I feel that... I think Billy is in a great spot right now: I feel that spirit is really boring to play as and really frustrating to play against, for nurse I think the rework put her in a great spot but she's still undeniably the strongest killer and in all but the strongest maps vs the stealthiest survivors she can take control of the game or lose it because of her plays, Billy is like nurse but where the survivors can outplay the billy no matter how well he plays the same can't be said for nurse, and the rest are in various levels of 'not strong enough in certain conditions'.
Which is a shame, because my favorite (and main) killer is wraith, who's just... really bad. XD
There are some good setups with wraith.

I want to see a LOT of the metrics of the game... I can only imagine that the reason we don't have access to that data is because a lot of people would complain the moment they saw a slight advantage to either side in any niche scenario, or possibly that a coordinated effort would be made to skew the data... But I really think a quarterly release of really detailed statistics could be very helpful!
They did gives us metrics and they told us not to make any conclusions from them and the forums went crazy making conclusions...

Well if that's the case and it's just Pamela and the boy who drowned...I think we can get by in DBD.
The first movie mentions jason as the boy who drowned. There's nothing pointing to hockey mask jason. So it seems like they would need to give hockey mask jason a different origin story or none at all.

I'm trying to relearn nurse on ps4 after not playing her for probably 2 years. I'm using no perks or addons or offerings against tier 3 perked, red rank survivors. i'm trying to get used to the rework nurse...
If i was a brand new nurse, i would just take a money loss and find a new game.
As someone who has played for 2+ years, i know what i'm getting into...but say a new player came in and saw nurse and wanted to learn nurse...
Nurse has the highest skill cap, now add on the current match making...most normal consumers will quit.

The problem with this type of "test" is that it only includes 50 matches. How many matches are there in a 24hr period?
1% of 1000 matches is 10 matches.
if we had the dev's eye, then we could see a more even distribution for maps or indicators that we may need to look into map picking system.

The issue is right now DbD as a new player experience is the worse it has even been ever especially for killer.
With matchmaking almost never pairing you with people in the same color rank as you anymore a new player with no perks, no experience, no game knowledge, and no reason to put up with day to day DbD BS. It’s a terrible waste of time, at least to them.
As a new killer you have to contend with learning all of the mechanics of each killer you want to play, learning the maps and what stuff leads to where, learning how to loop efficiently, and finding out mid game all of the 16 survivor perks you have never even scene.
If you ever wonder why killers in low ranks camp and tunnel, it’s because it is the only thing they can do the stand a chance against the fully kitted out survivor side they are facing with only 1 perk and probably no add ons.
Not to mention the queue times encouraging survivor play mid day and killer play at night. When it is statistically more likely to face a SWF sweat squad trying to ruin some killers enjoyment of the game.
All is this is backed up by XQC where he streamed DbD and had this exact experience.
Something needs to change. First things first would be the ranking system being useless if the players you get are all in different color ranks.
Also the argument rank doesn’t matter is so played out. It matter when a rank 20 is compared to a rank 1. But it doesn’t matter from rank 10 to rank 1.

probably because it doesn't ring as an emotional milestone for BHVR...there are two that come to mind.
BHVR has emoted about jason and about pennywise. Stephen King is beyond careful about his content...

The mysterious survivor will be someone that has nothing to do with jason or whatever killer it is.

On topic: I don’t want half of Jason. I am not really familiar with the franchise but I would rather wait and get the whole deal with mother issues and Camp Crystal Lake.

The clown will get squeaky feet of death.
His movement speed will increase and so will the sound of his squeaky feet untill he reaches the speed of billy during chainsaw and the loudness of oni and demo combined.

Survivors want killers to play catch me if you can, but don't want to be actually caught. Being on the hook or on the ground is boring and those mechanics should be removed from the game...

You are not playing the part of the fairness fairy. You are a killer. As long as you are not breaking the TOS, use what ever is at your disposal to try and kill survivors.
Lol i was a muder machine with spirit last night using silly builds against red rank potato teams. Then drunken me decided to play instadown clown(I probably should have used an ebony mori or not had that last shot)... but i swear, every time i pick clown i get that seal team survivor squad on the worst maps for clown 😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡

The devs pretty much said they will not punish face camping today on the live stream. They may attempt to make it less appealing. Their stance is that if a killer is camping a survivor, the other 3 survivors should be doing gens.

Guess I'll wait to see what the prestige rewards are. I think i only have 4 prestige killers and then stopped because while bloody clothing was cool, i decided prestiging wasn't worth it. I'd rather have all tier 3 perks unlocked on killers.
The prestige reward is going to have to be something really enticing for me to prestige killer(s) that have all tier 3 perks or are close to getting them...
