I love these kind of discussions. It just shows you which people you should ignore and don't even care what they have to say about the game or balance or fun whatever.

    Very true.

All these people talk like they want the game to be competitive e-sports level.

Yet they always defend their strategy of camping 1 guy out of the game then using NOED to clean up the rest.

    It's laughable.

Lol the other day we had a camping killerm so we all stood in exit gates as long as possibke tbagging. The killer acted like we were rhe bad guys for rhat after the game  the nerve of some people.

I've also caused hatch standoffs against camping killers. Well cant really cause it as a survivor but I'll wait a hatch and get their attention and they'll always take the bait. Its so easy to win as survivor, you can just browse the internet on your phone, and ifnyou hear your character get hit through earphones you just press a button. Killer has to have hand on mouse at all times. Its funny because you glance up and can see they're getting restless. Even had one guy disconnect on me. But again before anyone tries to call me the bad guy - I never forced a hatch standoff, they accepted it. They had every opportunity to just hit me and lose.

So yeah, play toxic and I'll be toxic in return.

Camping is unfortunately a valid way to play the game for some people as annoying as it is,you shouldnt be a little turd like this in retailiation.

    Again...

Camping someone and ruining the game for them = perfrctly fine

Standing at the exit gates pressing the crouch button a few times = OMG DEVS FIX PLZ THIS IS SOOO UNFAIR!!!

    Get a grip.

You were the bad guy in every one of those scenarios, just like the OP. Camping is an intended strategy, holding the game hostage is not. Good job on proving that you are bad for the community.

Oh here you are defending camping yet again.

Survivors can't hold the game hostage genius. Killer sees me at the hatch? Just hit and I jump out. I OFFERED a hatch standoff, they never had to accept it.

As for the exit gate thing it didn't last long. Killer came over and hit us and we went out. You can't really hold the game hostage as survivor.

So no, we're not the toxic ones. You can't tell other people how to play and have fun. Maybe I want to be chased out for those few extra points? Maybe I want to stay in the game a while longer for more points? Especially since you don't get many against a camping killer since you lose benevolence and evader pointsm

I like how even the most toxic of all killers are always innocent in your eyes. They can never do no wrong. No they're the toxic ones and people lile you who defend every scummy thing in the game are bad for the community.

"But but only the killer is allowed to be toxic!!!"

    Lmao give me a break.
Sure you can hold the game hostage as survivor. I had a game where I killed 3 people with 5 gens left and the last guy was a green top Claudette with urban evasion on autohaven. He kept sneaking around for 20 minutes, did absolutely [BAD WORD] all but waste my time and be a dick. Also had a brown top Claudette on grim pantry, kept sneaking around like a moron for 10-20 minutes, then when I call him out for being an absolute knobhead all he says is "that's what you deserve :)". If they would've not made the mistake of showing themselves to me it could've gone on for hours.

If anything, survivors are more likely to hold the game hostage in most cases. But then again I've seen you defend anything and everything survivor related so I doubt you'll have it in you to process anything I've said about survivors being able to hold games hostage.
Lmao you're full of crap saying ive defended anything survivor related.

Ok you gave a good example I gave you that. I dont know why anyone would do that.

But thats a 5 gens remaining thing. I was thinking about post game.

Remember all of this is in reaction to CAMPING killers. Guess what? If the killer camps then at least 2 gens are getting done even if I do it myself.

With 5 gens to go the survivors were toxic cus im assuming the killer didnt camp. If they did csmp anf none of them did a single gen I dont know what to say.
  • Here's a tip - selfcare sucks.

Post heal change and when 90% of killers are applying the mangled effect it takes too long to be useful.

People only bring it out of habit.
  • Uff, that topic is dangerous.

I just want to say a few things as I play mostly killer at the time even tho I am more a survivor-player.
I can really understand that camping can be annoying. But it depends on the situation. So please don't overall tell anyone that "camping" is the worst.

Most of the time I face ultra altruistic survivors. Many of them just want their stacks or anything like that. So tell me why should I completely leave that Area, if they rush to the hook? It wouldn't be smart. If I dont see anyone I leave the hooked person.
But everytime I see one or two persons near the hook or a OoO-Survivors trys to bait me away I start to camp.

And I face DS and instaheals all the time. The survivors doesnt give a damn about the killers fun. So I dont care either about them and just do whatever is right in my opinion depending on the situation.

And about hatch standoff: Come on people - If thats the last person just stop acting like a greedy victim and give that person the hatch.
But if the exit gates are open and the survivor is damn greedy and stands their for an hour, then record that match and send it to the support.

People needs to stop acting like everyone has to follow any kind of rule.
Survivors gonna play like they want to and killers do the same.
Im not an angle. If I see someone uses DS or OoO I am instantly triggered and play like a dick against that people even tho its ultra childish. But for me that perks are ruining my fun. The same with people that ignore my presence and farm the survivor of the hook. I facecamp that farming dick.
But thats the problem of some players. Their are rules outwhere that doesnt should exist.

I hope we can all improve our attitude and play style.

And that I can agree with. OoO in a 4 man need to be quickly kicked out of the game because they're compromising yohr position at every turn.

Also rushing unhooks...if I think its solo players and they unhook right in front of me then I punish whoever unhooked. Because I know how it feels to be farmed and its why a lot of people rage quit.

If its a 4 man though and you can tell because they all have clan names then I sturn around and go for any of them. To me the hook buys you a little bit of time. If they're going to unhook ehne I've only walked 10 metres away then yeah that needs to be punished because the quick unhooks are getting the survivors back on gens too fast.

What ive been talking about is killers who lut survivors on hooks and then just sit there until that survivor is dead. Many of them dont even care, rhey just want their daily. Thats not about rusbing unhooks its about ruining the game for others or being too lazy to play any other way.

Sweetie, we're discussing holding the game hostage. Were you confused?
You don't know DbD's history or how camping became a problem, so you lack the necessary context for understanding why the blame lies solely with the Survivors.

    - Killer puts survvior on hook
    - Killer stands next to hook for a few minutes

    - ITZ THE SURVIV0RZ GUYS!!! THEY MADE ME DO IT!!!!

    Have you considered stand-up?

Stop defending crappy behaviour. Losing points for staying near the hook, borrowed time changes...you think you'd accept that it's not the intended way to play by now.

The Killer cannot win the hatch standoff and you know it. Stop pretending you're not being toxic.

The killer CAN win a hatch standoff. I've won it before.

I could take the hatch and get away - offer the killer a chance to grab me. I'm actually doing them a favour. Again they could end it at ANY TIME by hitting me, THEY choose to stand there.

Standing in exit gates - again all they have to do is walk up and whack the survivor. Not hard at all.

None of that is holding the game hostage at all. We've been over the exit gates thing before. None of this is holding the game hostage like say blocking the basement stairs bevause the killer can easily stop it at any time. So no, there won't be a ban my friend.

Enjoy the new borrowed time btw :) I'll be bringing it every game. You're going to have to work harder for your camps.

people like you are the reason why so many see the term "survivor main" as something negative.

i will stick with @Orion in this one. You were toxic and you knew it, yet you are trying to find approval by posting this on the forums.

no one likes ppl who do this #########, deal with that.

Ok lets review what I said...

Stand at exit gates - killer walks over and hits survivor out = OH NO HE WASTED 20-30 SECONDS OF MY TIME!!! SOMEONE CALL TEH POLIC3!!!

Stand at hatch - killer can walk over and hit survivor at anytime to force an escape -  killer CHOOSES to stand there for 10 mins - HE FORCED ME INTO IT GUYZ!! HE USED THE JEDI MIND POWERS!!

People like you, orion and all the killer mains here are the problem with this community. You give "killer mains" a negative meaning. You think its perfectly acceptable to ruin the game for other people then you turn around and act like such snowflakes if the survivor forces you to chase then out of the exit gate.

    • Standing at the hook and forcing someones game to be over 40 seconds in, ensuring they depip and have wasted their escape cake = Perfectly acceptable.

    • Having to take an extra 20 seconds to walk over to the exit gate to hit a survivor out = COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! BHVR BAN PLZ!!

lmfao give me a break. You lot are so entitled.

    alright:
no one likey ppl who stay at the exit gate, teabagging the killer. however, i would just love to see BW activate and kick your a**.
also, a hatch standoff is called "taking the game hostage", especially if you do that on purpose. dont act like it was the killers decision to start the standoff, if you could have easily made it out by now, but rather decided to teabag him on top of the hatch. i myself can not wait for the upcoming hatch changes, where this wont be possible anymore. jump in early or witness the killer shutting the hatch under your feet and then kill you.
besides that, yes, that killer didnt want you to escape. however, you chose to stay there just as much as the killer did by not giving the standoff up, but instead sitting there, waiting until he hits you. and btw, i would probaply also start a standoff when you did nothing but pissing me off the whole game.

face reality, kid! you are a toxic little ***** and no one likes you and your playstyle.

people like you are the reason of why there is such a huge war between the killer and survivor community in the first place, so do me a favor and delete your DbD account, thank you very much.
i do not want players like you in my game.

Actually no, people like you are the reason why there's such a huge war between the survivor and killer community.

I love how you say "nothing but piss me off the whole game". - WE DID NOTHING WRONG!!

Thats the point. Many of us survivors don't tbag, we don't sabo hooks etc etc but people like you facecamp people out of the game. Then act shocked when we start tbagging in return.

I said I only tbag AFTER the killer starts camping. They start the toxic behaviour.

And you know what I do if I walk to the hatch and see a survivor on it? I hit them. Takes me 2 seconds and I save myself 10 minutes. Shocking concept I know.

Anyway im done with you. Like all killer mains here you think its fine for killers to play toxic and then start verbally insulting me by calling me a "toxic little ****" just because we get revenge. You are so entitled and petty.

honestly, people like you are a shame for the whole community.

Petty much? I see I triggered you in the other thread and now you come here to call names.

I exclusively play killer at this point. I play killer a lot. I'm aware that not everything is perfect and survivors can be toxic little sods at times but that doesn't excuse the extremely toxic killer sided attitude this forum has.

Daring to stand up for survivors here gets you so much abuse it's ridiculous.

I never "bully" killers. I only annoy those who camp. You seem like one of those killers who wants to bully survivors. Put them on the hook and then stand there whacking them for 2 mins - I bet you think thats a "lEgIt StRaTeGy"

So again tell me how survivors can hold the game hostage without cheating? Because off the top of my head I can't think of anything.

You can basically play hide and seek and if there's more than 1 person doing it with say bond in both exit gates you can easily do it. If the killer doesn't have NOED or it's not permanent Evil III Myers they can just sit safely inside or near the exit gates.

The sneakiest person and also probably the one wIth SB/UE/Fleet Footwork and w/e perks helps can roam the map always hiding from the killer. They can do that solo or with anyone that they play with.

So both sides can and do take the game hostage and both sides are breaking the rules and can be punished for doing so.

The killer can still do something about it.

Still I dont go that far. I just stand at the exit gates tbagging until they force me out. It hurts their pride.

But again I ONLY do this to hard camping killers. The kind who hook their first guy and refuse to move. I never do it to normal killers.

I don't see how you can facecamp a guy and then act shocked when survivors get salty in return.

  • @Carpemortum Defensive much?

I asked for an example because I can't think of any. Why are you trying to find some kind of ulterior motive where there is none lmao

@Tsulan Thanks for making an effort at explaining one. I don't see why people found that hard.

Refusing to leave isn't holding the game hostage really as again the killer can hit them. If they stay in after that then hit them again and hook them. If they stand in the exit gates until you hit them out it takes what, an extra 20 seconds to walk to the exit gates and force them out? Hardly holding the game hostage.

Hiding whenever they hear a heartbeat? Isn't that the entire point of the game for survivors? Lmao

Again the killer can do something about it. They can find them and kill them.

Holding the game hostage is doing something that the other side can't do anything about - examples being bodyblocking survivors in the basement or survivors glitching into areas where the killer can't reach them.

Ok and with Borrowed Time changes you are not entitled to hitting a survvior once and getting to rehook them. You're gonna have to work a little harder pal.

Oh and don't complain about gen times. Survivors don't have to slow down with gens just so you get more chase time. You are not entitled to that.

I'm curious how survivors manage to "take the game hostage" without cheating i.e. getting into places the killer can't reach.

I mean if you're just crouching around the map or waiting at the exit gates you're not doing anything the killer can't sort out.

I'm curious how you think pretending not to know helps your case in any way. You're still the bad guy for taking the game hostage.

Taking the gane hostage nornally means killers bodyblocking survivors in the basement. That's a situation where those players can't do anything other than disconnect.

If the survivors are waiting at the exit the killer can easily do something about it. Just walk up and hit them, then they flee. Takes 30 seconds of their time most are just too proud to do it.

    Seriously.

If the game isn't lagging unbearably then it's just a tunnel fest.

Before you cry "w3lL dun get c@Ught lol" they stil tunnel other survivors to death.

You get penalized if you don't unhook. Plus its not nice to leave someone on the hook. But you have to. Because every killer walks a little bit away from the hook then quickly runs back to tunnel the unhooked guy before he can get away. Game after game after game this is the strategy of every 9 out of 10 killers.

Its absolutely awful for the person being tunneled and its boring as hell for the remaining survivors.

Dont give me "its a legit strategy" approach. Its garbage and has completely ruined one side kf the game.

They need to make some extreme changes to make this playable again. Its only worth it in SWF or playing killer now.

The more pressure you put upon the killer, the more likely he will camp.

I am really curious whats going to happen next patch with aura removal and BT lifted to DS lvl

I was worried about survivors exploiting BT when I read about the changes. I mean I leave the hook anyway but some will rush an unhook before you even have chance to leave the area.

That said with how bad the camping is IMO, I think this had to be done. There's no way around it. At least this way the unhooked guy will have a chance to defend himself.

Huh? How bad camping is? Camping is on a historical low. It was way worse, before BBQ was released.
But now with the upcoming changes? I guarantee it won't improve, but get as bad as before BBQ existed.

    Can't say I didn't warn you.

I am really hyped to see the patch coming.^^
The forum will get wasted with "killer camping" complains.
And all they will do is asking for punishments to killer and we are another step closer to the Devs caving in and doing it, like degenerating bloodpoints while near the hook or some crap like that .

In terms of balance we had 1 step forward and 2 steps back for almost 2 years, now we had a brief moment of 2 steps forward and only 1 step back. We killer mains really thought things will become better now, but this will knock us back a lot, because there is a rattail attached to this.
    It's a ticking timebomb.

Say anything negative about killers = survivor mains.

This forum is so warped and hostile to anyone who dares to suggest maybe not everything is peachy for survivors. If you don't follow the dogma that killers have it soooo hard and they need 1000 buffs and survivors have everything easy and hassle free then you get verbally abused and ganged up on. It's an extremely toxic forum. Notnsurprised thoigh when influences like tydetyme etc have been pushing this for so long.

    Lmao give me a break.

mind you those good plays occurred at rank 10. Yes, I could probably rank up higher, but most of the time I play friendly and try not to hook people if I know they're going to die.
(I do love it when they die from traps though, but that is extremely rare. 1/50 games or so?)
Wow. If only I came across more pigs like you haha.

The ones I face are very sadistic.
  • @The_Crusader said:
Is this with all killers or do you main one/a select few?

I main huntress, but I also play pig, clown, spirit and occasionally myers/leatherface/billy. I encounter these groups regardless of the killer I'm playing, but I'll say huntress since she's 70% of my games.

Oh. Gonna say Pig, Clown, Leatherface are known for getting gen rushed.

Billy and Spirit are good. Not sure about Huntress, some people rate her highly, me personally I rate her mid.

Try using Billy more. Get a lot of experience with him and it keeps happening.

Honestly being good in chases isn't enough. You walk to gen, survivor sees you and starts runninf, yoi slowly catch up, you hit them, they speed burst away, you hit them again, they go down, you hook them and then you slowly waddle across the map to find a new target.

All of that takes time and gens get done. You need 2 hooked at once, or 1 hooked and 1 down.

This is why Billy is good. You instadown survivors so you end the chase before it even begins. You then zoom across the map and find a new target in seconds.

It sounds to me like you need more pressure. You need the survivors so overwhelmed that they're forced to come off gens. Billy can do that, some killers can't.

Dont be afraid to change target mid-chase if a new survivor is right next to you. The other will still have to heal. Or give them a quick slap to injure them and then carry on chasing the first guy.

Try slugging too. If theres an unhook you can slug the injured guy and then chase down the healthy guy. This will force someone off a gen to go heal the slugged guy off the ground.

Also avoid bad areas. Some areas just aren't worth it  like the inside of Crotus Penn. Or smash a pallet and then find a new survivor.

Dont get me wrong gens do go very fast. Can be 2 gone before you even hook someone, especially if DS comes into play. Thats why the tier list exists. You need a killer who can ddown survivors so fast they can't keep up.

The following videos were not made to create harm to any killer. I used precaution when recorded these time ago.
    Video 1:
    Video 2:

These videos were between rank 9-8. At higher ranks the loops I took and some things I did wouldn't work as much as worked here since I'm pretty bad as looper and more of a stealthy player, still usable as example how to get rid of a killer making him switch target. The difference between here and higher ranks are:
killers won't lose you that easily, would mind game more and respect pallets less
For survivors: gens would be done faster, loopers are way stronger than I have shown on these videos and I would do more gen and be more stealthy

The point of the examples is show how almost totally ignoring survivors and actually using them as a bait would lead you to survive more often. At high ranks if you would ever meet me, I'm the one who would flip the finger if you are in a hook to save myself if it means taking the risk to die. Unless its lower ranks like these were I was just having fun with the killer

Thanks for that. Yeah I can use other survivors as baif, I always take Bond ;) though it's only a ladt resort.

I appriciate the advice but don't think it will help me. You see how fast the David went down in your second video? Thats what happens in my games. With Myers he normally pops his tier 3 like 30 seconds into the game and downs 2 people at once. The team never recovers from that snowball. I really wish I was joking but thats actually what happens. If he doesnt down 2 immediately then he puts 1 on the hook and another idiot runs in for the unhook against a tier 3 Myers and now there's 2 hooked survivors. Doesn't take long for the third guy to go down either.

I've tried rushing gens and getting the hatch but that becomes so slow paced and boring doing it time and time again.

So then I tried running borrowed time and stuff and unhooking but these people can't defend themselves.

I"m only going to play with friends from now on. I mean I could try finding the killer and looping them but I'm like you, I prefer stealth over looping, and I probably wouldn't last too long because I get put with people from eastern europe a lot and they lag like hell.

I mean I'd do it if I knew i could depend on other people to rush gens while I get the killers attention but as im running I can see my teams auras with Bond, theres always a claudette hiding in the grass despite the killer not chasing her, there's a Nea who keeps failing skillchecks so her gen goes nowhere, and then you go down, and you finally see the third aura.....it's a Claudette hiding away st the very edge of the map hoping everyone dies so she can have the hatch.

    I cba with all that.
  • Yeah a killer is fun for like the first few matches till you realize how weak they really are. I loved playing as LF since I loved that hammer and chainsaw but quickly I realized how trash he really is so I switched to someone else.

I'm all for fun and balance but if I'm gonna get punished for using my ability then that's no fun at all, at least for me.

Yeah I really liked playing as Clown but he's not nearly as strong as some people think he is.

He's fun and great at chases but has absolutely no map pressure so the gens go ping ping, ping very fast.

It can be frustrating to feel like you played really well, did really good in the chases but still got barely any kills. Feels like you couldn't have played any better sometimes.

Then you switch to Billy, Spirit or Hag and suddenly game after game they never get to power the exit gates and you ask yourself what's the point in using weaker killers?

Not to mention that you need to grind, grind, gring for perks to make some killers viable. Freddy or Pig without any kind of chase perks? No thanks.

Then you get someone like Nurse or Spirit and you can afford to be less picky with perks.

with the healing nerf and a lot of killers running sloppy lately I stopped using self care entirely. just takes too long
So did I. I don't know why people insist on doing it. It should be a last resort. Its around 40 seconds to heal.

I don't think anyone is going to go to you for what is the "ideal" way to play this game.

    You lose to campers.

Why are you acting so toxic and childish?

  • After reading through this thread I am still confused about something.

How, in anyway, are Survivors punished and hurt for not immediately unhooking?

If you are going for the unhook you better know what you are doing. Not only that, if you are all the way across the map DON'T go for the unhook.

You have time to finish a generator and then unhook someone. Not doing gens is your fault and is WORSE for you and your team then not camping the killer and hook. If the Killer is camping and/or tunneling that gives you, and the other survivors, way more leeway and freedom to rush Gens.

Also, if the Killer knows a survivor (or in your case ALL of them) are coming to unhook and are waiting for the Killer to leave then they are going to camp the hook because they aren't just going to GIVE you it.

tl;dr: If you are losing to Killers who are hard camping, you're bad.

Tl:dr please don't respond to the thread if you aren't going to read a single thing I wrote.

NOTHING you said applies here. I've alteady explained that all of those excuses you just typed clearly aren't the case here. You come across as just another camping killer running in to give your "git gud" excuse. It's really pathetic.

Somehow it's the survivors fault for making risky unhooks....even thought they wait and the killer has no intention of leaving.

The killer causes this situation by patrolling around tethered to the hook for the full 2 minutes. Then try to blame it on survivors LOL

You could also... y'know, not rescue. Just because you want to do something doesn't mean you should be able to, especially when the guy you're supposed to fear is right there. You're playing the weaker role. Act like it.

I personally don't rescue when the killer is stood right there, others do.

End of the day it is a videogame, try to have fun with chases rather than sitting around a hook.

Oh and stop trying to shift the blame. The killer causes the situation by refusing to move. Its a tactic bad players use because they cant catch survivors.
  • Can survivors have a copy of the killer rulebook too? I mean I think we know most of them...

    1) Don't loop, stand still and take a hit instead
    2) Don't pallet stun, take a hit instead
    3) Don't unhook, it's rude after the killer went to all the effort of hooking that survivor
    4) Don't do gens
    5) Don't cleanse totems
    6) Don't bodyblock to stop a teammate from being hooked
    7) Don't go for the hatch, just face the killer and take your death like a man
    8) NO FLASHLIGHTS!
    9) Don't use any perks other than ones like Left Behind

    Did I forget any?

  • Delete.

But really I don't know. Anything in its current form is too powerful.

If it really has to be in the game and it has to involve the survvior stabbing the killer....perhaps make them wobble uncontrollably in pain. Boil over is 75%? Make this 200% for 5 seconds. That way it cant be abused by swf for flashlight saves like the last idea could, but it could really screw the killer over.

Or have it randomize the killers movement controls for that carry period. I.e. W becomes left, D becomes forward etc
  • I feel the problem is toxic players.

I tried to stay low rank for a little while this month after reset so that I can have fun with low tier killers with no good perks unlocked because afterall I paid for them.

So upon letting survivors win to derank I'd had a laugh with people in most games and just messed about and they've been grateful.

However along the way you meet some really toxic people. Despite clearly letting a team win a claudette player for example didnt seem to realize this and spammed the game after with "ez" and proceeded to gloat about how I was "bullied".

Didnt bother me because the rest knew she was an idiot, but I'm sure we've all been there in our early days, got wrecked by a toxic swf and then told to uninstsll and to go die afterwards for no reason.

People don't want to put up with that crap. So they feel that yes they need a strong killer.

If everyone was chill and friendly I think people wouldn't be as fussed. I can be ok losing with Doctor because I'll still be swimming in bloodpoints so I had fun.

However when you get toxic swf who lobby switch at thr last second and try to be as toxic as possible...well when that happens lets just say I'm glad that I'm using someone strong like Hillbilly or Hag.

You seem dead impressed with yourself for it though. Do you want a medal?

If you don't have anything to say that is relevant to this thread, you can start your own. This thread is about whether or not camping is fair. The difficulty in catching a Survivor has nothing to do with it.

It has EVERYTHING to do with it.

If the killer wants to catch the survivor, they will catch them. It's only a matter of time - outside of maybe a rank 1 survivor going against a rank 15 killer.

So the game gives you the advantage to catch them, then you sit there and say "right pal, the game is over for you. You can sit there for 2 minutes until you're dead".

If they got spotted early enough then chances are they didn't even get to do anything in the game beyond touched a gen for 10 seconds.

That person is willing to play the game with you. They're allowing you to take the power role over them and in return you're turning around and screwing them over. They get no points and depip because you wouldn't give them a chance.

No it's not fair. Always seems to be the same people defending it too.

Lol the guy who always defends camping and tunneling talking about whats fair and fun for the other side

    The irony.

Because "camping" and "tunneling" are just social combat terms used by biased survivor player to shun other player from using legal tactics.

Survivor use these terms inflationary. Calling everything "camping" and "tunneling" no matter the circumstances.
Oh the injured guy is really bad at hiding and I find him again every time he gets unhooked = TUNNELER!
I hook someone right in the middle of a 3 last gen cluster, that the survivor created by rushing the gens without thinking and do not run to the other side of the map = CAMPER!

But you constantly refuse to see it from that perspective. You only see YOUR "truth" from your precious survivor side. You seem to want free unhooks and free heals no matter what.

I agree that some survivors throw those termd around too easily, and no there's no such things as gen camping.

But you have to admit that sitting on the first person you caught and not letting them get away is a bit harsh.

I could say you only see the truth from the killer side.

Because the killer wont leave. So the survivors wait until the first stage is almost up then think "ah screw it" and run in anyway.

Yeah the survivors would be better off gen rushing but the killers are starting the problems by refusing to leave the hook.

Besides its pretty crappy to ask survivors to just let that person die and not trg to help them. Plus some get fed up and suicide on hook or D/C which leaves the killer free to camp the next guy.

Why do people always try to push this on survivors? Some rush hooks and yes thats their fault but sometimes they wait and wait and the killer never leaves.

The Killer doesn't have to allow for unhooks. You don't have to go save anyone. It's pretty crappy to demand Killers give free unhooks.

Nobody pushes anything on Survivors; it is on Survivors. The Killer made their move, it's up to you to counter it. If you use a tactic that the Killer is already countering (reckless unhooks), it's your fault that it fails.

So its fair to thr first guy caught that hes getting camped out of the game? Shows you dont play survivor.

Also its hard to counter it solo when your teammates sit around the hook. Theres literally nothing I can do to make them play better. I can only control my own actions.

So its best to play SWF becausr you can agree to ignore a camping killer....but then people like you and wolf etc run to the forums screeching about how SWF needs to be removed from the game.

You killers mains want to have your cake and eat it too. Dont want SWF but also hold solo survivors accountable for the actions of their team and whennthey complain yoi just tell them "deal with it"

No it's not game over. Each killer requires a different playstyle, also if you are having issues with the spirit use lightweight, iron will, etc.

Oh and please dont do the "bring x perk" thing. We all know that excuse gets used for every issue with the game but you cant have a perk for everything with only 4 slots.
That's actually the point of builds. Builds are meant to counter stuff that makes you struggle the most, no one is suposed to be able to counter everything.
Create a build around your main weaknesses and/or necessities and use the skills to counter the rest.
Yes but you moan about one thing and people say "bring this and this" and then you moan about another and they tell you to bring this and this etc etc

Surely you've had it done to you. Its not helpful.
