Killers about to have 2 hr queues in 2v8
-
I'm wondering if this is all because of Cloudflare which was having problems a couple days ago

Is he the next up? I thought they just said he's in the pipeline.
He is the next one that will be worked on

You complain about two killers instantly downing a survivor but then state that gens are flying. If the killers go for the same survivor of course they are going to lose as they aren't pressuring effectively. Its the first iteration nothing is going to be perfect balance wise
-
All this does is make me MORE glad she didn't get that PTB buff pushed to live
-
I've had a couple matches where the killer slugs the last survivor till bleed out, even though it takes half a second to hook in this game mode
-
The free weekend really doesn't help

My queue times as Nurse are about 10 minutes.
You said you are in Europe right? We are in different regions then
-
There are two takeaways I have so far:
Killers teaming up is a bad idea
Trapper is surprisingly good in this mode as he can quickly snowball more effectively with survivors being less conscious of checking for traps
Forgot to mention: queue times as Nurse is waaaaaaaay quicker than every other killer atm
-
As was explained above what else is the killer supposed to do? If by the time the killer hooks the survivor during endgame and both gates are 99'd is the killer supposed to just walk to a corner and do nothing?

On the upside, think of all the hilarious jank that could happen. I'm looking forward to all the clips.
I will admit having people bump into invisible objects will be pretty funny
-
Oh wow, I'm actually shocked. I really hope this means killer bots in custom games will be coming in the near future
-
I think the vast majority of DBD players would agree that nerfing UW made a HUGE difference, and for the better the perk was busted before
-
Yep, I had tried that combo back when the PTB first came out, and was disappointed as well. Unfortunately Hardened is going to be left behind with hundreds of other perks in the "useless" category.
-
Well that's pretty disappointing ngl

Nemi gets zombies
Xeno gets direct counterplay that nullifies her power.
For me, it's the turrets that just kill her for me. Her chase power is already underwhelming as it is, and to lose it every few seconds when you exit a tunnel or nearby loop? It's bad design. The zombies are too unreliable to say they are consistently good, regarding turrets an m2 will always prevent you from exiting crawler mode so most of the time you should be in your power, xeno's map control is just the cherry on top.
-
Nemesis takes 3 hits to down
Xeno doesn't
-
Not a bug they were using Scourge: Monstrous Shrine which makes basement hooks turn into scourge hooks
-
Why would it be a waste to give free bloodpoints?
-
I'm surprised by the number of thumbs up given, I don't think I've used that feature in years. Typically I just say ggwp, I suppose if you are on console though you are way more likely to use the thumbs up/down feature
-
I mean they just recently brought the Sadako and Yoichi skins over so never say never
-
In practice this perk is bad because it alerts the survivors that you have it, if they are getting caught out in the open that's on them, all in all the perk isn't bad but it definitely isn't good

Plz no h8... I'm doing my best 😅

I also found this confusing, but I guess we can always throw feedback.
Billy isn't Billy without going for one shot curves… This wouldn't be the direction I would go for Billy, but I think I see why they did it, and to give it a fair shake, my intial gut and guess at BHVRs logic was that the sheer speed, potency and presense of regular Billy basically makes it so you have to ignore the other killer because you can't afford to get hit by Billy... he basically runs off ahead and starts slaughtering unhindered.
Nurse on the other hand still needs 2 hits and to recover each time, she can't go for 2 survivors who run opposite ways at once, whereas Billy can just go on 1 shot slugging sprees back to back while his teammate just follows behind cleaning up. I would guess BHVR wanted reign in Billy to be a bit more of a team player than a 1 shot monster who runs off on his own.
This makes sense when you look at Billy's power. It is a pretty insane power to be able to sprint around afflicting people with exposed. He can just miss to zone, and with his fast recovery he can just slap anyone with an m1 himself, or his teammate can do it. If you can imagine a fully implemented version of 2vs8 with someone like Spirit in toe with him, that gets pretty scary.
Thats my theory, and I suppose my initial feedback would probably be give Billy a weak, or perhaps even no team power if he himself is too much of a handful. I'd endeavour to keep the iconic part of the killer intact in each case as much as possible... but we'll see when 2vs8 comes out proper.
I'm sure the strategy with billy is going to be have him go to the edge of the map and constantly run back and forth to provide perma expose to his teammate
….which is honestly going to be pretty lame on both sides. I agree that he should have little to no teammate buff in order to let him have his normal power
-
It's very weird to me that Nurse gets buffed and has no drawbacks while Billy does
-
Anybody play trapper? When I did he couldn't even pick up his traps without pressing the button multiple times
-
Its pay to lose because of situations like this, but also pay to win because it blocks half the killers fov when they pick you up XD
-
Okay I just had a game where this happened and thought someone was hacking lol, gen went from 25% to 100% instantly
-
This is one of the first things I noticed when trying to change cosmetics on characters, it feels horrible not being able to mouse over and click through them all without backing out to another screen

You all misunderstood.
Every killer has 2 options (from what I understand).
You ge to choose which "abilities" you want, and at the bottom right you can see 2/4 perk icons lit up with 2/4 grayed out. So with Hillbilly, you can choose either:
- Survivors are exposed when you're doing your chainsaw sprint
or;
- You get more control, but you don't instadown
No one is getting nerfed.
If that is the case then I genuinely have no idea why you would pick the no instadown option when you can have instadowns and exposed for your teammate
-
Saw this happen to a yui so it is not character specific

On top of it 8 gens on 8 survivors is insane, gen pressure is non existence in this mode, 4 minutes matches will be average time I think. This is the only time i'm not against Nurse getting buffs.
It's really odd to me that with 13 gens it isn't 10 gens they need to complete, if a normal match with 4 survivors requires 5
-
Trailer was fun I'm hype for the livestream tomorrow
-
I wouldn't count on it, from my understanding the Freddy license holders are the most strict and is why Freddy has 0 cosmetics
-
Badham preschool, I mean they call it the house of pain for a reason, and don't even get me started on main building when the basement doesn't spawn there and you get bad hook spawns
-
Gonna be real awkward if both killer and survivor run to the basement at the same time
-
Do people actually think they will get sympathy with these types of dc posts?
-

I wonder, what if Beast of prey simply remove red stain? Is it op?
That would be incredibly strong against most survivors that don't know proper checkspots on tiles
-
I don't think people ever thought unknown was a bad killer, however certainly far from being a top tier one
-
How often are people actually encountering this combo? Most of my games are 3-4 slowdown with nowhere to hide sprinkled in
-
Pretty sure only Stridor is additive and everything else remains multiplicative
-
I'm surprised they are leaving babysitter as is, i thought the time could've been adjusted
-
- Pick Nurse and Billy 2. Play normally 3. Profit
- Pick 8 beamers 2. Equip background player 3. Profit
-
Lets go!!! The worst is when 3/4 survivors boop and then the last one just absolutely REFUSES to boop
-
Highest winstreak this, highest winstreak that, where is my 4 survivor pig boop streak at ??
-
We know the obvious pick so i won't mention her, however I'm pretty bad as Doctor and I don't think I have touched him since his visual overhaul a couple years ago
-
Reveal the aura of items revealing you, otherwise it's fine.
I dont want to go against or bring 4 slowdowns
-
It's pretty bad, but when it works, IT WORKS xD
-
I think this could be a cool idea, no idea how you would get that to run well on a switch though
