I can't speak for survivors...because i hate them and my survivor sucks...but what if you broke 10 rank or under and then you can't rank reset above 10...
I don't have access to game metrics so maybe they thought of this, but because of numbers...bad idea

i'm in a weird spot as others may also be...been a killer for at least a year...probably 2 years...not the goat...but i'm no noob(3)...
I'm getting potatos...even swf potaytos...i'm a total potato when i try survivor...
I try non meta stuff and try to fun it up...been red ranks as a killer a few times but then i was meh with the game and was rank reset to 15 on more than one instance...
even though i'm rank whatever and being matched with ranks around my level...i hold back because of bloodpoints and 0 pip or depip...
after this even, i'm going to try hard my face off but that means steamrolling over a bunch of players i probably should not be matched up with...

I think console players are at a disadvantage. i'm going to go with most of the population that plays dbd is on pc...now add in how many ppl play on ps4, now consider how many ppl play killer/surviror(nerf nancy's high waisted jeans)...then factor location, matchmaking, player rank...

Not the same as clownopin, but I sometimes(always) play drunk and I swear my reaction time is awesome times amazing to the power of flawless...
Not sure what I was trying to say, but Nancy's high waisted jeans are game breaking and they need to be nerfed back to the 80's...

it's easy to armchair solutions, but you have nothing at stake. if the game flops, you just move on to the next game...bhvr employees get displaced if the game dies...

without killers, there is no dbd.
without survivors there is no dbd.
please expand on your ever saving solution that is accepted by the majority of dbd players... not just you, I invite all ppl on the forum to do what the dbd team has yet to do...

my stance is that it is a small subset of the total population... bhvr can track it, they have metrics... either way, it's not good for them because it results in players crying...
so a while ago, in Iran... a woman disguised herself as a man to go watch a soccer game...she was discovered and the penalty was probably going to be prison...
she chose to set herself on fire instead of going to prison...
let's complain about how we don't get our way in a video game 🤷🏽♂️

2 games as a killer on ps4 so far. 1 demojordan and the other ghostyface...
Queues were quick, just ran around smacking, hooking, and kicking...4 survivors lived each time, just shy of 200k bloodpoints...the entity was displeased with ghostyface.
might hop over to my potatoe survivor to see how that is....

Ah yes...the tequila speaks to you. It does the same to me. I usually get more silly when drunk and role play as the killer I'm playing as. It sounds dumb but it's so much fun lol.
The more I tequila, the more I start running on instinct and less conscious decision making which can been seen as toxic...then i tip over to the kid at the bday party who can't seem to hit the pinata...
Barely hopping on, had a few already...plan is to just play not so sweaty and just get them bloodpoints...

I'm liking the gorgzilla. The ability to feign shred seems useful for the survivors who watch you like a hawk during chases. Shredding pallets looks cool.
Having the map covered in portals reminds me of whack-o-mole, but where the mole whacks you.
I wish the feet stomping wasn't so loud.

Excellent point! But as a killer on PS4 the wait time and DC's are abysmal rn. Annnnd I still get lopsided survivors 1 red 3 yellow grey... And they aren't popping in at once so I don't suspect SWF most times. They do dc though 😞
After Mr FlipFoneFace was released, I couldn't find matches with survivor so I just gave up on playing survivor until Steve and Nancy came out. I play after 10pm cst on the ps4 and as a killer I dnt have problems finding matches. I'm not red rank anymore though...my playtime in the past months had been meh from burnout...

I would have nasty demogorgon babies with the new matchmaking if I could and release their doom on the world.
Reasoning, baby killers should not be forced to go against #teamsweats4lifeSWF, which was something that was happeing in the previous matchmaking.

I seem to recall released stats about the game. If i'm remembering correctly...it showed that SWF was just a small percentage of matches...
Again, if I'm remembering correctly and not being senile...Why should matchmaking be skewed in favor of SWF?

My killer tends to be more of a bastard the more tequila I consume...then I switch to solo drunk survivor. I'm usually less killy during dbp events....but again....the tequila...
