yeah I just hope there's an option so console players don't have to play with PC hackers or the superior framerate they have
I'm a console boy so I would rather just play with other consoles

It was the same thing on Xbox for me I've only ever played on Xbox cause i don't have a PC
Most of the survivors i went against on Xbox already knew how to play Against The Pyramid Head as well

Yeah it don't hurt to look at the challanges when new ones come out to get a idea of what survs might be doing anyway i always do

I didn't see all the challenges, I just kinda do the ones I find easier depending on whether I'm playing killer or survivor, but that makes sense. However, one of the groups claimed it was just out of fear of NOED. If this keeps happening, I might replace NOED with something more useful, like Corrupt Intervention.
Once everything gets the challanges done i think it'll go back to normal again i wouldn't worrie about it but one Challenge on page 3 of tome 3 specifically calls for an escape was 0 totems left in the map im sure that might me be the one getting you
I'd say its just the tome causing it

I've done it as well have to seen the Survivor challenges in tome 3
Im pretty sure there is 3 or 4 challanges for cleansing totems i got them all in my games i had when i was doing the challanges

Would still like to have a pick of witch platforms I'd like to cross play with I don't want to play with PC hackers. To just wait till the match is over or take the DC cool down to get away from hackers don't sound fun to me.

The cage of atonement is very situational anyway if you play him right, really shouldn't be sending survs to the cage unless you need to.

As long as you don't try for them in red ranks its not so bad I've gotten mostly all of mine in purple ranks I've tried it in red ranks and couldn't do it.
But they might end up changing anyway cause of the new MMR system they are gonna come out with not sure if they get rid of the emblems or Not (would be nice if they did)

My advice just play and have fun if you want to and not worrie about the outcome of the matches. You can train your chase skills and work on mind games to catch survs out of position and down them. Thats what i did when i started playing i feel for you cause i got Stomp at first as well but going up against a strong team all the time makes for a strong killer if you keep at it and learn and try different things to see what works. Most of the time (at least for me) you can get killer games really quick so you can just keep going. There's always plenty of sweaty Survivor with friends just waiting to bully a killer (or try and fail most of the time in my case)

The big problem, like Monto pinpoints, is the lack of counterplay. (I am also a big fan of Monto!)
If you keep the optimal path in a loop you get shocked and you can't throw the pallet or vault, if you try to dodge you move away from the optimal path and the killer with 115% speed is on you before you can reach the pallet or the window.
If the doctor is competent this is a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation, not fun.
Yeah its not fun play against, but its fun to play as. I like to play doctor when I'm having a bad day or get to many swf groups. A few good doctor games of 4k's when there's nothing they can do about feels good. Then go back to normal killers like before. Maybe its just me

I play DBD on my Xbox one X have never had any problems playing any killer on any map everything runs smoothly no frame rate problems or anything can't say anything else past that as I've never played on any other platform.

I've had it be maybe 50/50. I've had this happen with no penalty and I've had this happen where I got a 5 minute timeout.
Thankfully (for me at least), this is a "one in thirty" games kind of situation. It happens but it's rare.
Yeah I always end up with the DC penalty for whatever reason and its happened to me a hand full of times only started after the new update (when they fixed some of the loops) it never happened before that. I had one day where it happened 3 times in the same day must of just got unlucky.
Either way still frustrating when the game has a lot of life left in it.

It happens every so often. Basically I'll still be playing but no one else will be (their characters are doing whatever action they were doing before the disconnect so in your case, someone was searching a chest and someone was using Self Care so their character was "locked" in that animation)
It's annoying but it's not likely you (or they) did anything wrong or did something to cause it. Just once in a while the server goes LOL JK to working right and everything dies.
Yeah its odd hate when it happens I also got hit with the DC penalty cause of this

Yeah i feel they are fine I don't use them and I've never had a game where they've been used against me playing Survivor
The only time I used them was when I was going for my adapt Huntress achievement other then that i just played as her normal (also not a fan of Huntress to play as)
