I don't see why a lot of people, especially on the forums, see it as "below them" or unsanitary. Everyone is playing for their own reasons, and as long as you aren't exploiting or cheating, there's nothing wrong with the way you play.
I agree that everyone can play how they want as long as it's within the rules of the game. I really don't like the term sweaty...
Is playing the game at your best while within the rules of the game really sweaty?
when ppl play analog games, do they not try to win? I hate corn hole(the name and the game, but you bet your drunk ass I'm gonna try my hardest to win). Would that make me a sweaty corn hole player???? lmfao...sweaty corn hole player...

Trying to end the game as soon as possible, doing anything to win (aside from exploits or hacking), snowballing every survivor. Stuff like this basically guarantees that you won’t pip.

I usually try to put forth enough effort to get a pip. When you have played for as long as I have, it's not that hard to get a pip.
Of course, some people will go to extremes in order to win.
i play drunk so trying to keep track of everything i need to meet as a killer to pip just falls in the background...I can't mathmatate while drinking...well i can but the results vary 😂

i try to follow my own rules....last survivor lives...try not to kill birthday cake survivor...just smack ppl when they use party streamers...
i've had a little wee bit of tequila to drink tonight...so i'm just auto no mercy if it comes down to that...

I had one match, ages ago, where they finished the gens, opened the exit gates and ruin was still standing...and they wanted my ruin soooooooo bad....Me being absolutey trashed refused to let them get ruin and ended up parking my wraith in front of my ruin 😂😂😂 they eventually exited the gates. At least I can say my ruin lasted the entire match🤘🤘🤘🤣🤣🤣...

Who cares if they don't type GG at the end of the game. Are you actual serious right now? I play on PS4 so no one types anything. I never realized how lucky I was? People wanting to play games with their friends...imagine that. Honestly you guys sound miserable playing this game why don't you either stop or try playing survivor yourself if you hate going against SWF so much? And I've definitely had the rare game where random teammates decide not to be selfish and actually work together for a change. I would bet the killer thinks were SWF but we're not. It just happens sometimes.

Still cannot land a game as nancy...but no problem getting matches as a rank 12 killer on ps4. Even though i'm currently rank 12 as a killer...I feel bad for all the match ups tonite...I should maybe be higher in the ranks...but I don't play like I used to :/

Do we know that SWF are most games? Not trying to be ornery here, but I've been playing this game for almost a year now and I solo 99% of the time. Are there stats? Do most people play SWF? I've gone against it as killer and it can suck, but I've also had a lot of games that go terribly because not all friends are at the same skill level and we play maybe more generously than we would if it were a rando stranger.

i think i mentioned this elsewhere... they let us see stats and games vs SWF was less than 50% of all matches if i remember correctly....🤷🏻♂️tequila bruh

I would choose the killers rank from the average of the highest and the lowest rank survivor in the swf team. So if there was 1 rank 1 survivor and 3 rank 20 survivors, the killer would still be rank 10.
Do you not think the devs have considered this? You have to remember, they have access to metrics we do not see. I would assume they track matchmaking and make tweaks based on those metrics and other factors.

Low level survivors have the option to choose to play SWF. Low level killers do not have an option to not play vs SWF.
How about we revert to the old match making with one change...Killers from rank 20 - 13 are given the option to choose not to be matched against SWF.

Do devs always define rank 1 as highest rank? It's like that in the patch notes too and confuses me when I try to discuss the new matchmaking. Most just say highest skill, lowest rank for rank 1.
Just wanna make sure I'm not using the wrong term and confusing people when I discuss on the forums.
highest rank = 1
lowest rank = 20
