I prestige characters that I like playing because I plan to play this game for a long time, and putting extra points into getting perks past 50 without being p3 feels like a waste to me, since if I do want to prestige them, those points wouldn't have mattered.
You still get new perks by doing the lvl 50 bloodweb over and over again.

He's got a pretty lengthy stun. Assuming you're not way out in the open, that should be plenty of time for you to get to a pallet or a window before he can hit you. If you are in the open, you messed up big time. That's the last place you want to be against a hillbilly.
Eumm how so ? Bc I've been there and even running the entire map only stun him for 2s/2.5s.
Beside I think the point is that if he found you he can just keep spamming his power close range until he gets a lucky hit.
Also, whilst holding his chainsaw in the air, he can walk almost has fast has survivors run. Which imo doesn't make sense, he should be slowed down.
-
I agree.
Too many times I have skipped his attack and he just instantly start doing it again.
Since his power is literally able to take down an entire team within seconds. I think it would be fair that he gets stun for a longer duration.
Tbh idk if they would has ppl see him has a noob friendly killer but I would definetly be happy if they did.

WASD is always more precise.
The mouse is always more precise that's why I mentionned the flashlights earlier.

@Frosty said:
I feel like the best way to game is with a controller, using a mouse to aim is cheating and really requires zero skill. The only games i prefer on pc are the simulators or strategy games. Also, key boards dont vibrate.....right?
You can turn it off if you don't like...

Well yeah, but If my laurie has unbreakable tenacity and flip flop (which she does) those that come back are in for a ruuuuude awakening lol.
Until you step on one of my trap behind a pallet you thought was safe gurl! XD

WASD is always more precise.
No it isn't.
That's mainly why 360 were never toxic on console. It's easy to adjust.

Because most people never tried pc and mouse, it's a different world and I play both
Idk if you're answering me but I have and that's why I know it isn't ergonomic at all. Buttons or rather action keys are always much better on a controller.
The only thing better with a pc is the mouse (not kb) bc it can aim Much quicker and easier.
So I'm guessing you used flashlights a lot ?

Bragging rights.

I was thinking killer clowns from outer space
Pretty sure it wasn't about clowns xD and well with my red rank Hag is bragging rights enough for me since everyone around seem to think she's a bronze rank killer. XD

It can also be used to get in front of someone abusing sprint burst.
Definetly I did the same thing to a Feng Ming that used lithe...it was fun! XD
-
@Chickenchaser said:
Worse than hilbilly, better than hag. He's right in the middle. A good team can easily stomp him no matter what a killers skill level might be just like all mid range killers.
You've never met MY Hag. Let's see you try to loop with all my traps. XD

Ok, that was what I thought. But the outer space part threw me off
I was making a joke about an old "horror" movie. I think the title is either "Danger from outer space" or "Visitor from outer space".
Or something similar xD

Ugly is a matter of opinion, but thats not all
You also get the achievments...yeah... you cant 100% the game until 1 character is prestige 3 lvl 50
And getting the game to 100% would give me ?

....salad from outer space?
I dont get it
The Hag but with the "plant creature" skin.
-
I disagree simply bc certain maps are extremly hard for killers and others extremly hard for survivors. Making it random gives everyone a fair chance.
I would even take away the fog reagents and make the fog lvl also random.

I do, I stop after it hits half way and I see the gen 10 seconds later pop so I stopped using it, teleporting literally allowed me to actually get them off the Gens more than not teleporting
Well it is "situational" but honestly I think it's much better as a leurre.
Something about seeing a survivor looking back whilst running straight towards me, brings me joy.
-
@Carlosylu said:
Freddy main, rank 2 here, Dream pallets are the best for me, even at high ranks, if you know where to put them, they're doomed, in "The Game" you OWN everyone with pallets.
His teleport ability is usefull as a distractor, I almost never use it but to make them think I'm teleporting and making them run away from the gen and straight to me, also, when in a chase, if the survivor runs towards a gen you can fake a teleport to make them go where you want them to go.
OMG! Nothing is sweeter than to see an injured survivor butt dancing near a dream pallet!
Lemme hit that!
-
@Hoodied said:
Meh, decent his teleport doesn't do much as it takes 20 years to teleport to a gen
That's not how you use it...
It's actually a scare tactic. You PRETEND to use it so survivors run away from the gen towards you.
Try it, it works.
-
@Carpemortum said:
This logic is why I play laurie without DS. People leave me on the ground for NO reason other than fear.
Well since the nerf I wouldn't go after you once unhooked but I'd definetly go after you 30s after...

I can't even say it in words how horrible the experience on PS4 is.. Playing on Controller is absolutly disgusting. And the FOV on survivor and killer feels so tight and reduced.
The fps is... Alright I guess. Manageable, but far away from good. Graphics is horrible, at first I thought I'm playing DbD mobile.
I think the worst thing is the controller. Absolutly wobbly and extremely restricting.
With all the respect.. But how are you ps4 mains playing this game?? It's not bareable for me.
BHVR, you need to work on keyboard and mouse support. This game is not playable with a controller... Or lets better say: not enjoyable like on pc.
Wait what ? In a first person shooter I could understand bc of the mouse...but you prefer breaking your fingers trying to reach awsd and the space barre just to vault ? You prefer furiously smashing your mouse in circles just to 360 ?
That's a first...
Lbh you can say graphics are better on pc, aiming is better with a mouse or that fps is much smoother...but to say kb has a better directional control ? It doesn't even make sense.

Make Your Choice is when you are 32 meter ways from a hooked Survivor, the unhooker has the exposed status effect for a set amount of time and it goes on cooldown after use.
Oh yes for sure that's a good one!
I don't have it which is the only reason why I don't use it. Lol

Blood looks cool on some killers for example Bubba. But it’s really only for that and for a slight minuscule chance of rarer items showing up in blood web. But it’s such a small chance it’s not even noticeable.
Idk I main the salad from outer space and Freddy. Both of which I prefer clean.

Hag is very uncommon on PS4, would MYC be OP on her?
I Play on PS4 and main the Hag but tbh I'm pretty much the only one I see around...idk why tho...
Idk what MYC is but I use;
1- Hex: Ruins
2- Hex: Fake totems
3- Crows
4- unrelenting or insidious
Sorry idk the name of some but I'm sure you can figure it out. :P

-
Yeah xD
Beside "if every pork chop were perfect we wouldn't have hotdog". If you catch the reference you get a cookie cat. XD
-
Oh also if the Hag put someone on the basement..
Forget it, this person is dead. The Hag if she's smart, will have trap the entire basement and would be looking at the entrance from a distance.
Most likely she'll run towards you guys as soon as the survivor is unhooked to force you to run and trigger traps.
Best way to deal with a Hag tbh is a flashlight.
Not to use on her, her character model is ######### up you won't succeed blinding her. The tip is to use the flashlight on traps, it'll destroy it without even telling the Hag about it.

She was, she screwed us over with the basement, I had the chance to leave and was on my last hook from being tunneled, got cocky to save my friend and died for it, almost was able to Unbreakable out of it.
Usually best way to play Hag imo is to trap your hexes and pallets(on the "safe" side, on the side if survivors where running away, they'd be on) around the gens. Also to use traps to break loops.
-

Actually had this happen to me that I crouched to a gen, started working on it and the hag trap activated because my movement from crouched was considered standing or something, the transition from crouched to working on the gen activated it.
Most likely you stopped pressing crouch as you clicked on the gen and that's why you were flag as "standing".
Tbh tho a Hag trapping gens is a baby Hag.
-
Magick is a term used to describe real magick. It is also a term used by wiccan to separate magic(magician and stuff) and magick(wiccan rituals and stuff).
You know a quick google search before posting would've prevented this altercation.
-
"######### NERF HAG!"
Me: Jeez noob just crouch...
-
Also I'll add that I also suffer from anxiety and definetly understand where you are coming from.
I often gets...idk how to explain, kinda like uncontrollable cold shivers when I play my first game of the day.
It shouldn't prevent you from playing the real way tho. If anything take a few seconds (even during the trial) to calm yourself down and go when you are ready.
As for the survivors, after you've farm a lot of BP you should have unlocked a few perks you like so start trying to use them.
As a tip if you don't like to be the one chased by the killer, go for an immersive build.
I offer my own;
(Psychic)
1- Premonition
2- Selfcare
3- Urban evasion or Lightweight
4- Lithe or Dead hard
-
It isn't bad but tbh not optimal either.
Best would be to send a message to one of the survivor asking him/her to farm with you.
Usually at least one will agree bc you can both get tons of BP. Even the other survivors wouldn't really mind as they'd be able to farm good and great skillchecks.
-
I'm purple rank and...I do feel bad when I realized after the third miss hatchet that the Huntress is a baby... :-/
Although tbh if we didn't get those once in awhile it would be nothing else than Leatherface...
-
Bb as in ? Bareback ? XD hahahahaha
-
######### yeah this guy's cu...I mean decent looking...would love to play with this version of Quentin!
-
Stalking the stalker;
-Urban evasion
-Object of obsession(Laurie aura reading perk)
-Premonition
-Lithe
The point is to look at the killer until he's going towards you and leurre him away whilst using either urban evasion to stick around or lithe to quickly escape the other way.
-
Hahahahahahahahahaha no.
-
I was playing the Hag and was called a tunneler bc after being unhooked the "savior" crouched and walked away but the other survivor ran into ALL of my traps near AND far from the hook.
Look I wasn't going to tunnel you but after the fifth triggered trap I have to do something about it.
-
Yep I even ignore David until the end if I can bc ######### his DH.

Honestly, the new perks are trash now and won't shake up the meta, some of them got nerfed for no reason. Most of them are garbage tier, except for the babysitter maybe, but then again, why don't I just use Borrowed Time. The new perks are being overrated because they're new.
Remember when Spirit chapter was released on PTB and everyone thought Autodidact was gonna be OP because of insta heals, but it ended up being trash, that also got nerfed for no reason similar to Freddy.
Babysitter is indeed to be used with borrowed time, it just gives one more chance to the unhooked survivor.
The healing perk is OP af. 7s in a locker and you are fully healed. Also the perk that allows you to see your scratch marks will be sooooo useful to mind ######### killers.
Wait until AFTER release to complain.

That doesn't really have to do with the suggestion I posted
You're right.
A building perk doesn't relate at all to your own building mechanic.
-
@Psylent said:
The "take away" is that this perk is only useful in a very specific situation. You probably won't use it most matches. My suggestion didn't mention anything about running away faster. It only gives you more time to plan, boosts gate opening, and gives you immunity to Whispers. You practically need this when gates spawn near each other, especially against certain killers like Hillbilly or Huntress. You could also use the extra time to search boxes for a key. This is a rather niche situation though, which is why it justifies the perk being so strong. I wouldn't nerf the gate speed any more than (6/8/10)%.
Sorry it was someone else Who suggested quicker vaults.
My point still stand tho. Wake Up is a stand alone perk boosting opening gates by 15%. This perk shouldn't give the same boost plus others even if it's extremly situational.
I think 9% at rank 3 is more than enough.
-
Reducing survivor speed is EXTREMLY op. So unless your killer is a Nurse type of killer I'd suggest finding something else.
