perks with "basic attack" as a condition. If you're using No Holds Barred I'm going to presume you don't have every perk unlocked. Agitation is a pretty good free perk on her to offset how slow she is when hooking.I own evey killer other then Singulairty and Houndmaster, i just use No Holds Barred cuz im not confident enough without it yet, ill try that
i happily appreciate the advice

@Aven_Fallen said:
Nurse is basically just practice to be honest. At some point you can get used to playing her, it is muscle memory. If a Survivor is running into you while you are charging your blink, you can look down to blink in place, just as a tip. Other than that, you can watch videos on how to play Nurse.
There is also Plaid Flannel, it is a common Add On for her which shows the location of the Blink, so you see where you will end up. Some people use it to learn her, it is not needed IMO (many people learned her without, because the Add On used to be worse and of very rare rarity), but to others it can really be a help.
As a note, Sloppy Butcher does not work on Nurse. Her Attacks are special attacks, which means that no Perks which require Basic Attacks work.
I find the plaid flannel add on really distracting sadly, and also Sloppy doesnt work? damn i didnt know that, glad to know i was wasting a perk slot. would Eruption or Pop work better? thank you for the tips your very kind

Our dear Count, friend and community chief for all things updates, was recently in a serious accident. When I was able to briefly speak with him, he was in a lot of pain and facing surgery.
He was also really upset about not being able to attend the event in Canada today. He was so eager and excited to meet everyone, share his passion for DBD, and connect with the community he cares so much about.
Please keep him in your thoughts as he recovers, my dear friend means a lot to so many of us here.- For anyone who doesn’t know him well, Count has been the heart of this community for years, always keeping everyone updated and welcomed. If you’d like to support him, feel free to leave messages here. I want him to know how much he’s cared for. 💐

Art is more a mime than a clown. Magic tricks aren't his thing, nor does he ever use a shotgun in the films. He uses a gun I think maybe two times. Once when he was human to kill himself, and another time in the third movie.
Compared to his many overly sadistic kills, anything involving a gun is wasted potential.
He's a very creative killer in the films.
Imagine Art just slamming a survivor to the ground, and miming a car, then proceeding to drive it over said survivor. would be cool. but yeah thats fair im getting overexited for my fav horror killer. i still love the time when he uses liquid nitrogen to freeze some guys ribs and smashes them
also im sorry for my awful spelling
-
@dbd900bach said:
Art is a supernatural sadistic killer with a demon on his shoulder. There is no shortage of weapons for him to choose from, or potential abilities with no obligation to stay rooted in "reality." Anyone thinking he's limited knows nothing about Art the Clown.
Its very likely he'll get multiple weapons with varying hindrances on the survivors, and I have no doubt at all that he'll receive a bit of help from the demon.
should do a few modes, like he gets a few eapons to choose from and they have diffrent effects, like you said. however a mori idea is he taps the survivor on the shoulder, starts doing a magic trick and does that one trick where you pull flags out but instead its a shotgun or some weapon

@OnryosTapeRentals said:
I have no idea what to expect from Art. I honestly didn't really understand what he was supposed to be in the one movie I did watch with him in. He didn't seem expressly supernatural, but also didn't seem entirely human either. I vaguely remember something regarding aliens happening. Maybe his powers are more defined in the Terrifier movies, I don't know.
As for Frank Stone, I also don't really know what to expect. TCoFS was the first Supermassive game I didn't buy due to poor reviews after launch, but from what I understand he's sort of a ghost of a former infamous Killer who manifests from a cursed camera. So maybe he'll be a Killer with an object the Survivors have to interact. Maybe like Pinhead's box but a camera instead.
Art is a ressurected human turned demon so your not entirely wrong

Just adding something I forgot. BHVR is going to be publishing more indie horror games under a new name "Miss Behaviour" (not entirely sure if that's how it's stylized):
- Terrible Lizards: The trailer showed parkour and exploration in a museum environment and some kind of dinosaurs/lizard enemies.
- Don't Fret: No idea what this one is to be honest. Trailer showed off some kind of haunted music school. Looks like the player wields some kind of handheld device that relies on battery power to navigate the game.
- Mr Magpie's Harmless Card Game: Seemingly a horror-themed card game where you sit opposite a creepy mascot wiedling a gun.
There'll be some incentives in DbD to buy these games — charms were shown off for two of the games.
I love Dont Fret, theres a two man project called Rockit Music who were involved in it, huge fan

This is off the top of my head, so forgive me if I miss anything.
- The DbD movie now has a director and shooting is targeted for 2027.
- A new Survivor — Shane Wiigwaas — will be coming to the game in late June. He's DbD's first Indigenous character.
- Frank Stone from The Casting of Frank Stone will be an actual Killer joining DbD — not just a cosmetic.
- Cosmetic collaborations with Scooby Doo, Ice Nine Kills, Silent Hill f, Diablo, The Walking Dead, and Iron Maiden.
- A new Rift will be themed around the desert and sun
- Old Survivors will be getting voice lines at some point in the future.
- New map set in a mall and inspired by liminal spaces will be coming in December.
- The new event for the Anniversary, replacing the Twisted Masquerade, is the Black Banquet which will involve Survivors trying to prepare meals for bonuses and Killers trying to poison them. The cosmetics that come with the event are red and black, and feature mythology-inspired masks.
- They're looking at implementing new game modes — namely a 1v1 mode and a zombie mode where the Killers and Survivors contest a number of "infected". Survivors try and cure them, while Killers try and turn more to zombies.
- There's a major overhaul to DbD's graphics in the works, featuring overhauled models and animations for the Survivors, as well as updated maps. The previews looks very atmospheric and immersive.
- There's a dynamic weather system in the works — light rain, heavy rain, thunder storms, interactive fog, snow, grass blowing in the wind, etc.
- Progression, onboarding, quality of life, etc. were mentioned but specifics weren't given.
- Art the Clown from Terrifier appeared at the end and a collab was announced. I believe it's a Chapter, but I'm not 100% sure.
Its fine if you missed anything i appreciate the answer. i dont know who frank is but it sounds cool, nice to see a liminal space map enter

Maybe I've returned at the right time then,
Rather than waiting and getting frustrated at each tweak and update like I used to, I get to dive into everything for the first time once again.
I'm playing fairly well on return, still rusty but muscle memory plus having gone through the steep learning curve of years ago is so valuable.
I used to be an Xbox player and I had all dlcs upto nemesis but I'm playing on steam now and I don't want to re buy the dlcs I bought on my Xbox so I'm excited to play new things and be creative without breaking the bank.
your here just in time for Jason at least! Im a Skull Merchant main so i just suffer this game mostly lol. But yeah we got tons of new stuff!

I keep looking at Dracula and seeing the possibility for a build that uses unsafe pallets as bait for survivors to get locked in a vault animation in a unsafe space, and then using the fireball attack whilst they're penned in.
From what I've seen of the killers since, many look fun but at the same time I don't know how viable they are. I'm closest to buying Dracula and playing him a lot I think.
I have no idea how prestiging works, whether the bloody cosmetics are the same as they were to unlock or whether unlocking teachable perks have been revamped, if you pardon the pun.
I was able to trail a few killers over the last few days, the unknown looks kinda fun but in terms of spooking people but not sure if they're particularly good against experienced survivors etc.
I'm coming back with the mindset to just have fun and not so much about winning so hopefully that mentality is a little more common these days, fingers crossed 😅
Basically you have to prestige them once to unlock their perks for all killers at level one, P2 for level 2, P3 for level 3, then P4-6 for bloody cosmetics. P7-9 for charms of the perks of the killer your prestiging. however at P25, 50, 75,100 you get really cool looking badges/icons specifically of said person. Also that Drac tech does work a lot as someone who loves the Killer.
Great Pun btw

This dude has missed evolutions of this game lol
-
@Wezqu said:
Welcome back Skull Merchant is not reworked so she is still totally weak. Ghoul is the most opressive killer. What killers are fun depends on what kind of killers you want to play as there has been so many added after you left.
Most things that people complain. Pallet tensity change, Ghoul, generator fix speed, t-bagging, some of the recent PTB survivor perks, Jason that is coming to the game etc.
Oh and killer can blow a gen by just looking at it with a perk.
-
@AshleyWB said:
Also I've realised that I bottled up the general toxicity around the game and the way people communicate with eachother and it would influence me to constantly complain instead of giving credit when credits due.
At a quick glance, I think this might be a dynamic people still have themselves which isn't healthy to be in.
Ehhh thats fair, but welcome back.
also Freddy was reworked as well forgot to mention that, and Myers and Pinhead are gone
-
@AshleyWB said:
I stopped playing dbd several years ago and I finally returned this week and my first impressions on returning is a mix of overwhelm of a lot of new perks, killers, survivors to get to grips with and a sense of underwhelm at how it's still just repairing generators as an objective (from my understanding)
I remember making some pretty entitled discussions when I was here years ago because I wasn't satisfied with the direction of the game but coming back without the constant criticism is refreshing and I was probably projecting in a lot of criticism I gave.
So...
Anything I should know,
Which killers since are fun, balanced and underplayed?
What shouldn't I waste my time with?
And for returning players what is everyone still mad about 😅?
You have missed…a lot
Skull Merchant was taken to the firing squad
we are mad at Pallet Density, the existence of Ghoul, and random perks
No more creative and fun stacking builds
Jason is finally here
Blight got nerfed a little
Theres so much more

I love the killer but honestly i would like to improve my talents elsewhere, ive learnt a lot for playing without relying on a power, and i even go perkless sometimes on here. ive learnt the basics on here. generally i might head to another killer and play them, ive lost motivation, ill see
-
@djhzdgkzjdhfg said:
This power is so easy to dodge; if a survivor makes a sudden movement, like a sudden 180-degree turn, you simply don't have time to react. Hitting with this ability is harder than hitting with Huntress's sniper axe or Weskwr's hug tech. Assuming I play 50 matches a day, I'd only be able to hit once in about one match. So I'd like to ask how to make the undergate attack easier to land.
i dont play Henry at all, but i do have a ton of time against him. try to catch survivors on stairs, this is usally a spot where these hits are common, you also run ahead and possibly lead them into a corner

Its unhealthy in bully squads in particular, not game breaking but still a bit unhealthy. Explanation being that if three people have no mither boil over breakdown lithe/soul guard and all go to the top of main building of a map get hooked on the top floor once and then loop main for two minutes die upstairs and you cannot hook them, you cannot slug them either because of No Mither. While yes its not super common anymore due to a couple QoL changes in some maps its unbeatable and you cannot even slug them to death because by the time you do the non no mither user has finished all the gens.
I swear how does everyone get SG in their lobbies i have never seen this perk. but yeah that sounds horrible

| | Introduction | |
To start off I don't really think hag needs to have a ton of buffs aside from increased setting speed, teleport range, and lunge range when teleporting. (An add-on pass would be nice too) And so what is this post about? In the past week or two I have seen multiple post and/or comments related to my Hagatha regarding her being a bad killer and whatnot while yes she is hard to play, and low tier. You too can start winning the majority of your matches with Hag! And so I decided to make a minor guide for anybody trying to pick up this killer.
| | Basics | |
Hag is a 4.4 killer whilst majority of the cast is 4.6 this means that she is slower and significantly weaker in chase. Because of this you should not be focusing on them as your main priority and instead focus on injuries in order to snowball. This also means that since you have terrible mobility you should never leave the side of the map with your web. Genuinely near zero situations unless you are guaranteed a down within a short timeframe and you need them for Pain Resonance or something along those lines.
| | Chase Potential | |
Yeah, I did say her chase is pretty terrible however there are things that you can do to improve it. You can subtly zone survivors back into an area with traps or try to push them into a dead zone for an easier chase. If a survivor drops a pallet or vaults then a trap triggers on their side, wait a second before teleporting to see if they vault back into you this will typically allow for a injury/grab. If you commit to placing a trap at a loop refer to what I previously said. If not you can also force people to leave loops by quickly placing a trap or faking one. This works best at safer pallets that you do not have time to break.
| | Trap Abusers | |
Have you ever dealt with people harassing your traps? I have and I've figured out some ways to deal with this.
- Do not instantly swing as you teleport as this will no longer guarantee an Injury
- Move the trap away from safe tiles if possible
- If it isn't an important trap forget about it and set it later when the survivor isn't looking as they will forget
- Start putting your traps further away from generators or in grass instead of directly on top of them if they instantly get wiped away.
Those were just some basic tips for dealing with those evil survivor players who try to get rid of our traps.
| | Types of Traps | |
This is the part of the guide where I make up my own definitions and explanations. There are multiple different types of traps that I use when I play hag. Here is another list explaining things!
- Generator Traps - Self Explanatory can be moved slightly further away from the generator if you do not want people immediately noticing it.
- Chase Traps - Traps that were either set in chase in order to deny a loop and/or a trap that was set in the hopes of zoning a survivor to it for a free hit these should be placed away from the pallet as if it is not dropped you can get stunned when teleporting or they can just vault.
- Pre-run Traps - These ones are the traps I tend to find myself getting the most value from as they will normally be placed far away from generators in the direction that I see survivors most often pre running away from me I recommend hiding these behind walls and rocks.
- Decoy Traps - If you can't seem to find survivors or have a more important trap that you need to keep place traps in REALLY obvious spots in order to get someone to wipe them away. Once your trap count has gone up or you no longer see the aura of the trap, you know someone is there.
- God Traps - On god pallets/windows such as the Dead Dawg Saloon windows you can guarantee an injury by placing traps these are typically some of your strongest type of traps because many survivors do not want to go out of their way to disable these.
| | Early Game | |
I recommend not using Corrupt Intervention on Hag due to the sole reason that when the match starts survivors will instantly get on generators across the map. This gives you SO much time to set up your web with some unexpected traps. Corrupt is still quite good on Hag, but be warned people will come to you a lot sooner than you expect so if you use it you have to run a +setting speed add-on. During early game never commit to any chases and only take injuries if guaranteed your sole priority is setting up your web.
| | Mid Game | |
Focus on injuries and keeping the gens on your side of the map once you have at least two injured survivors I would recommend trying to pressure them and possibly snowball. If that isn't possible that's okay just go for hooks and whatnot. The middle of the match is kinda a wildcard as you don't really know what to expect especially as hag.
| | Late Game | |
Reminder that NOED is an extremely powerful perk on Hag due to the fact that you can instantly down anybody who gets touched by her traps as if they were injured. (Hex: Devour Hope is also quite good on Hag) If you are down to your last gen I would recommend trying to force a kill. Then just force trap injuries until you are able to snowball or continue to get downs. Once the final generator is powered do not hook unless you already have two kills or just want a tied game if they're death hook.
| | Techs | |
You can see the direction a survivor is going by the direction your mud phantasm is facing you can see this through walls before you teleport. Rusty Shackles allows you to move faster out of a teleport due to the fact that there is no animation this can help quite a bit if you have trouble with survivors harassing traps. However because there is no animation you cannot see which direction survivors are going I would recommend pairing the Willow Wreath with it.
| | Add-ons | |
S Tier
- Rusty Shackles | By far her best add-on as survivors are no longer warned that you are going to hit them this works great at loops by greatly increasing your chase potential and allows for free generator grabs on occasion.
- Mint Rag | I personally don't use this add-on as it requires too much brain power but this is extremely powerful as you can teleport in order to cut people off or if you see someone across the map you can teleport there without them having to trigger your trap.
A Tier
- Increased Settings Speed | Very powerful add-ons they save you significantly more time than you think.
- Increased Range | Makes it so you don't have to move too far before teleporting to a trap really far away useless if you play into a three gen
- Aura Reading when triggered | Helps you guarantee hits if a trap was set at a loop
Everything else isn't really worth using.
| | Perks | |
I won't be going into much detail about these as this guide is already too long and it has been written in one sitting on mobile.
Non Gen Slowdown
- Monitor & Abuse - Helps stop excessive pre running.
- STBFL - Allows you to teleport injure, and instantly teleport and injure comes into play more than you'd think.
- Plaything - Quite good when paired with rusty shackles and hurts survivors.
- Sloppy Butcher - One of her best perks as keeping survivors injured allows for easy snowballs.
- NOED - Also very good as it allows for late game clutches if a trap gets triggered the survivor gets downed.
Gen Slowdown
- Corrupt Intervention - very stronk
- TBTC - VERY STRONK
- Pain Resonance - Pretty stronk
- Surge - Overrated
- Deadlock - very stronk
| | Builds | |
The main two builds I run is add-ons are interchangeable:
Monitor & Abuse Pain Resonance Hex Plaything TBTC
NOED Sloppy Butcher Deadlock Corrupt Intervention
| | Conclusion & Credentials | |
This took me a while to make and I am very tired and am simply here to help out the people who thinks she desperately needs buffs. (I personally think she is very bottom of B tier or the best C tier atm) For my credentials as a hag main I have been playing her and killer in general for the past 5 years. Other hag mains feel free to give me anything to add on to the guide.
never touched the killer, ill try her out with this info. ill be right back

So i remembered that in Hunt the MMR is shown to the Players with Stars from 1* to 6* this is devided in Personal Rating and Match Rating. (4* Personal MMR, 3* Match MMR) Wouldn't it be a good Idea to put something simmilar in DBD for the Endscreen? So People would also see there MMR they're in and if the Lobby was fair or not.
