  • My first match was against Wraith, I was so scared and it was in the corn fields so I was like what? this is scary because you can get hit and down whenever the killer decides to appear

  • Trapper can handle small killers (but 4 of the legion maybe)

You say Myers is inmortal, why? i always thought he was an evil human, that's it

Oni can win against everyone since he's dead (spirit and him share the same blue skin, dead, but somehow spirit is from another plane)

Oni will keep getting blood and everyone gets kanabo, probably the big knife from Pyramid can fight against him

But if im not wrong, Oni could get sick by plague before getting his power, so he wont be able to enter blood fury or he will

If Freddy has its powers then it wont be easy but hes countereable

Infectious fright is S tier on him (i think it's in the shrine right now), bbq is pretty nice, you can see where to go using your power plus you at 4 stacks you get double bp. I'm using pop for a bit of pressure and discordance.

My build is Infectious, Ruin, BBQ and sloppy, they all work together...

You get the first hit and your power should by between 50%-60%, you just keep chasing and down the first survivor, if he throw pallets or vault windows then you should absorb and get your power with the 2 orbs when hooked or the remainning ones

If there's two survivors just hit once and go for the other if you know where did he go...

  • Yes, Fire up is a late perk game, it doesn't help with that 4% (level 3 i think) and what you're saying with the increase movement speed after hooking sounds dope with killers without mobility

  • Best boy, worst killer

    pd: love you demodoggy

  • Well, I got the xbox X and sometimes it has frame drops but that was before I changed it to 1080p and runs smoother. Other than that, bugs when I am with my friends (someone is showed like he isnt ready) and we need to restart the game... And yes, I feel so much wierd the grab mechanic now, I cant grab anymore:(

  • The real question here is, did they improve it?

  • All right bro, hope you find another game that you like!:)

  • This will sound wierd, but I bought him after the patch I get used to it now, I feel it good actually:) but would be awesome with you can adjust the sensivity (only on Deathslinger) the other killers are pretty fine for me <3

edit: what I do is move my camera without aiming having in mind the center of the screen so the survivor gets shot with a quickscope (close distance like 8m?)

Well obviously red rank killers are going to be the most brutal ones for unfun tactics. The Ruin destruction made genrushing easy as hell. In order to actually stay at red ranks, you have to be mean as hell to compensate for gen speeds. I used to be a red rank killer with the old Ruin. Now I'm green rank because I care more about bloodpoints than pips and tunneling might ruin 4 stack BBQ for me. Also, if you're running into a bunch of campers amongst red rank killers, it's your own team's fault for flooding the hook every time somebody gets hooked. No killer stays in the red ranks by camping without reason.

"you have to be mean as hell to compensate for gen speeds" Well, yes and no. When you chill and play you will be facing a bad killer or a good one, it things get worse you will be angry or have learned something, both cases will make you more though and won't be nice in the next matches. If you play survivor there's good killers that get 4k 'cuz you ######### up or the teammates didn't help at all and as the killer you will get gen rush, teabagged (I consider these things as negative thoughts), any side have empatty for the other one, that's why I feel like it's a race where you need to be first or get bullied (I hate toxic people). What I do its congrats the killer If he won or us, you know, the effort they put its admirable:)

pd: yes, i am "bad" person for play killer very good, but since its the objetive people just piss off because they didnt create any chance, instead they make the situation worse (like not heal, fall for a mindgame, etc) but when I lose I accept it and tryna be better

  • You can say "nerfing killers" but it's very much If the killer is good or not. When two opposite sites fight someone gotta lose, of course, but it deppends almost from your skills, If the other team is good too then there's tense and it makes the match more distracting and spicy. Nowadays there you have green, yellow killers who need to camp or tunnel because survivors do gens and they feel like that's the best choice wich is a mistake because you don't learn and play the game how it is supposed to be (you have more chances to win If you don't camp), so I'd say it's the killers fault to put the match in that state and every lose you should have learned instead of raging or complainning.

In my opinion, dc's are a good thing, there was more poeple dc's cuz they quit than the bad connections, they've said that they're trying to improve it to make it more fair

Lesson: don't camp or tunnel, be a badass killer and try to defeat survivors by strategies and mindgames:)

  • Don't neccesary have to be leading them to a pile or a wall, most of the times they will run towards and object when they get hit, but what I've written could be a strategic move

pd: my english it's not the best, cheers

    Enjoy survivors and killers!!

  • Oni is strong but almost nobody plays with him

    (main Oni here)

  • Mine is " AvenueBeach ", gl everyone!!!

  • For me:

Freddy. Oni, Demo, Spirit and Nurse are the most lethal ones since they are all dead.

    • Freddy is being treated with less power in the entity’s realm. So he has not that strength. But he can remain alive and getting hide in their dreams (if they can sleep)
    • Oni is an evil swordsman with a rage within, looking for revenge with a katana and a kanabo. He already knows kombat strategies and no one could beat him in a 1v1. Since he’s already dead (he has a tight rope in his neck) he can’t die.
    • Demo it’a a beast made to kill with his large hands and his head, very lethal but not that smart.
    • Spirit is just dead, so, two things can happen: she can get hit (since she cannot go trough objects) getting hurt and bleed out (or nothing happens since she can’t feel anything I guess) or other objects than her sword cannot touch her.
    • Nurse it’s another level, he can steal life (breath) from living bodies so it is very interesting how much his power can do to Oni or Spirit, even Freddy.

I would do for Oni since he can go in rage fk mode (but without blood he is completely lost, but if he bloods then Spirit does, and Demo can bleed but it’s probably a dark liquid), Spirit if his old grandfather cannot bear her and Nurse. Freddy can be a pain in the ass I guess so Idk anymore

  • What plattform are you on?

I am on xbox one and I dont notice that, it sounds like a explotion over there and that's it. I gotta play more with it and try to answer you, also, it has cooldown 40/50/60 I think...

  • @DBD78 said:

So I would say the general consensus is that these two killers are quite evenly matched? But simply put who in your opinion would you class as the better killer and why?

And which one of them in your opinion is most fun to play?

I'm getting ready to switch main killer from Clown to one of these at least for a while. I'm fairly new to both and I like them a lot, they feel fresh and fun. I have been performing a bit better with Pig, but don't think I have understood how to best make use of Demogorgons abilities yet.

You should play the most liked.

But Pig got that slow down potential and the 0 terror radius to get close to gens or jigsaw boxes, with her ambush the 1st hit its guarantee but while the match still going your you wont wanna use your ambush anymore to apply pressure with your tr, unless you know where are they or something like that.

Demo is a little beyond than average, hes shroud lets you finish chaces when they go to a window, pallet (you get the hit or the pallet is broken). Your portals its your strong arm, you need to put them next to gens (not active yet, behind a wall but closer to the gen) or active totems (like ruin, devour, etc but here you need to active your portal) the gen tactic works for you if you run BBQ to know where they are and keep the pressure up, the totem tactic its easy, survivors often try to cleanse active totems, especially ruin, to you will have a bonch of survivors going for it and that's why you activated your portal before (to use your killer instict to know if they gonna cleanse) and if they clean your portal then you know what to do (whenever you are in a chase or downed someone keep always at least 1 portal to go back as fast as possible)

my perks on him are: BBQ, ruin, Save the best for last (you gain stacks af and dont lose them if using shroud to your obsession), and sloppy butcher, add ons i like to use fast travel and some that upgrade shroud or portals

the totem protector you can go whatever you want but thrill of the hunt and ruin (for example) is necessary and add ons that slower the time to cleanse your portals and decreased the recover time of your power (of the abyss)

  • Yeah, it's like between 3 and 8 minutes (I play on xbox) but on killers it's almost instant:)

  • idk yer cuz xbox player here but I know that he can be good with perks (i am guessing) like make your choice; unhook notification, go back, do a static blast to reveal the location (and the static cooldown is 60 also the perk), sounds good but I still cannot think other perks yet

  • aaaand I dont use his demon dash to get a 100% chance to hit, its better to stop dashing and just charge your demon strike (your arms starts to glow red) you down them.

Use demon dash when you can do a little mindgame when they think they're safe or if they environment its perfect to hit (like the corridors from the stranger thinks map) and if they are also at bad position. Use it to travel obviously...

If you are close like 8 m just use demons trike and thats it, dont need to dash.

  • @Mikeasaurus said:

So I just bought the Oni pack on xbox, and wow, he is a tough killer to control. My first 3 matches with him have ended up with me being purely frustrated from the simple fact, I can't seem to get the hang of him. His demon dash is tough to control especially when trying to turn. Hitting survivors I have to get super lucky I even hit close. Anyone got tips for mastering him? Perk recommendations too since right now, I don't know what would be good for him

I personally use Ruin, Infection frightness, Sloppy butcher & BBQ.

Basically don't use your dash to get down people right away, use it when you can use a little mindgame or the perfect chance. Also I have seen that you can turn 90° but its so weird and just happened to me once and Idk know I did that (remember that while on demon dash you control your head and your body) so I guess there's the trick.

Ruin=gives you enough time to down at least 2 survivors and put gen pressure.

IF=gives you the information if survivors are near to optimize your power.

Sloppy b=they need to heal up wich requires time and sloppy increases it and they dropped even more blood orbs than normal, AND if they heal up you can stack 40% of your power bar. If they do gens, well, just m1 them.

BBQ= fits perfectly for you to use your power to go and down people while making map pressure, also the extra bp its just amazing.

I personally dont collect blood in the first chase when I hitted a survivor, only if they start to vault or dropping pallets, just to fill your power 60% to do a m1 to get the 100% or just farm the blood if they are enough (I dont to this one). For me I just m1 one the first survivor, hook him, absorb the closest bloods and go for other survivor, hit him, fill my power, down him and use my blood fury with BBQ.

level 50 with oni on xbox

His best add ons for me its increasing the duration of blood fury>increase the dropped orbs from injured survivors>decrease the animation speed to dash>movement speed while absorbing

    Hope this help, mates:)

What rank are you? I had your sympathies last week before I started meeting SWF 1-2 ranks.

You'll lose those sympathies once you experience the toxic survivor group that trolls you by intentionally triggering your traps to bait looping, body blocking, etc.

Looping is already in their favor so don’t feel bad for them sliding to the wrong side or blocking themselves out.

Especially when they tbag, that's the worst thing for me.

    No respect

Buckle Up's effect of seeing the killer is not very useful what fi instead it had a borrowed time effect so that the new perk would be

"Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability.

The recovery progress of dying Survivors can be determined by the intensity of their Auras

at a distance of up to 48 metres.

When you heal a Survivor from the Dying State  to Injured for 15 seconds, any damage taken that would put the unhooked Survivor into the Dying State will instead apply the Deep Wound

Status Effect. The Survivor has 10/15/20 seconds to mend themselves.

This would be a good anti slugging tool to help your teammates since most of the anti slugging perks are for yourself.

    This.

This isnt overpowered and it is very good to the slugg builds and the 4k match. It would be a very good perk Buckle up. The Devs really need to do something and this is a great idea, hope they implement it.:(

  • Im sorry but Oni on consoles feels really good and funny, It isnt mandatory to hit someone with his dash but when you got the chance or a little mindgame you got the hit.

    @joker7997 said:

Can't speak for PC but on console hes total trash tier

If PC players dont feel ight with him idk whats wrong with them cuause Oni isnt a Hillbilly at all and its strong (stronger with ruin with those laggy skillchecks lol) even more with a slugging build.

If Oni "got fixed" on PC then Consoles should get that benefit!

  • I don't believe there's babysitter and stake out in that tier.

    Is lucky break that functional?

  • I'd say STBL, BBQ, Corrupt Intervention and Ruin/Dying Light.

STBL=getting hits normally, getting hits while cero TR and use shroud to the obsession

BBQ= If you put hidden portals next to gens like crazy in the first minutes without using them (to not reveal them) you can go to another enemy fast

Corrupt=gives you time to put portals and to start the snowball with hooking and some stacks of STBL

Ruin= to slow the game down just a lil bit until one of the 4 survivors finds it (idk if it is worthy put a portal next to a totem)///dying light to slow down passively.

Tips I've heard: put portals above gens to detect survivors with the killer instinct? and put portals next to the exit doors.

There's a lot of information of demo in youtube like the combo make your choice + nurses, etc

  • I would be interesting, but it seems kinda wrong...

Maybe with 45%,50%,55% of the generator but 80 seconds I dont think so

  • @Ember_Hunter said:

It really depends on luck, the protection hits is very glitchy right now.

But would you say it's worthy? 🤔
