No all in saying was that what you said can come off as rude. I just recently found out of the forums. I never followed the dbd news. But when I make a post with genuine questions I want genuine answers. I didn't mean to sound like I was offended but I wanted a legit answer. Your answer came off as rude a little bit. I get camped a lot. Like almost everyday. It just sucks when you load into the game and you see a leatherface and you just know whats gonna happen. It really makes me want to take a break from the game. But I cant now since the 4 year event

That is what I'm trying to say. I had a leatherface camp a meg and all the gens were done so me and my team tried to save her. We all got downed but saved the meg and I got stuck on the hill and he couldnt pick me up. Then I fell off the hill and he said "cheaters never win" and complained that we played in a toxic and unfair way.

I play killer and survivor evenly but I switched to just playing survivor because I'm trash as killer. But when I play survivor, killers on ps4 are so toxic and rude that I switch my messaging to private so only friends can message me. So now I have a lot of friend requests. Killers like to hate on survivors a lot but surv likes to hate on killers too

I had a pyramid head leave a huge trail of torment circle when I was in a cage. He tunneled me to death and ignored anyone who tried to take hits. He went directly to the cage I was in and face camped me. All I did was 360 him. And he said I was a toxic player and deserved to die ( in the game not irl)

Why quit playing the killer tho? I dislike the map but that is just because I hate indoor maps but quiting playing as the killer? Just bring a different map offering and play a different killer. I get that audio bug are annoying but I still play both killer and survivor.

The Killer should be the power role. They should be able to do whatever playstyle they want, passive or aggressive. If a SINGLE perk allows you to force the Killer to play passively, then The Killer isn't the power role anymore, which goes against the tone that the game tries to get.
And it doesn't matter if two or three of the twenty-one Killers in the game aren't affected by Decisive Strike, since the rest still suffer tremendously from it. It's like how Pig was when they came out and people were frustrated about gen speeds. They slapped a bandaid on in the form of one Killer, but that didn't solve the problem for the rest of the cast, and it still doesn't and it never will.
And the survivors should play as the survivors
They can play how they want. Immersed or gen rushers. They do their best to survive the killer and avoid dying. Isn't that the point of the game? Killers try to kill and survivors try to survive?

I used that yesterday and when the killer vaulted I stood up from crouching and he fell down. We were just nodding our heads from that point on.

The problem is (for me) that I see killers with meta loadouts and when they see a surv with any meta perks they call them toxic. It is a 2 way street. Yes surv meta can be super annoying when combined but so can killer meta perks. It goes both ways. I feel like people are very one sided

The entire idea is isnt too good. What about new players? I have games where I am just against rank 20's and none of them touch gens. This idea just wouldnt work😊

Getting caught and sacrifice is part of the game. The killer is going about it the smartest way they can.
And before you tell me that the dwight might have been there all match. He is hurt, so he clearly wasnt.

EGC wasnt in the game then, so that was actually holding the game hostage.
I already admitted to the killer being rude, but the game isn't being held hostage and the Survivor has no reason to do that other than being a jerk.

The killer is holding the game hostage for the Dwight. He cant do anything and if he does dc then he gets his match making locked.

Vs a single killer who can get to gens in less time... yeah I'd say the survivor team benefits 3 more times then killer might
The maps are smaller which means a killer can get to gens faster than before too

Was this not how it was before the dc penalty? I'm not talking about dc because of tunnel or camp. Half my games before just getting into the game sometimes someone would dc being insta downed, being Freddy, being spirt, being nurse, or just downed first

I had a good game yesterday. It was against a leather face and I ran him around for 4 gens and then he dc'd I did message the killer saying sorry but he didnt text back (lol) I do run kindred, spine chill, deadhard and any means necessary. With the very few pallets there are I thought it would help

I defend dc'ing when in certain situations. The hatch tech is not one of them. But if ur teammates are being unfair and unsportsmen like then it is acceptable, or if the killer tunnels and camps and farms others then you should dc. I hate the penalties and I dont support the dc penalties.

I had a match against leatherface and the person playing as leatherface camped each player he hooked. Once we realized what he was doing we just informed the last surviving member to just go for the hatch because the killer isn't giving us any chance to play the game any more. When the match was done he was ranked 9 versus our levels of 18, 19, and 20. Now I see how he got to be so high in level.
But as much as I want to be angry at his preferred play style, I was more upset with the matchmaking system. Had the matchmaking system been better, we never would have faced someone like that.
This is true. That play style is really stupid and takes no skill at all but matchmaking needs to change, I dont want any more killers saying that I make their gameplay hell for them when they refuse to go after anyone else!

Sometimes when a killer finds me he stays on me the entire time. My team tries to take hits but he just refuses to hit them. And then I get hate messages saying that I bullied him. The killers I face are good its just that they shouldnt chase someone for that long. I barely get points and the killer depips. So who won?

This week I had a match where I spawned in uncomfortably close to a Deathslinger in a dead zone. After maybe 30 seconds or so of chase downed me and hooked me. He walked around a corner and my no-mither having teammate, David, immediately off-hooked me. The Deathslinger whipped around the corner and harpooned me, then proceeded to Mori me. I was probably in the match for a grand total of 2 minutes. It was the shortest, lowest pt match I have ever had. The David went on to team with the killer in finding all of the other survivors and the killer gave him the hatch. It was really unpleasant to say the least. LOL

Thank you! I was the only red rank and they were around rank 20. I knew they couldnt ban me but the thought had lingered with me and I just had to be sure
